Dear Sir,
I am compelled to escalate the my complaint against Tata Sky at your level because, my attempt in getting the complaint resolved and then reaching out to senior people has failed. First They have debited INR 300 from tata sky account for moving dish for which i have not given any permission to move the dish. Now issue still pending and second thing there is signal problem with some channels for past 3days, i have called customer care 3 days continuesly but there are giving only 1 reply that technician will to your house but nobody coming. I am still waiting, today also i called customer care but they have disconnected my call .plz help me

Updated by Nitin Parkhi 1st complaint for debiting my tata sky account for INR 300 without my permission that was before 15 days back and still pending and 2nd complaint regarding signal 3 days back
