Fraudulent activation of Tata Binge

I have been cheated by Tata Sky technician assigned for new remote delivery. I was asked for OTP to close the work order request but fraudulently technician has activated Binge and money debited from my account.

I was told by technician it is company policy and they have to activate it.

Extremely shocked to witness the fraudulent and cheating practices of Tata Sky....

I wanted to recharge the subscriber id [protected] but by mistake recharge on subscriber id [protected] of Amount Rs 2000.
The payment was done by my PhonePe wallet.

Tata sky amount not recharged

I have recharged with Rs 1266 for my tata sky account on 16.05.2022 through google pay.but the amount is not recharged in my tata sky account. In bank side, transaction is successful.tata sky bill desk team told that didn't receive money.I have attached my transaction information.please refund the money...

Irresponsible technicians and customer service agents

Fire all Indian technicians and customer service agents and replace them with foreigners to do these jobs. Let’s face it, Indians DON’T have knowledge in ANYTHING, let alone television troubleshooting!!!. LEARN EVERYTHING from foreigners!!!...

Customer care delay in giving service

My id no is [protected], [protected] i called to customer care on 4 th may 2022 in the evening for complaint about signal issue so i am not able to watch any channel, they said our tata play executive will come tomorrow and after that i am ready to come for visit to my home by 11 .00 am to 2..00 pm slot .

Still i am waiting, but no one is coming to visit my home ...

After 4 days they call me and asking me what...

Package is not changing

I changed my pack many times but the recharge amount is the same. If this goes on im going to switch from tata sky ( tata play). it stays in the queue and is not processed....

Fraud by Tata Sky

Subscriber ID:[protected]

We had made annual payment on 19th Oct 2021 in discussion with Tata Sky agent facilitating in our area, after 6M now showing account balance is low. After connecting with call centre we came to know they charged additional payment of 299/M for Tata Play Binge FireTV Stick Premium which was not informed me or not requested from my side ever. Also they are not able to show any documents/request....

Again deducted

Although by their fault my account was negative but unfortunately why without viewing my channel or TV Programmed they deducted 27th April Balance from my account.

Although I approached customer care executive but they denied to raise complaint against my request....

Not getting refund amount

Already spoke to customer care, Local representative, State Administration more then 5-6 times, but effect.

Even provided complaint via Consumer form also several times there is no problem solving initiative by Tata sky (Tata Play) company I think Economic and Socially backward classes of Indian Society are ignored. By checking Economic status and Social Status of the Citizens.

Even consumer form too ignoring...

Very unsatisfied with service

There words differ in numerous ways as they told me that free service but now asking for money from my side.

This is not imaginable.

Very very very unsatisfied.
The way HOD of Tripura state behaves.

There are leaflets publishing services but infact asking money and directly deducting from account without my consent.

And not providing any intimation before deducting....
