This is Shubham Khera, Owner of the Car manufactured by Tata Motors with name Tata Altroz Reg. No.- DL 12 CT 4119
I bought this car in January 2021 and got delivery of this car on 10 January 2021 from Go Auto pvt. ltd. Tata Motors Showroom in Safdarjung enclave.
Since the very first day there is a warning coming in the speedometer which is a symbol of "Engine" ( A yellow color engine light) and this light means there is some problem with the engine which is also mentioned in the manual which is provided with the car by the company.
I visited showroom next day i.e. on 11 January 2021 and told them about the warning light in the speedometer. The salesman told me to visit the service center simply.
Then I visited this Service center in Gurgaon (Arya Motors, Wazirabad) on 3 March, 2021 for First Service as scheduled and asked the service center to check the Engine warning light and they mentioned it in Job card. They did the first service and failed to do solve the problem of engine light.
Then I visited again this Service center in Gurgaon ( Arya Motors, Wazirabad ) on 25 March, 2021 and asked them t check this engine light continuously glowing. Again they failed to solve the problem.
Now it is lockdown.
Now after lockdown, I visited this service center on 9 June, 2021 and asked them nicely that I have visited twice earlier and this problem is still on. Kindly show my problem to a senior executive and solve this.
Again after 5-6 hours of waiting the problem is still on. The warning light is still glowing in the speedometer.
I purchased a car from this company.
First mistake:- They handed over the car with the warning light on.
Second mistake:- They could not solve this when I took the car for first service.
Third mistake:- They could not solve the problem when I visited the third time.
Fourth Mistake:- They are continuously wasting the time.
I kindly request you to please look into the matter.
I really want this company to send the engineer with the right equipment at my residence and make this right.
