Dear Sir
Today I bought new Tata Photon Plus Data Card Online (MEID – A0000036F181D8). Through the offer which I received in my email. I made the payment online and device delivered at my address on the same day.
The Deal is with Tata partner ConnectIndia.
Ms. Krishan, with whom I was dealing, promised me that device will start working on the same day i.e today, which hasn't been started till yet and when I am tried to contact her, she is not picking the call at all.
I have only one question....Is this the way that TATA use to sell you products i.e. false selling. I am expecting from you to take appropriate steps to stop this kind of selling and resolve my issue asap. Below contact of connectindia for your ref.:

    My complaint is about Tata Docomo - customer service and billing. I have a Wifi device from Tata Docomo/Photo. The worst part is their customer care by phone is pathetic. They put numbers on the bills which are than told by the reps are not correct. Their Fergusson college road centre is pathetic in service.
    I had a bill of 1062 to be paid for September, due date 24th September. I sent my person to pay in cash on 22nd September. He was told to pay cash by using the machine. He entered the account number, and the system only accepted 500 in cash. The remaining was not being accepted and he went to the teller, who than accepted 570 more, making the amount 1070. He got the receipt copies of the same.
    On 24th, due date, I started receiving message of bill not paid. I immediately, sent a email request to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. After several follow ups, each time with a different person on email as well, I sent them PDFs of my receipts. Got a call, all is good, not to worry though I sure was worried having experience with their processes and systems.
    My concern was right, as I kept getting the messages and I kept writing to them asking for it to be sorted. Also sent my person with duplicate copies to the Fergusson college road, Pune office. Finally, they played their tricks. They stopped my services. As usual, my follow up on phones, emails leaded to 5 different tickets but no solution.
    Finally, I decided to visit the store to take this case up. The store acknowledged and asked to pay the due of the October bill (difference) only. Slyly they made my person once again pay a late fee of 50 bucks which was not really a late payment. My services were restored. I knew this was temporary.
    Again started receiving messages of due of the 492 payment (500 I had put through their cash machine).
    I once again visited the store, met some Sagar there. Asked him for clarification. The guy said the case was known and opened Tata system to show me, my payment was incorrectly associated to another similar account number in Akola some Hero company. I asked him when will this be reverted as it was not my fault. The answer was surprising, asking me to pay the 500 to stop receiving the messages or service disruption. I denied saying there is no reason if your faulty systems don't work. I said, I have had to travel 3 times from a distance to the store so he give me a number to call and confirm. He gave me his cell number which he never answers. Very sly.
    The state is, nobody bothers to solve cases especially from the people who are good pay masters. I have a fantastic history of payments with any service I take but the mental stress given here is huge. I have 5 tickets, none solved as such. They ask me to visit the store and sort it out!!!!!

    How pathetic! I would have loved to pay online which is convenient and easy but that is another terrible experience with them. I have this wifi under my company name where I am the owner. They ask for a form to be filled and submitted which I have done twice to their Fergusson college store (why this?? Thats the only one my office boy knows!). They don't do anything about it.

    This person Sagar was very sly as he is not answering the call, was not ready to give in writing to solve the problem and I have given them copies of my receipts 3 times now. No acknowledgement for anything. Is that acceptable?

    I am now waiting to see if my services are disrupted again. My next war is when they bill me for those 8-10 of service disruption, all by their own doing and nothing from my end. I am ready to provide details of my emails, accounts, but not sure if it is safe to have it in open.

    I am thinking of going to the consumer court for mental trouble they continue to give. I am certainly keen to switch to another wifi provider but I have put in 6K on this device which naturally would be gone.

    Really want this case up on Tata Docomo services.

        I paid in full and got Tata Docomo officer to sign on the application to cancel account number[protected]. I have been getting email reminders to pay bills. Several attempts to contact Bihar and Patna offices has not stopped the billing. A person also showed up to collect a few months after cancelation request was approved. The bill keeps rising means account is not closed. The services of Tata Dicomo us very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to sign up. I would like your help to instruct Tata Dicomo to stop this customer harassment.

            I have been using a prepaid Tata Photon Plus data card for almost two years now. But the services have been terrible. The recharge is expensive but still does not live up to the claimed benefits. My photon plus number is [protected] and I get it recharged for Rs. 1000 every month which gives me 6 GB of bundled usage at a "good" speed. Earlier I used to get regular messages about my usage but those have stopped for the past some time, leaving me clueless about the usage (not that their messages are of much actual use anyway- the messages show erratic changes in the used amount, usually not even related to the actual usage by the consumer).
            And it has been less than 10 days since I got it recharged this month, but the speed is terrible. So much so, that Youtube videos don't buffer and it is nearly impossible for images to load or webpages to open causing me to lose a lot of time trying to get some work done. There is no way the 6 GB has been used up. Due to the internet problem, I can't even complain on their website. There is usually no tab of the usage and no explanation for the speed or even the projected usage in their messages, when I call the customer care. The website is not helpful at all. There is no accountability for anything at all. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
            It is a terrible TERRIBLE internet connection, and I would not advise anyone to get it. There is no redressal for any grievances and the customer care executives have no answers and are unapologetic about the VERY SLOW, POOR service.

            Tata Photon Plus — Very erratic and slow speed

            I am suffering for opting for a bad product. I am a subscriber of Tata Photon Plus of Chennai Circle. From the day one, I got the problem with low speeds and the only solution they can do is send a person and check the speed in speedtest.net. If the speed by the time that guy comes is okay, he will write down problem resolved and vanish. Again, the same day, I will be suffering from very low speed. So, I did not recharge it for more than 6 months.

            Unfortunately, few days back, out of an urgent need, I recharged it again. The same day, at night, I got speeds as low as 30-50 kbps. Even my GPRS handset gives a decent speed. I called the customer care and they asked me to troubleshoot in the standard format. I did what all they said. Again, the speed remained the same. I filed a complaint. They promised to send a person to check. The person never turned up. Mornings, I get speed up to 800 kbps, but only for short durations and again it goes back to very bottom speeds.

            Again after complaining, 2 days back, the guy turned up. He tested the speedtest.net and the speed that time showed 300 kbps. After some time, it showed 140 kbps. The guy called someone his boss and he told that there is some problem in speedtest.net and not reliable and told to check ndtv.com. If the videos run smoothly, then speed is okay. He checked and it ran somewhat okay with less buffering. He told speed is okay. He said maximum speed is 3.1 mbps, but the minimum is 300 kbps in Tata Photon. I told it is enough it get the minimum at least. For that, he told it will even go below 50 kbps and it is part of the game. What to say? I cried inside. I have spent around 10,000 so far. Device cost of 2,500 plus 5 recharges of 1500 or so and mostly the data was unused and expired without using. With 50 kbps speed, how on earth can I exhaust 5 GB in 30 days?

            I kind of resolution I can expect from the company, I do not know. Their promises are taller, but backend infrastructure is very poor. They just market like anything, but they cannot deliver.
            Again, it is me. My friend says always dont go for Tatas. They are known for their poor service and imperfect products. My friend bought a Tata Indigo CS car and it was very imperfect in all sense it seems. So, friends Beware of Tatas. I was a hardcore fan of Tata till few months back. When Tata launched GSM, i was among first get a connection. Even now I use Tata Docomo. Still, behind that feel-good image, there lies an inefficient management I I feel.

            Tata Photon Plus — POOR CONNECTION

My services was disconnceted without prior intimation when called up & asked TATA com. said, to pay the outstanding of Rs. 500/- & a represenetative visited my place I paid the full amt & made full & final settlement to close the sevices. I issued a letter requesting to close the sevices. The co. sent me a sms saying that they have closed the sevices as per my request. Now They sent me a legal notice to pay Rs 1750/-

                Tata Photon Plus are Cheaters .They have messaged me from the number DM099270 that before 31st oct 2012 if i recharge with Rs 350/450 I will get 30 days extra validity and extra validity will be credited within 48 hours.But i got only 30 days validity which normally comes no extra validity comes. I have recharged on 15th oct 2012 and today is 26th oct. I have call customer care many times they said they will resolve my problem on 23rd oct 2012.I have also email them but no response till now.Please help me.My Photon No. is [protected].

                  I was not informed of this fees before I was changing the plan to a new plan.

                  I personally talked to Help Line ([protected]@tatatel.in) and that time no one informed me of these charges.

                    I am having 2 Tata Photon commection & the details are given above.
                    As i was commited at the time of purchase of the New Tata Photon Post Paid Connection that i will get Rs-100/- Discount per month up to 12 months. But i only get discount for 2 months after that company has stopped giving me the discount of Rs-100/- per month.
                    I had email to all the department of Tata Docomo Company, But i finally got the answer that they will not give the disocount of Rs-100/- from now onwards.
                    I had also suffer a lot with the service issue, my device get faulty within 20 days then they replace me the New device after 40 days, Also i had ask for the Waiver for rentel that also they didnt not given yet.
                    I am frusteted a lot with the connection.
                    I request you kindly take some necessary action on this.

                      Respected Sir/Mam,

                      My name is Zeeshan Ahmad.I bought Acer Aspire 4803T Serial no.(LXRGP[protected]A63B1601) ON 27TH January 2012.I was offered Tata photon Plus Postpaid device as a bundled offer by paying amount of Rs 750 and was promised to get 2 month unlimited data which included 5GB high speed data and remained unlimited for rest of the month. I got my Photon Device Model EC156,Serial no.A4G4CA11C2022048 and phone no [protected].I was billed Rs 493 in the first month of service which makes 2 month unlimited plan a complete lie. The second month I was not provided high speed and was called again and again and was disturbed to the extent. I explained that I was promised to get 2 months data but they keep giving excuses paid Rs 500 on 20/6/2012 at time 6:18 Pm at malviya nagar branch and told the customer care to close the device on the very same day. i tried to close my device by giving written application at Tata Teleservices Malviya Nagar but I was told that the device can be closed by lajpat nagar customer care, when I went there I was told that it was possible to close the device from malviya nagar customer care or even calling the Tata Customer Care which was a complete lie.I have given written application for the closing of my device Dated 23/7/2012 at 12:15 PM at lajpat nagar branch and my reference no. for this issue generated by Tata photon is[protected] and I got sms from Tata. Today on (21/10/12 at time 12:32 PM) I received a call and I was told that a bill of Rs 272 was still due. I had already paid my bill and never used the device from the second month of purchasing the device.

                      Kindly help me with my issue and solve my problem. My time and money have been wasted a lot in this issue. I have been called repeatedly many times a day which impacted badly on my work. I was even threatened with a call stating that he was lawyer of Delhi High Court named Advocate Sabarwal by phone no [protected] and Mr Sabarwal said that a notice issued from Delhi High Court from Tata for me and he forcefully told me to pay the Tata bill or otherwise I will face severe consequences legally.

                        Tata people have broken my 4year trust. I bought a tata photon+ device in february and initially it was post paid since there were apparently no prepaid connections available (or they wanted to loot the public by forcing them to take the so called unlimited post paid plan). I was told that for the first three months I will have to bear with post paid and then I can switch to prepaid. Well even before I could convert it, they gave me a shocker in the first month of billing itself - they said that the default unlimited plan would be there for this billing cycle during which I can put a request for a cheaper postpaid plan which will be effective from next billing cycle onwards. I had merely 10days of the then current cycle and yet the bill was bewildering,apparently they had changed my plan in the first cycle based on my request!!! Well that's not as big as what is to come.
                        Finally the 3 months passed and I called them to change my connection , for which i was told to visit the store nearby. I took the pains to go to the store only to find that the amazing people had no prepaid forms, luckily a customer had an extra form that I filled in and submitted all id proofs required. My connection started to work and stopped abruptly after 10 days and when I called they said that id proofs were missing or something. I was so shocked that they did'nt even bother to inform me before deactivating the connection!!!!
                        I went to the damned "Tata Docomo Madhapur ,Hyderabad" store again and yet again there were no prepaid forms. Finally I had to call the manager who got one arranged. Again the connection was activated. I paid some more non-sensicle dues online and recharged my account. Then for some time I was not using it. Finally I decided to recharge it again as I needed net badly. AND HERE COMES THE BEST PART, I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE TELLING THEM IT IS NOT ACCEPTING MY TATA PHOTON NO. TO LOGIN, AND THEY SAY.... YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AFTER 6 months of buying the connection!!!!!!

                          I am the User of Tata Docomo Photon Plus and you dont beleive it was really so Bad Experience ever held in life. The Customer care even dont know about the ADDons Packs even some says that they dont have any add on, some say you cant implement now and again if we call they will add the services of add on. So its Totally messed up.dont know wat to say about this..

                          This not ends here Tata Photon Commits for good Internet services with high speed. i am using Unlimited plan of Rs.950 but its Totally waste if we use 5gb then after that it will give you not even 10kbps speed and when i complaint to Customer care they use to say test your speed with speedtest.net that shows speed of more than 35kbps. but you cant beleive it takes about 5 mins to open Google page after Clearing all my Browser history and Temp files.

                          And while in Roaming it get disconnected Automatically after every 15 mins Probably and lots of Fluctuation in signal which makes us Irritate.

                          I am not satisfied with any of the Services by Tata Photon. Really it was very hecktik for me to refer any one or Continue the Sevices of Tata Photon in Future...

                            I took a TATA Photon Plus post paid internet connection 3-4 months back. I explained my requirement o[censored]nlimited usage.
                            I was billed for 730 INR first 2 months. Suddenly on the 3rd month ie September I was billed 6622 INR. When I complained
                            I was told that i had a Limited usage plan with 2500 INR credit limit and I had overused.

                            Few points I want to state.

                            1. The billing is too high considering my earlier month's usage was within 5 GB only.
                            I am working and have not so much time for this high usage.

                            2. I asked for an Unlimited plan based on my need and I got a 730 INR 5 GB plan per month.

                            3. First 2 months I was correctly billed at 730 INR (650 + 80 tax) and hence I never bothered to check what plan was activated
                            for me.

                            4. Also on this month September first I was stopped from using internet and then when I called Customer Care was told my Credit Limit was 2500 and I had outstanding of 3270 INR.

                            Next I received an SMS that my outstanding bill was 5370 INR when I was not even allowed to use internet and lastly the final bill came as
                            6622 INR when I was not allowed to use internet.


                            Why for me Unlimited plan was not activated after I asked for the same?

                            If the plan got selected as 730 INR 5 GB per month with credit limit of 2500INR why the bill still comes to 6622 INR and also I was not
                            informed from TATA Docomo once that got surpassed or was about to exceed, until I gave a call from my end.


                            Please try to understand the amount which right now I have outstanding is sufficient to have unlimited internet usage from your company only
                            for next 8 months.

                            So knowingly I would never have done this unless I was wrongly put into a different plan on the first place.

                            Also from the outstanding payment of 6622 INR I have made the agreed payment of 730 INR.

                            I have already notified TATA Photon Plus 3-4 complaints and each time they tell me I knew about the limited plan and I have to pay the
                            money and close the complain. This is causing enough harassment for me both mentally and time wise. I have also asked them in writing to stop the connection effective 10th September once I was stopped to use internet.

                            Tata Photon PLUS wrong billing — WRONG BILLING

                            I have taken Tata Photon plus (account no.[protected]; tata indicom no.[protected]) abot sept2009; after 10/09 asked for lesser plan and take Rs.750 plan; after jan2010 I opted for Photon plus Daily Rs.500 plan (1800 mt per month), about 15 th jan2010 to be effective from 6th or 7th FEB2010; But they have not sent the bill for Feb2010; When i went to pay the bill on 22Feb2010,for fear of penaly, I was asked to pay Rs.3000/.How is it possible, I dont know, when I am using the service sparsely in addition to my cable bradband service of another company.I presume their staff are using my account.As I did not receive my bill I could not report the mistake in the bill.

                            I bought a Tata Photon + on 31st July 2009 having number [protected] [protected] and account number[protected].

                            After using the photon I found that speed is very very low. I contacted customer support they gave me various settiing but couldnot increase the speed. The speed I was getting was in the range of 100 to 300 kbps. This was tested from the website provided by Tata support executive. The complaint was registered vide email on august 10 2009 vide docket number[protected].

                            Various executive visited my house, changed various setting in the computer but could not increase the speed. They checked with 2-3 computers at various locations in house and even used their own laptop to check but of no avail.

                            On complaining to nodal office on august 11 2009 he closed the call informing me that speed between 256 kbps to 600 kbps is Ok. and had no explanation why my Photon is working so slow.

                            On appealling to to Applleate Authority vide no.[protected] dated 14th October 2009 I am yet to receive any answer.

                            I hv stopped using the connection and is running around to get my refund from the comapny, for this expensive white elephant where the ad claims speed upto 3.1 MBPs but comapny says it is not possible.

                            Now they are only asking for the bill which they have generated without solving the problem. The 3 bills I have already paid without getting any service, they are silent about it. The complaint to Nodal Office and Apellate Authority is still pending.

                            Tata Photon plus — No proper billing

                            I took Tata photon INternet connection from tata photon+ mobile internet dealer on feb-20
                            They said i will be getting one month free and for purchasing the device they charged rs3500..
                            after 2 months..they gave me bill of 3000,and i said until my complaint is resolved i will not pay the bill..
                            my complaint is they did not give one month free and they charged more charge for my usage.
                            now they send lawyer notice. to pay the bill..and one tata representative came and is threatening me

                            sir i am using tata photon plus last few months as post paid custmor.sir unfaturnatuly i saw that in some bill's they are charging in the name of tatazone downloads event brew. for they are charging Rs 4 to 29 in some months. when we asked them are not giving proper replay. kindly take necessary action on them

                            I purchased Tata Photon Plus on 15th Aug 2010 and same got activated on 16th Aug with the plan 600 Per month @ 2GB Data limit. On 23rd Aug I recevied frist bill from 16.08.2010 to 20.08.2010 and just for 5 days usage they charged me Rs 298 (that too after deducting discount). It is showing Downloaded units as 625 MB and Amount Rs 312.50 which is totally wrong as I have not downloaded this amount of data. Just for 5 days usage with average 1-2 hours per day if we get bill of Rs 300 , they will definitely send next bill with[protected] Rs for whole month. I am planning to cancel this connection. Please do not go for Photon plus else you will get unexpected bills from tata Indicom. We can not calculate data transfer details (upload / download in MB) and hence they take advantage. According to Tata Indicom customer care, even if you refresh page, it will be considered as download. I am sure If i go for 5GB limited plan, they will show more than 8-10 GB and charge accordingly. They just want to extract money with these limited plans by any reason and Photon does not have unlimited plan. My suggestion is, go for any unlimited plan with any service provider.                             I have given my Indicom Account no as well as my Photon No. For indicom people it is always possible to find out contact number or email address but they have again raised question instead of providing solution
                            Also I do not understand this point : If you refresh any page once you have connected, it will be considered as upload/download (as per indicom customer care) even if actual downloading is not done.. That means we have to pay additional amount for just surfing in addition to monthly rental.. Then what is the purpose of charging Monthly rental?? This is pure cheating by Tata Indicom...

                            I am sure this will be a big flop unless they provide us with unlimited plan..

                            I AM A CUSTOMER OF TATA PHOTON PLUS, NAME SHASHI SHEKHAR SINHA, SERVICE NO- [protected]. ON 1ST FEB I UPGRADED MY TATA PHOTON WHIZ TO PHOTON PLUS FOR RS 1500 AND WHEN I USED IT , IT STILL GAVE THE SPEED OF TATA PHOTON WHIZ AND NOT OF PHOTON PLUS, WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT THE MEN AT TATA INDICOMOUTLET AND THE CUSTOMER CARE TOLD THAT MY HOUSE IS IN NO NETWORK ZONE, SO WHEN I ASKED FOR MY RS1500 AND PHOTON WHIZ THEY ASKED FOR SOME TIME AND TOLD THAT TILL THEN MY BILL WILL BE ADJUSTED BY TATA PHOTON WHIZ AND NOT BY PHOTON PLUS. BUT TWO MONTHS HAVE PASSED AND STILL NOTHING HAS HAPPENED, MOREOVER I AM GETTING THE BILL OF PHOTON PLUS AND THEY ARE TAKING AMOUNTS FOR THE SAME. I HAVE SENT 100S OF COMPLAINTS TO THEM , BUT NO RESPONSE!!!! NOW WHENEVER I ASK ABOUT THIS THEY GIVE SOME EXCUSE AND PAY NO HEED. SO FINNALLY I AM AT YOUR DOOR IN HOPE OF SOME HELP.

                            Tata Docomo — wrong details uploaded

                            While purchasing sim card I provided my own documents but they uploaded another person’s name and details whenever I called customer care. They said that you provided wrong details. Even their Gallery people are also not ready to help. I need my sim in name only however I purchased 2 sim card. They had did it both the sim cards.
                            Even I mailed them and contacted them through customer care several then to there is no proper response from their representatives.

[protected] he replied me there is not any technical problem may be your device create trouble so come to near service center and check your device,but when I went to retailer and said about the problem then he replied my all the cdma and dongle of tata photon was not doing function ,I also contact to other tata cdma user he also replied me that same problem they all are faceing ,lastly when I seek what was the reason behind it then I seek that the tower of your at subhash nagar/vivekanand colony near Ahmed Std,pco ,churcha colliery,Distt-korea(Baikunthpur) not doing function some technical problem may be occur and even your technical staff do not come to solve it,now after one weak the problem is remain same . I know that according toTRAI regulation act if any technical problem is not solve by service provider in a weak than company have to return or exempted the rent or using unit. But my intention is not this I only request you that please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                                  Recently I took TATA Photon Plus data card as part of corporate plan from third party VERVE in Bangalore. But i am experiencing very very low speed on this (60-300 kbps). I have complained so many times to customer care, but no use.
                                  At last one person from Photon plus came and told me, that the number o[censored]sers are more in my area. Then I checked the speed in another area which doesn't make any great difference. So one of the customer care executive finally told that there is a problem with downloading in most of the parts of Karnataka including Bangalore city, and also this problem will be resolved by November30, 2012.

                                  I don't want to wait till that date and don't want to continue with these network.
                                  So, please help me, as these people both VERVE& TATA Photon Plus people are not responding properly.

                                  Tata Photon Plus — Very low downloading speed

                                  I(Abhinav Sharma) bought TATA PHOTON PLUS prepaid device for Rs1400 and i was promised from that an average downloading speed of 260kb/s will come.But the speed i am getting is 20 kb/s . I call everyday to customer care to resolve my problem but they are just ignoring me.so what should i do now?

                                      Hi,

                                      I have had a similar experience with Tata Photon at Bangalore. I got a Photon Plus card along with my laptop as part of an offer which stated 15 GB downloads for Rs 700 for the first month only and then as per the existing plans. That was back in August 2010. I had not even used the device for one month when it stopped connecting to internet, and when I called up Tata Photon customer service, was told that my account has been disabled since my monthly bill credit limit exceed Rs 5000. I was shocked to hear that since my data usage had not reached the 15 GB limit and yet these people were telling me that my unbilled amount had already crossed Rs 5000. After multiple calls to customer support, my connection was restored saying that it was an internal billing problem and that my usage was still valid and not extra amount other than any usual monthly bill amount needs to be paid.

                                      So, I continued to use again and but still did not cross the 15 GB download limit within this 30 days of taking the connection. Again to my surprise I was charged extra amount in my bill even though I had never exceeded the 15 GB download limit in the first 30 days. I must have called up the customer service at least 5 to 6 times before they clarified that the connection was taken in middle of the month and my billing cycle started from 1st of the month, and that the usage of 15 GB was prorated only for the remaining days of the month. This was completely unexpected to me since it was not mentioned anywhere, I was misled into believing that 15 GB download limit was applicable. I felt being cheated so I decided to discontinue using the service and told the same to customer service as well and to revert the wrongly charged amount from my bill.

                                      Well I was wrong to think this was the end of it when it was just the start of all the troubles and harassment, but then I started getting bills and multiple calls from customer service and recovery agents to pay the bill. I tried to tell them about the problem that I faced and that legally I did not owe anything to Tata Photon but never helped.

                                      Now, all this was more than 2 years back and now suddenly today morning (on 5th October 2012) I get a call from Delhi court saying that I have been served legal notice for cheating and fine is Rs 25000 and that need to appear in Delhi court tomorrow (on 6th October 2012). Again I was shocked and asked him what the case was regarding and he says that he does not know the details just gave me the Case number - NW202 and an advocate's number who has filed it.

                                      After calling up the advocate, got to know that a case has been filed against me by Tata Indicom regarding the bill that I did not pay 2 years back and that summons have been sent to my address, but I did not receive any of them. I have been told to settle the bill amount of Rs 1000 within the next 2 hours if I want the case be withdrawn.

                                      Thinking I may not be the only one facing this situation, did some research and found that there are lot many other Tata Indicom customers who have been harassed similarly. Some of them mentioned that even after paying the dues (which is itself incorrect), they have got calls from Delhi court again after two months.

                                      Can somebody advice me on how to proceed from here? Should I contact Tata Indicom appellate authority or should also file a case with Consumer court?

                                      Hello,

                                      I am having a postpaid internet data card of TataPhoton number([protected]) on my name Nitesh Batra. It was on a disconnect mode (Safe Custody for 5 months), i got it activated on 13th March 2013 (SERVICE REQUEST[protected] speaking to the customer care to get it activated & change its plan to 850 unlimited plan.
                                      When i got my first Bill on April 3rd for Rs 1, 391, i spoke again to customer care asking about the plan. They said that its 250 rs plan & above some few mins free we are charging 30rs per hour. Again i asked to change it to 850rs plan as i was using it daily for official purpose. Customer care also promised me to keep using it & said that they will charge me for 850rs plan & will wave off the rest amount.

                                      In May they sent me bill of Rs 9, 290 (more that nine thousand rupees). Again i spoke to them and asked for the recorded conversation of mine & customer care officer of 13th March which they said they cant give due to company policy.

                                      Now they are calling me everyday & threatening me to pay the amount or else they will take action on me legally. They also offered me a discount of 30% & said to pay rest of the amount. Everyday i get call from this number [protected].

                                      Don't know whom to approach for this as i have been cheated by Tata Docomo company so i am logging this complaint on this forum.

                                      Please help me as i have never defaulted any payment of my phone bill nor any of my other bills.

                                      Hi Really i am very upset with Tata Photon Services. I have 2 tata photon my account[protected] i have call to customer care to disable my device on month of Jun 2013 i have lost my device. before this i have pay my 950 plan with out any usage. After one month i got message pay your tata photo bill 3400 i don't get how can they generate my bill after disable or usage 3400. But before this 2 month my usage 0 GB but i have paid my bill i have call to customer care and discus this issue and again making request my request id[protected]. after this i have call many time to customer care to resolve this issue and send me actual bill. But they are not resolve and disable my device and generate my bill every month. again they send me bill pay Rs 6400. again i have call to customer care and tell him all the issue. But they are saying we are not able to make any Complaint.

                                      So i want to know if the customer care not disable this device after my request i this case who is responsible...
