I have TaTa photon plus from last 3 months but as per their promise o[censored]pto 3mbps speed,i didnt get speed more than 500kbps in these 90 days.

    I Rajarshi Ranjan Ghosh, a regular subscriber of Tata Photon Plus with Photon plus Id [protected].
    That Sir, every month I use to recharge my account within validity period and I had accumulated about
    5450 MB o[censored]sage at my credit, but suddenly in the month of March 2012 even after recharging with Rs 350/- on 5th of this month(March2012 which was the last date of my validity period), my account shows Zero balance, and I could not able to avail the required services whole of the month,for which I am having much inconvenience. I contacted Tata Photon's Customer Care Center but till now no rectification regarding the same was done on their part, and they insisted on that, "No recharge was done from my part". I further sent a email to the Nodal Officer of our area sating him my grievances, still I got no response from him too.
    Please help me out regarding this. I can furnish all the payment details as required.

    Hope you would understand my grievance and inconvenience, and take necessary action regarding the same.

    There are lot of complaints for my account number[protected]. Few are listed below:
    1. To get this connection, received a very bad service, so raised a online complaint (complaint number:154013 dt:[protected]. Still it is open. No one cares...
    2. After taking long follow up of about a month, got the modem delivery. (Faulty modem)
    3. My connection is not yet activated (till today) but in system, it shows that connection is activated from 19 May.
    4. Issued a faulty kit which is not even detectable to computer.
    5. Had a call with your representatives Mr. Rahul ([protected]) and his team (Omkar, Aniket). As usual every one said that he will look into this and will call back. Hardly anyone has called me back.
    6. Then I called customer care on [protected] and told the issue of faulty model issued to me, they give me a docket number[protected]. On the same day got the call from Rahul. Surprisingly he gave me the same docket number. (Don't know who have created it)
    7. He told that their service center technician will visit and will help to resolve the issue. In reference to this, Mr John has visited to my address and verified that the device is faulty. When I have asked him to replace the same, he told that someone from dealer will come and he will replace it within one or two days and will take away this faulty kit.
    8. After no replay from your side in 7 days, I again called to customer care [protected]. They told that I have been told to visit service center. I said no one has confirmed this with me. Then he checked the request log and told that my cell is not reachable. (Surprise to me). Because I have not got any SMS or email from your side. All the things are done at your side only.
    9. I requested there on customer care that the kit is still not installed so please issue me a fresh new kit and take away this faulty kit as your technician has confirmed the same. No one cares.. They said you have to visit service center.
    10. Due to frustration above I have raised a request for cancellation and and refund of money collected. (complaint number 160803 dt[protected]They denied to the refund but are processed the cancellation request (Complete cheating)
    11. Then visited to Pimpri service center (Stronic PCMC C-4 in Mother of Worlds, near Jai Ganesh Fame multiplex) and got shocking news that kit is invalid.

    12. Then again I went to TVS and told the issue. They checked the numbers and got shocked that the hardware was issued on the name of someone else other than me. They told me that they are raising a complaint against the agency. (Ref number[protected]..God knows what happened to this number.
    Meanwhile they told to get the certificate from Authorised Service Center and with that certificate go to the dealer and you will get replacement modem. Then again go to the service center, but it was closed due to Saturday. Where as the time details provided by customer care are different.
    And Finally on Tuesday[protected] they have closed my connection without giving my money back......Very Bad and Unfair
    13. Also when I visited TVS, there I came to know that you have generated a bill against me...Oh God...
    14. Then I have told that take away your faulty kit and pay the money back or give me a new modem as a replacement. But finally got the mail today that they just disconnected my connection only. Who knows how the issue is solved?
    15. Then they told me to get the modem replaced from service centre and they will activate the service.
    16. After taking long follow up, I got the working modem but now they saying that connection is permanently disconnected and I need to apply for the fresh connection...

    To solve this issue, I have frequently send a mail but check the frequency of your responses...

    For these issues, I have also called many times on their nodal officer number [protected], but no there I here only a predefined tape only.

    So can you please tell me what happened to above complaints....

    Why you are in a such a business of selling faulty kits and incurring money?

    And who is responsible for customer headache?

    Tata Photon Plus — Cheating by Tata

    Tata Photon Plus — Delivery not done one time

    I had bought the Tata Photon Plus connection from Vriti Interactive. Online Payment of Rs.1699 for the device was also done. Name of the executives cordinating from their end Prabhat Mishra, Vipin Kumar and Mumtaz Ahmed. I have still not recd. the device irrespective of multiple follow up's. I was promised that delivery will be done within 2 hours.

    hey man, is it the speed u get in torrent downloads coz even i get the same speed : max : 10kbps while downloading torrent files.
    They are shaping the traffic for torrent softwares. It is a common practise to put a cap on p2p softwares in the Western countries.But atleast they admit that they do it, but here in india, these guys clandestinely put a cap on unlimited plans.
    lets get together and kick their !

    I purchased a Tata Photon+ connection from BHUMI ENTREPRISE/SPEED ENT. , Owner: Bhumi Panchal, one of your executive Digvijay-[protected], office-[protected], chirag-[protected], [protected], Rajesh-[protected], Data card no: [protected].

    1. I have purchase tata photon plus from bhumi ent. b-35, shupath-2, nr. old vadaj bus stop.ahmedabad, gujarat. at that time we have decide amount 3500 for 6 month unlimited plan for 3.1 mb speed. they have agree and sold me. at that time i have pay 3500 and they have give me receipt, thenafter 24 hrs they dissconnect my connection and forcing me to pay 1000 rs to continue service. at the time of deal thay said to pay 3500 only thenafter they call me daily and talking badly to me for paying 1000 rs. now the support staff is saying that they have registered my card with company, so forcing more to pay 1000 rs.. If this was the case why they sold me the connection with wrong information. I hope this is not a part of Tata sales practices to cheat their customers.

    2. Yesterday I went to your ahmedabad gujarat bhavan head office to inform this, they was hopeless and none of them take any step regarding this cheats. providing wrong information to customers it make a offence. so please inform them to pay back 3500 and get there data card back.

    3. The given data card was of another person MANISH PATEL, and they said me it is new card and will get register my name. it is one big cheat and miss using my docs. and details.

    I hope that I will receive any reply of this mail.
    I hope someone in TATA still feel responsible for their brand image and will look into this.

            I, Prem Parkash Kaushik, had purchased a tata photon plus postpaid connection on 4th of January, 2012, under government employee scheme, in which I was supposed to get two monthes of free usage and monthely rental discount. I paid thee amount of INR.1299 for thee device, and thee very next day connection was barred saying theat a bill of INR.1700 is pending. I lodged complaints from where I purchased, withe Tata photon area manager and otheer employees as well. Every time theey have asked for anotheer 3 days to put thee waiver and get my service resumed. But, even after theree monthes, my connection has not been resumed, forget thee two monthes of free unlimited usage.

            Tata photon plus has cheated me. I feel theat its hightime now, theat I should lodge a formal complaint withe consumer forum. Time is a matter of constraint for every one theese days. But Tata employees are into a habit of wasting thee time and money as well of its unfortunate customers.

                Sir,
                I have a tata photon plus prepaid connection bearing no. [protected] since last one year. My last recharge was valid since 28/03/2012 and 4.4 GB uses was also balance in my account. On 27/03/2012 I recharged 2501/- Rs. through rechargeitnow.com portal online. Recharge was successful as I found a confirmation mail and 2501/- Rs. was also debited from my bank account. So I was sure that my tata photon plus prepaid connection bearing no. [protected] was recharged on time and now I can also use my 4.4 GB balance uses. But today I found a mail from rechargeitnow.com that recharge was not successful and recharge amount will be refunded. Now tata photon plus prepaid connection bearing no. [protected] services has been stopped. If I again recharge tata photon plus prepaid connection bearing no. [protected] the balance 4.4 GB uses will not available. Who is responsible for it?

                against my last blog comlaint yesterday . i received one tel phone cal from tata who only tired to know he problem . i explained her as usual for 30minutes and then she said she will revert but all in vein.
                interestingly i received 2 mails . ie number 01 registering the complaint and generating a docket no at 9.25 AM followed by another mail closing the from their side . this is all with out giving any resolution . the mails are reproduced below .

                just see the two mials received from you people in an interval of anhour . this is all generated by you of your own and closed by you with the resolution solution best known to you .

                sir you can see how they are working and claiming of providing their best services all the times .
                I have being struggling with TATA on poor/no internet connectivity on Tata Photon Plus device. There have being multiple visits of the engineers but no resolution.
                The device has beeing tested both in and out door but almost no or rather dead connectivity.
                The only prompt response is in terms of bill not the service. My photon number is [protected] and I need complete refund of my investment as well as damages due to the loss of time.

                Tata Mobile Internet Service - Photon Plus — Poor service

                Tata Photon Plus is an absolutely poor internet service, it is very slow compared to what speed I had been promised. They are frauds!

                No use of making complaint as you have prepaid connection
                Tata telly is marketing for post paid connection ( In this way they can rob you for at least more two to three month). they provide tata whiz service after high speed data limit is finish the whiz service is very slow as compared to tata photon service at 155 kb/s
                I can send you list of mail transaction in between me and tata customer center
                They only send a apologize MAIL which they may have ready format

                My advice to you gust get a wire broad band from local cable operator for unlimited plan it will cost you 300 to 500 rs at 256 kb/s and sell tata photon device at least you can get money enough to pay the deposit of that local network provider may be

                Hi,

                I am fed up with tata customer care. I am facing problem with my photon plus device from past one month. I have called customer care so many times went to 3-4 different tata customer care centers, but still my issues is not solved. I am not able to connect through "broadband" high speed signal. My device is only getting low signal. I have tried my friend's device its working perfectly. Customer care is saying different things each time, once they said its problem somewhere in back end, they asked me to reinstall device software several times, once they said our engineer will contact you. I have suffered a lot and my last month 1200 package was completely wasted without speed. I need this problem to be solved immediately with compensation. I need next month recharge from tata side, otherwise refund my money for my last package.

                  This is bring to your kind notice that dated on 14.03.2012 i have recharged with 300 INR against my Tata photon + prepaid (Ref # [protected]).
                  As per the counter staff at SP Road,Near Abdulla Mansion,Harihara Kala Bhavan,Hyderabad i can avail/access 3 GB data and validity till 30 days.
                  But when i was accessing dated on 28.03.2012 i was getting error # 734.Then immediately i called customer service i shocked to know that this offer available for 07 days only,i not even provided wjth ref # for our conversation.
                  I sincerely complaint against the concern staff of above mentioned address and also i request for justice.

                    There is network connectivity problem since a month and as result to unable to use TATA Docomo - CDMA, (Account no.[protected] for incoming calls you can hear the cell is out of network (despite of the cell was functional from the same place before) if receive then also interrupted calls or blank in between the call same with outgoing calls. Re Tata Photon plus - not connected and if connected disconnected in 2-3 mins, unable to send one email in 2 hours also. Inspite of making serveral complaints no use, they are in upgradation of service in Pimple Saudagar, Pune area but dont provide the information upto when they can operational. As since a month unable to use the service, they have send the bill of @1800/- while not use the proper service of 800/- also. Who will pay the loss due to not having connectivity by phone / email since the things happening. Not getting proper feedback from customer service / nodal officer for waiver / exemption of bill amount. no answer from them. what can we do about this, plz suggest. - Mrs Kamath

                      I was using Tata Photon plus postpaid connection .I used that net connection last on June , 2011 .After that as i was not satisfied with the connection , i thought of discontinuing that connection .i called the customer care and told him that i wish to disconnect .Then next month again the bill came and they gave the reason that i told them to discontinue after 12th march which is my bill generation date. So i need to pay that.That month i paid the bill simply without using the net at all and paid the amount to a guy who used to come to collect from home.i told him also to disconnect from next month.He told that he will do.Now next month again the bill came.i didn't bother to pay .After 3 months 1 guy came to our house and told my bills are pending from 3 months.I told him all the story and after hearing all this he told that he will look into the matter and discontinue and we paid the bill for 3months again .

                      NOTE:Till this point no-one didn't even tell me to send a mail or any official letter to disconnect .After this again bill started coming.Again after 3 months some guy came to collect and he told to do the official things.My question is why no-one told me about this before and i paid some 4 months bill without using this at all.And when i paid all this and telling them to discontinue why they are not disconnecting.It has been almost a year .Now they sent some advocate letter to pay the bill otherwise they will take other actions against me?????
                      why they harass people so much??
                      After paying 4months of bill , i am not feeling to send any official letter to them .When i am not using that and not paying the bill why they are not disconnecting ????????????

                        When i am calling customer care of tata telecom for information of tata photon wize internet plan, they asking me for my wize no. and name, but i am giving correct name and wrong no. ([protected]) but they did not suggest me that you are giving wrong no. that did not match with name.
                        I am calling 5 to 6 time to customer but did not saying you are giving wrong information, when i did the recharge of 1499 and conform from customer care they said that you giving wrong no. that did not match with name.

                          I had taken a tata photon+ internet dongle and had opted for a 10 GB plan of fixed monthly rental Rs 2000/- in June 2011. But it had stopped working in December 2011, and when the customer care called me regarding the bill in January i raised a complaint that my Tata Photon had stopped working. then they told that they shall sent someone to look into it immediately. But there was no action from there side later. And they just kept on adding on to my bill from then on, and keep calling me regarding the bill payment. I made it clear that i had already complained that my Tata photon isn't working and that they could check my usage if they wanted. But they refused to listen and asked me to pay the bill till march anyway and that they would think of looking into it thereafter only.
                          I'm being asked to pay for months during which my photon wasn't even working irrespective of having raised a complaint. It's highly irritating because they call from different numbers almost on a daily basis and argue unreasonably. Please do understand my plight and help me get justice.

                            Worst type of connection ever experienced TATA DOCOMO Photon whiz. Dead slow and just useless. I don't understand the assurances given to new customers. One has to keep on buying new additional GB's which lasts for a max 2-3 days Consumptions are very fast in spite of working on mails for 10-15 mins max. just for 2-3 times in a day. SIMPLY HORRIBLE !I was told of shocking consumption .Frustrating experience .
                            Are there any satisfied consumers I would like to know.

                              it was my bad luck that i had purched tata photon plus one year before i paid bills as routine but when i was transferred keller it did not run it took 20 min to open page . i stop billing after i got legal notice from tata photon plus. i told them to stop my no they told to clear dues i cleared dues they stop the photon plus today i recived again legal notice . neither the appratus was function nor i used it today i recived again a leal notice my tata photon no is[protected] and Account No.[protected] what i will do shell i publish the story in all newspaper the illegal attitute of tata photon plus or i will go consumer court.

                                  I would like to bring the following few lines to your knowledge, I have bought the device on Friday[protected] Assuming this would be the better services when compared to other service but my pathetic situation is like am not satisfied with the performance which you have promised to give so,

                                  I have tested in speedtest.net and the result was Downloading :0.09 Mbps and Uploading : 0.11 Mbps. For guidance i called over customer Services and i have acted according to their few step of instructions like some changes in settings. and i found same situation persist. They Started Blaming my system which is not so. To confirm with my system problem i have used this in other system also and i found the same result.

                                  I logged a complaint about this on[protected] at 12.55.56. My ref ID is :[protected].

                                  Today i have received a call from your side from [protected] for resolving my issue directly at customer place. But as promised they have not yet arrive till this time [9:00 PM].

                                  So i would like to cancel this Service ASAP. Please do not try to convince me. As i have suffered Very high business loss due to this worst Service. Let me know the cancellation procedures immediately.

                                    I HAVE TATA PHOTON PLUS NO. [protected] POST PAID CONNECTION. THE FRAUD USAGE OF INTERNET SHOWING ON 01/03/2012 AT 11.27.51 HRS TO 13.57.56 HRS CONSUMING 856 MB. ON 01/03/2011 MY OFFICE WAS CLOSED AND I WAS LOG IN AT 21.11.39 TO 21.47.27 AND THAT USAGE SHOWING CORRECT. AS PER MY PLAN I GET HIGH SPEED (TATA PHOTON +) CONNECTION UPTO 1 GB USAGE AND AFTER THAT I GET SLOW SPEED CONNECTION (TATA WIZ). I AM UNABLE TO WORK ON INTERNET DUE TO SLOW SPEED AND IT GET DISCONNECTED FREQUENTLY.
                                    BUT DUE TO FRAUD METERING I CROSS 1 GB USAGE AND MY CONNECTION GET SLOWED. DI-SPITE OF BEING COMPLAINT MAIL (CS.TATA REGISTERED (COMPLAINT NO. 30041835 DATED 03/03/2012 ON MOB. NO. [protected].) THEY CLOSED COMPLAINT WITHOUT SOLVING A PROBLEM & COMMUNICATION WITH ME FOR VERIFICATION). I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES ON HELP LINE NOS.[protected] BUT IT FOUND THAT IT IS HELPLESS LINE NOS.                                     Tata Photon Plus — Fraud Metering

                                    I have been using Tata Photon since the last one month......The service is pathetic....They are trying to bluff the customers....First of all they said that I only have to pay 500 rs a month and I will get 3.1 mbps speed throught the month....but later i came to know that the speed is only limited till 1 gb then I cahnged my plan to Rs 950 for 5 Gb high speed.....but withn 6 days they said that your high speed is over and now you will only get speed upto 30-40 kbps.....moreover the usage meter is totally fraud.....They show 5 gb usage when I haven't even useed 1-2 Gb from the last 6 days....

                                        I HAVE BEEN USING TATA PHOTON PLUS FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS(NO: [protected]). EVER SINCE IT HAS BEEN GIVING ME VARIOUS PROBLEMS INCLUDING FREQUENT DISCONNECTIONS AND PATHETIC INTERNET SPEED. THOUGH THEY HAD PROMISED SPEEDS UPTO 155KBPS IN PLACES WHERE PLUS SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE, I HAVE NEVER GOT MORE THAN 17KBPS SPEED IN WHIZZ MODE AND NOT MORE THAN 250KBPS SPEED IN PLACES WITH PLUS SERVICES . TO TOP IT ALL, THERE IS ALSO FREQUENT PROBLEM OF DISCONNECTIONS. IT IRRITATING WHEN U NEED TO DOWNLOAD SOMETHING AND U R TRICKED LIKE THIS. PLS DO SOMETHING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST.
