Recharge through google pay not credited

I had recharged my tata sky account as it got deactivated due to we were at the native place and not using it since over a month period of time. I used the TataSky app to recharge it and selected GPay as the mode of payment. It got recharged to Rs304 but not reflected in my account.
Kindly do needful and refund my amount.

Money deducted twice but still account deactivated

I recharged on 2nd of july with ₹368 and it didn’t activate and then on 9th also I recharged with the same amount ₹368 and still the account is deactivated and money has been deducted twice

Amount debited but recharge didn't reflect

I recharged my tata play (formerly tata sky) on Jun 5 using amazon pay upi. The amount of 443 was debited but didnt reflect on my recharge history of tata play. I contacted customer care and he said the transictor was nit successful.
I am attaching the transaction history of amazon upi....

I did a google pay transaction of tata sky set top box of Rs 260 account has been debited and credited to billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank transaction was successful but my set top box is not recharged and not got any refund.. MY TATASKY NUMBER [protected]...

Recharge amount not reflected in the tata sky account

I recharge through tata sky QR code on may 31. but 500 rs paid successfully by Gpay but money not reflected to my Tata sky account. So i access the three days urgent plan. Still now no information about my money. Today(june3) again i tried to pay 500rs money through the billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank. but again payment successful but not reflected in my Tata sky account. Now my Tata sky account was deactivated. What should I do next? I dont...

Recharge issue

I had done recharge of Rs 500 for my Tata sky by scanning qr code on tv, the money was deducted from my SBI account but it's not showing in my Tata play (Tata sky) account. Please do the needful....

Non receipt of payment

I had recharged my tatasky account with ₹7200 on 28/5/2022. However the payment was not reflected in my account inspite of the fact that the amount was deducted from my account....

Activated packs without consent and deducted money for past 6 months

Activated packs without consent and deducted Rs. 62 for each pack for past six months.
When reached out to customer care, the response is very poor.
They keep saying we registered the packs through IVR. The setup top box was not functional when packs...
