Some days before there is signal problem in my tatasky so I call the tata sky agent 1 st he dint come 3 days and after 3 days he check the disk and do some meeting on set top box and said there is problem in your set top box and I have to buy new set top box he give me advice by 1599 rs box or by 3000 rs. Now when I call other agent then I find out there is no problem in my set top box he change my tatasky password and because of that my bad dint start and does not show any signal. Plzz take strict action against him. I don't know his current name but I give u his no. [protected]

    Greetings!

    We were having problem with our Tata sky connection from a long time- maximum channels were not coming, even after subscribing them. We had complained about this matter many a times but to no avail. but 15 days back a Tata sky man named 'Sanjay Dey' (mobile no.-[protected]) attended the complaint n told us that a device of 2400/- will be required and problem would be resolved, so we gave him d amt. Having faith that he is Tata sky staff..bt he has put some used device which had worsen d situation (TV serials keeps on hang every 5secs).It has become impossible to watch d TV. and he has also not given us any tata sky paper of d installed device . He is not attending phone since then.

    Plz kindly look into d matter as soon as possible

      Very worst service . Very careless people's are working in customer care service . Am using more than 3 years with 2 multiple tvs also. Paying around rs 700 to them. But they didn't give proper response to their customers. Better they told us to disconnect the connection. Very worst behaviour with their customer. I want to kick them for their activity.

        I have connection of tata sky dth with yearly subscription of dhamal mix package with hd.
        I was having few extra ruppees in account.
        Suddenly it start showing negative balance of 228.8 rs. Now i am afraid if i recharge my connection, i will loss these 226.8 rs without any reason.
        I have called tata sky but "we will call back" is solution they offered. Online chat support gathered all details and not responded after that.
        Tata sky is taking customer for granted.

        This arrogant nature of tata sky dth company can continue till 15 August. When their father Jio will start their services.
        I am using tata sky for 4 years and they are so unhelpful and rude.
        1. When i used their online help on chat, they dont bother to reply.
        2. They tell me that they will call back when they are out of arguments.
        3. When i told that connection is not working, they gave a date of next week, when they will mail me in this regards.
        4. Tata sky is here only to loot the customers
        5. Did i mention that their signal are on mercy of rain, while raining there is almost no reception

        Here also tatasky is not responding and i wonder why i still not got any rude and unhuman reply from them in this consumer forum.

          It was a complaint on executive who has given wrong information that they said it was the better one but we have taken and after completion of installation it will be free for 3 months and the after that we have recharge with 199. It means package is about 199 rs but right now we have to do with rs 482. What is this? Really we felt very bad and it was not the right thing. And the executive name is mr. Rakesh and the mobile number is [protected]... Please action on him... For giving the wrong advice...
          We need 199 plan with hd and only telugu channels, sports &news... If it possible please help us... If not please take back your kit and return the money which we have paid time of installation... If not it will be very serious on tata sky...

              I am a tata sky subscriber with id no.[protected] for years. On 20.06.2018 i have remitted rs.390/- for one month subscription, which is valid till 19.07.2018. On 01.07.2018 dish antenna become faulty and the same was rectified by the company technician and told me that i have to remit the service charge as per the sms received in the registered mobile number. Sms demand for the service charge for rs.250/- was received in my mobile only on 02.07.2018.20.03 hrs. But my connection was deactivated by the company on 01.07.2018 midnight itself without any intimation to me. When contacted the customer care executive of the company told me that the service charge was deducted from my subscription charge on 01.07.2018 and consequently service deactivated due to insufficient balance. It may be noted that this are all happened without my knowledge and well before i receiving the demand for service charge. The company deducted service charge from my subscription charge without my knowledge and denied the service for which i have already paid. The company demanded me another rs.390/- for the continuation of service. I am willing to pay the service charge as per demand dated 02.07.2018, but i want to restore the service first, for which i have already paid and extension of number of days remaining deactivated.

                I lodged a complaint for deinstallation and reinstalltion of my tatasky. The technician called me and said I am stuck in road because traffic police is there and I don't have helmet. So I went and brought him on my bike. From the time he came he was in hurry to leave. While removing the dish I helped him. When I was helping him he made me to do all the other things like removing the wire from window, winding the cable, holding the dish. I climbed the window and did his 90% of the work as a humanity. But at last he said I cannot carry this dish . Customer need to take to new location. I said him ok but during lodging the complaint they didn't tell me so I said it's ok now I will hold the dish n seat on Ur bike let's go to the new location. The technician rudely threw my dish on road and said " main aapka bojha nai dho sakta" and said I will not do. He misbehaved with me using bad words etc. I asked him to provide me his supervisor's number or u call I will talk .. then he started making excuses like my battery is dead I don't remember the number etc etc. After few minutes of arugement I asked him to leave my premises as he was total nonsense guy using inappropriate words. Later when I called customer care I told them the complete story they are saying me why didn't u asked us at the time of booking that customer needs to carry the dish. Moreover regarding the technician, they are saying why did u helped him now you need to pay tatasky money anyhow. Customer care people are giving some absurd reasons as if I am illiterate I don't know the facts. Till now I didn't get any feedback from tatasky. Even I asked them if my feed broke when the technician threw it on road, who was supposed to pay for that. It seems I need to allow the technician to seat on sofa provide him tea/coffee and I need to perform his work and finally pay theming to tatasky.

                  I didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.
                  On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[[protected]] digicard id[[protected]]"

                    Tata sky set up box is not receiving signal.. This problem is continuing from so many months... This is horrible.. And i have complained this to technician tata sky... But no help... This is horrible... Technician said that box problem will change to tata sky hd box then too problem exist then again wire change.. But then only for few days all channels came then again the problem exist... The problem does not solve.. Very bad

                      I was log the first complaint on 23rd june 2018 and that was automaticaly cancelled. Then i was log the complaint on 27th june 2018 the technician visit on 28th june 2018 they was told me that problem with your setup box so we have to change this. Then he told me i will take new box on 30th june 2018 but still no call from tata sky provider and still i am not able to see the tata sky.

                      I am very disappointed with your service.

                      I have to return this tata sky and please refund my amount.

                      As Per Discussion with tata sky technician they told me SD Setup Box not available there so we have to take more 5 to 10 days to resolve this issue.
                      now please return my amount as soon as possible otherwise i register the complaint in consumer court against you.

                        I complain to tata sky on 1-07-18. Your technician come and change set top box after changing set top box the sound not come from tv (From old set top box sound come from tv). Your costumer care told me charges will be paid by you to next visit of technician but my problem not solved from 1st complain how i pay for next visit please solve my pro.

                          Last fifteen days I am not getting signal in my TataSky setup box continuously, with the signal coming and going frequently despite of a clear weather. Though I complained to the customer care via the mentioned Tata sky helpline many times, yet so far the problem with the signal persists. This is really frustrating despite the fact that I am paying the subscription charges regularly.

                          Last time your service person had checked my setup box, dish antenna, connection cable and TV set, stating all to be in good working condition. Now this leaves me with only one conclusion that the problem is from your side. On 2nd July 2018 as well the 9th July 2018 I had complained through Email and that time your reaction was "my complaint was too short" for the company to comply, hope now this is sufficient for your consideration and to rectify the problem.

                          Also note that do not expect me to pay the next subscription amount and continue using TataSky with not being able to access the basic service that you are supposed to provide at the very least.

                            I have taken Tata Sky connection 6 to 8 months back that time I got only Tata Sky Setup box because in my society there is common dish already available for all hence installer person did not handed over me dish.

                            Now I have shifted to somewhere else and there I need my dish for that I have already raised a request (Request # SR[protected] but I came to know from customer care that in system its showing Kit (Setup box, Dish, etc..) is already given to customer and they are saying to purchase again.

                            I have called that person who came last time for installation he said you just raised a request you will get free Dish and cable from company but you have to pay installation charges (Rs.300) I am Ok to pay installation charges but why should I purchase again when I did not received my Dish. I am not going to pay for dish becasue I have already paid for it.

                            The request has been closed without intimation to me. I am facing this issue since 3 days.

                              We have been using Tata Sky since 8 months. We took 2 set top boxes out of which one is not working at all. It shows that the card is incorrect. It's been 8 months we're paying for both connections. We've been calling the tata sky customer care number but they just end up giving us different numbers which either do not exist or the person doesn't pick up the call. So many times we've complained about this issue yet it remains unsolved. Please solve this issue as soon as possible as we don't want to waste money behind the kaput box.

                                I am AK Nagar i have an old account i decided to activate to new account as i am relocated, I thought tata sky would the best option, but i experience a very poor service from tata sky customer care as well as the technician team i registered the onn 27.07.2018 and today is 2.7.2018 not got the connection, are you guys just play with senior citizens makin fool nothing else coz i am getting same connection not the new one..

                                  The request for correcting the error was put up on 20JUNE2018(Wednesday). The error on the TV shows - Error 1/2, i.e., Please remove and place the tatasky card correctly - something like that. Hence called the customer care and registered a repair request. The guy came on 23JUNE2018(Saturday) - I believe his name is Satish, he checked and said I am not sure whether the problem is with the card or the box, so he have to take both to the tatasky store which is located in Miyapur, he said he will check and bring the resolved box/card by the same evening. He didn't called or returned. When I tried to reach him he said he will check and call in 5/10mins on Saturday evening. He didn't called. I waited. He didn't called or came on Sunday, Monday or even Tuesday. They didn't even bother to call and update on the status.

                                  I called again on Tuesday 26JUNE2018 to check the status - the guy said sir the boy(another guy - who doesn't know what the problem was) will come tomorrow(27JUNE2018) and fix it. This was after my repeated follow-ups - I was getting pissed. The boy by name Ramprasad came and brought the new box with him - he connected the box to the TV and now the TV shows different issue i.e., the resolution isn't supported. Ramprasad says sir we need AVI cable to fix this resolution issue. There was no resolution issue before why did it came now. He said it is US TV sir so we need to do some settings. I mentioned to him that in the beginning(i.e., sometime in January or February-2018) when I was taking tatasky connection I checked with them clearly that this is a US tv and do they need anything other box or something to make sure the resolution is corrected. They mentioned we have HD box sir that will take care of everything. Then why is the issue of resolution came now??? Is the box being used anything different or isn't the HD box I asked??? Ramprasad said it is HD box sir but we need the AVI cable to correct the resolution issue. I wasn't convinced, however, I asked if he has one - he said he doesn't and neither did I. I checked at my end I haven't found. I asked Ramprasad to bring one from your tatasky office to fix the issue - he said he will bring it the next day same time i.e., 28JUNE2018 to resolve the issue completely but haven't came till date.

                                  It has been close to 2weeks and the issue haven't got resolved. This has been very worst customer care that I have come across. During this time I had to leave the office and come to support these Tatasky guys whenever they were coming home to fix it - which was all worthless.

                                  I do not want to continue with Tatasky and I need a refund against the installation charges of 2000 rupees and the refund for the past 2 weeks(that I have already paid) immediately.

                                    Am facing exactly the same issue. I am using tata sky for 2 years and paying around 750 a month. Now suddenly the. Signal stop appearing and customer care told me about the stupid 100 rs charge along with any additional charge for repairs.. Shame on you tata sky there is a thing called customer service: try google it and learn providing it to loyal long term customers. You are getting hefty paychecks cuz o[censored]s and i will shut my tata sky connection than paying you this ransom money. I am suspicious that this problem is created by you only.

                                      Really frustrating to see the response of the tata sky to their customers, today i was shifting my house and i called the customer care thrice for sending their representative to my home for deinstallation and reinstall it at my new flat, which is suppose to be in the same society.
                                      But each time, they told me to wait for 2 hrs and they will contact but i am really feeling pained that nobody came up till now i. E.9.32 p. M. After even 12 hrs.
                                      I am sorry to say that is this service or attitude with one is being treated or rather humiliated. I don't think one deserves that.

                                      Again a shocking incident has come up with tata sky people, they have send a person who has instead of installing my device properly, has by wrongful means mishandled my neighbour's Tata sky device and deinstaled his already functioning device. In his place, installed mine. Complained to the customer care but still no action has been taken. When I called them, no one came and I have already paid Rs.500/- as installation fees to Tata sky.
                                      In my absence, my neighbour has installed his so Now I am not able to see anything in my TV but receiving reminders for payment for recharge from tata sky...
                                      I have wrongly done recharge on wrong number of tata sky. I want to get it back. Please find enclosed PAYTM invoice for the same. This happened yesterday night. Hence, it should be refunded. Please refund.

                                        This is the wrong card for this set top box error is appearing. Please resolve. I am using tata sky set top box. Suddenly, when i switched it on one day, the error 'this is the wrong card for this set top box' error is appearing. Please resolve the matter as soon as possible. Hope tata sky will respond faster and resolve the issue at the earliest..
