set top box restarts every 1 minute

Set top box doesn't work properly. It restarts every few seconds. And randomly switches off creating a very big nuisance. We reported the same and the agent came down and directly asked for bribe. He also took inr 100 from my mother and didn't pay to the customer. My customer id is — [protected].

Tata brand is huge and this particular wing of tata sky is so very bad. They should be more considerate towards the customer needs...

My tata sky id [protected] recharged today with 220 and i got message that music pack worth rs 75 activated so i contacted on [protected] they blammed me i have activated first your executive without listening blamed me after that they deactivate it and charged for one or two days why if i have not activated any package why should i pay for that and what action taken against that person who activated this pl confirm me your action refund of excess deducted amount otherwise we will move to consumer forum

      Construction was going at neighborhood so i unbolted tge antenna and kept it safely under my top floor roof, so i ask you please refix it as i m unable to fix it on my own or tell me the procedure...
      Please don't ask for relocation charges as the house is same and i had just unbolted the antenna support from wall and leaving rest wires attached as it was... Please sort it out free as i m regular tata sky user for 3 accounts and all are running good.
      Hope i made my point clearly to you maximum i can pay 100 and if you ask for relocation then it will be a last request and last recharge of tata sky and will switch to airtel.

        No more hd required. I paid for one year package including anjan tv when i took package for one year. Your representative agreed for one year including anjantv. Then only i paid for one year. But now u r deleting anjan tv which is not acceptable. How ever i paid rs 30 again. So no more hd facility required. I want only anjan tv channel

          This is an formal complaint of tatasky customer care and tata skycsales team executive fraud and mental harassment of customer.

          I am rahul trying to request tata sky digital hd tv connection from last 2 weeks with customer care but no one called from local tata sky executive. Then yesterday i contacted mydthshop local tatatsky dealer and paid her 150 rs in paytm to get connection of hd dhamal mix pack with new tata sky hd connection in 1520 inr. Once call registered by dealer executive called instantly and came down to my house for setup after completion of setup when we try to activate the pack from his device he found that their is some negeligence from tatasky executive side that they didn\’t attended customer from past 2 weeks and to cover this mistake and escalation they forced me to purchase this fresh installation not from dealer and from them.

          This thing is completely wrong as i have already purchase this connection now from dealer and they are forcing and mentally harassing me from past 16 hours in which continuously calling mutiple senior junior executive of tatasky.

          Please help and take a necessary action regarding this.

This type of behaviour is intolerable and i am highly unsatisfied with your service. This was a case of mental harassment by your executives for 2 hours just to timely fulfil your executives targets.

          Now i want to get the package of rs 1520/- with original set top box and other facilities as promised.

          actually they just keep calling me and asking me if i know that guy or i have any information of him but as i don't have any information of him they keep pressurising me to close the Complaint as i don't have name, number of the guy. I am not sure if this is correct or not. if client does not have name or number of guy who deal with customer and took money does n't this should be responsibility of vendor to take care of this issue.

          There is no proper support provided by tatasky customer care. According to them customer should identify the executive is from tatasky or not even if executive doesn't carrying proper company ID card with them.

          Please someone tell me as a customer how should i verify that executive is from tatasky without his company ID card? And how should i remember his name and phone when in that period of time when i was continuously discussing with mutiple people (approx 50 people) for 18 hours.

          I don't understand the expectation of tatasky customer support from customer. should we (customer) remember everyone name with his ID card, phone number, address, PAN, Aadhaar information?

          And still getting continuous call from mutiple people from tatasky and every time i am explaining the concern this is really a mental harassment and nobody is taking it seriously.

          Please help.

          this issue was never been resolved as i was not having exact information of the person who came to me and taken money. they told me that they cannot help me. i am not sure if this should be like this way.

            I didn't turn on my tv since long.
            Please do resolve it at earliest.
            Before that it was working pretty fine
            And yes please remove this min. 350 word requirement, its like writing essay in a school.

                My tata sky id [protected].
                My dish installation done on 8th of july was very poorly done with free hanging and loose cable.
                Upto now i have made repeated about 5 complaints, thrice it was attended by technician and i was promised proper installation, but nobody comes and mysteriously my complaint is cancelled by tatasky itself without my knowledge.                   I purchased Tata Sky connection with one month free subscription and now while month is about to end, I am subscribing to only those channels I want.

                  But the HD pack is showing lock in period of 90 days and it cannot be unsubscribed right now, which is wrong. It seems that Tata Sky is forcing us to take Monthly pack.

                  I am thinking to raise a serious complaint against this.

                    Respected Sir,
                    few days back I apply for new connection from tata sky id [protected] I have been informed one month subscription free. later I got call from tata sky to share otp for two services kids and music and told it would be free for one month but later I come to know my due date has been reduce by 10 days and said it because of two services, kids and music pack. I immediately deactivated both pack within 1 days but still my due date is showing 19 aug 2018 but it should be 28 aug 2018. Tata sky cheated me if they can cheat on very first day I am worried about future they may cheat later on too I paid 2660 already. I do not know what to do now I do not want to be continue with tata sky any more but I paid already 2660. please help me . such kind o[censored]nfair, cheating practices must be penalize by government. please do not let them take action

                      Hello sir/madam, my complaint is that you says that our toll free number is that that that so but when we call at your toll free number then our balance is deducted so why you call it toll free number. And your employees who attenting the calls at toll free number they are very rigid and hard talker.

                      Your package is so dull and stupid types. You never give customer a menu card of your recharge packs offers then we know your recharge pack offline then easly understand but your service is too dull.
                      Too expensive and non interested channel in your set. I am stupid who take your services. Your service is so poor and expensive.

                        18/07/2018 i m received tata sky representative call and she say i[censored] converted your normal box to hd box today special offer to you only rs.1000/ and 03 month free watching your current package so i am agee and get permission to change my normal box and tata sky representing are come my house very next date 19/07/2018 and he was received rs.1000/- case and not give ny receipt. Till tata sky say recharge immediately other waise disconnect my account, why i pay again in again where are my rs.1000/.                           Dear Tatasky team,

                          It is very painfull to write this massage, that inspite of being premium customer, I am not getting good service.
                          My tatasky set top box is not starting since 26th july, I have been complaining for the same five times. My complaints got cancelled with out even a single call from technician. Neither they are visiting my home for solution.
                          Moreover they are providing wrong feedback to customer care team and closing the complaints with out even attending.
                          I got more than 20 calls from customer call center in last five days but everytime they give false commitments for tech visit, but nobody is visiting.
                          I am helpless now and my recharge is also draining also not able to view service.

                          Today also nobody visited and its 7th day my tata sky is down. I dont understand why it is so difficult for you to attend it. Or it is just a new way of harrassment.

                          I will keep counting the days. Cant do anything.

                          I have mailed three times to [protected]@tatasky.com but still not resolved. It is more than 10 days.
                          There has been no response from Tata sky for the past 3 days . I have been calling the tv service to fix my connection problem but they seem to be procrastinating, I am really disappointed with the response n laid back attitude, if this attitude continues then in no less time you 'll be losing customers due to negligence.

                            I took a new TATA SKY connection at Noida on 09.06.2018. My id is [protected]. I got the first month subscription of Rs 560 along with the device.
                            As my due date of recharge was 08.07.2018, I called the customer care to enquire about some plans. Finally, I opted for a tailored plan of Rs 380 (Rs 220 basic charge + Rs 65 for English news channel, Rs 95 HD access fee). After getting a nod from your customer executive that my plan has been changed, I made the payment to recharge my account.
                            On 25.07.2018, my account got deactivated. I called the Customer care again, the junior executive after hearing my problem transferred my line to a senior Official, Mr Dixit. He patently heard me, and accepted that my ticket for changing the plan was raised but the executive committed a mistake and my plan was not changed to the requested one. He told me that he is registering my complaint for this issue and till the then Iam provided with the credit till 08.07.2018, which was my new date for recharge as per my updated plan. He asked for my registered and alternate contact number on which their team will reach me.
                            I was overwhelmed with this gesture from Tata Sky. But my happiness did not last for longer, as again on 29.07.2018 my account was deactivated. I called the Customer care department thrice, each time I reiterated the same story and to my surprise each time after hearing my issue the executives disconnected my calls. After getting frustrated, I once again called CC and this time my line was transferred to Mr Kartik, a senior executive. Once again I repeated the same story. He said that there has been some back end problem, but nothing can be done as such and I have to recharge my account. He said that for my earlier complaint I was contacted and having resolved the problem my complaint was closed. when I asked him to repeat the number, as it was expected, it was a wrong number. Neither it was my registered number nor it was an alternate one. When I confronted him, he asked me to call [protected], through which my problem will be resolved. Since I was unaware of such number, keeping him on the line, I called this number from my registered mobile and my account got activated again. After this, he told me that this free credit will be deducted from my future recharge value. I was Astonished. He cheated upon me by not letting me understand the purpose of this free credit. He should have told me before I made a call on the number provided by him. When I opposed his coward move to address my issue, he disconnected the call.
                            By this time I was cursing my luck for having taken a Tata Sky connection. Once again I called the CC, and this time Mr Gautam, again a so called Senior executive was on the line. He repeated the same old story, "that we had already provided you the free credit earlier, now we cannot do anything". I argued him that I am not a beggar, it was their mistake and having accepted that earlier, they have provided this credit. He threw the blame of each and every thing on me. Finally, under deep mental stress i thought of disconnecting the connection. Despite of resolving my problem, he insisted that I may get the connection disconnected. He was so rude and then disconnected the line.

                            The matter is not of 200-300 Rupees. The matter is of faith and service. God knows how many innocent customers like me might have fallen prey of fraudsters like TATA SKY. With this kind of poor service you have insisted me to accept that you are not having a customer centric approach and you are highly inefficient to handle queries. I had suffered huge mental agony since then. May I know what makes you different to make us believe that you are best among the lot. ???

                            My humble request is that TATA SKY should be given a lesson so that they may think over thousand times before doing such unethical things with other customers. All my call records will definitely be available in their data base. If this degraded TATA Sky team, somewhere believes in Customer service, they may take this matter on urgent basis and resolve the same.

                              I have paid an amount of rs.3175/ by online to tatasky for 6 months recharge 27.10.2017 and subscriber id is [protected]

                              proof has been submitted and amount debited from my credit card.

                              There are numerous reminders /mails to tatasky help, but no reaction and no resolution from them till date.

                              Horrible service and pathatic situation from tatasky.

                              They do not bother in solving the issues.

                                    I asked for tata sky multi tv connection on 14th july 2018 for my two tvs. tata sky associative advised me to recharge with Rs. 3, 610/-(rupees three thousand six hundred ten) for multi tv connection for a period of 1 year including technician charges of Rs 100. I recharged the same amount through my debit card and requested him to raise request for technician. I waited for a week and called the associative again. this time he told that I have to purchase another set top box and they will merge the two boxes for multi tv connection.I told him that I have another set top box connection in the same address. he told me that he raised a request and gave me a reference number '16GQMF73'. I waited for two days and called again. now this associative told that the reference number is not there and my second box is in inactive state and activate it by recharging with rs. 200/-(rupees two hundred). 5 days back I did the same through debit card and asked them to raise request again for technician. mean while i tried many times by phone and live chat with their associatives to speed up the the process. but there is no use. I asked them I may lose the recharge amount if days gone but they told me that my amount is in my account and that will not get less unless I use the connection. today I got a sms to my phone that my second connection will deactivated as the amount is less in my account. again I called the helpline today. now they are telling that my second account was recharged with daily wise and the amount is less in my account and is deactivated. I asked them why they mis leaded me so many times from 15 days and wasted my money while i am talking to them they muted my call and did not responded for my questions while my call is in active. please advise me what to do to get justice and I request the forum to do the needful .
