Really frustrated with the service by tata sky, even though i recharged for sports pack, they are not providing the sony channel and i had recharged separately to subscribe the sony channel for vewing world cup matches, till now its not available, tried to call customer care from last three days, no one is attending. As a customer really dissappointed with the service, tata sky is really spoiling the tata brand value, even they are not providing the service for what we pay, need resolution for my concern about the tata sky dth providers

    Ardhendu maity. Tatasky subscriber id: [protected]... I want immediate refund of rs100 in my tata sky account by the eod today, which is debited 2 days back wrongly... I have already contacted customer care 14/15 times since 4 days... They are just playing over words.. They are just transferring calls frm one department to another department... Some of the representatives are saying that i have to wait till 18th june... Some are saying the deduction is valid... So, being a genuine customer i am totally confused & disappointed... I cannot wait even 1day.. Else i will complaint over social networks...

      On 30th may my old digicom replaced with new hd digicom. Since then there are frequent interruptions with following message.
      "there has been change of digicard or modification in your tata sky acvount. You will not be able to view this recording. (5)."

      I have sent 2 mails and atleast 6 phone calls. But despite my constant follow up my problem is not solved.

      I have no alternative than to go to consumer court. Till my problem is resolved dont charge me. I have already paid rs.340 whivh should be adjusted.

      In continuation to my above complaint I have to lodge another complaint which is nothing
      but mental harassment. All of a sudden my TV transmission was stopped. On enquiry with Tata Sky complaint number I was told charges of Rs.300 recovered from my account and my account balance became negative. I was further told that these charges pertain to replacement of digicard. But I want to bring to your notice that the original digicard supplied alongwith new HD box was defective. I immediately raised the complaint and requested to replace defective digicard since the message appeared stated that there was problem in digicard. Later on your representative replaced defective digicard. That time also I told him that no replacement charges would be borne by me since original digicard was defective for which he agreed. In fact I could not see TV for almost 20 days till new digicard was placed .My demand to immediately restore TV connection with Tata Sky and also do not charge me the days till replacement of original defective digicard.You can verify dates at your end.Your service was out of place till replacement of defective digicard. I could not watch TV uninterrupted during those period. Your representatives had observed this problem when they visited my house.

        I have been a tata sky customer for about 6 - 7 years.
        My subscriber id is : [protected].in january 2018, when i went to recharge my account balance online through mytatasky.com, i saw an offer that i had to pay rs. 2600 for annual subscription of grand sports pack, for which i had been paying rs. 485 per month.
        So, i accepted the offer and made a payment of rs. 2600.
        On 16th of july, 2018, roughly 6 months after the recharge, a message popped up on my t. V. That my balance would end the following day.
        I approached the customer care, but they replied that i had only recharged for a 6 month pack, and to avail the offer, i should've had called the customer care and informed them about the same on the date of recharge.
        At the time of recharge, i had no idea about this process, and i had opted for online payment because i did not have time to call the customer care and then recharge.
        Please look into the matter as soon as possible and continue the service till the end of the year. A response from your end will be appreciated.

The thing is the shopkeeper has used his mobile number and email id for the registration and activation. I cannot login tatasky or select any package.             Tata sky is not working. It says digicard is not inserted properly. Despite reinserting the digi card and cleaning it so many times it still keeps saying digicard not inserted properly. No other options are responding including home button and help button due to which we are unable to see our tata sky subscriber id. It even says subscriber id not available and so we don't know our tata sky subscriber id.

                      On 30th may old dg com replaced with new hd dg com and connection restored. Since the we cannot see tata sky channels properly there are frequently disconnections with following message

                      "there has been change of digicard or modification in your tata sky account you will not be able to view this recording (5)."

                      I had thrice called on your complaint number since restoration of new hd connection and explained my problem over phone. On 13th june representative from tata sky had been to my place. He observed my problem on tv screen. He took some photographs of digicom and tv screen etc. He also talked to tata sky official. However my problem is not solved till this time. Still frequent interruptions being faced by me on tata sky channels with appearance of above message.

                      Once again i request to attend my complaint on priority basis and resolve my problem.

                        I am constantly getting frequent calls from tata sky executives regarding offers. If i am subscribing to the service from such companies it does not mean that take will take my freedom. Daily i am getting same calls asking "why my tata sky connection is closed." and then they start explaining their offers. How many times i need to explain them? Don't they have proper coordination to record the stated problem. Now i don't want any calls from them.

                          Hi ! I have tatasky connection and from past 2 days it not working showing no signal all the time .Have called their call centre at least 12 times in past 2 days and till now my problem is not been sorted. All the time fouls commitment are done by them and they themselves are cancelling my request without my concern. Each time I call they just say sorry for inconvenience our maintenance team will call and resolve one time I got call from their maintenance team he said my person will come NO one turned up later when I called on that number he said madam our person said problem is sorted . Without talking to me without visiting my place . Such liers they have
                          My time, energy, money have been waisted by calling them so many times and these people have no seriousness. They feel we are fools.

                          Request you to take appropriate action and get my problem sorted and teach them a lesson to take their customer seriously.

                            Sub: I was not getting signal for couple of hours due to weather and called customer care. they misguided to do some master reset in setting in that they asked me to select SUPERLNB option ( which I was not know about what it is) after that I was not able to go forward button to setup . this forward or next button will come when receives signals only.so they told me that, they are saying raising a request for technician visit which chargeable and I agreed. but after some time I got some signals and automatically enabled NEXT button from where I stucked so I forwarded to next button then I got the channels Live.so. I asked to to cancel technician visit.after that I notice that some channels are coming and some channels are not coming. so I called customer care and asked them what was the issue. they asked me test some channel and I gave result.. then they are raised techinician visit for look into this issue. Next day Techinican has visited and he looked into setting and changed the SUPERLNB to LNB in setting since my antenna was LNB item. then I immediately I questioned why your customer care misguided to change to SUPERLNB.?.. he was saying we are from vendors not working with TATASKY support. and he told me for visit it will be charge Rs. 100 . and its been deducted from Tataskky account.. its totally Deceiving customer by misguiding in setting itself.
                            (Call has been recorded from TATASKY end as well.. they requested to change simply LNB to Super LNB). this should be done by when we use SUPERLNB fixed at antenna.. which Customers will not aware.
                            I gave complaint( 15IIRKF3) to tatasky itself but they were try to close this issue with out listening recorded voice( how they misguided to keep change the setting from LNB to SUPERLNB).. I need some justification on this.

                              As mentioned in subject, i am getting daily calls on my cell [protected] since last more than 2 years. Every time i am explaining them that, i am not using any any tata sky.
                              They have registered my name as altaf shaikh in their system.
                              But i am not altaf shaikh. My name is dayasagar and same i told them more than 1000 times.
                              I want permanent solution for this. Please raise a fir on tata sky, i am totaly irritated.

                                Our tata sky subscriber id is [protected]. Our set up box is not receiving signal often and goes on standby mode every 15 days interval. We have made many complaints, the centre at kotturpuram, chennai 600085 keep coming every 15 days and temporarily fix the problem which again comes back after 15 to 20 days time. Hope this complaint will help us to get rid of the mental harrassment we are put in by making repeated complaints for the same problem with no solution.

                                  My tatasky box is showing pairing error. It happened after there were no signals for 3-4 days. I tried to re-insert the card but it did not help. I also removed the signal wire and reconneted but no use. I rebooted the box as well but all went in vain.

                                  Please resolve the issue. Below are my details.

                                    Hello,

                                    I have been following up with tatasky team for installation of dish tv at my house in mulund.

                                    After lots of follow-ups person amit upadhyay called me and shown his frustration about tata sky and about giving him 13 call/visits per day even though limit is 5 calls / visits.

                                    After that he said he has forgotten drill machine and not interested to install dust today. He was very arrogant and very open to face escalation, in fact he challenged me to escalate.

                                    Highly disappointed with tatasky.

                                    Kindly get dish installation done as soon as possible.

                                      I have a common dish in my building. About 3 months back, some equipment on the dish got burnt and since then i have not been able to view all the channels. I have made several complaints, few technicians were sent over as well but none had a definitive diagnosis or solution to the problem till the time of writing this. I have paid a subscription fees to tata sky but it has failed to provide me with the promised service which is a breach.

                                        A big fraud done by tata sky they gave me offer of dhamaal mix pack with 1st tv at nearly 2100rs nd second tv nearly 2700 rs and hd access for 1045 rs all were clubbed together for 6180rs for 1 year subscription. I didnt have to pay a single penny till june 2019 as stated by tata sky customer care as i recharged my tata sky with 6180 rs with offer on 4june 2018 morning. But they are such a spammer i should have seen that in true caller with already 1700+scams. Firstly message came for recharge due date at april 2019 then recharge date for multi tv came for august 2018. When i complaint; a call from customer care came and he said we cant do anything you need to pay again in august 2018 i even have call recording of the conversation for offer which was accepted by many customer care agents of tata sky. I didnt expected this from company of ratan tata that you have such a fraud people in your team.
