Dial Connection Not Completed

My Tata Photon Whiz Internet Connection No. is [protected], purchased from Haldwani (Nainital), Uttarakhand. Now I have shifted to Jaipur. The device is not working, although signal strength is good: on taking the option of "connect", it shows the dial call is not completed. The helpline told that activation is required. I understand the connection can be activated by the service provider. Requested to kindly do the needful at earliest....

not get speed on internet

I am Ratna, i am using tata photon whiz since last 3 months in mp nagar zone 1 bhopal.

Poor Quality of service and harassment for Bill payment

I am using the Tata Photon Plus datacard (dongle) from November, 2011. The day I had taken the connection i am facing speed issue. Earlier These tata guys promised me like i will be getting some speed around 3.2MBPS, but i never got speed more than some Kbps. faulty billing and cheating

I had a billing problem and had opted for a safe custody of months. i was assured that this would not be billed during the tenure. Inspite of this i was billed rs 75 per month.And now when i enquired they are letting me know that my account is closed and i woud need to pay these charges this could be released....

Sending Bills despite of cancellation requests

Those people on the shop arranged everything and enabled this connection for me with out any additional costs or charges. On 04/07/2012,I went to the office of Tata Docomo in sector 8-D Madhaya Marg, Chandigarh with a written request to terminate my connection as I no more needed same. The lady at the helpdesk checked up the balance on the computer and informed me that there is a minus balance of Rs 57/-....

bad service

hi i am PINKU KUMAR GUPTA using tata do co mo photon+ dongle (postpaid) for my Internet uses but from the very first month after the bill was sent to me the service is interrupted such that it gets connected but not able to do any work because of poor connectivity or poor speed and after repeated complaining they don't bother a week to resolve the issue but they charge for that which feels like cheated in terms of providing service...
