Hello Team,
I had avail pick and drop service due to covid situation at nagpur for first servicing of my Nexon car, the tyre in the stepney was in new and good,
after servicing is done and at drop I didn't check the stepney tyre presuming and faith on Tata motors that it would be ok. After few days later, I went to air station to fill the air in tyres and found that stepney tyre was puncture and damaged also to my surprise it was replaced with actual tyre of the car, I tried to explain to servicing manager at Aditya tata motors nagpur, but they said that those are not their fault, I feel very disappointed and came back with heavy hearts and loosing faith on Tata cars and also will fear to recommend the Tata motor in society. I am very disheartened and also purchase a new tyre of worth 9000 rs. as I don't want to claim it in insurance.
Please do the needful if you can as I believe as s last hope.
