TATA Motors is spreading diseases.
I recently visited the Jhangirpuri Service Station, based in Delhi, their ignorance towards the unhygienic environment of the CUSTOMER waiting rooms, fungus walls, disgusting smelly washrooms which was smelling worst than a gutter. There was lots of mosquitoes in the CUSTOMER waiting area which can cause other harmful diseases. All I would say that I had the worst experience as a CUSTOMER.
The General Manager Mr. Gurmeet Singh enjoys that environment, using the same ### washroom, using the same ### wall rooms. It shouldn't be called a reception or CUSTOMER waiting area, rather should be called a Gutter or a dumpyard.
Sad that Mr. General Manager Mr. Gurmeet Singh cant handle his service center well. He should ideally shut it down or either get out of the service business altogether, go back to school and learn the basics of cleanliness.
Mr. Ratan Tata, please have regular training sessions for your employees (all senior level managers included) on how to keep their surroundings and themselves clean.
