My Complaint is against the recharge pack which i am doing everytime of rs 345 almost is getting end with in 15 days

4 months i am reacharging continuously but my balance is getting low and immediately with in 15 days it is getting over my 4 money is getting wasted

I am totally fed up from Unnecessary balance Deducted from tata sky no help i am getting from tata sky while calling and registering complaint

I am raising my concern to Tata Sky higher authorities

    My Tata play subscriber id - [protected] in the name of P K Srinivasan.
    Money was deducted from my account without even informing me as relocation charges two times (Rs.600/-).
    I have not relocated and i have been staying in the address given for the last 45 yrs.
    I have been fighting with them over this from 9th August 2022 and there is no response from them in refunding the amount of Rs.600/- wrongly debitted as relocation charges.
    It is almost 15 days with out TV at home and the mental agony of following with them.
    Please look into and resolve

      I have done recharge of tata play on 14/8/22 and transferred to other place on 12/8/22.i was busy in shifting so was unable to recharge.bt from last 6 days the Shrashail Pandhare (Solapur Maharshtra)Technician from Tata play didn't came to fit the disc .so wanted to lodge complaint against him

              I called Tata Play( Tata sky) customer care and told them about Set top box which was in Warranty. So I wanted a replacement of same product. So Technician from Tata Play( Tata sky) wants me to upgrade my SD set top box to HD Set Top Box even without checking my STB. As my STB is in warrant they should have at least repaired it. But they are keep telling me that I should upgrade it. Very poor service from Tataplay

                    As I am using their service for last 8 years, recently on 15th Aug'2022 I have recharged my Tata Play Binge with INR 524 out of that INR 299 is for OTT applications (16 Apps - Mega Subscription).

                    I am unable to view and OTT contents until today 17th Aug'2022 whereas I have registered with them this issue and called them 10 times. Till date no resolution and they are not refunding the money as well.

                      We have paid annual subscription and which is valid till November 22.
                      We are frequently getting error in set box as Digicard is not inserted properly. Even after reinserting the digicard there is no change in it and we are not able to view programmes. Besides Tata Sky + has recording facility in it. So when we go to view the recorded programme from our Plan we are getting given error. "your tata sky+ usage fee is overdue. You will not be able to avail of the following features:rewind live tv, pause live tv, record and playback. Please press help on your remote for payment options". We checked for this error with Tata Sky customer service executive. But they are not aware of it. Also there is no such information available on the Tata sky website. When we lodged complaint for technical assistance, their technician visited and informed that the camera in the Tata sky dish was to be replaced. Even after replacing it the issue continued so then they informed that the problem is with Tata sky setbox and to replaced. When we asked about the recorded programmes they have informed that it cannot be available on new set box and also the hard disk of current setbox can be installed in the replaced setbox. When we denied for it after few days the services resumed and were able to watch it with any change in set box. Again today we are facing the same issue with getting same old errors our T V screen. Pl. support to get it resolved asap.

                        without myermission and a summ of Rs 59 deducted from my subscription balance ammount.I strongly object to this Tataplay unilateral action.

                          Tehzeeb urdu was removed from Tatasky/Tataplay and many other urdu FTA channels are not aired on Tataplay whereas the other leading operators in DTH like airtel, sun direct have urdu channels.
                          When other regional channels are being aired why only urdu channels are being removed or not aired on Tataplay?
                          Kindly add all urdu free to air channels and tehzeeb tv on Tataplay.

                          I have already directly contacted customer care but they only tell some nice words that in future they will add but when that future is don’t know & I keep on getting calls - good for nothing.
                          Issue is simple & in general - add urdu FTA channels on your platform like other operators did. Instead of adding you removed tehzeeb urdu from your platform few months ago. Kindly add it again.

                          It’s not in particular for one customer to get the urdu channels to share RMN or so because this is not account specific matter to resolve.
                          It’s a Tataplay platform specific issue.
                          Please consider urdu language too just like other regional languages.

                            I have not given my concent/ approval for activating the above.
                            This hads been done unilaterally
                            by tataplay.Which tantamounts to stealing of amount from my account and i stringly object to this.
                            Would tataplay do like this when there is no balance in my account?

                                I am compelled to escalate the my complaint against Tata Sky at your level because, my attempt in getting the complaint resolved and then reaching out to senior people has failed. First They have debited INR 300 from tata sky account for moving dish for which i have not given any permission to move the dish. Now issue still pending and second thing there is signal problem with some channels for past 3days, i have called customer care 3 days continuesly but there are giving only 1 reply that technician will to your house but nobody coming. I am still waiting, today also i called customer care but they have disconnected my call .plz help me

                                This many days passed but still issue not resolved and the way tata play executive are talking is very very rude behaviour..they disconnecting call without listening my side

I have deactivate my account permanently with this guys on 25 of July. But they didn't deactivate my account. And their technical representative unnecessary drop new tataplay box and card without my permission and then on 28 july they msg me that rs 650 is charge for replacing they box and chip card. And they do negative my account by rs 650. Whenever my account is still deactivate. They are doing Fraud with me. Plz help me they deduct my 142 rs. Balance also from my dth account. I am requesting to you plz do needful action against them. And help me in refund my 142 rs also

                                    Hi Sir/ Madam,

                                    I have mistakenly recharged Rs. 500/- on 21st July 2022 into my old deactivated Tata Sky Subscriber Account # [protected] as this was appearing in my profile.

                                    Can you please refund the amount of Rs 500/- for the wrong recharge done by me on 21st July 2022 in my old Tata Sky account?

                                    I have also recently purchased a new Tata Sky Account# [protected] which is currently in use and Rs 500/- was paid for recharge on 21st July 2022. I have made payment of Rs 500/- two times on 21st July 2022.

                                    After checking with your helpline person who told me tom check me with my kotak Bank and get the refund done for the bank for the excess recharge done. My bank has informed me that as the payment is already received by Tata Sky(Tata Play) so Tata Sky will need to refund it back to me of the excess payment of Rs 500/- done by me on 21 July 2022.

                                    Request you to kindly refund back to my online bank account for the wrong recharge. Also cancel & remove my old Tata Sky account# [protected] from my Profile.

                                        Tata is a good brand but now I can't trust it, cause I raised a complaint issue on yesterday after that technician came into my house due to my tata play not get signal but it seems that while leaving he told me that you will get an OTP please told to me and i asked him also but he told me that it's prove of completion of our work don't worry but after 30 minutes i realised he add tata binge into my Tataplay account for 1 months subscription...
