Firestik Replaced without consent

My Firestick was replaced as I complained of Tata Play Binge app not working. After the change from Tata Sky to Tata Play, Binge app stopped working. I raised a complaint and a technician came and took the firestick away, saying he will fix it. No one returned for 2 days and I called Tata Play again and a day later the Tech came onsite and said he will replace the firestick as it was a Tata play app issue.

Technician not visied home to resolved the issue

I raised a complaint 21 june 2022 2:05 pm . The issue was there is no picture showing even after tata sky is connected. The customer care employee informed me that the technician will visit your home within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
24hours already over still no one visited to resolve the issue. I again called customer care on 3:46pm on 22 june 2022. They sais that they have raised some higher complaint and technician will visit...

Saved card details

I recharge my tataplay account via debit card. However, tataplay have saved my card details including my cvv number and there is no method of removing the card which even customer care can confirm. I want tataplay to remove my card details immediately from my account connected to the phone number [protected]....

Participation message not received after sending Zeetos code multiple times and losing all my balance repeatedly

After sending Zeetos code to 56633 i am receiving service unavailable message instead of the participation message and the company despite many requests and complaint has not done anything about it yet, they always keep on extending date....

Tataplay account deactivated 1042679801

IOn 11 june I lodged complaint with tataplay regarding two remotes not working properly, both the remotes were under valid warranty. on 12 june technician arrived and replaced with new remotes and taken the old ones. on 13 june 22 my account debited with rs 400/- for two remotes though the remotes were under warranty. on 14 june my account deactivated. Saved card details removal

N the Tata sky app, if we are making payment through a credit or debit card there is an option that saves the card for future uses. But once it is saved there is no option to remove those stored cards in the app or in the website. When I contacted the customer care service they themselves told that there is no option to remove any saved card and kept insisting me to contact the bank. It’s well within my rights to choose whether a card should...

Binge not working

Tata binge customer care are not listening they are not solving the issue and closing the complaint. I complained yesterday and today without solving they have closed it. This is happening since last one week.
Everytime they say they will help but same thing happens....

Binge not working

I have complained to tatasky binge customer care. I got a call . But same thing happened my binge is not working. The technician call and only give assurance ghat it will be resolved. But nothing happens ....

I paid to billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank Rs. 300 but it is not recharged to my tata sky account. Please either recharge to my account or refund it....

Tata Sky — Recharge issue
I had done recharge of Rs 324 for my Tata sky by scanning QR code on tv, the money was deducted from my SBI account but it's not showing in my Tata play (Tata sky) account. Please do the needful....
