I bought my Tata Tigor Car on May 2017, after nearly two years on 2019 my rear twist beam got cracked and I replaced with new one under warranty.

Again, after nearly two years i.e. on June of this year 2021 the same twist beam got crack. Is this particular part due to company defect?

    This is to inform you that I have purchased Tata Nexon diesel xm in 2019 and it is driven only 12000 km till date my Nexon is suffering from mode eco, sport problem.
    I have taken it to my nearest showroom several times ( Bhagalpur) bihar.
    But still facing the same problem .
    Please provide me the experienced mechanic or replace entire mode system .
    Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

      Hello Team,
      I had avail pick and drop service due to covid situation at nagpur for first servicing of my Nexon car, the tyre in the stepney was in new and good,
      after servicing is done and at drop I didn't check the stepney tyre presuming and faith on Tata motors that it would be ok. After few days later, I went to air station to fill the air in tyres and found that stepney tyre was puncture and damaged also to my surprise it was replaced with actual tyre of the car, I tried to explain to servicing manager at Aditya tata motors nagpur, but they said that those are not their fault, I feel very disappointed and came back with heavy hearts and loosing faith on Tata cars and also will fear to recommend the Tata motor in society. I am very disheartened and also purchase a new tyre of worth 9000 rs. as I don't want to claim it in insurance.
      Please do the needful if you can as I believe as s last hope.

        Respected Sir, I am Mohammad Rashid owner of Tata Nexon UP 32 LT 4106, From Azamgarh Uttarpradesh.
        I am facing the problem in my car since the very first 1000 km, So finally I have taken to Puneet Automobiles Azamgarh they have checked and said problem in clutch so they replaced and we came back.
        But after few days again with 1000 km we have gone to Puneet Automobile for servicing for checkup while having the trail again problem in clutch plate so they finally changed the frywheel,
        Since the problem is not finished and yet not resolved so the agent Pallu Raj has called us to SRM motors lucknow, on 14.06.2021 with job card serial: FY[protected] sr No: 1355 we have submitted our car and still till date waiting for the problem to be resolved.
        And mainly now SRM-MOTORS lucknow is asking for charges and saying no guarantee or warranty while asking the reason they have no answers.
        Respected sir, I am facing the problem since the very first day of purchasing my car if the problem is not resolved as soon as possible I will file a complaint against TATA-Motors and SRM-Motors for not supporting and giving services and asking the charges in warranty.
        I hope you will understand and resolved my problems soonest.

              We have first time done car service of our TATA zest car from SP motors, Baroda, Gujarat which is Tata's authorized services station. Before service AC was working fine and in working condition we have given for only normal service but after service they told us they your AC switch kit was broken already but we know that our car just need normal servicing at that time. Before service AC was working. Due Pathetic servicing and Original part was stolen during service. we have informed by manager to change AC switch kit which is cost RS4000/-. we have not changed yet from them as they have raised this problem and now they want us to change from them. Please take necessary action against them as they are spoiling name of TATA brand in Baroda. Service station name & Address is SP motors, Nizampura, Baroda, Gujarat.

                Hello.. I have been interviewed in the tat motors as a computer operator. I have passed the interview. After that tthe HR told me to do the payment of 2050 fir the uniform and other.. I did the payment and then they sent me the offer letter. Now they are telling me that I have to pay the amount of 5000 for the opening of corporate account in which they'll pay the salary to me.. Can you please help me to clear out for this.. Please help me🙏

                    I have purchased a Tata Nexon on 9th February 2021 and the milage of car is around 8km to 9km per litre that's it..And the tata claimed at the time of delivery 15 km to 20 km per litre ...but there no matches in company's claims and the actual milage.....

                    I have booked a Tata Nexon car on 01/02/2021 and he told me that you will get a car within 45 days after completing the days when I called he gave me the reason that due to covid we are not getting any update but you will get in the next 10 days after continuously lying to me now it has been more than 90 days since I am waiting finally I have decided to cancel the booking, I cancelled the booking, but not getting the refund back as he told to first make an affidavit form and submit to us then we will refund 21000 please let me know what will I do as his service are pathetic

                      Manufacturing Defect in Tata Harrier 2021

                      On dt. 07/06/2021, I purchased a brand new Tata Harrier from your dealership M/s. Arvind Auto Sales, Agra. Upon driving the car, I discovered some annoying & irritating noise in the engine or suspension & gear box of the car.
                      I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don’t do that.
                      While I do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still I can’t...

                      I have a brand new nexon xz+ Diesel around 3 months old one month ago it’s AC stopped working so i called JD autonation (the dealer) on 10 may they said it must be a minor problem and they will take care of it once the lockdown will be over.
                      They called me back on 22 may informing me that my 2nd servicing is due, they had no recollection of my AC problem .
                      So I took my nexon to the shop and they said the compressor has stopped working and it’s gonna take 15-20 days for the new parts to arrive .
                      On 26 may the tell me that the order has been canceled so they will start the process all over again.
                      I have already faced same kind of behaviour during the purchase of my vehicle as I paid for the accessories package in cash and they kept telling me that the parts are in “transit”, 15-20 days later i asked for my money back.
                      I thought they are doing the same thing again with the compressor so I complained on tata customer support. AGM calls me back on 29th saying that they will compensate for my trouble and reimburse me 1200₹ from 22may till the car is fixed .
                      4th June my ac was fixed but now they tell me that they can offer me money from 29th to 4th only. I complained again .CCM Calls me and tells me the that the AGM of JD autonation has no authority to do so and neither does he.
                      On top of that they are bragging about fixing my car quicks and I am unnecessarily demanding money.
                      Their service and ethics are deeply flowed .please help me resolve this matter .I want what they promised me or a vehicle return . I am worried about my new car being faulty .as the gear is already jammy at 4000km and the ac compressor already gave up.

                      Help me stop this harassment of a behaviour towards customer and make a difference

                        Above mentioned TATA product was booked on 6th march 2021 (Please find attached customer’s Copy) with payment of 11000 INR and further 39000 INR was paid on 30th March 2021. On 8th April 2021 DO was deposited 350000 INR. On 8th June 2021 I was being asked to pay 20000 INR extra on top agreed amount. I spoke to above mentioned employees but they all replied in very casual manner and said, “YE AMOUNT TO DENA PADEGA, KYONKI GOVT. NE TAX BADA DIYE HAI”.
                        On 7th June 2021. I received call from Noor who asked me to visit Malwa Motors and take delivery of the product. I replied, Ok I come to your Show room right away as I was waiting for delivery since long. He asked me not to come today rather deposit another 200000 INR, which I did right way as per his instruction. I was shocked to hear from him in evening, when he asked me to deposit another 20000 INR due to price increase.
                        I got feeling like I was being asked a ransom amount for being a customer of TATA motors.
                        I request to all concerned authorities to look into this mater and investigate on following grounds:
                        1. Why there was no communication was made with customer for two months in regards to possible price increase despite the fact I was in contact with all wherein they were keep asking me to deposit rest of the amount before end of March (just in order to complete their given targets, I guess).
                        2. Why there was delay happened to register my product with govt.
                        3. Why only customer has to bear this lose and where is customer at fault.
                        4. Why Malwa Automobile not taking responsibility of Price Guarantee of 604230 INR
                        5. By which authority they asked me to pay 20000 INR extra.
                        Complaint Against Gaurav Upal (Territory Sales Manager)
                        On 9th of June I spoke to Mr. Gaurav upal hoping to get this issue resolved after listening to me for a while he hung up and continuously disconnecting my call when I tried to reach him back. I have never experienced such rude behavior wherein customer was being cornered and ignored.

                            I have a tata intra v30 non AC varient. Lately I have experience poor pickup problem. But I have bought it on tata mators workshop of Manipur near Imphal airport. But they take 3 days to complete repairing my vehicle. On the day of returning my vehicle, the same problem rise again. I think they have not repair my vehicle. Kindly help me, get repair my vehicle, and functional as usual.

                                Dear sir,
                                I own TATA Tigor car with registration no. MH46BA4940.
                                I gave my car for repairs to Riddhi Autocraft with job card dated 08/06/2021.
                                I complained following issues while handing over my car to your authorised garage :
                                1. Fault indication ABS, steering wheel hard
                                2. Rear left door noise during running, rubber packing to be checked.
                                3. Dicky does not open with remote at first, opens only after trying 2-3 times
                                4. Reverse camera doesnt engage at first instance after 2-3 try it starts.
                                My car was picked up on 08/06/2021 and returned today i.e. on 09/06/2021 evening 6.00 pm.
                                While checking the car it was observed that my main concerns/ complaints were not resolved at all.
                                I am facing same problem with Dicky/boot opening and reverse camera switch doesnt work.
                                They escalated the works added many works which I had not faced problem of. Bill of ₹10727/- was generated.

                                I dont know why I paid so much of amount on maintenance when reported problems in my car are not resolved.
                                I had complained that
                                1. dicky door does not open with remote for atleast 2-3 try.
                                still the situation is same.
                                It opens with remote only after 2 try.

                                2. Reverse camera does not get engaged atleast for 1-2 try.
                                Now reverse camera does not get engaged at all. its not operating now.

                                My car was in your workshop for 2 days.
                                I spent ₹ 2000/- today on Uber for going to Mumbai in the absence of car.
                                the problems which were in job card were not resolved but additional works were forced on me to escalate the bill amount.

                                This experience is very bad. Unfortunately I faced lot of inconvenience due to absence of my car for 2 days and spent ₹2000/- on hiring Uber car.
                                Kindly take up with the garage and advise them to compensate me.for the inconvenience.

                                    This is Shubham Khera, Owner of the Car manufactured by Tata Motors with name Tata Altroz Reg. No.- DL 12 CT 4119

                                    I bought this car in January 2021 and got delivery of this car on 10 January 2021 from Go Auto pvt. ltd. Tata Motors Showroom in Safdarjung enclave.

                                    Since the very first day there is a warning coming in the speedometer which is a symbol of "Engine" ( A yellow color engine light) and this light means there is some problem with the engine which is also mentioned in the manual which is provided with the car by the company.

                                    I visited showroom next day i.e. on 11 January 2021 and told them about the warning light in the speedometer. The salesman told me to visit the service center simply.

                                    Then I visited this Service center in Gurgaon (Arya Motors, Wazirabad) on 3 March, 2021 for First Service as scheduled and asked the service center to check the Engine warning light and they mentioned it in Job card. They did the first service and failed to do solve the problem of engine light.

                                    Then I visited again this Service center in Gurgaon ( Arya Motors, Wazirabad ) on 25 March, 2021 and asked them t check this engine light continuously glowing. Again they failed to solve the problem.

                                    Now it is lockdown.

                                    Now after lockdown, I visited this service center on 9 June, 2021 and asked them nicely that I have visited twice earlier and this problem is still on. Kindly show my problem to a senior executive and solve this.
                                    Again after 5-6 hours of waiting the problem is still on. The warning light is still glowing in the speedometer.

                                    I purchased a car from this company.
                                    First mistake:- They handed over the car with the warning light on.
                                    Second mistake:- They could not solve this when I took the car for first service.
                                    Third mistake:- They could not solve the problem when I visited the third time.
                                    Fourth Mistake:- They are continuously wasting the time.

                                    I kindly request you to please look into the matter.

                                    I really want this company to send the engineer with the right equipment at my residence and make this right.
                                    Tata Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
