Due to the Customer Services negligence of the Tata Group, I had discarded Tata's internet services about twenty years back. I was the customer of Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited and my E-mail id was [protected]@vsnl.in in those days. This is the story when the internet has been launched in India by Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited and afterwards Tata had taken over from Government's Telecommunication department and formed Tata Indicom afterwards. I hope this time also I have to discard the Tata Group due to its Poor customer Services.

Sub: Provide details about the Deposits and balance in account Sir, This is an appeal to provide details about the Account statement of the consumer. The purpose of my registration is to get the relevant knowledge about the balance due in my account. I hereby submit as under.
1. That I purchased Tata Photon Plus connection for Rs 1200/= more than the maximum retail price of the product and got recharged for Rs 5000 with 20 GB data and 365 days validity.
2. The details of my account is : Tata Docomo Photon Plus number: [protected] and MEID No: A[protected]A96 but despite furnishing full details I am unable to access to my account details.
3. Kindly provide me the details how to check usage and current account balance.
4. Kindly provide me the details how can I check my payment details. How much has been credited in my account. How will I know that the amount of Rs 5000 of recharge has been credited to my account.
5. I regret to inform you that I sent two E-mails before purchasing the Tata Photon Plus to get the details about the dealer and packages of Tata Photon plus but I am really shocked to note that the Tata the reputed name has no care about the customer’s pleadings.
6. We are really shocked by the treatment met by the Tata Docomo, when on the first day the Tata Docomo don’t listen to the customer what treatment it will give to its customers hereafter.
Relief Sought:
1. For the reasons I have explained, it is requested to Tata Docomo to please provide me the details about my account.
2. The customer care executives kindly be instructed to respond to the customer’s pleadings.

last month maine ek tata photon plus purchase ki tata ro office se,tata ke excutive ne kaha ki iske speed bahut ache hai.maine is apne desktop par lagaya par tata photon nahi chale,main two days tak isko lagata raha nahi chale,fer maine iske custmer care par complaint ke,tata ka excutive mere ghar usne dekha usko check kar ke,wo kehta network re-boot karvana pardega after two or three days main chal jayege,uske bad main bhe ye nahi chale,maine inke custmer care main phone kiya unhone bataya ki apke complaint band kar de gaye hai app ka no.not rechable tha,jab ki mujhe koi callnahi aye,maine fer complaint likhva de,fer inka excutive aya,usne fer vahi network issu bataya or kehta thik ho jayega,fer do din baad tata custmer care se call aye,ki apka network issu resolve nahi huya,ap iska koi billing plan change karva ke iske ko rakh lo,maine kaha app ke sale excutive ko isko bechne se pehle pata nahi tha kahan network ata hai kahan nahi,maine kaha app mujhe keh rahe ho,app he apne tata photon vapis lai jayo,par vo kehte hum asa nahi kar sakte......... ajj bhe vahi problem hai.....plz sort out my issu........
