      I was out for 15days so after that when i came back and i tried to switch on the tv it was showing "this is the wrong card for this set up box (Pairing error) ndsno.[protected] digicard id is[protected]" i had a chat with one of the expert he said i[censored] recharge it will get resolved but after doing the recharge also it is showing the same error.       Pairing error. Since beginning of the connection very often facing such problem and the problem is not being resolved permanently. The attending technician is coming and rectifying the same and again some days after the same problem is occurring.

        I took my Tata Sky Connection from Chopra Electricals Phagwara Gate, Jalandhar M[protected] Ph:[protected] and paid Rs 4, 250/- for H.D. Set Box with One year Dhamaal Mix pack with one month HD Access for Rs 4, 250/- on 20/06/2018.
        1. I got message regarding WO No # 15SS877A AT 20 June 2018 at 18.18. Hi! We will contact you on RMN in 2 working hrs to take appointment for visit. Tatasky.
        2. Your Tata Sky Subscriber ID [protected] has been recharged with Rs 4481/-. Installation details will follow.
        3. Got call from Sh, Sooraj Sharma of Tata Sky[protected] at 18:58 on 20.06.2018
        4. Tata Sky Installer visit for WO#15SS877A is scheduled between 21/06/2018 at 11:00 & 12:05 in case of query pls contact our helpline on [protected]
        5. Got a call from Tata Sky Service Engineer Jyoti Ph:[protected] at 11:12 and 11:21 very uncooperative and rude person, could not make installation, said to customer to go to any other customer of Tata Sky to get the Digicard updated because he was unable to update Digicard in this HD Defective box on the first day of installation and finally not did proper installation by fixing the cable with Pin fastner (Pin Gutti). On request to properly install left the job and said, you should report to Tata Sky and seek fresh Work order, clear cut message that he can charge second time from the company for same work order.
        6. Made calls to Customer care executives[protected] at 13.02 that has been disconnected by Customer Care Executive, again made call at 13.08 but no action taken so far.

        Sir,
        I regret to inform you that the Installer of dish who has been provided the job wants that he should be called again and again for the purpose of same job and run away to leave job in mid-way. This is my first day with Tata Sky and how the one year Service will be provided by Tata Sky really astonishing factor.
        Very arrogant staff is appointed by Tata Sky those have no care to escalate the matter further and challenge the customers to escalate the matter, we don’t care.
        I pray to the authorities concerned to install the dish properly as till date I am disappointed with the Tata Sky team.

        Sir,
        Yesterday i.e. on 20th June 2018 when I made a complaint to Tata Sky, I was sure that the gimmick will be played by Tata Sky on the pretext of charges for handling. Today only two clips have been made by the Service engineer who came to visit at my place and it was very much told to your Customer CAre Executive that the installation was incomplete by the person visited yesterday. It is unfortunate that TAta Sky keep on looting the customers whereas they should apologize for the unnecessary inconvenience made to customer.
        It is requested to refund the amount charged due to the negligence of TAta Sky Service team for not escalating the matter further.

          I have tata sky set top box, that i buy on 2013 july. I subscribe a pack for 220 monthly.
          My some channels not work,
          When i chat / call them they have same answer, reset the set top box, or they arrange technician meeting with charge of 100 rs per visit,
          Why i pay 100 rs for visit. This is fault from there side, if all channal works, why some channels not,
          I need my money back for channels that not works.

          Note : most of time they wait for disconnect chat from there end.

                I have been using tata sky from last 4 months and probably 3 months back i relocated in same society but in another building, in 1 month time the tatasky dish antenna fallen twice due to heavy wind, which was never fallen in 3.5 years, but the reason behind it that tata sky is using plastic cable to fix the antenna which can't take the load, first time it's fallen and i paid rs500 now again its fallen and the technician demanded rs.300 to fix it, when i denied paying it (As i was suggested by the cc executive) the technician simply left saying someone will come in an hour to fix it again as i have to go on another call but nobody came to fix it. Then again i had to call cc and they arranged another technician next day, now this technician is saying that you have to buy the new dish as its bent and you have to buy the new mount aswell to make the permanent fix. I again called the cc to complaint that why should i pay for your mistakes if it keeps falling every now and then and they kept repeating only one thing that we understand it sir but you don't worry we will see to it. Finally it got installed next day and they simply sent me an sms stating that work completed is rs.650. So end of the day for tata sky technicians mistakes or deliberately done job (So they can cheat the customer and charge them either way) i have to suffer. If i would have agreed to pay in cash then the charges were only 300 and no replacement was required but i decided to call the customer care so they simply cheated me other way round. Customer support is so scripted that they keep repeating the same crap for all your complaints and they keep saying we are not authorized. My question is that who is authorized and how can anyone reach them??? Its very simple that i am feeling cheated and i will not continue with tata sky and instead i would opt some other services if my money is not being paid back to me on priority.

                        I am tatasky dealer since 10 years. I have install one demo connection id no [protected]. On april on your side you will stop my tatasky service as said now this would become all connection in normal mode. I also applied in april for demo connection to normal connection as you will assure us this will take 15 days to go demo connection to normal connection. But now this will go 90 days my connection still not working. So many times i talk with my distributor m s telecom and also our asm mr. Ayhash gupta i also three times complaint in call centre but nothing will happened. Now you you will assure to install tatasky connection in 4 yours i was suffering this proplem last 90 days its really shameful ki no one listen the comsumer complaint.

                          1. There is no rain in mumbai, but i have no signal - why???
                          2. Requested for service - wo no#15qj05ug dt 19.6.18
                          3. The back end service team called 4 times in a quick succession while i was on another urgent call.
                          4. Subsequently i called 9 times over a period of 1 hour, their no is always busy
                          5. Each time i lodge a complaint - i get numerous messages & calls fro tatasky but not from the backend service team
                          6. The back end service team in my opinion is totally unprofessional & giving tatas a bad name. This is my experience from the last 3 years.
                          7. I think it is time to switch my service provider.

                            No signal is quite common that the set top box stops receiving signal and this happens frequently. If it is due to bad weather conditions like rain etc, it is understandable but weather conditions are good today. But again the signal reception is zero, speaking to the customer service executive this issue needs to fixed by their service engineer. Point is signal problem is from tata sky end why should i pay to the technician. Customer care executive denied to register my complain. He will register complain if i will pay to the technician. Not given any complain number to me. Its around a 2 months old connection. Making fool of people. I am not going to pay for signal related issues. Others dth services are better than tata sky. I hate tata sky.

                              I had recharged my tatasky a/c on 14.6.2018. With rs.234 on monthly basis through my s/b account as usual for last few months. But suddenly a message has been sent to me stating that my account will last till 25.6.2018, and before that i should recharge with rs.654. Now i would like to know what is the basis for this sudden deduction. Previously i used to purchage yearly or half yearly packs but for last few months i have been purchaging on monthly basis paying just rs.234 every month and that was going on fine. Now if such type of fraudulent deduction goes on i will close my account and will not stop till i get a justice.

                              Today I recharged my tata sky account after 15 days. didn't get the channels and facing the pairing error. The tv screen displaying a message that this is the wrong card for this set top box.How can it resolve. Please help

                              Hi, that's not how it should have been. We've refreshed the signal. Please turn off the set-top box for few minutes. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

                                Hello,
                                I have not used a mobile number of mine since a very long time and hence do not remember the registered mobile number for tata sky. My subscriber id for tata sky is protected and hence cannot find that either. I have tried to contact the helpline several times but they insist on either providing the subscriber id or the registered mobile number. How can i get my id so that i could recharge again? Please help me with a solution for the same.

                                  the set top box needs to be paired. pairing error on my tata sky dth

                                  I didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.

                                  On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message: the set-top box needs to be paired.

                                  Error code 14.

                                  Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

                                  Thanks. Please help it's world cup time time so fast response my complaint...

                                  My tv is not picking up signals and am continuously getting a response of "not receiving signals"

                                  Am unable to reach tata sky help line despite trying to call for the last two days, the help line number is busy for a long time while i am on hold and after 2 - 3 minutes gets disconnected.

                                  Kindly send a technician to fix the problem.

                                    It is quite common that the set top box stops receiving signal and this happens frequently, say atleast once every fortnight. If it is due to bad weather conditions like rain etc, it is understandable but i'm excluding such cases.
                                    Today there is no bad weather situation but again the signal reception is zero, speaking to the customer service executive i understand that the issue needs to fixed by their service engineer.
                                    Now, i being deprived of watching the world cup match and also being deprived of spending quality time, watching tv, with family, i take it as grave injustice to viewers who pay for convenience and superior services, it is sad that one need to keep chasing for something which we are paying in a substantially higher side.
                                    All the more the number of days the services are not received the meter of service cost doesn't stop, so i'm paying even when there is no service.
                                    I have been using tata sky - dth service for more than 5 years and it has given more pain and unpleasant experience than any other related or unrelated services that i may have availed in other sphere of life.
                                    They should either match the expectations and provide quality service or close shop.

                                      Every month i have made arrangements in my saving account to auto debit my account and pay the monthly subscription in my tata sky dth account number [protected].
                                      In spite of my account being debited on 10th of every month as per the cycle, my tata sky is deactivated post payment (May be in 2 days from payment).
                                      This is happening every month (The payment of ₹ 683 debited from my account on 11th june 2018 my account does not reflect the balance as on 16th june 2018.
                                      I had to make additional payment of ₹ 50 to restart my account.
                                      At the customer care the call goes on hold for 25 minutes and is disconnected.
