                They are super waist customer service and 3rd class .They have script which they use all the time no solution . I have recharged my TV on 5th March but still its not working. I have made 100 calls. They are super fool.They are not connect to manager as from afternoon they said manager not available and than in night also not available with 40 min hold line.

                Guys please don't use TATA SKY services.

                Pagal kar dege aapko jitni baar call karo ge.

                @saroj you are absolutely correct they have frauded with me too We all become unite and Stop using Tata sky and should convey this message to our friend circle to advertise not to purchase and use Tata sky then only they would prioritize us else they will ignore.

                  On 25th June 2022, 10:23 a Recharge was made to tatasky [protected]@hdfc bank of ₹1350 ( transaction id:[protected] through BHIM pay but after complaining about not being recharged the authorities denied the transaction and not refunded the amount back. A complaint on 1st February against this was submitted to SBI case no. 83171215 and on BHIM ( complaint no[protected]. If the amount is not repaid soon of ₹1350 legal action to be taken in high court for this issue.

                      I have talked with tata sky people for almost 6-7 times now about the cable connection that is not there even after recharging the set top box. They always send there technician who comes and says the wiring has to be changed and someone will come and do it. But no one comes and it is left like that only. The tv says that due to weather condition it is not working which is not true as the weather is clear and it there wiring which is faulty. It has been 1.5 months now. I filled the 1st complaint on 24 jan and still no resolution. Its like they have our money and now it is done. We can go to hell now

                        Dear Sir,
                        Our old TATA SKY box was found not working in Sept 2021
                        So we complaint to TATA SKY.

                        With this reference TATA SKY representative Mr. Rathod
                        and Mr.Srikant Birajdar visited our home.
                        They advised us to change the BOX. and
                        go for TATA BINGE. For this transaction they asked me
                        to transfer Rs 12500 ( for Box & for Yearly
                        TATASKY Package valid up to NOV 22), on Shreekant Baridar
                        Mob no [protected] via Googlepay. As both of them were
                        from TATASKY, we paid this amount on 14th Sept 2021
                        under UPI transaction ID[protected].

                        We were told that, there is shortage of box so
                        some temporary arrangement of the Box would be
                        made and this box will be replaced by another box
                        which will be on my name. This temporary box
                        is under Subscription ID [protected] - Box ID 9356.

                        After that, I was out of country for around 4.5 months.
                        When I came back, I asked my husband whether new
                        box, is issued to us, but I understand till date it is not.

                        On 1st of march I faced problem in accessing the
                        paid channels and warming came on screen to
                        subscribe.

                        As I had paid yearly subscription. So I called Mr.Shrikant
                        Baridar and told about this issue, Also I asked him for
                        extra NETFLIX & PRIME VIDEO Subscrition for 9 months.

                        He told me to pay Rs 3312 for the same so that he will
                        restore the paid channel alongwith NETFLIX & PRIME VIDEO.

                        Accordingly I transfrred Rs 3312 on Google pay to him
                        on 2nd March 2022. UPI ID[protected]

                        After that till today, we are not getting
                        access for Paid Channel and NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO.

                        Now Mr. Baridar is not picking up my phone and also
                        we can not watch the Channel for which we have paid.

                        You are requested to look in to this matter and arrange
                        to fit new BINGE BOX with above paid channels alongwith
                        NETFLIX & PRIMEVIDEO.

                              I had recharged my Tata Sky account with Rs 514/- on 01-Mar-2022 through online payment UPI id billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank. I received a confirmation for the same. But my Tata Sky account was not credited."Payment done but account not credited". Till date the amount is not credited to my Tata Sky account. Request you to refund me back the Rs 514/- which was deducted from my bank account on 01-Mar-2022. Transaction ID dated 01-Mar-2022 for Rs 514/- is[protected] not credited to my Tata Sky account and please refund me the same.

                                I have suspended my Tata Sky account on dated 18/02/2022 on 22:42 Hours and got a confirmation message from Tata Sky Whats app account number

                                Then on 1st march 2022 I noticed they had deducted my balance from my account and called Customer care many times for refund but they DENIED.

                                They told its a Technical Issue but my point if its technical issue why Customer have to suffer.

                                  My account was closed and there was an amount due which I had to receive from the company. My cheque was delayed intentionally and I received cheque at the last day, at a time when it cannot be cleared.

                                  This is an attempt to waste time and resources of the loyal customers. I intend to have received the refund amount in my account from which the payment was made. I made the initial payment by online transaction.
