My Tata Photon Whiz Internet Connection No. is [protected], purchased from Haldwani (Nainital), Uttarakhand. Now I have shifted to Jaipur. The device is not working, although signal strength is good: on taking the option of "connect", it shows the dial call is not completed. The helpline told that activation is required.     Respected Sir/Madam,
    I Bharat Bhushan, would like to keep your attention that I had purchased TATA PHOTON WHIZ for mobile internet service on dated 05/07/2012 with Invoice no[protected]/[protected] and Item Details no-A10000209B57A1, from Drive India enterprises Solution Ltd.,SHOP NO-6351/15-16,GODAWARI COMPLEX, NICKELSON ROAD, AMBALA CANTT-133001. But from the date of purchased I did not get Proper internet network so that I could used internet through this device. But due to poor connectivity I am getting apt. Data receiving speed -0 to 5 kbps while company has claiming 158kbps that is very poor speed as per the norms of endorsement of company with me.
    More over I had sent so many e-mail to the customer care in sense of this problem.
    But they did not get initial step to sorting out of this problem.
    I want to request you that please sort out of my problem otherwise help me to get my money back Rs 1199/-.

      Hi,
      I am Akshay Gupta , recently I went to TATA DOCOMO Maida mill Office Bhopal to buy the prepaid tata photan+ device , there I meet your executive Mr. Mr. Sanjay Tiwari(Contact no.[protected]) , he couldn't arrange me a device but he talked to his friend and give me the device(device no[protected] without bill by promising that he will send the bill on my mail.
      I have done all formality there(like submitted my ID proof and address proof)
      but right now I haven't received the bill, and my connection get temporary deactivated because he hasn't submitted the documents.
      I am continuously calling him but he is not responding
      Sir this is a direct cheating with me, I am also working in a organization(Wipro Technologies) I request you to take a serious action as soon as possible.

        I am Roshan Lal and my photon number is [protected] and account number is
        [protected]. Note: This connection is a corporate plan with 5gb unlimited plan.

        I had registered a compliant regarding the internet speed of this device on[protected]time 04:24:53.0) and my complaint reference number was[protected].

        I bought this corporate plan of Photon plus with promise that you will get upto 3.2MBPS speed. But while using it, in the Pune region, its speed was 10kbps and even one of the engineer (Ganesh Shelke) from main branch of Pune shivaji nagar came and checked it and gave me receipt that its coverage issue.

        Also as a Corporate plan user no one on call center will entertain you, I had talk on the toll free number [protected], there they gave me this
        number [protected] and afterward they gave me [protected] and They again gave me number [protected].

        Finally I wrote an email to these ids: [protected]@tatadocomo.com and [protected]@tatatel.co.in, there at-least I got reply. They gave me reference number M9491644 for complaint.

        I told them same speed and coverage issue and they asked me that in karvenagar area its indoor network problem and you have choice that you can disconnect this connection by confirmation of email and paying outstanding amount of RS. 843. I paid this amount and then they had disconnected this connection. I thought everything is over now but today 8th August 2012 I got one bill of amount RS. 1785.

        E-Bill for your TATA DOCOMO connection no. [protected] for the month of Aug 12 - Churn Out Charge.

        By reading this forum I can say I am not the only one of this type. Tata claims that they are ISO 27001:2005 certified but they are not worth of it.

        I am also working in a software company cybage pvt. ltd. in pune.

        I am not gonna pay this amount.

        Those people who see some sales men outside of the gate of our company to sell silly corporate connection. Please don't go for it. I will suggest you prepaid connections. Postpaid and corporate connections are just bull [censored].

          I am Guruvikram Bhat. I was a customer of Tata photon plus, after giving a bad connection and wasted my money for this product TATA Photon plus has sent me legal notice to me. saying that I have to pay the money 1080 Rs for not using their product from 1 year. Please dont use this crap. they are Torturing me mentally by sending the legal notice.

          Now actually the TATA photon should pay money to me because
          1) I've wasted my money and time to call customer care.
          2) Torturing me mentally
          3) Invested my money here

            To Sir/Madam.
            This is to inform you that i bought a TATA PHOTON PLUS post paid DATA CARD ie on
            27.07.12, costing 500.
            Mr.Hari kripa agency from haridwar told me that it would be activated in an hour. but still after one week they are not activated
            I five times go there and submit my all docments but still there no progress
            Today i tried almost throughout the day to activate it , but in vain.I called hari kripa agency but almost no possitive response.
            almost five to six times , but i did get any response.
            I am totally frustrated due to this.
            I would request you to look into the matter ASAP.
            Either get my card activated or return my money.

Service provider Mr.Anil Kumar (Ph.no.[protected]) of Dwarka nagar Docomo office deliver the device at Rs.1200.00 but money receipt not given and assured to be sent to my E MAIL but not given so far. Now, since last 5 days the service is disconnected reason unknown to us. I want net connection or my money back.

                  My Name is Sudheer I have took a tata photon plus connection under corporate with number [protected].The speed is less than 0.32 mbps.While contacting to customer there is no response,the first dialogue is
                  1.They will speak in very low voice and says your voice is not audible(i have dialed 3 customer care numbers [protected],[protected],[protected]) and after a couple of seconds they disconnect.some say's this is not wright place dial other number.Being a so called branded tata services i didn't expect this as service.

                  It's only fake of being no:1 broadband they are the worst service providers in broadband service.

                  when i called to photon customer care they told me there is some server problem or server up gradation and you receive very good speed from our min 256 kbps. but they forgot that there max speed is 3.1 mbps


                  advice to all please don't waste your money in such a network or worthless product

                    But i am getting only max. speed 3 to 4 Kbps.

                        I am using the Tata Photon Plus datacard (dongle) from November, 2011. The day I had taken the connection i am facing speed issue. Earlier These tata guys promised me like i will be getting some speed around 3.2MBPS, but i never got speed more than some Kbps. I have lodged complain many times , all the times their technical team promised like issue will be resolved, but in vein. Still the last month i had paid the full bill around 950/- INR per month, but now i am fade up with this kind of cheating and fraud activity they are doing with me so i stopped paying. Now they are harassing me making random phone calls and sending mails asking for the money. But what should i pay for?? the service i never used for that how many times i have to pay and regret. This kind of cheat activity should be stopped without any fail. I have all the mails and proofs with me showing i had not used not more than 1 GB a month and they charge for 5 GB unlimited plan. So my Ernest request to look into this matter.

                        Tata Photon Plus — Cheating,Bad Quality of Service

                        Dear Sir,
                        On 7th of Dec.2010 night around 8:30 PM I buy this Tata photon plus.
                        A man from tata photon plus named "Shyam" come to our home and sell the device.
                        At that time company and the man"Shyam" tell that they activate the device on hand.
                        They will activate this on temporary bases and this will activate for 1 hr and 30 min.
                        OK...
                        Then he activate the device and the device is in running condition.After that he gone and i shut down my laptop for my dinner,after dinner i again switch on my device but there were no signals and from that time till today 8th of Dec 2010 2:05 PM the device is not active.

                        They cheated with me.
                        they said that the device is activated for 100 min for 72 hr.
                        but the device is in inactive state.It is not running.
                        I had a urgent work yesterday's night but due to that i wasn't done that work.
                        (I was to send a mail on 7dec2010 but due to no connectivity of that device i lost my job chance,this is noticeable) .
                        I called customer care 4 times but they are unable to provide me satisfactory answer.

                        Due to Cheating,Poor Service,Slow service,unsatisfactory sell and customer department i'm under mental pressure.I missed my chance also for my job opportunity.
                        I want a better solution on this.
                        One more thing:-the sales department called me today and confirmed that i purchased the device or not,i said yes but when i was try to tell those guys about the problem then he said"thanks for purchasing tata photon plus sir,thank you" and he cut the phone.
                        What was that????? They are money oriented,Once customer gives money then they send customer in the HELL.
                        I want satisfactory solution,I want com-pulsation,either They give me free connection for some months or increase my high speed data download limit,
                        because they give tension,mental tension to me , as they are not activating my device,the person SHyam not attending calls and customer care is not giving answer to the problem.
                        Please do something.

                          The Tata Photon connection is still not activated, i am in urgent need of it, please activate the same.

                          I was looking for a tata photon connection so I called on this mobile number [protected] which i got from the site http://www.tataphotonplus.co.in/mumbai-puna.html#

                          This person mentioned in above mobile number directed me to the person named Yogesh Mobile Number ([protected]) who sent Shiva Ram Sharma Mobile Number ([protected]) to my home with Tata photon dongle, he has done the setup and given me 100 Mb usage card and charged me 1300 for dongle + card.

                          He said that it will be activated in a day but here i am sitting for that day when it will be activated.

                          i have opted for a plan of 5GB unlimited usage for which they are charging me 700 rs( they told me it is some corporate offer), i am waiting for the same to be activated for now working with 100 MB usage card.

                            My name is Vikas and i have been using the tata photon plus post paid service ([protected]) for a year now.
                            I had a billing problem and had opted for a safe custody of months. i was assured that this would not be billed during the tenure. Inspite of this i was billed rs 75 per month.And now when i enquired they are letting me know that my account is closed and i woud need to pay these charges this could be released. These information was not conveyed during the safe custody request. All this happened when i put in a request for cancellation and the agent came to meet me saying i could put it in safe custody and there would not be any charge. And now when i ask for cancellation , I am being shuttled between the customer care center and the outlet. If this is a way of robbing people of their money who took the connection trusting the Brand name of TATA, it is unacceptable and horrific. I would need a detailed explanation for this and the waiver of so called bill. I would be forced to take legal advice if this does not happen

                              Summary :
                              1. 3 complains raised
                              2. executive talking without any information
                              3. executives giving false information
                              4. executives are not leting user to escalte matter
                              5. My tata photon plus is still on which i am trying to get closed

                              Details :

                              At 4 june i raised request with all document and complete bill clearence at tata photo outlet sector - 12 Dwarka but at outlet tata employees didnt provide service requestno. As i was also not aware i hadnt asked for specific request no.

                              After that i called twice on customer care no. and they raised complain but again no one revert.

                              today @ 26 July i recieved call from tataphoton executive who told his name as rajesh , he told me that tat team have cold me bu call didnt picked up on which i told him that i hadnt recive any call. then i asked why my request is still not take care then he was completely blank and he took 4 mins to read my complain histore (not required to say before calling he didnt check customer history). he told me he cant call @ customer outlet also before calling me also bcoz it is not allowed.

                              when i asked him to raise complain again and mention below points

                              1. why cutomer outlet hadnt share service request no.
                              2. Why he (rajesh) hadnt call to outlet before calling me to check if customer is innocent and problem is from outlet side
                              3. why this service requst was not told to myself during two previous requests raised with tata photon (i have twice already raised request to tata photon for same issue)


                              After some argument he said ok he will update all these items in request. and then when i asked him to read complete complain he read it in hindi and told they wtite complain in hindi.

                              Then i asked him to connect to his mangeron this intiall he refused and told he is not allowaed then when i put pressure he put on hold and said his manager is not picking call and then he also refused to tell his managers name and name of all other 2 executive who wrote my complain @ 6 july and 12 july also

                                I have received a Tata Photon device and connection as part of an offer when I purchased a Toshiba Laptop from Oxygen IT shop at Cochin a couple of months before. Those people on the shop arranged everything and enabled this connection for me with out any additional costs or charges. But I couldn’t use this device well with my Laptop as the connection was too slow in my location. I have paid for a one month bill which I received online and informed them I am no longer using this device as the net connection is slow for me. 3 days before I got shocked to see a legal notice from an Advocate of Tata Teleservices demanding to pay all the pending due or they will be proceeding with legal actions. I cant understand why should I have to pay for a service which I am not using. I never expect such a kind of action from a Company like Tata.

                                Same issue with me. I actually paid for 6 months in advance (I was offered a free modem) and I quit after a month since the service wasn't good enough. I requested for a refund and was informed that I had to write a cancellation letter, which I did. After like 3-4 weeks, my balance (for 5 months) was refunded. The modem was also collected from me.

                                So, imagine my surprise when Tata staff started harassing me with phone calls asking me to pay my balance of rs2048. How could I have a balance to pay in such circumstances? How could I pay a balance for a modem I had returned with a cancellation letter given like a month before and a due refund made back to me? Isn't it obvious that it's an internal issue within their own staff network? Most annoying is that I would explain everything to whosoever called me from their office patiently, and then the person would call me again for the same issue the next day. Without exaggerating, I must have received such calls more that 30 times. Couldn't they have actually taken time to investigate the issue just once?

                                The worst part of it is that they are now threatening me through a Legal Department. I will NOT pay an amount I don't owe. And they should stop trying to intimidate me with legal palaver. It's pathetic and ridiculous.

                                      I, Maninder Kaur, was user of post paid Tata Docomo Broad Band Photon Plus 650 MB @ Rs 500. The account no is[protected] and Tata Docomo No is [protected]. On 04/07/2012,I went to the office of Tata Docomo in sector 8-D Madhaya Marg, Chandigarh with a written request to terminate my connection as I no more needed same. The lady at the helpdesk checked up the balance on the computer and informed me that there is a minus balance of Rs 57/-. She advised me to get the connection terminated through customer care helpline. I called the CC and on 6/7/2012 and registered my request for termination of the connection. The Ref no is[protected]. I was told by the CC executive that the needful shall be done in a week's time. On 20/7/2012 I was shocked to find that a bill of Rs 486.89 has been raised to me against the same terminated connection. I called up the CC on 20/07/2012 to enquire why the mess up. The CC executive who took the call was totally non responsive and evasive. Is anyone in the Tata Docome listening? Can some justice be done to me. I sincerely expect Tata Docomo to be judicious and withdraw the frivolous bill of Rs 486.89 and to confirm to me the termination of the connection.

                                        hi i am PINKU KUMAR GUPTA using tata do co mo photon+ dongle (postpaid) for my Internet uses but from the very first month after the bill was sent to me the service is interrupted such that it gets connected but not able to do any work because of poor connectivity or poor speed and after repeated complaining they don't bother a week to resolve the issue but they charge for that which feels like cheated in terms of providing service
