    I recharge through tata sky QR code on may 31. but 500 rs paid successfully by Gpay but money not reflected to my Tata sky account. So i access the three days urgent plan. Still now no information about my money. Today(june3) again i tried to pay 500rs money through the billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank. but again payment successful but not reflected in my Tata sky account. Now my Tata sky account was deactivated. What should I do next? I dont know what about my 1000rs and not Able to see the tv channels also.

                        20 Nov 2021 - Activated Tata Play Smart Games
                        24 Nov 2021 - Activated Tata Astro Duniya

                        Subscriber ID: [protected]

                        Activated packs without consent and deducted Rs. 62 for each pack for past six months.
                        When reached out to customer care, the response is very poor.
                        They keep saying we registered the packs through IVR. The setup top box was not functional when packs were registered. (391OAOMX) Complaints registered and 3 technician visits for resolution from 19 Nov 2021 - 24 Nov 2021
                        There is no intimation of packs activates, no sms, so messages about money getting deducted from balance. The customer care representative kept saying the packs is registered through IVR. Which is not true
                        Complaint number 3LT462KE - Disconnected call simply talking about features of Tata sky and closed the case.

                        Lesson learnt, not to recharge annual packages and be prey to these scams.

                        Hi Tata Sky Customer Care,

                        The issue is not addressed.
                        Are you hoping to harass the customer, and they just give up in vain ?

                        1st call: the executive says the packs are just 1Rs for activation. ( Call disconnected by executive )
                        2nd call: Says the executives who visited on 20th and 24th activated the packs with consent. ( When I made statement that no consent was provided by us, why would I fight if I had subscribed for it. Call disconnected by executive )
                        3rd call: Says the packs have been deactivated and there will not be further deduction. ( I disconnected the call - waste of time, I have myself deactivated the packs when the balance ran nil )

                        No refund in any of the calls. Further, they just keep repeating the telephonic script even after mentioning that I already know it and not interested to hear.
                        Conclusion: The technicians who visited must have activated the packs, but no consent was provided to the technician to activate the packs.

                        Please find, the deduction information which I do not want to hear in any further calls. I already have information, I believe even the executives who call do not have access to, or they don't intend to access ?

                          Dear sir,
                          I have recharged our account on 26/05/2022 by Rs.156.00 ref-IGANQPCKO5, which is confirmed by Bank and successfully by TATA SKY at once. Later on, an SMS was received from TATA SKY at 8.23 PM that " It seems your attempt to recharge was either failed or abandoned by u or was unsuccessful. Ur amount will be refunded in seven working days. I[censored] wish, u can recharge again using the given link.

                          It is to remind the TATA SKY that the same message was received after recharge during the previous month which was ignored by the undersigned and neither deactivation nor refund of the amount has been taken place till date.
                          It is not a good practice of TATA SKY and everyone has no surplus funds to recharge again and again and wait for a refund after seven working days.
                          So I advise you to kindly discontinue this faulty practice as the money was properly transferred from our account to TATA SKY and no failure at all was reported by our banker and resume the services at once failing which this issue will be reported to TRAI for proper action against you.

                                    I have been cheated by Tata Sky technician assigned for new remote delivery. I was asked for OTP to close the work order request but fraudulently technician has activated Binge and money debited from my account.

                                    I was told by technician it is company policy and they have to activate it.

                                    Extremely shocked to witness the fraudulent and cheating practices of Tata Sky.

                                        I have recharged with Rs 1266 for my tata sky account on 16.05.2022 through google pay.but the amount is not recharged in my tata sky account. In bank side, transaction is successful.tata sky bill desk team told that didn't receive money.I have attached my transaction information.please refund the money
