Activating without my consent

Address:Flat No22/Block 1V,Maan Sarovar raaja apts, 11A Arcot Road ,Porur

Sir
i received a message stating that binge zee 5 starter has been activated and rs 59 deducted from my subscription balance amount available with tata play.
I have not given my concent/ approval for activating the above.
This hads been done unilaterally
by tataplay.Which tantamounts to stealing of amount from my account and i stringly object to this.
Would tataplay do like this when there is no balance...

In my Tata play Account owner name is Sudhina, but recently Sumisha is using that Account. So please kindly change the name 'Sudhina' to 'Sumisha' as soon as possible...

Without permission amount deducted from tata sky account

Tata is a good brand but now I can't trust it, cause I raised a complaint issue on yesterday after that technician came into my house due to my tata play not get signal but it seems that while leaving he told me that you will get an OTP please told to me and i asked him also but he told me that it's prove of completion of our work don't worry but after 30 minutes i realised he add tata binge into my Tataplay account for 1 months subscription...

Tata Play activating Binge Plus without consent and charging Rs 300 twice illegally

I gave two requests, on 16 June and on 17 July, to Tata Play Customer Care to deactivate my Binge plus pack. The packs got deactivated on midnight of 18 June and on 18 July, but the packs were automatically activated again without my consent within a few minutes of deactivation. Neither did I activate the pack on both the occasions, nor my consent was asked for on both the occasions. On both the occasions Rs 300 were deducted from my balance....

Regarding channel

Channel was frequently stopped like due to weather report and etc.
It is continuously happened.
I was customer care and raise a complaint against channel issue. Technician has to come at 4 to 6pm, but nobody was coming.
Its happens last 2 days.
Pls resolve my issue and try to not happen in future.

Refund of 300 rs from the account

Technician informed there will b no charges for relocation of dish and they debited the amount and deactivated the account.. im trying to get my refund from past 15 days and getting a run around each time. Please check on this and help me with my refund...

Tata play had activated TATA Play Binge on my setup box without my consent and it's not the first time they did something like this they had activated several unwanted addon packs before and deducted money whenever I have extra amount in my account they activate unwanted services packs without my knowledge I have complained about this several times but they keep doing it

Tata binge subscription

The local service centre went to the extent of dialling 10 times to get an otp from my parent (for a service we didnt seek) in the name of free service and later debiting rs.49 a few days later. They take complaints in the helpline that the customer is seeking a new remote and later close the call saying we can only take feedback and not reimburse the money for an app service which we never searched for. I never thought i would be taking...

Not able to see channels

I have recharged for the whole year but I am not able to see channels they always show not receiving signal... Are every 1 month I have to sumbit a complain and they do nothing now I am going to cancel the connection and requesting all my friends and relatives to cancel the connection bcoz tata sky doesn't deserve good customers bcoz their service is very poor ......

DTH monthly recharge got expired in 15 days

This is the second time I'm complaining. Tata sky hasn't been responding to our issue. The recharge plan says it is for a month and later it lasts for only 15 days. The Tata sky members just give a missed call of 3 sec and when we try to call them back the call doesn't connect! Please do the needful asoon as possible....
