Surender from Car exchange Evaluation Department at Okhla unit had informed that my car would fetch 60k + 15k exchange bonus.

I had also specified i want Nexon XMAs petrol, because of 15 years never ever had diesel in mind. Then to convince me, they said they will offer higher and reconsider once i and about to book Nexon.

I rejected an offer of 85k from MotorMan (Car dealer in Gurgaon) considering Tata is offering...

After two years of new purchase coolent pipe broken 2 mont back paid service charges 1000...

My tata altroz got accident and front bumper break. New front bumper change by service center but location for number plate hole is different . Why design change in front bumper. Same no. Plate cannot mount by earlier holes....

Car registered on[protected]. Ideally warranty should be for 2 yrs or 75000 khms.

On 2nd free service which was done at the end of first year. There we found, issue in warranty date on system.
Advisor informed me, warranty is getting expired in this month end on[protected], which ideally has to be[protected].

Also as per advisor, it has to be rectified before March end or else we can't go for any warranty...

I purchased Tiago xz+ car dated 25.02.2021 but accessories like mud guard, cover, mating not given to me....

I booked the car, cancelled it after few days(03/April/2021) and he told me it will take maximum 1 week and you will have your cheque with you and he said he'll personally deliver it to my house since the showroom is too far to travel for us. And today is 16th.. it's been a week where he's giving me 1 excuse after the other and today he stopped picking...

I have to transmit the shares on account of being joint holder. I have been waiting since 1 week for atleast a letter of acknowledgement from the company. There is no reply. Even after repeated requests, there is no reply from the RTA or the company. This is highly Disappointing. As an investor it is very discouraging....
