I Rajarshi Ranjan Ghosh, a regular subscriber of Tata Photon Plus with Photon plus Id [protected].
That Sir, every month I use to recharge my account within validity period and I had accumulated about
5450 MB o[censored]sage at my credit, but suddenly in the month of March 2012 even after recharging with Rs 350/- on 5th of this month(March2012 which was the last date of my validity period), my account shows Zero balance, and I could not able to avail the required services whole of the month,for which I am having much inconvenience. I contacted Tata Photon's Customer Care Center but till now no rectification regarding the same was done on their part, and they insisted on that, "No recharge was done from my part". I further sent a email to the Nodal Officer of our area sating him my grievances, still I got no response from him too.
Please help me out regarding this. I can furnish all the payment details as required.
Hope you would understand my grievance and inconvenience, and take necessary action regarding the same.
