Dear Executive, I am writing this email in extremely harassed condition imposed by TATA Photon Plus dealer. I bought the TATA Photon connection (number [protected]) on 26th Jan 2012. When I was buying this connection - I had a trust on the TATA brand. But due to the dealer mismanagement I feel harassed. After getting the connection the Tata Photon Plus device worked properly for few day. But after a few days the dealer had blocked my connection mentionaing that the documents were not satisfactory and I need to resubmit the documents. I said OK, and resubmitted the documents. Again the connection worked fine for few days and now the dealer has again blocked my connection mentioning the same issue. In this scenario my only question to you is - WHEN THE DOCUMENTS WERE PROBLEMATIC, WHY I WAS GIVEN THE CONNECTION AT THE FIRST PLACE? Also when I resubmitted the documents, then WHY MY CONNECTION WAS RESTARTED FOR FEW DAYS WHEN THERE WAS AGAIN A PROBLEM IN THE DOCUMENT? I feel cheated and all of my money has gone into waste. I feel extremely harassed and my trust on the TATA brand has been broken. Would request you to kindly cancel my connection, take your device back and refund my deposit money.

    I recharged my TATA Photon Plus (SIM no. [protected]) account withe Rs.1501 on 21st January 2012 (Transaction ID:I[protected]) for 15GB data withe 30 day validity. In those 30 days i used approximately 5GB data out of thee allotted 15GB. As Photon Plus provides data carry forward facility, I again recharged my account on 18the February 2012 withe Rs.350 for 512mb data for 30 day validity (Transaction ID:I[protected]). But on 21st February 2012 my Photon Account became inactive as I could not connect to Internet any more. I called thee Customer Service thee following day where they told me that my Rs.350 recharge on 18the February was a "failed recharge" and so my January month recharge went out of validity as my data balance came to be null. But in www.ichoose.in website, no false recharge notification was given to me and every thing carried out smoothly. I was not aware of any "failed recharge" as there was no warning or notification generated. So I filed a complaint (Ref no.429664) about thee incident. After 48 hours Customer Service replied that they have refunded by 350 rupees of failed transaction but there was nothing about thee 10GB data that I lost because of their fault. So I again submitted a complaint (Ref no. 430861) on 23rd February 2012 telling that to refund my 10GB data instead of Rs.350. But till now there is no reply from them.

      Dear Sir/Madam

      I bought a Photon Plus device in DEC 2010 bearing number[protected] and with an unlimited plan RS950/Month. I used the device for about 5 months and paid the dues before due dates. With the last bill payment I requested for termination of Internet services to my device in APR-MAY 2011 and cleared the dues. I left my home place for about a year. But unfortunately TATA billed me extra 2 months rent for my already terminated account with RS1987. Few weeks ago I returned to my home and I got a call from TATA recovery person, He theatned me for legal action if I was unable to clear the invalid outstanding dues.
      Couple of days ago Mr. Rohit Salathia emailed me with an Amnesty Scheme. He claims that I should pay 60% of Rupees 1987 which is = Rupees 1192 approx. within one week from the date of email failing which they will respond with legal action and charge interest for the said amount.
      I am not going to pay a penny to the scam company. TATA DOCOMO PHOTON PLUS sucks. I won't ever recommend PHOTON PLUS to any one they are bunch of crooks. It's a scam company.

      Tata teleservices Ltd/Tata Photon+ — Product not working/Threat from tata teleservices

      Respected Sir/Madam,
      I purchased a Tata Photon+ internet connection from Tata Teleservices @3000 in the month of Oct,09 or Nov,09. The product is not working at my place from the time of purchase and the complaint for which was lodged with Tata teleservices twice. The engineer from the company visited my place twice and told to me that the USB(Photon +) internet service will not work properly here due to weak network signals.
      When I raised my with the authorities from tata they told me Sir we have enquired and Internet will not work at your home so kindly return the USB to tata and get your amount refunded.
      Due to some personal issues I was not able to return the USB in the month of Dec,09 and when I tried to return the USB in Jan,2010 at there Faridabad outlet and also at there Mathura Road,Delhi outlet I was told that it will not be possible for us return the USB due to which I didn't pay the due bill @1500(though I have not used the Internet) for the Month of Jan,10 and Feb,10.
      Tata got my connection dosconnected in Feb,10 after that I received as many as around 10 calls from them asking me to pay the bill, I told them all the time its not an issue to Pay the bill but first of return my USB and refund the amount after deducting the due amount .i.e. [protected]@3000 - Due [protected]@1500 hence refund me Rs1500 but they are not taking any action against the said issue.
      Today .i.e on 15th-Apr-10 I have again received a call from tata teleservices from number[protected] and now they are threating me to take the legal action against me and also It was told might be they can also send there goons at my home from recovery.

      Please help me out inorder to come out from such awkward situation.

      Finally I received call from TATA DOCOMO PHOTON PLUS. They apologized for the inconvenience also for the legal notice harassment.They cancelled the invalid bill and permanently deactivated my TATA account once for all. They said they checked out the database and found the data usage=0KB, which unfortunately I was billed for 1987INR.

      And also gave me a 9 digit deactivation confirmation number for reference.

      I am sorry my explicit and rude behavior.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      I bought TATA DOCOMO photon and used for 2 months and later when i found that the network problems i decided to disconnect it and dint use it. and bill got generated for 3rd month also. so even questioning them why they generated bill for 3rd month also, i paid the money as part of settlement which was told by the TATA executive guy who came for collecting the money and he ensuring that you wont face any problem henceforth. he said that he will deactivate the connection. but to my surprise TATA DOCOMO started to generate bill even after settlement. they generated bills for 3 months without me not even using it for 1 minute. absolutely zero usage. i have raised complaints with the customer care. they was absolutely no response from them. they even closed the compliant without even informing me. again i raised the complaint. they were so rude in answering the questions.. i felt so bad and humiliated with their behavior. the main problem with the TATA DOCOMO is the irresponsible and rude behavior of the representatives towards the customers who are loyal to TATA for years together. I had a great respect to the TATA brand but now with the Photon connection i totally lost trust in the company. in the present competitive world, all the companies are thriving for customer service where customer service is playing the main role that the product. i myself being in a sales company know the value of customer service.
      if you have any questions regarding the service i can show you 50 customers with the same complaint in my office alone who got frustrated with the service of TATA. More over threatening calls from the legal department who absolutely were very very rude with their behavior. I just trusted the executive as he said he will see that my connection gets deactivated. thinking that i dint even touch the device for 3 months. but to my surprise i was billed.
      How can you bill for the connection with 0 usage?
      How can a executive who is representing a big company be so irresponsible?
      How can the customer service guys be so rude to the customers?
      How can the legal department threaten a loyal customer to TATA brand?

      I sincerely request TATA to look into this matter and get this resolved not just me alone but to the entire customer world who are suffering with the service provided. Please regain the trust lost with TATA by taking a long term approach.

      I bought TATA DOCOMO 3G in July 2012 and paid the bill on 29th August 2012 for Rs. 1, 250, 29th Sep. 2012, for Rs. 1250, 25th Oct. 2012 for Rs.

      1200, 23rd Nov. 2012 for Rs 1700 & 26th Dec. 2012 for Rs. 1251 and later when i found the network problems i decided to disconnect it and did not

      use it and the connection was deactivated by your office on my request. Your Local centre said that the connection was deactivated . But to my

      surprise TATA DOCOMO started to generated a bill for Rs. 2, 960 for the duration 21-4-13 to 20-5-13 even after settlement (As told by Mr. Ranveer

      Vats, Mobile no. [protected], & Mr. Vineet Yadav, Mob. No. [protected] from your Delhi Legal Dept. This bill was generated when i did not use it

      for 1 minute absolutely zero usage and that too after 3 Monthes of deactivation (no billing was made for Jan., Feb., March 13). Mr. Ranveer Vats &

      Mr. Puneet Yadav threatened for taking legal action against me. I asked them that there is no payment due against me and to my surprise they were so

      rude in answering the questions.. I felt so bad and humiliated with their behavior. the main problem with the TATA DOCOMO is the irresponsible and

      rude behavior of the representatives towards the customers who are loyal to TATA for years together. I had a great respect to the TATA brand but now

      How can a company generate a bill for the connection which was disconnected in Dec. 2012 (no billing was made for Jan., Feb., March ., April, May

      13). for the period 21-5-13 to 20-6-13. Which is recieved today only.
      How can you bill for the connection with 0 usage and that too after a break of 3 months for not billing it?
      How can a executive who is representing a big company be so irresponsible?
      How can the customer service guys be so rude to the customers?
      How can the legal department threaten a loyal customer to TATA brand?
      Now I'm seriously looking for filling a suite against the company & Mr. Ranveer Vats & Mr. Puneet Yadav, the so called advocate as stated by

      themselves, the other persons involved in it for threatening me and for my Mental Harasment.
      I may add here that i'm already using Tata Docomo 3G Number : [protected] from Jan. 13 and regularly paying the bills. Also one of my Employee

      Mr. Shanawaj Tyagi is also using Tata Photon+ no. : [protected], Ac. No. 94595780 and paying bill regularly.
      I sincerely request TATA to look into this matter and get this resolved not just me alone but to the entire customer world who are suffering with the

      service provided. Please regain the trust lost with TATA by taking a long term approach.
      If the problem is not resolved i will be forced to close all my no. and will seek 3G services from other companies.

        Hi,

        I am Tata connection holder from last 5 years. Some time I used Tata Wimax, sometime Photon+ and so on.

        On 3rd Feb 2012 I acquired a new Photon+ connection. While getting this connection I informed executive that please do not send your associate for verification for next 15 days because I am going out of station but I am reachable on my phone. The executive was agreed upon.

        7 days later I suddenly find my Photon+ account deactivated. I called to customer care and they said that you were not reachable on your phone and that is why we deactivated. Finally, I came to know that the person who was trying to call me did not prefix "0" on my cell phone number. This is just a commonsense. However it was communicated earlier that I am not in town, they tried calling me in the local region (998686xxxx) and not with (0998686xxxx). Eventually they disconnected my line. After so many follow-ups, I got my line activated however I lost a day of internet connectivity and due to that my office work got affected. Because I was out of town I was completely dependent on internet for my office work and a day of disconnectivity cost me in thousands.

        Another instance, on 22 Feb 2012, one associate of Photon+ calls me and asks me all my details and finished background verification. He informs me that if someone calls you, you please inform that he came to my residence and completed the verification formalities. Suddenly I see my line deactivated again on 25 Feb 2012. I do follow-ups again and finally find that the person has entered my office and residence address as same and due to that the background verification failed and line got deactivated. I tried to follow-up but all in vein. Since it was Saturday, nothing happened on Sunday (26 Feb 2012), too. Now, today (27 Feb 2012, 3:16 PM) too, I still see my line is deactivated and my work is affected. I am losing thousands and impression at work.

        Finally, I just want to tell you that because of Tata's executive’s mistakes, their non-integrity work, and lack of commonsense I am suffering. I am not going pay any bill for this month and I'll lodge a complaint in consumer court Bangalore, India.

          Hi,

          I was using Tata Photon plus for around a year and a half(since 2010). I had a minute based plan which means the longer I use the more I pay. Last year around August End(2011 August), I raised a complaint with the Tata photon plus consumer care stating that my connection is very very slow. It would take 10-15mins to just load a page. And today (02/27/2012), I get a call from the tata photon Network department calling me to inform me that the problem is rectified. they gave me a docket number[protected] and the call was from the number - +91 [protected]. Following this they sent me a message, that my ticket is closed. Funny isnt it? Now let me tell you what happened in the mean time of 7 months!

          I followed up continuously with the customer care of Tata Photon to check on about the ticket I raised.Nothing happened.... once they told they would not be able to rectify the slow network issue! Than I got irritated and I stopped using the connection from September 1st week. Than, I got a bill in the middle of September 2011, with a whooping Rs 4500 or something like that. I called up customer care to clarify and ask how I got such an amount. They had no answers. Than finally after me following up on the bill several times and having talk with some customer care manager, I was told they would send me a different bill with half the amount of the current bill. But they sent me the same bill of Rs 4500 again. And I didnt pay.

          Now the drama starts. They called me every day 2-3 times to persuade me to make the payment and everytime I would end up telling the whole story of the ticket raised, the customer calls, the different bill, etc... but nothing done. Than finally I got a call from the Legal section of Tata Photon. And funny part is they even had proofs of me using the connection in October 2011! And they after few calls from the legal section, we realized that they were actually talking of some other person with my name. Post that I have not received any calls from the legal section. But, than I got a legal notice in my mail. Now its ridiculous on part of the Tata Photon team. Could you please look back into my payment history... I had never made even late payments... And this time, when its a genuine reason of your network failure, you torture me like hell and send me legal notice. Its utter nonsense!

          I would never got for any Tata products again in future and would stop my friends and families too.

            ihave taken a tata photon plus and a waly connection his customer support told me that in both location of my use tata indicom is providing full network and services but after just getting connection i feel i was chiitted by tataindicom i contact the customer care more than 10 times but they din't solve my problem finally i stoped calling customer care .but the bill is running on to 3months .now i m help less .now i have got a notice from a tata indicom lawyer to pay the bill of rs2500 app.
            now what will i do. plz guide me.

              i took a internet connection broadband tata photon whiz cost of 2000Rs. But in that unlimited browsing for 3months and then you have to pay ur usage wise but ia not using full of that but bill was 100% usage, but that connection was very bad slow connection it takes atleast 5minutes or 10 minutes. So i want to disconnect this internet browsing after three months i used only one month but i paid the amount 580Rs. Then i will told to disconnect
              this connection they said me rest of this month you have to pay for the next month also. We told them to disconnect but they didnt you have pay 1800Rs.But we are not using connection because my system had a problem for three months we aren't using but they are asking to you have to pay otherwise it will increase whether u using or not because this is postpaid but i paid that amount to tata photon whiz.
              Iam afriad of these connection dont trust to this connection this very bloody
              internet connection
              I purchased a data card Tata photon wiz. Post paid. but after 13 days it was not working. Now they send a bill for 3 months. Which i have not use. How could I pay that Bill. I gave them my Address for printed bill. I remind them to send me a bill then they send bill and told me this is not our job. You have to remember to get the bill. Now They force me and come at my home and pressure me to pay the full bill amount which i did't use.

                Hello,

                I had a photon whiz, which I used till august 2011. I have surrendered the device at the

                tata dealer's(TATA I) office on August 2011 as part of device upgrade to photon plus. At that time, the billing person told me that, all the bills are settled and I dont need to pay anything further with regard to the photon Whiz device. But from January onwards, I started getting court notices on non payment bills, for using the photon whiz, which I already surrendered to the SL Plaza retailer, palarivattom, asking me to contact Jancy(from an advocate, claimed to be a high court advocate(not sure whether this advocate itself is fake or true)). So I tried reaching Jancy, in the number given in the court notice. The number given in the court notice itself was not working!!!!

                After having a long googling, I got one number of tataindicom retailer and tried reaching

                them and also got connected once. The lady who answered the call told me that, some cashier

                done some cheating and the cashier, who attended my request, dint pay my amount on

                time(Customer has to pay and suffer for even TATA employee's mischieves). Also assured me

                that, I will not get any more court notices further(Great Thanx to TATA for your kind

                heartedness. I will be always thankful to you).

                Due to this great service, I thought of cancelling the tataphoton as well. So I started

                calling all the below given numbers, which are displayed in their own portal and other sites

                as the retailer numbers. But I realized that none of the provided numbers are not seems to

                be existing.

                [protected] - Rings and one lady answered once and connected me to the billing desk. After

                having a discussion, they stopped picking the call. No one will answer now, just can hear

                the ring(Already called, more than 40 times to this number alone).

                [protected] - Number seems to be not existing.

                So I started googling again to reach their corporate call center. I got the following as

                their customer care cell number.

                Fortunately I were able to reach this number almost all the time. One funny thing I noticed

                is that, after pressing button 9, they say, you are going to get connected to a malayalam

                speaking executive. But you will be able to reach only a hindi or english speaking executive. Leave it, since thats not my concern.

                back to my issue again,

                So I explained my sad story to the first executive I spoke to(I think, it is keerthana or

                someone, dont remember the name exactly). After hearing my story, she said, it is not

                becuase of thier mistake, I got the court notices. It is because of my mistake I got the

                court notices. When I asked, If I can record it, she said, she dint tell anything like that

                and she dint mean like that. Sine currently I'm located in bangalore, she asked me to

                contact Retailer in Bangalore to close the photon plus connection or to migrate the device

                to a prepaid plan. She asked me to contact the retailer just opposite to the Forum Mall(Near

                St.Johns), in bangalore. So I travelled to the tataindicom office to meet that retailer on 20/02/2012, by around 6:30PM. She also informed me that, if she is initiating the cancellation, it will take 7 - 15 days, so it is better to meet the tataindicom office in bangalore itself to close the connection within one day.


                I met the sales person, who handles tataphoton activities and informed him my reason behind this visit. He asked me to keep standing, till he is free, though a couple of chairs were free(The perfect way to treat a customer). after 10 mins, I were able to meet the sale person. I told him that, I need to close this connection at teh earliest. He told me that, it is not possible to close the connection from bangalore office, since the devie is registered in cochin. I told him, the customer executive of tata indicom itself asked me to visit this office to close this connection within one day. He said it is not possible as per the tata indicom policy. So, I called the customer care again, after staying over there itself. The executive who attended the call told me that, whatever the sales person is telling wrong and the cancellation can be done from bangalore office. So I requested the customer executive to talk to the sales person. He agreed to that and I gave the phone to that sales person. But unfortunately, the sales person rejected my request to talk to him. He said, he dont want to talk to anyone else, even if it is his own company's executive. So I informed the executive that, the sales person is not ready to listen to you or to your collegues.

                Next day, I again made a call to SL Plaza at the number [protected]. A lady attended my call and transferred the call to a gentle man. I requested him to cancel my connection. He asked to provide him with a written cancellation request. He also told me that, an email is just fine. He told me that, he can drop me a mail from the company mail address, so that I just need to reply back to that mail, saying that I need to cancel this connection. As promied he dropped me a mail from the mail adress [protected]@tatatele.co.in. He also asked me to call back to the same number, so that he can confirm the cancellation on the same day itself. So I replied back to his mail for the cancellation. But no one replied back to that mail, till this moment. I have also tried to reach him in that phone number. None did attend the call since then.

                So I again called the customercare for getting help in that regard. They told me that, the mail address the SL plaza given is wrong and is old one. I need to use [protected]@tatadocomo.com. So I again dropped a mail to the new mail address, keeping cc the old mail address. This time, I got a auto reply from the mail account and no one replied back then.

                So once again I called the customercare for cancellation. They atlast agreed that, they can initiate the request from their side, provided I should pay the bill till the process is over, which I can expect in next 15- 25 days. They provided me with the following request number[protected] and told me that the corresponding team will be in touch with me soon. But this also, I dint hear anything back from them, via the call or mail. So today(24/02/2012) I thought of doing some more googling, so that If I get a new number, which I can find some responsible person, who can understand and listen to my concerns. So I found the below number, which belongs to the appelate authority.

                Atlast, my phone was attended by a lady, who assured me that, she will do something on this. But she asked me to wait for next few more days, till she get some response from the corresponding tata indicom cancellation team. But she is also not sure of amount that I need to pay for the delay happened from tataindicom team. She told me that, she will try to avoid billing me further, but she cannot gurantee it. I might need to pay this month's bill also, though I'm not using the device.

                Well, I am extremely happy to see the awsome support from various tataindicom retailers and customercare. I had to spend more than Rs.180 for telephone calls itself for making them understand my concern. Also had to spent a few bugs to visit that retailer in bangalore. Also thank you so much for SL Plaza crew and the respected advocate for sending me court notices and making me frustrated. I have only one advice to all, if possible stay away from TATA TELE Services and SL Plaza Palarivattom.

                Still getting court notices. I got one more court notice ta week back. Please see the account closure intimation mail sent by your customer care on February. I contacted the customer care at Cochin, after getting the last court notice. They told me like, they cannot gurantee that, I will not be getting any more court notices, even if I pay the said amount.

                TATA PHOTON guys, please stop bugging me.Please do something to save me from this situation.

                  i have been using Tataphoton+ broadband postpaid,commited speed is 3. 1mpps till 5gb of data download , my no. is [protected] post paid broad band internet pack of rs 450 for 3 gb defence pack.,but i am reciving speed of only 3kbps for more than 3 monthsi have complaint to customer care several times thay reply that they are not able to process my request at that time and ask me to call again,i have also made complaint to nodal officer of Tata Tele-Servises mr neeraj on mobile no. [protected] and many other no. of their officers and customer care such as mr khanna on [protected], mr ravinder thakur on [protected] and so many......since last three month . they say that nothing can be don you are in low coverage are . but i am using this device since long ie wef 14 qpr 2011 thare was no problem but how i the problem has come now the device has een shown to service centre they said it nedds to be change as it is faulty but non of the commpny engineer has visited till date .my warrnaty expire on apr 14 -12012.kindy help me if any one can help i am paying bills every month in time . my contact no .is [protected], no help from tata phone service personnel . thanking u ,

                    so,either contact me,for intimating that u gonna fix the issue or disconnect my connection.i am keeping this complaint as a proof.so please either resolve the issue or disconnect the connection because next month i m not going to pay any amount as i m not getting the network on my device and m not able to talk to customer care to discontinue my connection.

                      I have a photon plus connection by the name of Winsome Yarns that has 3 combined nos. in it- [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I am using the Tata photon no. [protected] from mid Jan and that too in urgent situations as I already have wi-fi connection in the office of the co. The plan for the photon is of rs. 750 (2 GB o[censored]sage free). I have used photon in only urgent and critical conditions. But I was shocked when I came to know that the bill of it is rs. 5500 (approx.) and the total bill for the 3 nos. is rs. 7279/-. I have used it only for surfing purpose for official work for most of the times. The bill shows usage of more than 10GB of data which is not correct.
                      I had not used the photon no. on continous basis.
                      I do not understand that why we face problem with Tata Indicom only as this is the 3rd time I am facing problem of billing with photon plus.

                      The concerned person is requested to look into this and provide an urgent remedy to this as the co. is ready to deduct the amount from my salary for the usage that I have not made.

                          my tataphoton code is [protected].After my first complaint last week.it was provided some speed only for 4 to 5 days to my internet connection.again there is almost no speed or very little speed in this highly monthly charged HIGH SPEED INTERNET service.But why i am paying too much money to this hopeless internet service..i am complaining it coz you should know views of customers about this poor network service.i will never ever suggest others to believe this internet service..i am also planning to look some better option...and i am sure that i will find some LOW COST NET. SERVICE OTHER THAN TATA PHOTON with better speed as compared to TATA PHTON HIGH SPEED NET.

                            2012 but till now my photon connection is not activated , if i call this guy he always said he will trying to activate the connection but he was failed , at last he give number of AMIT ([protected]) and said you talk to him he will activate you TATA photon plus connection but he was also fail to activate .

                            Now they are not picking my phone , now its a high time i cant tolerate these kind of non-sense from you , so you are requested to return my
                            Money on ASAP basis , otherwise i will file a case in consumer court.

                            Took a connection of Tata Photon + under Rs.950/- plan on the 10th of September,2010,from their authorised dealer,M/s Eastern Commerce,but till today,20th instant, the connection has not been activated in spite of several pursuations.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have been using Tata Photon Plus ([protected]) since last 1 year and service is pathetic. So I had submitted request(with documents) to convert my post paid connection to Prepaid on 27th Jan 2012 in Rajajinagar, Bangalore. The customer care executive told me that it will be done in 48 hours and refused to give me any reference no.

                              Today I had called to tata docomo customer care no to check the status and found that its not done yet. When I had queried those people simply started giving me 'n' of nuisance reasons.

                              Now they are again saying that it will be done in 48 hours and not ready to give me any reference no. So I had asked them to disconnect the connection and those people are not ready to do that also.

                              It seems that they simply want to rob me for not using their pathetic service which hardly works in day time and damn slow in night time.

                              Please provide me justice.

                                my tata photon no. is [protected].i pay 1200 per month for 10 GB but do not get speed or connection inspite of FULL SIGNAL in main city area.when i open google it say web page not available or it take half an hour to open facebook home page and another half an hour to logout frm facebook page...such a poorest of the poor service of this costliest network...plz dont apologise coz i will not get an extra 1 mb for internet only on basis of sayin sorry.i have to pay for it.now i m getting almost no connection or poorest of the poor connection by paying too much charges so should i get my money back which i spent this month on this useless service.For this complaint also i spent one and half hour to properly connected to network.Daily i face this torture...this company cheat peoples...to much cost...poorest service....taking money of others in free, with out providing service.cheators.

                                  I have bought datacard from Connect india on 27th January 2012 from Mr Stephen( [protected]) after Speaking with Mr Shilender ([protected]) and Mr. Edwin([protected]) from Chennai . Mr Shilendar and Edwin ([protected]) committed the card will be activated in 2 hrs after payment. But Its over a week now but still not activated and all of the numbers are not responding now.

                                    Hello Sir,

                                    My Tata Photon Plus number is [protected]. I have been in middle of an issue from 15th Oct 2011 and trying to find a resolution which has consumed more than 15 hrs of my active time (more than 25 calls to Customer care, 3 calls to nodal officers, many e-mails to Customer Care and already 2 calls to nodal appellate but no call back or response) and hence, I am dropping you this mail.

                                    Original Issue: I have connectivity issue in my Tata Photon device from 12th Oct 2011 which has been identified to be a network problem (on 6th Nov 2011) and was informed to be resolved only on 1st Jan 2012.

                                    Billing Issue: when I raised this issue to the customer care multiple times in the month of Oct 2011 to the Customer Care, one had instructed me to change the “std code” settings in my laptop, another customer care personal asked to me check if the device settings are intact, another asked me if am in roaming and convinced me that might be the issue at all (I was at Anna Nagar, Chennai although I bought the device in Bangalore).
                                    When I returned to B’lore in the month of Nov 2011, I found the device was not working in the original location too! A technician attended from Tata Photon+ after another call and said it was a network issue and the call would be routed to Network team. I was misguided or fooled by all the customer care persons whom I called in the month of Oct 2011.
                                    I have been provided discount only from the day the call was routed to Network team in the Dec and Jan bills as the resolution of the original issue was only on 1st Jan 2012. I had raised a request claiming discount for around 20 days (in Oct) for the Nov bill when I did not have connectivity for none of my reasons! On every call, the discount for the subsequent months was quoted and the 20 days issue was not either cared or overlooked!

                                    Even for the requests I raise, I had to call back customer care to find its resolution after 2 days!!! The response has been pathetic both from the nodal officers and customer care. As a result, I stopped using my device on 29th Dec 2011 and have informed the nodal officers (Sunil and Anitha) about the same to do their bit and help me out of this issue but I have not heard any responses from them so far.
                                    Since then, I have called customer care 4 times, nodal officers 2 times and further 2 more times nodal appellate but in vain in the month of Jan 2012 (Even for a request raised on Jan 5, no resolution was informed to me). When I atlast called the nodal appellate on Jan 24th, I had explained the whole issue for 15 minutes and he had asked me to wait on the call while he has a look on the issue. The call got disconnected at around 25 minutes and I couldn’t reach back to nodal appellate and the least I expected, if not a resolution, was a call back which I did not get so far.

                                    I have already faced a lot of pain and hardships being a Tata Photon+ customer!!! A nodal officer (Anitha) said that having paid your Oct 2011 bill, you can’t claim discount on a paid bill as it is our company policy, please understand and move on! That’s the reason I have stopped payment and waiting for adjustments in Dec and Jan bill for a 20 days discount in the month of Nov 2011 that I was supposed to. Never in a service provider, I have found nodal officers who have apathy for their customers except for Tata Docomo.

                                    I am posting this with the least belief that this issue will be resolved in the coming months or years!

                                    Tata Photon Plus — Billing problem

                                    tata photon charged me extra 1000 rs for internet connection. when asked for detailed bill no response had come. ridiculous customer service. finally i had to pay the bill on last day of due payment, stil waiting for their response. dont buy tata!!!

                                    Last two years I had taken Rs.400/ plan in photon plus that was working good style and I was satisfied with this net.
                                    Last eight month I am not getting normal speed, I complained toll free no so many persons came to me and looked the position of speed and go back, that I will complain my senior because ping is too much 350/400/275/370.
                                    Like that, I cannot solve that problem, my officer look after this matter, All men told like that but I have got eight
                                    Month money loss, Rs.3200 to 3500 rupees, because I cannot get my speed which Mr. satish sagar[Tvs holder at site no 1 Kidwai Nagar Kanpur] told to me that you would get 3mbps speed up to 1 GB.
                                    Now I am not able to pay Rs.958.rupees to company I, am-retired persons how I can afford wrong bill?

                                    Kindly think in positive way and please do help me any how because I can complain to you only, rest is you can do Batter for me. You are able to do everything.
