just think i[censored]r mobilke stop working in 2 months will u accepts nokia 1100 worth rs 500/- mobile agaisnt your blackberry phone .
you will ask service centre to repair if they fail you will ask him to replace the handset in below case what your company have done you have taken the service of huawei data card so customer need to take help of tata
i cannot accepts the 3 class old device as my device is 2 months old & stop working i need new one
i have already spoken to CNBC aginst same & will see to it that this matter come to media new channel as Madhuri Gholap @ tata nodal officer is over smart she is telling us that accepts what you get
will u take nokia mobile against blackberry same i cannot take any non sense old brand against by ec152 huawei data card
kindly replace with new one i[censored] cannot help then wait & see what a customer can do

today as i have work with sale tax dept at mazgaon i have visted your byculla shop were mr mohisin kept me 2 hrs waited , after that they are giving me a old second hand device were in sept 2011 i paid for new device which was of huewei so how can now accepts old 3 class device
miss Madhuri Gholap at mumbai nodal is acting smart like tata company is her father she is telling me over phone ok when i said i have complaint to sale tax dept that your company have not issue me a sale bill for device plus a walky i purcahse
already case is with consumer court & i have already also inform same to sale tax dept of india .
as i have paid for brand new device & it stop working i need a brand new device non just wait & watch how these sale tax dept & conusnmer court teach your company a lesson.
one more think now i will not visit any tvh shop as i visted 2 time & this time i have said byculla shop to give in written that they have attended me same he have given me
kindly replace same same as i am taking this matter to news paper too because your tataindicom miss Madhuri Gholap is telling take it what u get, she think i am a beggar like her i have a toilet clearner so ask her to keep her experience with her .
dont think customers are fool
also one more thing i would share you all warranty is given by huawei so they is no question of giving me a second hand replacement as huawei will change free of cost
but as tata dongle is base on esn the tata company have contract with huawei that all warranty case tataindicom .docomo will help so when i viisted the dadar huawei service centre they ask me to visit tata galley , this show that tata have come with such system that customer should be mentally harrest with all these beside this your nodal office lady is saying take what i am getting i am not begger i paid for new dongle 2 months back now if its stop u can send same to huawei ware house & get it replace they will never give old or second hand device/dongle

kindly note i have file a case against tata at consumer forum kindly reply to notice when u get same . also ask your aware house DRIVE INDIA to change the data card with new one

Tata Photon Plus — bad service
I have a TaTa Photon Plus connection and since July 2010 their service is PATHETIC. If you call their call center, there are who try to tell you what is wrong with your PC without any knowledge of the subject. Finally after several complaints they sent network engineers to my place and ACKNOWLEDGED THEIR NETWORK WAS AT FAULT>>> SO WHAT HAS BEEN THE RESULT ??? ABSOLUTELY BLODDY NOTHING. I GET 10 to 15 DISCONNECTIONS, PATHETIC SPEEDS AND STILL GET BILLED. I DID AN ANNUAL PLAN, GREAT MISTAKE. SO NO RESULT IN SIGHT, THEY CANT DO ANYTHING, YOU ARE FORCED TO SPEND AND TATA GIVES BIG ABOUT CUSTOMER COMMITMENT. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TATA INDICOM.
