New subscription ID [protected] for TATABINGE temporary box.
Dear Sir,
Our old TATA SKY box was found not working in Sept 2021
So we complaint to TATA SKY.
With this reference TATA SKY representative Mr. Rathod
and Mr.Srikant Birajdar visited our home.
They advised us to change the BOX. and
go for TATA BINGE. For this transaction they asked me
to transfer Rs 12500 ( for Box & for Yearly
TATASKY Package valid up to NOV 22), on Shreekant Baridar
Mob no [protected] via Googlepay. As both of them were
from TATASKY, we paid this amount on 14th Sept 2021
under UPI transaction ID[protected].
We were told that, there is shortage of box so
some temporary arrangement of the Box would be
made and this box will be replaced by another box
which will be on my name. This temporary box
is under Subscription ID [protected] - Box ID 9356.
After that, I was out of country for around 4.5 months.
When I came back, I asked my husband whether new
box, is issued to us, but I understand till date it is not.
On 1st of march I faced problem in accessing the
paid channels and warming came on screen to
subscribe.
As I had paid yearly subscription. So I called Mr.Shrikant
Baridar and told about this issue, Also I asked him for
extra NETFLIX & PRIME VIDEO Subscrition for 9 months.
He told me to pay Rs 3312 for the same so that he will
restore the paid channel alongwith NETFLIX & PRIME VIDEO.
Accordingly I transfrred Rs 3312 on Google pay to him
on 2nd March 2022. UPI ID[protected]
After that till today, we are not getting
access for Paid Channel and NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO.
Now Mr. Baridar is not picking up my phone and also
we can not watch the Channel for which we have paid.
You are requested to look in to this matter and arrange
to fit new BINGE BOX with above paid channels alongwith
NETFLIX & PRIMEVIDEO.
