          My id no is [protected], [protected] i called to customer care on 4 th may 2022 in the evening for complaint about signal issue so i am not able to watch any channel, they said our tata play executive will come tomorrow and after that i am ready to come for visit to my home by 11 .00 am to 2..00 pm slot .

          Still i am waiting, but no one is coming to visit my home ...

          After 4 days they call me and asking me what is the status of your complaint,

          what a poor service by tata play...

          Now in this day airtel is giving very nice and prompt service ...

          When i ask to that executive what is the procedure of surrender of tata play, he said i dont know call to customer care... Tata play is giving
          very very poor service...

              I changed my pack many times but the recharge amount is the same. If this goes on im going to switch from tata sky ( tata play). it stays in the queue and is not processed.

                We had made annual payment on 19th Oct 2021 in discussion with Tata Sky agent facilitating in our area, after 6M now showing account balance is low. After connecting with call centre we came to know they charged additional payment of 299/M for Tata Play Binge FireTV Stick Premium which was not informed me or not requested from my side ever. Also they are not able to show any documents/request.

                    I recharged 200 rupees on my Tata sky account, the money has been deducted from my bank account but channels did not start .

                      Although by their fault my account was negative but unfortunately why without viewing my channel or TV Programmed they deducted 27th April Balance from my account.

                      Although I approached customer care executive but they denied to raise complaint against my request.

                        Already spoke to customer care, Local representative, State Administration more then 5-6 times, but effect.

                        Even provided complaint via Consumer form also several times there is no problem solving initiative by Tata sky (Tata Play) company I think Economic and Socially backward classes of Indian Society are ignored. By checking Economic status and Social Status of the Citizens.

                        Even consumer form too ignoring the problems of Backward class people.

                          There words differ in numerous ways as they told me that free service but now asking for money from my side.

                          This is not imaginable.

                          Very very very unsatisfied.
                          The way HOD of Tripura state behaves.

                          There are leaflets publishing services but infact asking money and directly deducting from account without my consent.

                          And not providing any intimation before deducting.

                              On 19 April i recharged my Tata Sky through this earlier it use to get successful and recharge got done in the account but now it doesn't it's not working now I tried reaching the company but it said it's not our fault talk to the payment managing company.The money got credited from my bank but the recharge is not done yet.

                                  Hi,
                                  I am Dr. Ashwani Kumar Verma, customer of Tata Play for last so many years.

                                  This is a complaint against the Tata Play service person (mobile no. [protected]) who visited my residence on 19th April 2022 to resolve the problem with TataPlay.

                                  This person, after checking up the set-up box, concluded that my Tata Play set-up, box and its charger, has burnt-out and cannot be repaired. He asked me to get this service ID canceled and asked me the "cancelation code" which I provided to him.
                                  He then said that my current set-up box is for recording programs and replacing it with the same type will be a problem due to its unavailability.

                                  He suggested to get a "new Tata Play connection" through him.
                                  He lastly asked me that the payment for the new connection MUST BE PAID TO THE DEALER AND NOT TO TATA PLAY.

                                  This raised doubt and I called up on the Tata Play helpline number and requested NOT TO CANCEL MY SERVICE ID and send a new service person. The new person check and resolved the problem by changing the adaptor/charger.
                                  It seems that Tata Play's service person INTENTIONALLY PROVIDED ME WRONG INFORMATION AND WANTED TO CHEAT.
                                  I request ALL THE TATA PLAY customer to be careful. I also request Tata Play management to look into my complaint and to please take appropriate action against this person so that in future no one spoils Tata Play's reputation.

                                      At present my Setup box is not working from the last years and my account is temporarily on suspension.

                                      I reached to customer service team to know the information about the cancellation policy and they don't have that information with them, for they asked to raise a request to get a call back from their team.

                                      They told me without activating the account they don't take the request to arrange a call back from their team, if activate my account and my setup box is not working since two month, money will get debited from account and unable to use their services.

                                      This seems to be not fair. I request you to please take appropriate action on them and please resolve my issue as earlier as possible.
