I was shifted my home from Madiravedu, Thiriuverkadu to Pallavan Nagar Thiruverkadu on[protected].

For that i have raised a relocation request with you, your engineer came and install the dish in my new location (Work Order No: 13MU82US) and i was paid Rs. 300 for the same.

You may check the amount deducted Rs. 300 towards relocation in...

    I had tried to recharge my tata sky account on 14 june 2018. The transaction went unsuccessful though amount was deducted from my bank account.
    I have called your teleservice 8 to10 times and have not received any proper answer to correct the deficiency. I have spoken to your tele-executives also and at last i write two mails [protected]@tatasky.com but till date no one bother to reply. They were very dissappointed. I request you to fefund the amount paid towards the same.

    I have never expected such poor service from a reputed service provider like tata sky.

        My subscriber id is not showing on tset up box ask when i click it say click on yellow button but when i click option is press home or call from registered rmn imy old sim was lost so i am not able to call from rmn signal problem in tatasky and even my subscriber id is not showing. I hd reset my tatasky so that signal will be good. But after somedays same problem occur no signal. And the big problem is that in little rain tatasky signal is lost. Due to this i get frustrated.

            Complaint of no signal not attended even today, even after 14 days despite continuous daily follow up. Today again they have confirmed that the complaint will be attended, but still no action from tatasky.in fact, no technician from tatasky had visited in my presence for last 14 days.

            The customer care executive are making false statement that technician visited. They are all corrupt and totally unprofessional, unethical. Why technician did not call me if they visited???
            This is happening for last 14 days.
            I have already filed complaint in consumer forum.
            The entire episode narrated once again as below:

            I made a complaint of no signal on 14th july.in the chat conversation had on 14th july, i explained in detail to your customer care executive that this no signal problem happened every now & then for almost 5 times in last one year. Every time i got it attended personally by paying directly to tatasky technician mr. Prajapati through my personal expenses. But, problem was never rectified permanently. This all things i explained in my chat conversation on 14th july that how your technicians are extorting money from customers and that's why they are not attending it permanently. You can refer chat conversation. I was assured by tatasky customer care executive that complaint will be attended on 14th july.
            But, the compliant was not attended.
            Hence, further on 17th july i made again complaint that my complaint was not attended. I received a sms that complaint will be attended on 18th july. But, again complaint was not attended.
            Again, on 18th july, i made complaint that my complaint was not attended. I received a sms that complaint will be attended on 19th july.
            Since, 14th july, my complaint is still not attended. Also, there was no response & feedback from tatasky.
            Such unprofessional, customer-unfriendly, irresponsible & totally unresponsive behaviour was never expected from company of repute like tatasky.
            Anyways, enough is enough.
            Now, i am disconnecting my tatasky connection permanently and i will take some cable tv connection.
            But, i am going to make a complaint against tatasky in consumer forum & also spread word in social media about unethical business practices by tatasky, for causing me mental torture, trauma, frustration & hypertension; and i will demand a compensation on this account.
            Is there anybody in tatasky who can see this nonsense going on.
            I am continuously following up for attending to my complaint since 14th july, without any response from tatasky.
            Every morning i am receiving a message that my complaint will be attended on that day... But, after that no response on that day... When i follow up with them.. Then in the every evening i receive messages that my complaint will be attended next day.
            This is happening for last 14 days.
            This is just beurocratic behavior and red tapism.
            Can anyone explain me this unprofessional, customer-unfriendly, unethical behavior of tatasky.
            They are supposed to be punished with heavy compensation for mental torture to me for last 14 days.
            And despite my such serious complaint, nobody had ever tried to call me to resolve my complaint.
            Since, complaint not attended even today, even after continuous follow up for last 14 days, but still no action from tatasky.
            I have already filed complaint in consumer forum and moving with legal process in consumer court.

              Customer service is irritating. They keep on revising the amount and without informing customer they keep on removing the channels, when they adding channels they are increasing the cost but when they remove channels they are not reducing the cost and when i asked to deactivate the account they are asking me to submit my set of box which i brought from amazon and they are saying we won't refund the setbobox cost. Won't suggest it to anyone

                My parents using tatasky id [protected]. I did recharge online on 24 may 18 for rs 850/- and opted 99 monthly pack with two add on pack. Suddenly in july i noticed my monthly pack changed to ultra and rmn changed by tatasky to some strangers number without our consent. Earlier also twice they did so. I did a complaint on ph 15 days back, nothing listent yet...

                  Here is the case with the subscriber id: xxxxxxxxxx

                  My setup box stop working and i complained online, technician visited my hose and replaced the setup box device on the 13th august 2017 (The device has mentioned 12 months of warranty period) without giving me any document for the warranty and receipt for the payment which i made on the 14th august 2017. I got the email statement for the transactions where it’s clearly charged for the visit of rs. 599.74
                  Within a year on the 18th july 2018 setup box device again got stop to start, i called the tata sky executive and explained the case. Again, the technician came to my home replaced the device where it’s mentioned device has 12 months of the warranty period and it’s reflected on my tata sky account warranty end date as 17th july 2019.

                  I raised the query and communicated with the complain # 16d75y9f, i was informed issue will get resolved within 24 or 48 hours from the nodal officer where i had chat with the three executives explaining my case, no one responded to my email from [protected]@tatasky.com, [protected]@tatasky.com.

                  I have the transaction statement for the period: 01/08/17 to 31/08/17, current month july 2018 transaction details where it’s charged 400.00 as hdlg chrgs of hd swap box and 100.00 as service visit on 19 jul 2018, the chat receipt where i conveyed the case.

                      I, sharmila basu, (Registered mob no [protected]) had registered a complaint with tatasky for non-receiving of signal on both my tv set (One hd and one normal). It was a sunny weather and both tv sets were prompting "due to bad weather tv is not receiving signal". One agent was sent to my residence when my mother was at home. He collected rs.1000/- (One thousand) cash and changed my normal set top box to hd.

                      I had never requested for hd for the 2nd tv set. This is extremely worst, derogatory service provided by tatasky. When i came back home and tried to call to both agent and the call centre, the person at call centre disconnected the call without finishing the conversation. 2nd time, someone named niranjan picked up the phone and refused to divulge the details of the previous call. He gave me the complaint number16lsem3l (25th july'18 at 8.45 pm). The agent refused, that he had come to my residence to for service. I fail to understand, what kind of service are we getting after being a loyal customer for 7+ years.

                      Tatasky appoints agents who fail to give service to the customers and tatasky's reputation is going at stake. It is extremely shameful.

                      I want a strict action on this act and refund of money immediately, failing which i will go to consumer forum.

                        Recently i asked tata sky for relocation services. Subscriber i'd - [protected]. First they asked me to uninstall current dish with 200 rs charges in which their technician told me that they could only remove the dish and not the stand and told us that we would require a stand to purchase. So we got dish with us from old address & we asked the dish installer to install it with charge of 300 rs. When installer came, they told us that we would either need to get old stand or we would need to buy whole new set of dish & tv stand which costs rs.700. Now i want tata sky to return us the rs.200 that we already paid for in installation which they did not do or to tell their technician to remove the stand that they denied.

                        The technician still asking us 700 rs charge as we need dish & stand for the set up. We will not pay nothing extra than 300 rs as the installation charges. Either tell technician to remove the stand from old address or give us one for free.

                          I am shankar poojary; my tata sky id is:[protected]; mobile no: [protected]; i am from miramar, goa.

                          In the last month my tata sky service went haywire; channels would not come on; when they came they went blank after sometimes. I contacted tata sky on[protected] and a local tata sky technician (Panjim, goa, india) came and informed me that the box had to be changed. I told him to change the box. He informed me that he had installed a new set of box with hd facility. I asked him whether there is any extra charge. He informed me that if i do not subscribe to hd channels, they would stop automatically after one month; and for one month i would get free hd service.

                          I wanted to take an additional connection. When i contacted the local agent, mr. Kamat of kamat electronics, panjim, he informed me that my present payment is up to september 20018. I told him that i had paid for the annual subscription up to december 2018. He told me that since i have hd connection your subscription is reduced and it is till september.

                          I was shocked. I was misinformed by the tata sky technician. I do not want hd connection and please discontinue the hd channels with immediate effect..

                              This has reference to the subject matter.

                              I am a subscriber of tata sky metro pack since january 2015 and the same is continuing till date.

                              My monthly charge for the metro pack+ hd services is rs 665. Per month. The metro pack is in operation since the past three and half years.

                              In spite of payments on time the sports channel like the star sport pack and sony espn and sony six pack which are a part of the metro pack are not working at present and i am not able to view these channels.

                              I have called your teleservice 8 to10 times and have not received any proper service to correct the deficiency. I have spoken to your tele-executives niranjan/anirban/biswajit. They were very disappointing.

                              I request you to offer the sports channels which are a part of the metro pack else request you to reimburse the amount paid towards the same.

                              I have never expected such poor service from a reputed service provider like tata sky.

                              Please note that my RNM is very much reachable.
                              Even today, 2nd August 2018 we have spoken to your Tatasky representative.

                              It is very pathetic and disheartening to note that such a reputed organisation like Tatasky is unable to resolve such a simple complaint.

                              We feel cheated as Tatasky is taking the subscriptions for the Metro Pack but is not providing the Sports Channels that are included in the Metro Pack.

                              We are tired of making calls to Tatasky representative as they are not able to resolve the issue.

                              The only remedy left now as a last resort is to approach the courts for a resolution.

                              I pray that Jio starts the DTH service soon.Atleast we can hope to get good service and Mukti from Tatasky.

                                Tata sky disconnected my tv one week after recharging for sem8 annual pack. My relatives who came 5 days after recharge informed me tv is disconnected for non payment. I immediately complained though i was abroad. I came back home after 3 days and still found the set was showing same error demanding payment. I lodged complaint again and demanded refund which they refused. This is cheating public by taking money for not rendering service. I demand refund and would like to disconnect tata sky account.

                                    This has reference to our tata sky connection no. [protected] in my name.

                                    I had subscribed to new package of english dhamaal from 18th july and earlier we had super saver and all the channels were streamed without problem. But from 18th july, we are not able to get new channels as per new package and the logic and answer given by technician is that receiver has a problem and we need to replace. I do not understand how can receiver is customer's problem when we were able to see all the channels in earlier package and suddenly for new package tata sky says that your receiver is not working. This shows that along with change of package tata sky has made it a business to change receiver and additional overcharge for replacement earning profits on the cost of customers when the issue is with streaming software as if receiver had problems we should not be able to watch all earlier channels and packages.

                                    This clearly shows tata sky is overcharging by misrepresentating the issues and putting the cost in customer account so that company keep earning by overcharging with their existing customers. We are customers of tata sky since 11 years and told that we are premium customer, if we are treated like this how other customers must have been treated.

                                    This needs to be taken and resolved by senior management asap and all charges debited to our account should be reversed and credited back.

                                    I expect that tata sky management will understand customers plight and give quality customer service rather then all their telephone executives or managers and technicians telling we can not do anything this is as per policy.

                                    We were able to watch our earlier Super Saver package without any interruption since last many years but when we opted for new package ENGLISH DHAMAAL, we were not able to watch all new channels subscribed in the package and then TATA SKY sent technician and he came and told that your receiver is having a issue and we need to replace it for Rs 800 charges. We are unable to understand if streaming of channels is a issue in your software how can receiver be having problem when we were able to watch everything earlier and what is customer fault as it is TATA SKY problem of sotware in streaming other channels. Why a customer should be charged Rs 800 which TATA SKY debited without taking our consent in our account and stopped our HD access on 20th July 2018. This is forcefully charging the customer without any service which leads to overcharging and cheating by the DTH operator. Please credit the same amount of Rs 800 to our account which is debited to our account as it should not have been charged. Sanjay Sisodia

                                    The amount of Rs 800/- debited against changing receiver is yet not credited to my account which was debited to my account by TATA SKY on 21st July 2018. I would request to reverse the same and credit to my account .
                                    I did not recharged my set up box for 2 months but I recharged it on 14 july

                                    My existing plan of Rs.280/ with HD pack of Rs.60/ was valid up to 22/07/18.Today I recharged Rs.280/ but validity is up to 15/08/18 How it is ? Validity should up to 21/08/18 My plan with HD pack is Rs.280/ (220+60)

                                      I have not recharged tata sky for last 6 months not it's showing pairing error. Called customer care for help. They have arranged meeting with technician. Technician called me and asked for 300rs only for visit even though my tata sky is in warranty and customer care staff also told me there no charge for visit. Technician did not come. Again i called customer care. Now its been a days there is no response. On the other hand staff is talking arrogantly. I still have hopes and i believe company consider it's brand image.
