I had raised a complaint on 25/05/18 regarding the hidden charges, it was closed without even knowing me, i called back again was informed call recording will be checked, n will get back to me, no action against it, i called again on 28/05/18 was informed there is no complaint on the account, lady took a fresh complaint, i informed them i m travelling not in town, lady was ok wit it, few days later got a call from tata sky, i informed the agent i m in train, call me on 2june18, arragont agent anirudh told me they cannot call once i reach back can call n open the complaint, i told him not to close the complaint, arrange a call, he kept on saying that n disconnected the call, still dint receive any calls, called on 5th june, informed the entire situation again was informed will get a call in 48 hrs, got a call again they started asking what is the issue, i got angry n asked them to check the system, every time same questions asked but no solution, again agent said we cannot arrange a call back, if you don't tell the issue how can we assist i told him to check the system, he disconnected, still my complaint is not solved, this is how tata sky treat their customers

    Have been fed up with the false and different information provided by the customer care employees. All i wanted to do is swap my primary & secondary set up boxes. They made me recharge for 200 and did not complete the procedure for 6 days. After 6 days they call and say cannot process the request as account is inactive and ask me to recharge again. Seriously done with tata sky. This is the service you are providing to customers using your mega pack for past so many years. Registered mobile no. Is [protected]

      I have recharged my tata sky dth [protected] on june 6th through upi. But it is not updated and the deactivation is today night. This is the second time its happening. I would want this to be resolved immediately. If it gets deactivated, i need to pay fine also. I[censored]pi has a problem, why is tata sky providing this facility. Please take this on priority.

        Yesterday the two tataksy connections that I have stopped working abruptly and all i saw was a message that said that the STB is not receiving any signal . After calling customer care and doing some basic checks as suggested by the customer care executive we were still unable to fix the issue . The customer care executive then told us that a technician will come home and check what the problem could be . Then today the technician after some investigation informs us that we need to purchase a new super LNB because that tatasky dish doesn't support the two tv connection anymore due to some change in technology on tataskys end .
        Why should a tatasky issue lead to me having to forcibly have to pay for new equipment when I have been using the same connections smoothly till today ??!! I was thinking o[censored]pgrading my second connection to HD aswell but after this poor experience with Tatasky I have decided to cancel my existing connections and switch to videocon instead.
        Tatasky can you please provide me the super lnb for free or revert the forcvibly software upgrade on my tvs that caused this issue ?

          Tata sky technician visited for sorting out my signal issue. He suggested your wires needs to be changed so you get better signal. I was charged for the same and later i realised he had cut down my existing wire from independent dish on terrace and connected my connection joint to common dish on terrace by joining it through someone else. Due to which i have started facing severe signal issues. They are really corrupt and try to create issue for others users in same society while they visit to fix for someone. We have repeatedly faced this issue in our society where technician visited for fixing issue for one and 6 others in the society start facing interrupted service.

            Hi,
            I have raised a request on 31st of may for relocation of my tata sky. As requested they did the de-installation on 1st june. after that the service team is not responding to my calls for Re-installation and i have been escalating the issue since SIX days to the customer care and also to superiors through phone and also through their website. But, till now all they gave me was fake assurance. Yesterday i got a call from a hyderabad executive named NEERAJ([protected]) saying that i should not complain about them even if it takes SEVEN days because it was my problem not his. Previously it used to take hours for re-location but now a days the service team is treating customers as if their slaves. Already its been six days, how many more days i need to wait just for re-installation?

              I Hiren Bandodkar sub I'd being [protected] had made complaint to Tata sky as some of the channels we were unable to view on around 18may
              Their technician comes and straight away stay that my HD set top box is getting hanged and needs to be changed.
              He changed the box and leaves.
              Within 15 minutes the problem continued.
              I called him again but he didn't pick up.
              So made complaint again in Tata sky.
              Now some other technician comes and says my dish tx needs to be replaced. And hd Box need not be replaced.
              He does that.
              Again in 2-3 hrs the same problem continued.
              Again I complaint
              Now Tata sky send a senior technician on 3juneand he says that the real problem is with the wire
              He says our technician will come and change the wire by tomorrow.
              Till now no one turned up.
              I called the Tata sky so many times and also mailed them.
              Now they called up and say that they will not refund the money back.
              However till now they haven't solved my problem.

                I have logged the request for Tatasky reinstallation in Thane on 2nd June

                Since then I m just following up for the same... It is being rescheduled n Being rescheduled ... Since I have paid yearly subscription .. it seems no one from Tatasky bother to install the same...

                This is really pathetic service inspite of paying a yearly subscription in advance n obviously not expected...

                Need quick resolution ... I have already lost 3 days... Is Tatasky going to pay me for same ?

                When the due date of recharge is near .. customer care will call 4 times in a day...
                Now no one is least bothered...

                When asked about refund of my subscription .. customer care says they cannot commit anything..

                  I booked a new connection on 16 may 2018 thru your call centre and they advised me to pay rs 2000.00 for a HD set top box which included a free ultra pack for a month with all channels included, which i agreed.i was given an id [protected].. some guy by name asif came and installed your wiring set-top box etc and took rs. 2000.00 from me in cash as he said that i hv to pay cash and must not pay online. he did not give me any receipt or documentation for the transaction. totally 4 metres of extra wiring was done which he said that i have to pay rs 96.00 which i should pay when i recharge after a month.
                  my pack was activated on that day.
                  now my trouble and harrasment started.
                  after two days, my pack was de activated.i frantically started calling up your call centre. it was around 1945 hrs in the evening. i would like to mention here that we put on the tv only between 2000 to 2130 hrs only for the purpose of watching the english news.the person who took my call couldnt speak properly neither could he solve my problems. i asked him to put me on to some senior, and after holding on for 15-20 minutes some jyothi came on the line. i explained my problems to her and after telling over all things again and again she couldnt do anything and diverted my call to someone else.once again after a long wait some else came on the line and the same story was repeated after which my complaint was lodged and a complain no 155dsq6b was given to me. i was also told that my id no was changed from [protected] to [protected], the reason i do not know of. all to gether i must have spoken around 60 to 70 minutes from my paid telephone no. i spoke to vinay, jyothi, roshni, ajit and ganesh. no body helped me out neither has any cognisance been taken on my complaint yet.
                  fortunately i had taken the personal numbers of the technician who had come to install, and also the numbers of their office staff. as my tv was not activated, i called up their office and spoke to mr farook on [protected], and asked him how can my tv get deactivated within two days inspite of making the full payment in cash. after holding for a very longtime again, he told me that as i had not paid my rs 96.00 for the extra wiring, my tv was de activated.i told him that his tecnician had told me to pay the amount after i recharge after a month, he had nothing to say but asked me to re change rs 100.00 on line. as i am not savvy with any online transactions, it was with great difficulty that i had to get in touch with my son who is abroad, and he had to recharge it from there after which the tv was activated.
                  everything ws fine for a week, after which suddenly the tv was deactivated. again the same old torturous process took place between me and your call centre without any result.
                  frustrated, i had to again call up that farook who after a long wait told me that there was some problems in the system and it was their mistake and he will activate it immediately and i will not face any problems again. for two days it worked well and again today, the tv is de activated. i did not bother to call your call centre today as i did not want to waste my time, energy, money and mental peace speaking to mechanised voices who only keeps on repeating " maafi chata hoon", without solving my problems.
                  today 04 june at 1500 hrs i called the mechanics office and spoke to mr amir as farook was not available. he promised to activate the tv in 5-10 minutes. now it is 1930 hrs and still it has not been done. inbetween i called him many times but he just disconnects my call. i just do not know what to do. i am completed frustrated, with this unproductive callous attitude of TATA SKY TEAM. without PRE-JUDICE, i want you to disconnect your connection, refund me the full amount of Rs. 2100.00 which i have paid to you and also compensate me for all the viewing time lost and for all the mental tensions you have given me. if you fail to do this, then i wil initiate any legal actions deemed fit. ifall these problems occur within a span of 15 days of a new connection, i wonder what will happen if i continue to remain a long time subscriber.

                      Recently two people from tata sky organisation approached us and asked us to take the connection by telling us the best deals and offers and asked us to pay an amount of 2700/-, i have paid the amount through paytm. I could see many complaints of same type and i am little worried about this concern. Can someone let me know if this is genuine or fraud. If fraud, could you please explain me the process to get my money back.

                        I booked for a multi connection on 30may with the dealer and tey are charging me 1500rs extra.. Connection cost was 3200 but they are asking me to pay 1500rs extra after puting the connections, i asked them why are they charging so much they just said if you want pay we will give the connection otherwise they will take it back.. I told them not to do that but the guy suresh technition from the dealer of tatasky has removed the connection which was installed, he has forcefull removed the connection when my mother and kids were left alone, when i complained to the customer care they said since its a dealer we cannot help you and discinnected the call.. I asked them again to giv a new connection they made the same dealer to call me for a new connection he asking me to pay rs.1000/ for the removed connection which he did on his own wish.. Can someone help me.. Being a lady i cant go through this kind of threats and harrasment anymore..

                          On the 25th of may 2018 a man saying m from tata sky came with a offer to my home his name is tanaji talware mob.[protected]/ [protected] he explained the offer of rs 1350/ with 1 year subscription of 199 p. M., with hd channels n took a cheque of it on behalf o[censored]nisys enterprises and the cheque got cleared on 28th this man after payment is not receiving single call from me as well as frm any other mobile no. No person has yet received to chnage the old setbox nothing has happened from that day... Hence, within 24 hrs if i don't get any help m going to lodge a f. I. R against all of you.. Plz help me out asap

                            The worst service i ever seen. The name and the gender both are wrongly registered, the installation team was not done the work properly. There is no records in the customer care about my service. The untrained executives are giving insufficient information at the customer care. The service engineer asking charges for the new customer. Totally a bad service from the team.
                            The installation wire was fixed to existing cable wire, no new cable wire was given. Very bad opinion on the collection executive and installation engineer.

                              Improper /shattered signal is receiving for customer id [protected]. While, viewingTV after sometime start .The signal in tv stops and stars buffering. After restart, the signal is received again .This is continued problem for the last 15days.

No.[protected] है आज तीन चार दिनों से चैनल में दिक्कत आ रही हैं कभी आवाज बंद हो जाती है तो कभी नो सिग्नल बताने लगता है जिससे उपभोक्ता बहुत परेशान हो गया है I अतः निवेदन है की उपरोक्त ID के चैनल को ठीक करवाया जाए अथवा इंजिनियर को उपभोक्ता के पते पर चेक करवाया जाए ताकि उपभोक्ता का डिश ठीक से चल सके I

                                  I use to recharge with rs.650/- per month and now company is asking for recharge with 665/- where i wont be able to see sports channels like ten sports hd 1, 2, 3. For that they are asking for more 60/- extra, which i wont pay, after paying above amount this is not possible for me to pay more money for this damn. Please try to solve my problem asap, and try to give those channels like ten hd 1, 2, 3 for me within that amount (665/-), else please disconnect my connection and i don't need any tata sky connection for me. If i wont be able to see sports channel then its really very irritating for me and my family as well, and the customer care executive (Senior) who doesn't have any idea that what to say to the customer and giving wrong information as well, she doesn't even know how to handle customer query and if customer is asking a she is answering for b, totally irrelevant answer which is not expected from any executive without any knowledge they doesn't have any right to seat on that chair. If tata sky executives misguides people like this then i must say it will create problem for the company in future also. Name of the senior executive is sonali mahapatra.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I have purchased a tata sky connection in march 2018 and it has been installed on 1st march 2018. My tata sky registered mobile no. Is [protected]. Tata sky retailer has given me 299 dhamal mix hd pack free for 1 month. My tata sky connection has automatically deactivated on 25 march 2018. I have registered a complaint about this but till now i did not get any solution. It is really very disappointed from tata sky.

                                        Hi Consumers,

                                        I am a subscriber of Tata sky and before 5 years i stopped using the tata sky because of high rates charges comparing to other networks. after 5 years i just called customer care and asked to continue with tata sky because of Amitabh bacchan is the star in ad and asked what is the recharge and he told 275, then HD charges 95 so i recharged with the amount total, after recharge i got sms saying that monthly charges are 275 and hd pack message recieved in another sms, and i can see my account that my base pack is 345 and hd 95 so total 440, i got surprised why is this, again i sent mails and called.
                                        i got call back from Nisha from Hyderabad number and only she was telling sorry for the inconvenienc and price was hiked on the package however i have not recived any sms about price hike. so i asked for resolution but not recieved any resolution but she told she cannot do anything.

                                        So people, please be aware of Tata sky frauds and subcribe to other DTH, be happy. nothing special in tata sky.
