i disconnected ny tata photon whiz connection on 2nd dec ,2011. i have cleared all my bill dues and they have taken my request for disconnection and after 20 days their executive called and what is the reason for disconnection and asked do you want permanent disconnection and i said yes.
on 18 th jan,2012 they generated my bill even after disconnection this is really harrasing me...

Why my main balance is reduced if i am accessing internet in Home Zone only

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am Monalisa Ashok Shinde using internet by Tata Photon Whiz Diler.
Now I recharged my sim [protected] for Rs.199/- for accessing home zone plan. Then I received a sms that recharge is successful. But still when i access internet balance is reduced from my main balance!!!

Since I have a Desktop computer, Inever change the position. I already used Home zone at same place & I have recharged...

Poor Internet Speed

Tata not providing the assured speed

I am fed up of the speed provided from TATA. When i was about to buy the PHOTON + they assured that the speed will come up to 3.1 MBPS, but now i am not at all getting atleast 200Kbps.
