Why this happens, when my everything is/was OK. My timely service ... Ok. etc.

I need this issue to be addressed on ASAP on High Priority . And compensate my expenses full / final cost.

    Dear Concern,
    I have given my car in TATA MOTORS SERVICE CENTRE for some technical issues at RAJKOT. The name of service centre was AMIRAJ MOTORS.
    They have cost me rs. 40000 for first time and again some issues occurred and theu charged me 11000 for some other fault.

    The fault was Created by their labour's Fault. They denied me to reimburse the expense bare by me due to their damage. They even did not give me original invoice for any such service provided by them.

    When i went to take my vehicle from their service station. They have made me waited for 3 hours.

    I really need help from you now. You are the last hope for me.

        I have booked Tata Nexon on 15th Jan 2020 through CSD and dealer have assured delivery of vehicle within 4-5 weeks and I have received my car on 22nd April-2021 but at new price i.e 15 K, Dealer is not giving price Protection as they are saying Price Protection is valid for invoicing before 28th Feb 21. Delay was from Dealer side not my fault we have booked vehicle 7days before the deadline of price Protection date which was 22nd Jan 21. Expected it should be on old price.
        As per dealer mail send to concern CSD team and no time line given to resolved the issue by dealer.
        Request you to help me with the resolution for both the issues as stated above. I look forward to settling this matter amicably.

            K.B Motors Private Limited- I booked a car, where they provided me a fake information of holding my price till delivery and i was asked to pay the booking amount. After that i found that the information they shared was a complete fake, and i immediately cancelled my booking, they didn;t refunded the amount, and not entertaining any mails/calls from me since 1 month.

              My name is Vishal, I booked Tata Altroz XM+ Petrol Midtown grey color on 16th March 2021 at Tata motors, Hisar and today is 15 May 2021. They said me that they will do delivery of car within 5 weeks but now its about 2 months, they are not giving me proper response and details of my car delivery, i file complaint to tata customer care and my complaint number they provide me is[protected], when i talked with the General Manager Mr.Pawan he said me i don't give you proper details even we don't have proper information, when your car is delivered, they are not responding me and treating me good, i feel very bad and iam very disappointed from their service, furthermore, they don't have such a good system which helps me in this. Kindly help me in this and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                Hello Team,

                This is in regard to my booking of a TATA vehicle – Tata Harrier XZA+ Camo edition on 5th April 2021 with the booking amount of Rs. 30, 000 with Go Auto Pvt. Ltd. in Okhla, New Delhi (Mr. Lokesh being the contact person). The car loan formalities (with Union Bank of India) took some time with papers being signed on 14th April 2021. In between on 11th April, Mr. Lokesh asked me to pay up an advance of Rs. 2, 00, 000 in order to hold the vehicle and block it.

                We were planning to take the delivery of the vehicle during Navratra’s however with the Delhi Lockdown put in place starting 19th April 2021 the plan was put on hold. However, the loan amount disbursal of Rs. 20, 00, 000 on request of the dealership was done on 21st April during the lockdown itself. I was again chased and chased for payment of the remaining amount on 21-April. Apparently the billing was done on the mentioned date of 21st April 2021 of which I do not have any copy.

                While we still wait to see the vehicle and take the delivery, I am sitting on a loan of approx. Rs. 24, 00, 000 for about a month now, with the interest being applicable from the disbursal date itself. The first EMI which starts after a month is already being messaged for 21st May 2021. I do understand that the lockdown situation is not under anyone’s control, I fail to understand the urgency of the total amount payment during the lockdown itself. Doesn’t an advance booking entails the car being booked to be paid in full when delivered?

                I have been an ardent Hyundai customer for 20+ years now having used most of their variants- Santro, i10, Verna, Elantra & Creta. This is my first TATA vehicle and I must say the experience has been not pleasant. The way that you chase up for payment not being bothered about the Customer’s side refers to very bad customer experience.

                I am very unhappy with the way things have been so far- request your urgent intervention with some way to compensate me for the monetory and emotional distress.

                Looking forward to an early response.

                    This is to highlight that I booked TATA HARRIER XT+ with SAB Motors (Mohan nagar, Ghaziabad) on 8th April. I was told by the dealer's sales person that even though the waiting period is over a month for this vehicle but if you book it on spot we will deliver your vehicle before 27th April without fail.
                    However I could sense the sales tactic but still wanted to believe in the false promise and went for a booking because if me who is also a proud TATA employee (for past 14 years) would not believe in TATA commitments then who would else. So to ensure that Dealer is still keeping his promise I called them yesterday to confirm on delivery and I realised that my initial sense was right, I was bluffed and told that due to lockdown in Pune all deliveries have been delayed as the Plant (Bosari- Pune) is closed which is again misleading the customer.

                    Dear Sir, I am looking forwarded for your help and support to take this matter forward else let me know the step to further esclate this within TATA motors on priority. I am also in touch with TCS internal management to convey this message to TATA motors thought various internal forums.
                    Hope my request will be heard and sorted out in shorted possible time else I will be left with no other option but to cancel my booking and go with some other Car Maker( though it would be really dishartening and tough decision).

                    For your information, i have already logged couple of cases which is[protected].

                    Today its been over 5 weeks since I booked the car and I am still struggling to get proper response from Dealer. Somehow I managed to get hold of General Manager of SAB Motors today and I was surprised to know that he was unaware of all the esclations I have been making so far. Well this completely shows the orientiation and seriousness from Dealers for there current and upcoming customers.
                    I am being given false promises by the Dealer's sales teams that on weekly basis, that they will deliver the car in next week but that next week is still far from sight. I wonder how Head of Customer care -TATA motors can claim about Customer Satisfaction, Reliability, Best value when there are none visible on ground.

                    I can understand this vague attitude from a Dealer as they are seperate entity but I extremely annoyed from the feedback from TATA employees. As mentioned in my above post I have written few mails to below TATA motors employees (mohammad.[protected]@tatamotors.com
                    siddhant.[protected]@tatamotors.com (network manpower training)
                    Ashutosh.[protected]@tatamotors.com (regional manager)
                    to have their feedback and help on said matter but none of them responded either which is again a shame on TATA's fame to have such irresponsible staff. I can anticipate that this wont take much time for TATA motors to go back to dark ages as it was few years back. I strongly recommend to stop encashing on JLR Omega 2.0 and impact 2.0 and focus on customer first.

                      I had given my Tata Aria vehicle no KL21G8089 for service to kumaran automobiles on 20 March 2021. as I was to go on a long trip from marthandam to Indore, for almost 2200 km. I wanted the vehicle to be mechanically fit. when the car was given, the problems explained to the service manager there was mainly of the AC of car not working properly. as a long trip was due i asked them to do a general checkup also. But after checking they informed that the engine oil and filters are required to be changed. I told them that the same was done recently. but they showed me some records and scared me that if the engine oil is not changed there is no guarantee that the car will be able to drive so long. i didn't want to take a chance and said ok. they were unable to finish the work on 19 March and asked me to come back on 20 March. I went next day. they told they had done all checks, replaced engine oil and rectified all complaints. i went and checked the car and to my horror the AC was still not working. I called the service manager and pointed out the issue. As they were in a hurry to close down they did some shabby work and told me that now the AC is ok. They actually didn't check the problem but some shortcut solution was done. They gave me a bill of ₹6343 also. I started my travel next day and after almost 200 km the AC shut down automatically. When I opened the bonnet of the car i saw that they had not even closed the lid of the engine oil compartment and oil was spilling. I took the car to the nearest Tata motor service station to repair it. The technician there, after checking the AC told me that in the service done at KUMARAN they had short circuited the AC electrical fitting and fuses and because of that the compressor of the AC had malfunctioned beyond repair and I need to replace the same and will cost almost ₹25000. There may be damages caused to the engine due to non closure of engine oil cap which could not be assessed then. So they closed the lid and gave the car back and asked me to drive cautiously for the remaining part of the journey. I drove the rest of the 2000 km with a lot of stress as i was not sure about when and where the car can break down. in the scorching heat of march me with my entire family including my aged parents had to travel without AC. The mental and physical agony I had undergone with my family is tremendous. I want the company to make good for my losses both in replacing my AC compressor and associated parts and also to do the check of damage to the engine due to non closure of the engine oil compartment and oil spillage. I want to sue Kumaran Automobiles for a compensation of ₹1.5 lakhs for the agony they caused to my entire family and to repair and replace the parts at the earliest. An earlier complaint was lodged in the same platform but the company representatives did not respond to the same. they gave me a call and told me that when the car was given to me from the service station it as in okay condition and they don't have any responsibility beyond it. the mail received from them, which says that the case is closed under denial mode, is also attached. the photographs of the car with the engine oil lid kept open and the resultant oil spillage is also attached. you re requested to take strict actions against such fraudulent companies and direct them to pay the compensation at the earliest. Presently the car is parked in my garage in an unserviceable condition during this critical phase.

                      The issue has not yet been resolved. For my complaint to National Consumer helpline your firm has responded by closing the case in denial mode quoting that the car was in good condition while delivery which speaks volumes about your firm's ethics and professionalism.

                      My complaint to your service manager was with respect to the air-conditioning system of the vehicle which was done as a shortcut by your technicians as a five minute job in front of me when I checked the car before delivery. And such a shabby work has resulted in short-circuit of the wiring and damage to the air conditioning compressor ( as per Tata motors service center near Bangalore to whom I had shown the vehicle enroute). Now the compressor is to be replaced which is a costly affair.

                      Moreover ever since I reached Indore on 24 March the car is kept in my garage without being used as the major concern is the damage that would have caused to the engine due to the spillage of oil. The professionalism of your firm was such that they didn't even close the lid of engine oil compartment before delivery. I saw it when I opened the bonnet after 200 km when the AC was shut down.

                      As far as your offer of rectifying the vehicle at your service station is concerned it is not possible for two reasons. Firstly the car is with me at Indore which is 2500 km away from your service station. Secondly I had list trust and faith in your technicians in repairing my car as this is not the first instance. They had done the same with my Tata Indigo in 2014 and also with this car earlier which I left it thinking it may be small oversight by your technicians.

                      But now I am sure it is a set of corrupt racket who is only doing billing of services without actually doing any work on the car.

                      I want my car to be repaired fully with thorough check of engine and associated parts which may have damaged due to oil seepage and replacement of compressor of air-conditioning system. The same is to be done in-situ at my place Indore at zero cost/ liability towards me.

                      So now I had raised the issue with Tata motors and national consumer forum with a copy to the state and district consumer commission.

                      If the issue is not resolved within 15 days time I shall be serving you with a legal notice for hefty compensation which will account for the mental and physical agony undergone by me and my family while traveling due to the mishandling of the car by your firm. Also a police complaint on cheating and fraud will also be lodged against the service manager and your firm

                        It's has been over 25 weeks and yet I'm still awaiting the delivery of a car booked in December 2020 at the ranchi dealership of tata motors by the name of basudeb auto. on every enquiry they assure of few more days time.

                          I have booked Tata Nexon XMA(S) variant in Prerana Motors, Lalbagh, Road, Bangalore on Jan 20th, 2021, but did not get any expected delivery date till now. I have contacted with the tata customer care and dealers several times by phone and mails but no use they have been saying same excuses. They are not replying any mails with correct answers. Now, I am very frustrated. I have paid my advance too. Do anyone know any contact who handling delivery delay?

                                I have booked Tata nexon XZA+S Petrol variant in NCS automobiles cherthala showroom on Feb 4 2021. I have paid the advance also. The promised date of delivery was 3 April 2021. Today it is May 2, 2021. Even now the dealer does’nt have any idea about the status of the vehicle delivery. If don’t get any solution by May 8, I am planning to cancel my booking.

                                  I, Sanjay Patil booked Altroz XE on 5 Mar at Rudra motors Wagholi Pune by depositing token amt, thereafter by paying full amount to CSD I received purchase order . Dealer Rudra motors promised delivery before 8 weeks but now he do not give me proper information about car and always says that Tata motors is not providing the cars.

                                  I have booked Tata Nexon Petrol version on 4-Jan-2021 at BAFNA Showroom in Baner Pune (Address - Supreme HQ Ground floor Survey No .36, Pune - Bengaluru Hwy, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045)

                                  I have Booking receipt and commitment form.

                                  In month of February when it is been informed that delivery will be delayed due to Bafna motors having conflict with Tata Motors I was told by Ganesh K (Agent who signed commitment form) that refund will come by Feb End. Ganesh K (+[protected]

                                  Then I was told to contact Account Manager Sunil Bagde (+[protected] who did not do anything other than giving 2 more numbers [protected] / [protected]

                                  Then I was given Store Manager Shekhar Patil (+[protected] Number in third week of February who assured to wait for a week and then refund will be processed (I kept writing to him and calling) and each time asked to wait for few more days till March end. He had given contact of Saurabh (+[protected] to follow up but Saurabh did not provide any info and gave one more number of some one very senior manager of Bafna motors Mahesh (+[protected] who also just promised he will look into but did NOTHING.

                                  Shekhar Patil then he gave number of Rajesh Pandit (+[protected] as all refunds are processed through him and entire month of April he is keeping on telling new dates. As per him refund is queued but do not know when it will happen as Bafna did not keep any money in bank account to refund.

                                  I need my Advance Money of 11000 / - Rs Back to my Bank account processed immediately. Cancelled cheque, PAN card, Aadhar card already given to every one above

                                  Many people are CHEATED like me by Bafna. They took booking in Jan even when they could not deliver vehicles booked in Oct due to dealers ongoing issues with Tata Motors

                                    I own a brand new Tata Harrier XZ+ which started making a strange sound while put on 5th and 6th gears within 3 days of purchasing. I have complained about the issue on my first servicing to our regional dealer (Tiddim Motors, Imphal Manipur), but they failed to resolve the issue. After that, I have complained time and again about the same issue to our regional dealer and also I have spoken many times with the concerned persons from the regional servicing center (Tiddim Motors) and even they had the vehicle in their custody on 3 instances (left vehicle with them for 1-2 days) regarding the same issue but the issue still exists and I believe that they are not taking my complaint seriously.

                                    My concern is that I am very unsatisfied with the kind of response I am getting from them and I am repeatedly told that they have sent mail to corporate office and waiting for reply but for how long??? It has been more than a week now and I don’t have an idea when to get my issue resolved…

                                    I am drawing your attention to kindly look into this matter ASAP and I am afraid that I won’t be able to own it if this issue remains unresolved.. I hope you might be knowing the kind of attachment and sentiment while buying a new vehicle and also the family’s emotions and I think there is no point in owning a brand new vehicle with unresolved issues.

                                      √ I'm Vinoth booking mobile number : [protected]. As I'm booked nexon xe petrol on 18.02.2021, I'm waiting for 2month. Our tafe team this month 17(17.04.2021) our vehicle is allocated plz arrange finance.

                                      √ Ok I will accept tomorrow Saturday bank holiday I will give Monday all the documents sir.
                                      then 21.04.2021 our team called me, sir plz pay amount.

                                      √ I will say, I will handover all tha documents to my finance department, I will check loan process details then I will pay amount.

                                      √ but our tafe team members told no issue sir, vehicle allocated to you, you just pay amount don't very.

                                      √ ok sir, I'll paid RS.200000.

                                      √ Today(27.04.2021) our tafe team person called to me just simply say our financial team not giving approval, so our allocation to next month.

                                      √ But today(27.04.2021) my finance team give approval letter.

                                      √ Then today ask allocation details how you can change my allocation vehicle with out my permission.

                                      √ Then he is told me tafe branch senior officer I don't no name, I will asking your finance (HDFC) department manager 6 days before (21.04.2021) that customer file is worthless, I don't no further details that why changed allocation .

                                      √ I will handover all the documents on 20.04.2021 evening? How, he is asked my document on 21.04.2021? and he is now my document is worthless then why at the same day (21.04.2021) collected RS.200000/-?

                                      √ I'm not understanding our tafe team.

                                      √ I think our tafe team only ask money, not for customer satisfaction.

                                      √ Really I'm disabled our services, tafe team don't consider 2 month waiting customer.they are all fool peoples and biggers.

                                      √ then I have to desired for my self I will cancelled my order.

                                      √ Then I will ask tafe team plz cancelled my booking order and refund my amount Rs.210000/-
                                      but he is told processing will there u wait 5 to 7 working day.

                                      √ what is this rules.

                                      √ Plz sir today I want vehicle at any cost otherwise tommorow refund my amount.
