My name is shirish dongre ,I have tata photon plus connection ,my photon number is [protected],MEID:A000002E137705,PESN:80FA91C9,S/N:A4G9MB[protected] are the details of my photon plus connection, as this is broadband connection (3.1 MBPS) tell me at the time of purchase this connection, but when I have operated, it has too much slow speed, sometimes it was too slow slow, thus regarding this I had 3 times complaints to customer care of Tata photon vide complaint no[protected],[protected])[protected] along with this many a times I have contact to centre regarding slow speed but as on date I have not get speed that much they have told me at the time of purchase ,thus as on date the speed of Tata photon plus is very very slow, also I am regularly paying the bill of Tata photon plus monthly, also 2 times technician came to my home regarding resolving the speed of photon please but both times the problem not get resolved ,hence it is very kind request you to please look after this matter to give me proper service as they (Tata photon plus company) have fail all the times to resolve the problem of slow speed

Tata photon plus. — Slow speed

Hi my name is shahid.i am from srinagar.i am using tata photon plus for the last two months.i have 2 gb plan initially.well the problem is with downloading.whenever i wanna download anything it will start to download for sometime and later it stop.even though the signal is around 100% but still the problem exits,it means i am getting slow speed.well i complained about it and they said will do it soon.i have been waiting for this thing to solve for about three weeks,still nothing has been done.

I am using TATA PHOTON plus in a high speed network area of cochin. Device speed according to their AD is 3 MBps and I expected around 200 KBps. But I am getting only 35 or 40 Kbps maximum download speed.

I tried calling customer care more than 20 times and no use. Customer support engineers are not PROFESSIONAL and IGNORANT. After making some calls, they told me to clear my browser cache and cookies for increasing the download speed, what a silly and pity answer !!! After 5 or 6 calls, they told that they can't contact me via my cell phone. But my phone was ON for all the day, after 10 or so, calls, one guy came to my place and acted that he is doing something and after that told me that issue fixed and you'll get speed. I asked how, then he told they are going to re route the network within one day . but nothing happened. after 15 calls, they told that they are going to provide an external antenna for me and after 20 calls nothing happened yet. LOST PATIENCE.

NOW GOING TO CANCEL THE CONNECTION. THIS IS THE WORST INTERNET DEVICE I EVER SEEN. TATA PHOTON PLUS. ULTRA WORST.
i purchaced the photon device and they said me that speed very good and i am also verified at there office speed is about 120kbps i recharged 850 as promised of giving a speed be available at a speed o[censored]p to 3.1 Mbps (Downlink) or 1.8(Uplink) up to 2gb
Beyond the Free/Bundled Usage, the user gets Unlimited Usage at speeds up to 64 Kbps
so my complaint is i am geeting speed around 10 to 15 kbps this is very slow since i am recharging Unlimited Recharge Vouchers
for 2months i am geeting this speed only so resolve this and i have given complaint previous month also my photon no is [protected] so i am requsting consumercomplaints to please resolve this issue
when this tata photon plus product was sold to me,at that time many big big promises were done to me regarding its services and maintainence.But unfortunately at that time i ended up buying it ,and now feeling depressed actually.Its speed is so much slow.according to the prices you are taking.I hope u must help out this problem or else i would go to the higher authorities.hope the best from you.
Hi, I have been using tata photon plus 3.1 mbps speed( claimed).. At night i find it difficult to open even wikipedia! Calling tata photon customer care is utter waste of time.

hey man, is it the speed u get in torrent downloads coz even i get the same speed : max : 10kbps while downloading torrent files.
They are shaping the traffic for torrent softwares. It is a common practise to put a cap on p2p softwares in the Western countries.But atleast they admit that they do it, but here in india, these guys clandestinely put a cap on unlimited plans.

I have been using TATA PHOTON PLUS for last 6-7 months, I was getting a normal downloading as well as surfing speed but since last 2 months the speed has decreased a lot. Now I usually get 10-15 kbps downloading speed even it takes 1-2 minutes to open normal websites like facebook and orkut.
I am really dissatisfied with this speed and cant take it anymore.....
If anyone has any idea to increase the speed then please do tell me......
i also agree with u coz after a initial cap it speed should be slow down
please discontinue tata photon + as they have cheated users, they will block speed in utorrent as i have written proof of their email which i am enclosing below . please discontinue their connection as i have disconnected in the month of may 2011

I have taken 5 gb unlimited plan ..but the speed i am getting till 5 gb is ok but after 5 gb speed is aaround 15-20 kb/ps .
Not only that 5 gb usage also finnishes fast .....around in 10 days .. without proper usage...........

The Speed provided till 5 GB is only satistfactory . Its not Good .
But the speed provided after 5 GB is horrible . Promised speed is till 155 KBPS .
But delivered speed is 15 KBPS .
Even the speed before 5 GB is around 100 KBPS , but promised speed is between 200-600 KBPS.
So i request you to take strict action against the company .

Dear sir,

I have purchased a tata photon plus from your SAKET PVR outlet. First there were problems in documentation for no fault of mine, but it subsequently got resolved.

Now there is the problem of very slow speed of operation. Sometimes I have to wait for 5 minutes for a window to open. This is not what u promised when u sold me the product. I was told a gr8 deal about TATA code of ethics but it doesn't seem so now.

Pl resolve this issue forthwith. For ur info I use GOOGLE CHROME for browsing.

just one call nothing else they told me to email my complain i did...got the same reply
I use photon plus [protected].
I have already complaints 3 times and nothin has been done. Everytime they called in and said to change some settings. But nothing has changed. Last time i was told that the ticket has been raised to the technical team for further checking and home visit but no one even botheres to contact forget home visit.
They also told me as my usage was capped so i get less speed once i used my 5 GB however even at the start of the billing cycle the speed is crap. Most times I have to refresh a page and internet connection 3-4 times to load a page and attimes it doesnt still work.
It looks as if the company wants to say you made a mistake by buying this and we dont care, we have increased our no. of customers. But if nothing gets done this time i will cancel this stupid thing by the end of this month as it is a complete waste of money. They say it gives you fast internet but i think even the old basephone internet connections will give better speed than this crap device.

Recently i took TATA Photon Plus data card as part of corporate plan from third party VERVE in Bangalore. But i am experiencing very very low speed on this (60-300 kbps). I have complained so many times to customer care, but no use.
At last one person from Photon plus came and told me, that the number o[censored]sers are more in my area. Then I checked the speed in another area which doesn't make any great difference. So one of the customer care executive finally told that there is a problem with downloading in most of the parts of Karnataka including Bangalore city, and also this problem will be resolved by November30, 2012.

I don't want to wait till that date and don't want to continue with these network.
So, please help me, as these people both VERVE& TATA Photon Plus people are not responding properly.

    Last two years I had taken Rs.400/ plan in photon plus that was working good style and I was satisfied with this net.
    Last eight month I am not getting normal speed, I complained toll free no so many persons came to me and looked the position of speed and go back, that I will complain my senior because ping is too much 350/400/275/370.
    Like that, I cannot solve that problem, my officer look after this matter, All men told like that but I have got eight
    Month money loss, Rs.3200 to 3500 rupees, because I cannot get my speed which Mr. satish sagar[Tvs holder at site no 1 Kidwai Nagar Kanpur] told to me that you would get 3mbps speed up to 1 GB.
    Now I am not able to pay Rs.958.rupees to company I, am-retired persons how I can afford wrong bill?

    Kindly think in positive way and please do help me any how because I can complain to you only, rest is you can do Batter for me. You are able to do everything.

      I am having Tata Photon Plus No.[protected]. My tata photon bill for the period 03/11/2011 to 02/12/2011 has been raised as Rs. 2211/-. My actual usage for a month is not for more than 20 hours per month, as can been seem for the last six months. My tariff plan is Photon Plus 1800 Min @ Rs 500. I spoke to the customer care centre of Tata Photon a number of times but i was only given assurance to look into the matter but nothing has been done so far. The usage shown for 11/11/2011 to 13/11/2011 has been shown for full days even without a tea or lunch break. This is not my usage and my tata phone remains with me only. The matter may be looked into and only the correct bill may be raised. Presently, the connection is disconnected.

      Tata Photon Plus — Over-billed, Tata Photon Plus

      I have purchased a Tata Photon plus.

      In my first month bill (Bill no.[protected], I found it to be over-charged. So I requested

      for the details. The details are showing roaming charges, but I have never taken the device

      out of mumbai. And also it is showing upload/downlaod in the timings in which I use to be

      in my office. I have never used the device at day time(weekdays), but the timings are

      mentioned in the details.
      After getting that huge bill, i stopped using the device, but still I got a bill of Rs

      1,762 in next month also(Bill no.[protected].
      I have complained to the customer care many times, but they did not respond.
      Please resolve my problem as soon as possible on priority basis, because I have received

      advocate notice for bill payment.

      I am also the victim of wrong billing from Tata photon+
      My tata photon+ connection I didn't use in last 7 days and it says unbilled amount raised to 1300/-...even though it is showing the wrong logging info on the website.

      I am completely disagree with the clarification given to me.
      As I have already said that, I didn't login to Photon+ on 1 & 2 Jun, why I am asked to track again?

      For the current month also, I didn't login 25-26-27 Jun and after 7th Jun, I hardily logged for 2 hours, why the unbilled amount is more than 1100/- ??

      If you have any proof that I have logged in to the Photon+ on 25-26-27 Jun --> Give me a URL & timing details as a proof.

      I want to escalate this to the grievances. This is very much bad response from TATA so far.

        Sir,
        I have been a customer of Tata Photon + postpaid (950 plans with 5GB free usage) since August, 2010. I have been paying all its bills faithfully from the beginning. Suddenly from the month of October, 2011, the bill was overcharged to INR 3,499.00/-. I knew that the bill was wrong, because I never use its service in this way. My main works with this photon + service is to check and reply mails and to brows for articles and news etc. and this is also done most of the time during the nights. I do not use it for heavy download activities except some small files sometimes. All of my previous bills were in between INR 800 to 1000 or little bit more sometimes. Though I knew that something was wrong with their billing system, I paid the bill for October, 2011 as I would like to continue to use this service without any fight. But again to my utter surprise, I found the bill of November, 2011 overcharged to INR 3,349/-. In spite of my clarifications by revealing a few of their mistakes, they continue to force me to pay this overcharged bill.

        I revealed to them the following their bill reading mistakes:
        1. I received an sms from their customer care dated on 12/12/2011 at 12:54 pm that reads as, “your approx. unbilled usage as of midnight, 10/12/2011 is Rs. 70.6 (excludes discounts/monthly charges/roaming usage). Actual amount will reflect in the next bill.”
        2. Again on 13/12/2011 at 11:36 am I received an sms that also reads as,“your approx. unbilled usage as of midnight, 11/12/2011 is Rs. 75.5 (excludes discounts/monthly charges/roaming usage). Actual amount will reflect in the next bill.”

        The above bill reading sms is totally wrong and a great cheating sign from their customer service, because on 10 and 11 of December, 2011, I was out of station and I did not take my laptop or photon data card with me. And Nobody uses this service on the mentioned dates.

        Therefore, I humbly request you to protect me from this harassment. I shall ever remain thankfull to you for your kind act on this matter.

        Photon+ — OverCharging

        Hi,

        I have just bought photon+ hardly a month before. I got its first bill and glad to hear that company had disconnected my connection before informed me and when I called customer care executive... he told me that your Credit Limit is Rs1500 per month which I have crossed so they done there job well. No bill has sent me before disconnection also saying your executive that I had to pay my bill first than they allow to access on internet. So I paid my bill. Its was Rs 1622 by your executive after that Just for confirmation I call customer care again for the same and found still I have to make for approx Rs 600-700. Your customer care executive saying you’re billed and Unbilled (bill Unbilled) amount is above Rs 2000. So I need clarification what they understand by CREDIT LIMIT.( If my Credit Limit is Rs 1500 how’ come my bill would be above Rs 2000) moreover I have my own records that my usage is not more 3 GB I don’t how they guys calculate. I am so fade up and now, I have requested you I don’t want this connection more…

        Please help me to disconnect it and send my Rs 3500 back which I have spent on your that expensive device

        mine too..but it is 45, 000 +...I was informed it is unlimited...within a month, without my knowledge the plan was cancelled and shifted to max.10GB...& so i had BAND BHAJA on ma back...TATA SERVICES SUCKS

          I have not been using Tata Photon Plus and had asked disconnection of the services 6 months ago due to Very Poor Signal Strength and Services. Now i get a call from Legal service Department that my number has not been deactivated yet and i still have to pay the amount for the usage. i have not been using the stupid device for more than 6 months now. This is the worst Service a customer can get.

          " SO PLEASE MY DEAR FRIENDS DON'T BUY ANY TATA PRODUCTS FOR INTERNET SERVICES " They will make us fool. Stupid service.

          Tata Photon Plus — Non Usage Payment

          I have not been using Tata Photon Plus phone no. [protected] and had asked disconnection of the services 6 months ago due to Very Poor Signal Strength and Services.           Even i am facing the same problem. I lost my device by december, and i made call to photon plus customer care to block the device. They said the device is already blocked due to payment left. I got a call from customer service executive to make a payment even though i was not used the device on jan and feb 2012 they made a bill for Rs.2500/-. I paid that and gave a letter to close the connection but still am receiving Fraud bills to make a payment for march month(Rs.350/-). How come i will pay without using the device.

          Even a worst service on the counters as well sometimes my dad use to settle the payment each time they will take the money (if the bill amount is Rs.723/- they will take Rs. 730/-), they say like we will adjust that while paying next month bill like that, if we ask and they will shout. How dare are those people such a bad service i ever seen. I am not going to bare anymore. Why should i pay without using that stupid device??????. Even for me money matters.

            My name is Vivek Jadhav, leaving in baroda. I had bought a tata photon plus device with number [protected] few months back. On 27th october, 2011, ie thursday i went to tata photon outlet located on Old padra road, Vadodara asking to suggest some plan according to the usage of internet. My previous plan was 30 hrs, 500 Rs. Since i am working on some project, my internet usage was going to exceed for month of November. The guy, whose name i do not remember, obviously you do not care, suggested me Unlimited Plan. He said that unlimited plan would be good for you accordance to my usage. I asked him to get the Unlimited plan of Internet to get it activated form 30th october. I asked him to take my request. I made a point asking ki "Apko written request deni hai?" He said "sirjee ap kaha likhenge, give me a min i will take your request". He did some entry on his computer and said that unlimited plan would be activated in 48 hrs. On 3rd December, my tata photon plus device was not working so i called up on customer care number [protected] asking for details. The guy on phone told me that your credit limit has exceeded and your bill is 2700. I asked him how it is possible since i have activated unlimited plan. He said that your plan is 30 hrs, 500 rs and after 30 hrs, each min charge is 1 rs. At that time i realized that the guy never changed my plan. I kept calling tata representatives on customer care every day to check out the status of my complaint. Thet use to mentally harras me saying "ap jake woh bande se bat karo". hum kuch nai kaenge. Apko bill bharna padega. Why did you not take written request. I said that your representative never asked me for any Written request. Tata people are asking me to generate proofs. I went to the outlet of baroda but they are denying saying sir, meri salary se kat jayega. Tata Photon Plus has become headache for me. One of the tata head said that they will file case if i dont pay bill. My complaint is that because of tata representative msitake, i am suffering mental harrasment everyday. Where do i go and generate proofs leaving my work. How can they threat me with saying court notice and blah blah. How can they say sirjee you can do whatever you want. we would not give you waiver. Please take actions against such people. I can not pay the bill fo 2700 when mistake is not from my side.

            Hello,
            I am working as a mid level executive in Telecom and using Photon plus service under 5GB, unlimited plan in Orissa. The plan is, upto 5GB the speed will be around 3.1 mbps and after that the speed will reduce to 128kbps without any extra charges. The same was sold by one of your executive named Mr. Subhendu Behera bearing no. [protected]. But since the beginning of the first bill I was getting unexpected bill amount even with an unlimited plan. When the same was informed to your executives they told that it was a mistake and would resolve the same in the next bill cycle. But since last four months the same is continuing as Mr. Subhendu from Tata is practically involved with the same issue as well. As I am a Telecom proffessional it is very difficult from Tata side to make me fool by telling wrong things. But I am not seeing any proffessionalism from Tata to resolve this over billing issue which was even tried by Mr. Subhendu every month with no result. The same was closely observed by my advocate and was looking for consumer case if any solution will not be found soon for this issue. Mr. Subhendu from Tata tele has stopped me not to take any step against Tata and advised me to pay the exact amount require to pay without paying a single extra towards the over billing and the same has been done by me since the beginning. But every time I am getting a call in between of my work to pay the extra bill from the billing department. Its a kind of humiliation from Tata as I can't find any co-relation within the departments in Tata. This is where I am trying to explain the whole story briefly again to get some quick action from your side. My customer no[protected] and photon plus number is-[protected]. You can get the details from your Mr. Subhendu Behera ([protected]) who is looking after this issue since the beginning. This month also I got the same issues with the bill. I was also promised to get some good discounts on my bill amount but was suffering from overblling issue sinc the beginning. Waiting for a solution ASAP.

              I have requested on 23.11.2011 at tata indicom office, Kolkata for permanent disconnection of service for Tata photon plus no [protected]. I also requested them to issue me no due certificate and disconnection notice in my favour but inspite of several request they have not complying the same. There is no option to take acknowledgement from them as they have refused to received any letter accross the counter/Table. However they have noted the complain in their computer and verwally assured me that they will take action to disconnect the above said service.
              I am fearing and unable to understand their motive

                  I purchased the Tata Photon Plus, Modem from Nashik. I submit all the required documents required but after 15 days my Modem suddenely stopped responding.

                  I thought it may be server issue, so I waited for the day when I went to the Tata Docomo Store from where I purchsed the Modem.

                  The Lady told me that my documents are rejected and did not answer my questions, tried to neglect me.

                  I again resubmitted the form and documents, but still my Modem is not activated as a day has been passed.

                  Those people are such irresponsible and misbehaved.

                  More important is that I purchased Modem from Main branch Store, located Opp to Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, Sharanpur Rd, Nashik.

                  What could you except from the people of other sub branches.

                  I just want to inform people like me, who belong to Nashik.

                      I have been thoroughly harassed regarding photon+ connectivity since Jan 2011; post June 2011 the performance of the device has gone down drastically. One person came to my house regarding the due bill payment on Sept 2011 to whom I clearly mentioned that i want to discontinue the connection (which was inactive at that point of time). I have cleared off the bills in Oct 2011 at Tata outlet at City Centre 1, Saltlake where in I also mentioned to deactivate the connection; the person on the other side informed me that the connection would get deactivated automatically.

                      Today I have received the hard of the bill. How does the connection got active is still unknown to me; I also fail to understand why should I pay off Rs 589/- when I have not used the device to a single machine over last 5 months.

                        This is really frustrating to been calling the Tata Photon customer care with phone getting disconnected when i try to reach the technical support. What is wrong with Tata Photon + .I have been facing this problem the day it got activated.I so regret my decision of taking a Photon + rather would have chosen MTS which is 10000 times better than crappy Photon.

                        I have deactivated the connection a month back with zero outstanding bill.

                        I have signed the deactivation form and submitted to the executive, i got the confirmation call on my cell number from the photon care with the confirmation that my connection is disconnected.

                        Still i got the month's bill now. This is definately illegal and i will consult the consumer court on the same.

                          On enquiring for online purchase of internet connections, i was approached by "Connect India" (vriti interactive - Sachin Sr. Sales advisor) who promised me a 2 hr internet card activated, i made the payment on friday and did get the card in not 2 but 4 hours without being activate and for information along with the payment i also had sent a scan of my driving license for proof. Today is monday and i did not get a single call after they sold off the card. When i call their number[protected] neither do I get sachin nor any responsible person to whom I can speak, but other people receiving my call just assume me to wait for couple of more hours – which I had being doing so since Friday, today being Monday. and did also call many numbers within tata tele([protected],[protected] & [protected]) but everytime i am provided some new number to call up and address my complaint.

                            Sir,
                            I was using Tata Photon Witz from their Varanasi Office on monthly unlimited plan of Rs 699/- since long. On dated 29.03.2011 his representative ot Varanasi called me and intimated about yearly package of Rs.3999/- valid upto 31.03.2011 and collected the amount on the same day vide receipt No. 2296 and intimated that the detailed information will be available on your e-mail within 2-3 days.

                            Despite my several enquiry by phone/mail, no proper reply was given but advised me that we will see only if you intimate the name of the person who collected the amount Rs.3999/- and no such plan is known to us. The amount has been credited in my account and monthly charges were recovered. Further I lodged complaint reference No. 318465 on 21.07.2011 online but still the status is unknown. Their Varanasi office persons say that some one has befooled you so that you may not switch over to another service provider and if you have any grivances donot call us but do what you dim fit.

                            I have mailed the above grivances several times to customer care and Nodel Offcer but no reply of my grivances. They only suggest to visit Tata Indicom store and negotiate. What is this?, I am unable to understand. Please guide and help.

                              I am resident of Vashi , Navi Mumbai , having Tata Photon Plus wireless broadband . I am facing with very slow browsing and download speed from past 3-4 Months. I had made several complaints but Tata Communication Call center executives closes the complaint saying that the reason for slow speed is network problem and they are adressing to fix network problem soon. But till now no progress. I am really frustated with poor service from Tata.

                              Tata Photon Plus — very slow in networking

                              I have purchased the Tata photon plus internet on 10/09/2010.
                              It is spoken to me; this speed of downloading is 3.1Mbps. But when i am going for any downloading, it shown as a speed of 3 to 4 kb/sec. and for one downloading any music it has taken more than one hour.
                              And one movie i has already done for downloading on 18/09/2010 morning, it is still running & not downloading.
                              Even i accessed my system for personal networking, Yahoo, Rediff & Google; it also takes long time to open.
                              So give me some correction regarding the speed, otherwise i have to remove my connection forcefully.
                              Tata Photon Plus - Pathetic Network and Horrible Customer Care Service

                              I've taken Tata Photon Plus in June, 2010. The network is very very slow. It is 1 or 2 KB instead of 3.1 MBPS. I raised complain 4 times to resolve the issue. The customer care assistant assure me for expert visit at my home and created appointment. But the expert has not visited a single time. When I called customer care to enquire why this is happenning, they informed that the complain has been closed saying the expert has already visited my home and the issue has been resolved!!! I have informed them that I'll not pay the bill untill the issue is resolved. The customer care agent has talked in such a way that it seems they are not at all educated to behave with customer!!! Horrible Service... Shame on Tata Photon. I have asked all of my friends never to take Tata Photon/Tata Photon Plus connection.

                                i totally agree ...the tata photon speed is just too bad.i think its just not a problem with only binays connection..its the problem faced by all tata photon users. the solution is simple...and i am going to do it too...change the connection.reliance n mts are far better options...they r much reliable n good!

                                  I took a Tata Photon plus connection from Tata Photon store, Opp. to Forum Koramangala and they took 300 rupess from me as their service charege.
                                  2 weeks later they disconnected the connection and after 4-5 visits to their office, I got to know it was due to address verification for which representative came to my house during weekdays when I was in office. They also sent me a bill of around 860 rupess saying it was due to my usage, though I couldnt even use that more than 2 days.

                                  I mailed the nodal officer of TATA Photon stating all these incidents and the kind of behaviour I got from them, in which he replied saying that I have to pay the outstanding amount from the old connection and some of their representative will come to my house and will collect my documents to provide me a new connection.He promised to return around Rs.500 in the first billing cycle of the new connection.

                                  As said by him, I paid the outstanding amount and the guy who came to collect all my docs, took another Rs.100/- as service charge from me.Now its almost a month , and no response from them and when I called customer care to ask the condition of my new connection, I got to know that again this connection was not activated due to document issue.

                                  I am really frustrated for this kind of treatment from TATA Photon and really want to punish them for the kind of fraud business they are doing, in which even their nodal officer is also included.

                                    I was using Tata Photon Plus Post Paid Mobile Broadband from April 2010 to April 2011. I wanted to deactivate my connection since January 2011 but due to lack of support from Customer Service team and the local dealer. finally I was able to spot a dealer who opted to help me on this he advised me to Move my Postpaid to Prepaid as there is no option to deactivate the connection. So I gave a written Request for the Migration. the dealer also told that we have to clear the pending dues before the Post paid to prepaid migration. si i cleared all my dues and gave the request on 23rd April 2011. And Migration was also successful. Refer the SMS i received.

                                      Hello Sir / Madam,

                                      This is to inform you that I have purchased a Tata Photon number [protected] in thee month of June 11 but speed was very slow and it is not as per standard. Download speed was 0.16 Mbps (Download). I have lodged a complaint in thee month of Sept 11 (198TT No[protected] and Photon engineer visited to my place on 11the Sept 11. He gave his feedback to networking team regarding slow speed. He said that it is a fluctuation problem networking team will resolve very soon. But not received any positive response from Tata Photon team and after few days I received a confirmation message that your complain has been closed and my problem was still unchanged.

                                      Now this time (in thee month of Oct 11) I have again lodged thee same complaint vide docket number[protected] and thee engineer again visited to my place and found thee same problem. He said there is a speed fluctuation problem and I am sending your complain to networking team. They will close thee issue within 3 days.

                                      But on 14the Nov, I got a SHOCKING reply (thru email) from Tata Photon Team "You were non contactable. We would like to inform you that your complaint vide docket number[protected] has been closed on 14-NOV-11"

                                      Again I have sent a reply thru mail mentioning that Is it a right way to handle withe your customer or I have done any crime to by a Tata photon connection, then I got a reply from Tata Photon: "This is withe reference to your email dated 14/11/2011 regarding your Tata Data device number [protected]. We would like to inform you that your complaint regarding speed issue is under process vide reference number[protected] and is expected to be resolved by 16-NOV-2011.
                                      You can also get in touch withe our Nodal Officer Ms. Kanika Sharma on[protected] in case your complaint is not resolved in thee stipulated time or you are not satisfied withe thee resolution provided."

                                      But today on 16the Nov 11, I got a phone call from Tata Photon that there is no problem from their side if you want to get it rechecked by our service engineer you have to pay thee charges.

                                      I have called to Nodal Officer on[protected], she replied that her system is updating, so please call me after half an hour. After discussion withe her I got to know that she is also repeating thee same word told by customer care executive. She gave me a email ID to send thee print screen speedtest.net.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam, It is already 6 months passed and my experience is very bad withe Tata photon. I am getting 0.06 Mbps download speed and 0.07 Mbps upload speed.

                                      Current Speed: 0.02 Mbps Download speed and 0.01 Mbps upload speed. Company is claiming up to 3.2GB speed.

                                      Please let me know what I have to do?
                                      I have lost may assignments due to thee speed problem and mentally harassment also. Please get it resolve at your earliest.

                                      Tata Photon+ — Poor Connectivity and Network Strength

                                      Dear TATA Foton+ Support,

                                      I am user of Tata Foton+ since one year. The network and the Connectivity was just excellent all the time. Since last 2 months I have shifted to a new location( Dasaharalli near Vijayanagar) at Bangalore. The Tata Foton+ connection is Horrible. Most of the Tme the network strength is very very less. The web page opens very very slowly. and it gets disconnected very oftenly. I have made a complain.(complain # 255935). But its Still same Issue.

                                        I am fed up with the disgusting connectivity and services provided. I am almost unable to connect for the last 2 months from a posh city location at Kolkata. Every time I call-up helpdesk, a ticket is raised and the technician visits my residence. He does some kind of a workaround and temporarily restores the connection. The very next day I start facing the same problem. What is more disgusting is now they have realized that disgusting connectivity and service is a great way to make more money, so I am being charged for a the helpdesk service – a service that has never been able to work-out a solution so far. I am neither going to create another ticket, not am I going to allow another visit of the technician at my place (I have better things to do rather that spending my weekends on the rubbish workarounds). If my internet connectivity is going to work perfectly in next 2 days - then well and good, otherwise I would do whatever it takes to save myself and others from what has been going on in the name of fast connectivity.
