I have been facing problems in my tata photon plus connection since almost a month now. I have send emails alot of times to the nodal officer of tata telecommunication as well but there has been no solution provided to me. I am being charged with full month internet access fees whereas I am unable to use internet everyday and their is connection error most of the times. I put up in pushp vihar. the speed promised is around 3.1 MBps but its hardly 100-200 kbps and alot of time connection breaks.

please tell me what should i do!

    i a m moh.imran i.mansuri belong to [protected] of tata photon whiz.
    using connection since 1 years.las 2/3 months connectivity problem occured that very low speed.
    i complainted again and again.but result nothing.

    3/4 times engineer visited but not resolved my problem and for the last time the engineer said me the problem i cant resolve that satelite problem.
    last two bill i paid up even not used rightly..

      Sir,
      I have the connection of tata photon whiz of internet sevice. The sevice of the company is falty and very poor. I am not getting the speed of internet which is given by the company at the time of saleing the connection. We can not use the service and paying bills 400 rs every month. Last four month i stopped the payment of the bills. Company cut the connection and requesting the payment. I paid my outstanding bills on 23rd may 2011 at 19:11 hours but my service is not restore till today at 17:15 hours after 48 hours of payment.

        Myself Dilip Das Photon no :[protected] i am using since 2months. i am very very upset this internet speed. i had complaint to customer care center the had register my complaint IT guys came my home delete cookie and install again this photon at this time its showing 700kbps after 10 minute i am facing same issue. i had again complaint this and customer center IT guys told me there are issue in device i will change your device after mail receive. i told to him it's ok with replace the device next day Photon IT guys came my home and operate this device same it's showing 700kbps they told me i can't replace your device. i asked why you can't change this he told me your photon right now working fine. i told to him please wait 30 minute after 30minitue we are facing same issue. but he told me i will never change your device it's my boss order.

        i told to him i have already spend so many money who will responsibility for this.

        Please help me what will i do i want change this device.

          my self mohit sharma i work as an asstt. administrative officer in delhi sectriate , 1yrs ago i get a connnection of tata photon whiz from a dealer ankit agencies bulandshahr i was use the internet service about 4-5 month with the proper time to time bill payment. and after that successfully disconnect the service then after 3-4 month ago i recieve a call fron court of delhi your bill paymennt is pending 2117.00 ..and you have to option first you pay the bill and make a case against your dealer or company,,i chooose payment of my bill which is already paid by me....due to my busy schedule ...when i contact to my dealer he says it is the fake call wht you pay this bill i already paid your amout time to time ...plz do an action as soonas possile

            Hi,

            This is regaring the wrong billing for the Tata Photon service.

            We had been using the tata Photon service for a few months and then we terminated the service as it was not providing proper coverage and we switched to some other service provider.

            However in FEB-2011 we raised the request of its reactivation, But we were not able to use it due to some technical issue . We contact the retailer from were we purchased the tata photon. After one month also the issue was not resolved. so we request them to terminate it now.But still the company has generated the bills and tell us in there system they are see the tata photon connection is active.Since we have not used the service we have not paid the bills. But now they have sent the legal notice to us.

            Request you to look into this matter and suggest a way out.

              I recently bought a photon+ prepaid device and I am trying to register it at www.tataindicom.com but couldn't do this, i have tried all the browsers IE, Mozila, Gchrome which i have. If i use New User option to register my number it says that You are already registered with Tata Indicom. Please use Forgot Password link to retrive your password and login to avail the facilities. But when i use forgot password option it says that Tata Indicom number entered is not registered. Please enter again. After entering it again i get the message as You have not changed your initial PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN please contact customer care. But i have not received any PIN number till now through any mode of communication. I have also made a number of calls to Customer care but no one could solve this problem. Without registering the number i am not able to know any information(data usage, recharge options etc) for my a/c.

                I am using TATA Photon Plus since DEC,2010.i have never satisfied with the product and recharge tariffs that has planed for our prepaid account.They are deducting high rate of Money for browsing which is minimal for other data card companies,Your Browsing rate is more then that of Downloading rate,

                Reasons For complain:
                1.Speed is very very low.
                2.Tariff plans for recharge are very old and expensive.
                3.Browsing is expensive in TATA photon plus like download charges.
                please change the tariff plans for monthly recharge.

                  I have purchased Tata Photon Plus for which they claim a speed upto 3.1 mbps but i hardly ever got of speed more than 100 KBPS. Such a huge variation!!! I can understand speed does depend upon several things but 3.1 mbps to not even 100 kbps(mostly it is 50-60kbps). It is a clear cut case of wrong claims and false advertisement. Does making a complain here does improve things? Lets hope for the best!

                  I'm totally disappointed by the customer service executive's attitude. It's been three days since I have been recieving calls religously from a 'certain customer executive" (lady, in chennai); who calls me up to inquire what time she can send the executive to collect the bill payment. But, unfortunately neither has she sent anyone to collect the payment as yet and today yet again i recieve a call from her, and what's more she just drops the call halfway through without even waiting to complete the conversation. THIS, WHEN I'M IN THE OFFICE, MIDDLE OF A PILE OF WORK. What sort of Customer Service is this???

                  1) My bill was due on 23rd MAy 2011, ( i recieved a reminder call on the same day), and I very clearly told her to sent the executive around 5 30 p.m. or after that since I'm working till then. NO ONE TURNS UP, and whats more i have no clue why he hasnt turned up, I wasnt informed that he wouldnot come.

                  2)On 24th May i recieve a call again, from the same lady customer executive, she apologizes for not having sent the previous day for bill paymentcollectio and inquires what time she can send him again, she even connected me to the fellow who was supposed to come for the payment collection( conference call) and i ask him to come at 5 30 in the evening n if it's convinient to come at that time, i asked him to come at 5:00 p.m. and gave him my office address. YET AGAIN; NO ONE TURNS UP.NOR WAS I INFORMED.

                  FIRSTLY, I ASK HIM TO COME NEAR TO MY OFFICE TO MAKE IT MORE CONVINIENT FOR THE SO CALLED "TATA PHOTON EXECUTIVE"; WHEN THE WHOLE POINT OF THE BILL COLLECTION OPTION IS TO GIVE THE CUSTOMERS A BETTER SERVICE. BUT WE ARE MADE TO DO THINGS AS PER YOUR CONVENIENCE.

                  3) Today, yet again i recieved a call from the tata photon lady customer executive, she drops the call halfway through the conversation. I called her up again, and very clearly told her to send the person at 4:00 in the evening to my office address/ It's 5:00 p.m. and NEITHER DO I RECIEVE A CLUE AS TO WHETHER THIS FELLOW WILL COME NOR WAS I INFORMED. And what's more, the LADY EXECUTIVE doesnt even have the courtesy to talk courteously. The tone, her attitude is downright nasty.

                  I'M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BY THE BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE, AND YOUR SERVICE OF BILL COLLECTION FROM THE DOORSTEP. EITHER DON'T PROVIDE SUCH A SERVICE IF YOU HAVE SUCH A CONFUSED LOT OF PEOPLE WORKING FOR YOU; AND IF YOU ARE KEEN TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE, PLEASE KEEP PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT "CUSTOMERS & CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS".

                  It is 26th May today, and three days after my bill due date, and I have still not been able to pay my bill and bear the brunt of all this chaos because of the incompetency of your employees.Your service cant get any worse.

                  If you could do anything w.r.t this it'll be of some relief.
                  Thanks for the prompt response, But thankfully the executive turned up today and payment made already.

                      I took this connection some 3-4 months back and had chosen it over MTS and Reliance.
                      I was made to understand that it was an unlimited Download at 799 and I had opted for the combo offer along with the Delta Walky.
                      1). From the Day one, I had issue with the Delta Walky set , where they have provide the external audio out jack which does not function with neither a speaker nor a simple Earphones.
                      And Ironically, they have provided the Earphones in the box, which neither goes with Datacard nor Walky audio output.I had been raising service tickets and every time they close it saying that the function does not work in any of the device which they have already sold and recently their technical person also confirmed that a Manufacturing defect and they cant do any thing about it- they just closed the ticket.

                      Why are they selling cheap products with manufacturing defects and which are not quality tested? Was the Combo offer launched mainly to scrap off these defective products and make a fool out of the customers?

                      2). I received the bill on 17th May 10, and to my surprise, the bill amount was Rs. 4780. All the downloads were charged at very high rates.My earlier credit limit was 3500 and few days back i received the sms saying that my credit limit was raised to 9900. When I took the plan I was told that it was unlimited Download plan at 799 and after some 5GB the speed will fall down to about 128kbs.

                      This is totally a misleading and I am very disappointed with the kind of service and irresponsibility the Customer care shows every time. Such a Huge disappointment from Brand like TATA.

                        I have 2 tata photon plus connection. Both the devices are not working at present. 1 device (Olive Device) was repaired from the authorized service center but the old number was not activated on the new device which was repaired. And the 2nd device (Huawei Device) which I purchased on 4th may 2011, it got damaged internally on 6th of may 2011 that means within 3 days the device stopped working. This shows the quality of product tata tele service sells to the customers. I have visited almost each and every service center for tata photon huawei device but some of the service center responded that they donot repaire huawei devices and some of them said that they have stopped giving service to tata photon devices. And after complaining about this in the customer care support, tata gallery and also by sending emails to the customer support team there is no response from tata tele service. I would never recommend any of my friends or colleagues to even think about using tata tele service's service...

                        TATA PHOTON + AND HUAWEI DEVICE — BAD RESPONSE OF HUAWEI DEVICE AND PHOTON+ SERVICE

                        Respected BOARD-Member,

                        I am Habibulla Mondal an existing costomer of TATA wirless broadband service PHOTON+.I USE THE HUWAI DEVICE WHOSE ESN NO IS-80497F5A....THE MEID IS A000013DA3C04 AND THE SIN NO IS-Z47NAB[protected] AND THEY GIVE ME ONE YEAR OF TOTAL MANUFACTURING WARRIENTY.
                        MY PURCHASE DATE OF THIS DEVICE WAS 04/07/09 AND THE PHOTON DEVICE WAS ACTIVITED WITH A/C NO[protected]....ON 07/08/2009 BUT DURING ONE MONTH THE SERVICE OF THE SO CALLED BROAD-BAND BAND BECOME THIN-BAND(THIS IS REDICULAS)
                        ON 09/08/2009 THE DEVICE BECOME UN USABLE..AND GOT TOTALLY DAMAGED..MEAN WHILE THEY FURNISHED ME WITH THE BILL AMOUNT OF RS-774 .I PAID THE AMOUNT TOTALLY...THEN I COMPLAIN THE PROBLEM ON 11/08/2009..AND THEY GIVE ME THE DOCKET NO[protected] AND TOLD ME THAT THE
                        PROBLEM WOULD BE SOLVED ON NEXT DAY WITHIN 2:36 P.M BUT 2 DAYS OVER NO RESPONSE COME FROM THERE SIDE THEN I AGAIN COMPLAIN AND ALSO GAIN ANOTHER DOCKET NO[protected] AND AFTER FIVE DAYS OVER THERE SO CALLED ENGINEER(THEY THE TATA AUTHORIETY KNOW THE ACTIUL MEANING)
                        COME TO RECOVER THE PROBLEM AND GIVE THE FUTURE-CAST THAT THE DIVICE GOT DAMAGED......THEN I SEND BACK THE DEVICE TO MY DELEAR SEALDAH HELLO WORLD--306,APC ROAD STALL NO-103-106,KOLKATA-9 WITH PHONE NO-[protected]/[protected]. HE ASSURED ME THAT IT WILL BE REPAIRED WITHIN 3-4 WORKING DAYS.
                        I GAVE THE DEVICE ON 19/08/2009 BUT HERE ALSO I HAD NOT GOT THE COMITMENT FROM THERE SIDE..I SPAIND MONEY TO MAKE THE PHONE CALL TO NO-- COSTOMER CARE (REALLY THEY TOOK ME VERY CAREFULLY)[protected](TOLL FREE) [protected](HIGHLY CHARGIBLE AND I MADE ARROUND 80-90 CALLS) TO THE NO[protected]THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE NO)

                        I HAVE LOSS AN AMOUNT OF RS-350000/- (THIS AMOUNT I LOST IN A BUSINESS ARENA WHICH IS TOTALLY DEPENDES UPON THE INTERNET AND I HAVE TO LOG ON THE NET AFTER 10:00 P.M)
                        SO NOW I WANT TO LOADGE A CASE FILE REGARDING THE CONSUMER ACT AND WANT THE DAMARAGE AND NO WAY TO BEAR THE CHINISE COMPANY HUWAI BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY.

                        TATA TELE SERVICES — Worst customer service

                        I bought a tata photon connection from Trishala Marketing in Mumbai. He is a big time liar and never promises to give the service he is supposed to give. He gave me a faulty device which is troubling me since the very first day. Finally the device got dead and I went to the Service Center of Olive which is Nutron Technology in Dadar. The service center person Ritesh and Arun committs some tentative date and forgets after that. When you ask they say "date deni padti hai". They kept my device for 2 weeks and even after that it was not activated and blamed tata people for that. Finally I said I will get the device activated myself. When I visited tata gallery at Fountain, I met Anjali who gave me the reason it is the fault of service center that your device is not working. On one side she blamed the service center but at the same time she said it'll be resolved from our end with in 3 working days. I waited for a week but the issue was still there. Though for your information the request was closed by tata without any resolution. I again visited tata gallery after a weeks time and this time I met another person,Mayank as well. He told me that the device got blocked and you'll again have to go to service center. I dont know what the hell is this. Now this person Mayank doesn't even answer my calls. I am finally writing to you and wanted to get some help in resolving this isue. I also wanted to file a legal case aginst Tata, Service Center and Trishala Marketing. I have been going through a harassing and traumatic situation for more than 2 months and its just because of tata and its worst service. I have all the proofs and we can even get the call and complaint details from various resources.

                        Tata Photon Plus — Worst Customer service

                        Hi,

                        I had a postpaid tata photon plus connection which i bought in bangalore, Karnataka 1.5 year back. i moved to chennai, tamilnadu after that. 8 months back i changed my connection from postpaid to prepaid in chennai tamilnadu. it got converted based on my request.

                        But after one month it is disabled due to the documents are not received. still it shows the same status and am not able to use the photon plus connection for past 8 months.

                        In the mean time i have given my documents again for 3 times in 3 different tata indicom stores in Chennai (based on the customer care executive told ) still the issue is not resolved.

                        Now if i call the customer care and tell all this stories they heard everything completely and disconnect the call, Stupid Customer care executives they are not working for the money they are getting, instead of this they can do something else .

                        Am tired on calling customer care, and submitting documents again and again. i want to get the resolution for this ASAP. Else return back my money and take the tata photon plus device. ill go ahead with the good customer friendly service.

                        Now they are telling (not the customer care, in the tata indicom store) we can't submit a document for connection which is bought in bangalore. Then tell me the why did you accepted the migration document only in chennai. If you would have not accepted then there is a genuine reason you can now say that you wont accept the document here.

                        Am thinking of going to a legal adviser to file a case against them. Also in my company i have 25+ tata photon plus connection thinking to disconnect all.

                        Are the Tata indicom is mad to say that we'll accept the migration document (migration + the ID proof) from any where india. but again you have to submit the ID proof in the place where you bought the connection. Don't you think it is stupid.

                        This is the default answer from Tata Indicom (The worst customer service). I had already mentioned that i submitted the documents 3 times near to my tata indicom outlet (useless outlets). Again the same answer very funny and irresponsible answer (again proving the same worst customer service). i'll definitely sue Tata indicom Employees for this irresponsible work. they are not ashamed to get salary without satisfying the customer.

                        Tata Photon Plus — Device not working for the past 1.5 month

                        I have taken a post paid TATA photon connection no.[protected] in hyderabad and now for the past 1.5 month when I am trying to use the device in Noida, it is not working. I spoke to customer care dozen of times but every time I hear that there is a problem with the network in that area and the same will resolved at the earliest. But till date it is not resolved and I am unable to use the device.
                        If this is the case then why should I pay the monthly bill when I am not using the service. It is a long time since the issue is pending, get this resolve at the earliest.

                        Tata Photon — Tata Photon - Worst Customer Service

                        After a prolonged stress caused by using tata photon data card, I would like to bring this to your notice that I've never come across an organization who can provide worst customer service than Tata. I am using a Photon connection ([protected]) which has given me a lot of trouble right from the 1st day. I lost around Rs. 6000 and dont know how much peace of mind. This time again there is a serious issue which has not been looked into properly by your technical teams. The issue is related to data dedcution on my prepaid connection. For the past 1 week, there is a loss of more than 10GB data on my card which I never used. I never even plugged the device but still the data has been deducted. I know you'll think that how can it be possible but I am not lying. There is some serious technical issue which your team is not able to detect and like every time they are blaming me for the usage. I am not a poor person who will write so many emails unnecessarily for something that I've not done. Had I used the data I would've never asked for your support which again is a big stress to take on.

                        I am challenging your services and capability of your teams for this particular issue and would like to give you my data card for 2-3 days for observation. You'll come to know that even though the card is not plugged in data gets deducted.

                        I request your immediate attention here and look for an express resolution for this. I hope you give me my data back which was unnecessarily deducted.

                        In case, you are also not capable of gettign into the details and find and resolution, do let me know. So that I could find another way or may be file a case in consumer court and if required give this news to press so that many new consumers will become aware of your real face.

                        To every one who is reading this complaint, never ever buy a tata connection otherwise you'll end up following up for service and your Blood pressures will definitely rise.
                        Just because you say that the issue has been resolved, it doesnt happen. The issue is very much there and you do not have any proofs to show me. I would advise you not to talk about usage logs because those are clearly showing a technical error. I would suggest you to check my card's MEID no (A00000204E0AB), pESN no (80D5FC47 and S/N (8QA4CB10C0609083) because it might happen that one of these numbers have been used some where else. I could be confident on this as the device I am using is not the one that I bought but it was given to me as a replacement.

                        Dont show your incapability by saying that the issue has been resolved. You always does this and I know your tricks to hide your face. Give me some tangible proofs if you have otherwise accept your mistake. I am sure this could be a good article for any magazines to show your real face. I would post this to news channels also.
                        Let me challenge you here and ask one question. If you are so confident on your words that te data has been correctly deducted, then show me the proofs. Give me the details of downloading source, what kind of content was downloaded, ip address of thw website browsed. If you are right then you wont have any issues in giving me these details otherwise the world has already started doubting your credibility in the market.
                        This is really ridiculous, a company that claims to provide a customer service that is high speed n bla bla bla..is doing such a kind of cheating that will only bring shame to their company's name..

                        Tata Photon Plus — Device not working for the past 7 Months and Mental Harrasment from the Company

Ms. Deepa spoke to me regarding this and the way she was talking to me was so rude as if I have done some crime. Firstly they should know how to talk to the customers and secondly they should understand the whole issue. I clearly told them that first resolve the network issue that I am facing and activate my device, then only I will clear all the dues.

                          I had a Tata Photon plus from Jan 2010 at Chennai whose number is [protected]. I had shifted my base to Bangalore where I have a permanent address(own house). I closed down the above connection and as per the suggestion from Tata Photon Plus I had taken a new number [protected] by paying Rs. 100/- and using the same Tata Photon Plus device.

                          The device serial number sticker was taken from the box and affixed in the application form to make it known that I am a old customer making use of the old device with a new number in Bangalore. This new number connection was taken on April 23rd and I was in station till April 28th. No one came in for verification during this time and I had to go out of station for a fortnight to Tamilnadu. I received a call on 2nd may from Tata Photon plus verification team member and I replied that I will not be returning till May 10th. The person didn't say anything and just dropped the line.

                          To my astonishment without any sort of intimation my internet services was deactivated and when I contacted the call center they provided me with a ticket number[protected]. I told the person that I am at Coimbatore and they can verify me at my parent's address till May 10th and I will be available at Chennai(The same address as that of the old number which I furnished again) and they can verify my presence in flesh and blood there. No one turned up and I had called the call center atleast 4 to 5 times.

                          I had spoken to Mr. Sarangan who was the shift supervisor who was sympathetic as I am using internet for equity trading purposes and the losses I would incur would be phenomenal. I don't do it in net cafes fearing phishing. He asked me for a day's time(May 10th) and told me that he has to take approvals for temporarily activating the internet and I would be hearing from them. The next day also I called them but Sarangan was not available and they were very happy getting rid of me.

                          I am totally disappointed that such a lack of common sense and an attitude of helplessness is lurking in Tata telecommunications. Till now my account is not activated due to which I had undergone untold miseries financially. I thought of claiming a rebate for the period of deactivation as all the documents I have submitted are genuine and citing rules which are more of an obstacle and not thinking how to tide over them has cost me anguish and mental agony.

                          I am not feeling like continuing with the connection. PLEASE WITHDRAW THE CONNECTION AND CLOSE IT OUT. YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING AS RENT FROM ME AS YOU HAVE RENT MY HEART.

                          Consider this as a closing request and process the same.

                          My last conversation with your call center is one week old. If this is what you call as "Expressly working" then Government departments are better than yourselves. I am there in Bangalore for the past 4 days and nobody has come for verification from your team, please remember I have given my full itenarary to your call center not once but 3 times.

                          Still you are "expressly working" on my complaint giving top preferance then I pity other ordinary complaints which are given least priority.

                          I WANT A REBATE IN THE RENTAL FOR I HAVEN'T ACCESSED NET FOR MORE THAN 4 DAYS IN ALL. ALMOST MY NEXT BILLING CYCLE HAS COME AND IF YOU ASK ME TO PAY THE WHOLE RENTAL I WILL NOT PAY AND I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO ANNUL THE CONNECTION.

                            i bought a tata photon plus device in 28 march 2011..
                            tata promised that it will provide up to 3.1 MBPS speed of my tata photon plus prepaid but i am getting only 921 KBPS speed of it.
                            i contacted from tata care but there is no response from the tata.

                            now what am i do?

                              More than a month back I called customer care to deactivate my tata photon plus (no [protected]), a request no. was provided for that. Later they called back for feedback and suggested to put the account in "safe custody" for three months instead of completely deactivating the account. Alongside, they said that the safe custody period could be further extended in case the device is not required for use. In the safe custody period, they informed, no billing would be done and the device would be inactive. I agreed as it suited my requirements as I require the device only while traveling on office purpose.

                              The device was left untouched after that and all the bills paid till date.

                              I was shocked when I received a bill at my home for the month of April. I contacted customer care and the information they conveyed was even a bigger shock, I was told that there had been no request for my account for safe custody or for deactivation prior to that.

                              I requested them to check whether there had been any account activity in last month for my tata photon plus account and they confirmed that there had been none.

                              Now they are telling me that I have to clear April 2011 month's bill before they can take any action on deactivation or safe custody front.

                              This is blatant negligence from your side which is causing me inconvenience. Kindly check your records relevant to my tata photon no. and take necessary action. I would not accept your suggestion to go to Tata Indicom office and apply for cancellation or safe custody again as it won't be feasible without paying April, 2011 bill, the period for which the service should have been deactivated by you.

                              I was not provided any request no. for safe custody by your customer care executive as the call regarding safe custody was not initiated by me but rather from him.

                              Prior to that, I was provided a request no. for deactivation when I called for ending the service. I did not keep the request no. for deactivation assuming it to be settled case.

                              I request you to check your call records (instead of request no.s) with reference to my tata photon plus no. ie [protected], for the past two months. I am sure your CRM service would have that log.

                              I suspect in present case I am suffering because of sloppy follow up action from your executive (not providing request no. and not taking the agreed action). It would have been helpful had I kept with me the name of the caller from customer support, but considering very prompt and good service in the past I didn't expect any untoward incident of this sort.

                              Hope you find the relevant logs and take necessary action.

                              PS: If it of any help I can provide you my number on which your customer service called and agreed to put my tata photon on safe custody. I was called on this number : [protected].
                              Could you please mention Tata Indicom office in or near Rohini area of Delhi.

                              And is it possible to apply for cancellation or safe custody without resolution of this complaint?

                              I would make it clear to you that I wasn't contacted by your concerned department.

                              I emphatically say to you that I would like to have a record of what your concerned department has done or is doing to resolve the complaint and for that telephonic conversation is inappropriate. The whole point of this complaint is that I believed your customer support and one month later I realize that the said action wasn't taken.

                              I haven't used the device since the day customer support informed me that they've put it under "safe custody", which I asked them to do only after repeated requests from them not to discontinue the service. Now I am receiving bills for the service I am not using and had requested to stop. You may check my account usage summary to verify that.

                              I agreed to put the device under safe custody and not totally discontinue the service only because I found the service satisfactory and I might have gotten back to use it when I required mobile internet. But this precedent is seriously injuring your image and has simply left me in disbelief at the ignorance that is being shown here.

                              Finally, I would request you one last time that simply mail whatever action you've taken against my request and whether you've recovered the call records against my request for discontinuation of service and subsequently changing it to safe custody. As said earlier, I'd like to receive a response here or at my personal mail and wouldn't use telephonic medium for its resolution.

                                  I have taken a new connection, its not even a month. First they created problem while giving a internet connection after a day. After that no speed while browsing forget about download. Can't watch a small video without buffering. Damm slow and customer care sucks. 'We are sorry for your inconvience' they don't know anything more than this. Till today i have not got any response from technical department.

                                  My Tata photon number is [protected]. i have Airtel broadband 512kbps speed which is very fast compared to this stupid card. While taking connection they will give you thousands of call. after that no one is bothered.

                                  Now they are saying they will not return back the card money, so sick. What does they think of customers selling the card is enough for them to make money. Are customers fool?

                                  If the things are not getting solved. I will not leave my money.

                                  PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS CARD.

It means you are trying to make fool to us ! It is absulutely cheating !

                                    The TATA names have trust&quality.Truely i 'm saying all TATA products are good, Except this photon whiz..But this TATA PHOTON WHIZ is not satisfied the customers. I 'm getting only download speed upto 6Kbps only.

                                      I purchased Tata Photon+ recently and activated just yesterday ie., 11.05.2011, with the number [protected], from the time I activated from that time Internet Speed is not moving more than 10kbps, where as it was promised that I will get 3.1 MBps speed till 5 GB and than later it will come down to 128 kbps, which is very different now,,

                                      I have raised the compliant request with Tata Photon with the Request number (SR:198) reference No:[protected] and they have mentioned that it would be resolved by 13.05.2011 before 21:00:00 time,,,

                                      What is my concern here is I don't want to spend unnecessary money without utilising the product properly..

                                      So I will wait till tomorrow, if the issue is not resolved, Can I get this connection Canceled and get my money back, what I paid during purchase of Tata Photon+ Instruments?

                                      Technical team had called and asked me to do some system settings changes, which I did and I was thinking that it would get sorted out,

                                      BUT STILL THE SAME, Please check the below speed test result, there is no improvement, at this century no one will use this speed, this is like 17th century speed.

                                      Download Speed shows approx 0.05mbps to 0.48mbps
                                      Upload Speed shows approx 0.02mbps to 0.08mbps

                                      One of the person visited my office to check the connection and the person also felt that internet is very slow, hence he took some samples and also filled up some form, ,

                                      Persone mentioned that he has sent all those detail to technical team, who will be responding in 4-5 days, ,

                                      After couple of days, I called customer care to check the status, they told me that connection de-activated due to address validation,

                                      I felt its good that they have de-activated the connection and hence I have raised the cancellation request vide number:[protected],

                                      I never, ever use this tata photon connection, while selling they will sell with lot of promises, but when it comes to actual, , all the promises will be 0%

                                      Please NOTE: I am not at all using Tata Photon device and I should not get any bills or calls from them, (Device was just used couple of days)

                                      Also to Add, , when I called customer care for cancelling the above request,

                                      I had to explain the histroy of this connection to several people, after earing everything, , then again they will say, we are not the people to cancel and they will ask me to call some other number or they will transfer to some other person, , which very useless or shamefull service provided,

                                      I had spoke more than 30 min to get the above request number.

                                        On 2nd May 2011 I have recharged online my tata photon plus account ([protected]) for Rs 450. My bank account got debited but I haven;t got any balance in my tata photon account.

                                        I have raised a complaint with tata teleservices (compain no 280552), but they say that there are no trascation in their system with this details. I wonder where from this transaction id is generated. I have a really hard time to convince the people on your side. If this matter is not resolved quickly I will stop using tat photon plus and will make sure atleast no one i my contact will use tata photon plus in future.

                                        Erecharge - Tata Photon Plus: [protected], Recharged For Rs. 650/- On 25th August, Via Net Banking, Bank Of Baroda, Transaction Id - S82868422, But My Balance Still Zero
                                        I have done an online recharge for my tata photon plus using SBI net banking, three days before. The money is not credited in my tata photon till now...
                                        I have already confirmed from bank regarding this transaction and the amount is debited from my bank account in the credit if "Online Recharge Services", Bank transaction number is == 74568221122150013330227 and approval no is --886675. There are no additional information bank has on this.
