Tata sky was recharged on 20th of june for a month but it has expired on 6th of July! It has lasted hardly for 15 days! It would be very hard to recharge for every 15days!! I hope it would be fixed as soon as possible.

    I made the complaint on 28th June about the set up box is not working.
    Some one attend the same on 29th June. He said set up box is completely dead. We will replace the same within couple of days time. But no one is turned down. It is really upsetting me. I hope you may not charge for the days is not working.

      Hi,

      I have applied for new connection tata binge plus yesterday(4th July 2022) through tata sky official website and payment done through phone pay. My transition I'd is T2207040436360526167129 my utr no is[protected] My transaction got succeeded, money got deducted from my account but my order not confimed yet. Still there is no update from tatasky regarding my connection.

      I have contacted respective bank and they also confirmed that transaction got succeeded and money credited to tatasky successfully, they said please contact tatasky.

      I have contacted tatasky customer executive, they said try to do email to [protected]@tatasky.com. I have already sent email 3 times but I am getting reply back as 'please provide subcriber Id'. But my subsciber Id not generated yet.

      Could you please help me on this issue and provide me any update whether my order got failed or still in progress. If it is failed, then please initiate refund process. So that I can apply for new connection again.

          Since last month, Tata sky customer care continuously tried to convince me to activate "Tata Play Blinge" for which i declined the offer. i clearly said them that i am not interested in this & moreover i dont have time to entertain myself through this subscription.

          On 1st June 2022, i got a message early morning stating that Tata sky Blinge has been activated & amount of Rs. 299 has been deducted. I called customer care to complain on the same. they registered my complain & today i.e. on 2nd June 2022, i got a call from customer care & they stated that they cannot refund the amount.

          Is this some kind of intimidating act?? This is some kind of scam; if they have activated the app & deducted money from many consumers.

          Support from customer care was also poor.

                Dear Sir/ Madam,
                This is to bring to your kind notice that the service providers who come to our building to give connections ForTatasky/Tataplay DTH Services are just throwing wires on the terrace floor to connect the Dishes to the customers in the building plus connecting other buildings through our terrace without our permission.
                We are not able to use the terrace thanks to all the wires floating all over the place.We have told them many times but they do not pay heed.
                Request you to please take action on immediate basis or we will have to put in a complaint to the B.B.M.P, to the concerned Police station and the Fire Department as it is so dangerous to be doing this and they are putting our life at stake which is not fair.
                We will give you 10 Days to clear this mess failing which we will need to take stern action.

                        I mistakenly made a payment to my another account that is inactive through PhonePe app. I told this to Tata play and they said they’ll refund my amount for now i have to recharge my correct account. Now I got a call from tataplay that they cannot refund it as i have made it through PhonePe and PhonePe is the one who can do the refund. Now I don’t know what to do. I’m stuck between these two companies.

                          This is in reference to the deduction of amount of 299 on 7th June.

                          On complaining to the customer care about the deduction of amount towards the activation of the Binge. But to my knowledge i didn't activate the binge service.

                          I asked about the mode of the activation. The informed that any binge video has been clicked. Upon starting it asks for subscription upon clicking the money gets deducted from the account.

                          We can call it as a scam as for individual channels of amount 5-10 Rs they ask for missed call or sms from the registered mobile no.

                          While amount of 299 will be deducted directly. Another thing is that it is not pro rata the amount will be deducted for the month subscription, and it can't be deactivated, and pro-rata money will not be refunded

                          Tv is accessed by all the members even the kids. Just a click deducts the money from your account is unethical practice.

                          I am looking for refund and request to add the security feature.

                            My Firestick was replaced as I complained of Tata Play Binge app not working. After the change from Tata Sky to Tata Play, Binge app stopped working. I raised a complaint and a technician came and took the firestick away, saying he will fix it. No one returned for 2 days and I called Tata Play again and a day later the Tech came onsite and said he will replace the firestick as it was a Tata play app issue.

                            One month after the firestick was replaced, I got a call from Tata play saying I will be charged for the device, and I wasnt even given a chance to question and they hung up on me.

                            All apps on the firestick were working and it was only the Binge app which was not. They replaced the device unable to fix the app issue and I am being charged for it.

                            I want my refund of INR 2, 499 or my old firestick returned.

                                    I have raised querry for Tata sky connection relocation through customer care and one technical person visit to my address for relocation but technician told me no need to relocate they just fixed the wired from one window to another window and my problem solved and i asked to technician is it free service or paid he told me no i didnt work for relocation so you dnt have to pay the amount. But after one day the amount has dedudcted from my tata sky account. I have raised complaint to tata sky toll free no and the tata sky customer executive told me your complaint has notdown and it will be solved within three days. Again i called to customer care and some other executive told me you didnt raised any complained bcz my system not showing any complained and again i repeat the same thing and they book my complained and after one day tata sky executive called me for the same concern and i repeat the same and he told me next day your querry will be resolved and after one day i called the tata sky the executibe told me no your querry has no action and its at same level and again he told me i raised your querry. I am very distured my amount has not credit in my tata sky account and very harrasing and unprofession behaviour show by tata sky executive.

                                      I raised a complaint 21 june 2022 2:05 pm . The issue was there is no picture showing even after tata sky is connected. The customer care employee informed me that the technician will visit your home within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
                                      24hours already over still no one visited to resolve the issue. I again called customer care on 3:46pm on 22 june 2022. They sais that they have raised some higher complaint and technician will visit within 2 hours. The technician still not visited nor contacted me for the issue.
                                      I again called the customer care on 6:58pm and asked about update. The employee said that she will immediately arrange a technician to visit our house.
                                      Its been 3 hours still no one has came to ojr home.
                                      Please let me know when my issue will be resolved? How many times do I need to call tata play customer care to resolve my issue so that i can watch the tv peacefully?
