Again tata sky has repeated the same thing by shortening my recharge subscription from 30 days to 26 days for 5he month of Nov, dec Jan, Feb and March as well. I have sent emails to thier customer service but all in vain please ask them to increase my validity as an I have taken thier subscription since April 2019 and thier was a service issue of lnb, set top box dish, remote for replacement bu to that is also not been looked into. And I have an image where the validity for Feb is written as 9th March but it expired on 8th March itself
