Some day ago one call came from tata sky and told to me that your number
Is open in lucky draw so company is giving to you dhamal pack in only 1500 for one year. After recharge and after some days due to bed signals all most all channels are stopped. I can't believe that how is it possible. I called in costumer care. Now they are saying our technical person will come for check. He will charged for visit. This is the noticing that before taked scheme their are no problem and after takes scheme signal problems are creating. I am saying on the floor of complain board please do not except any scheme given by tata sky. Because they are doing fool.

I wasn't home for 3 months and the set top box showing this wrong card for this set top box massage. After I recharge the connection. Please resolve this issue of set top box. I m a good customer.

    Highly disappointed with tata sky services, despite being a customer for more than 6 years. I have complained about not receiving signal on one of my set top boxes about 10 times. Either the company sends technicians who are highly incapable and cannot resolve the issue, or better still, no one turns up. This is mental harassment as well. Nobody has the time to sit and keep complaining about the same issue a million times. I do not intend on continuing with tata sky services. I'll also warm others against it.

      There was an offer SMS received on my registered mobile number - Recharge with Rs. 786 and get Rs. 1000. But after recharge i didnot receive the bonus amount but just received Rs. 786 only. I have raised many complaints but they say that offer has been expired.
      I recharged with in two hours after receiving the SMS message, how the offer can be expired within two hours?

      I have sent them the mobile screen shots of the SMS received with date and offer details also, but no action.

      TataSky is making false bonus offers and deceiving the customers.

        Had raised a request for relocation of tata sky connection and inspite of confirmation of time of service no one came and on repeated follow ups the executives and customer care showed their in ability to take any action.

        Best part is customer care denied to register the complaint stating that the connection is in deactivated state, though they are taking requests for relocation of connection. Its simply whereever money is there they are willing to take request and whenever there are complaints or service expectation they simply find excuses.

        Not expected from a reputed company like tata. Management to seriously look as its impacting a brand of one of the veterans in the corporate world

        When you need to make any sale promotion call the RMN is reachable and you guys keep on bothering inspite on specific request and when it comes to address the customer grievances than you take it as excuse that number is not reachable.

            Dear sir/madam
            Iam complaining against tata sky technician, who should visit my home for tata sky new connection/installation as per company shedule time but not reached.
            I was paid full amount for tata sky new connection i. E 2, 100/- on 26/05/2018 at tatasky company canacona. Iam surprised that i didnt get single bill from company for full payment. But after 2 hours i got sms from company which mentioned that 1, 521/-rs recharge is done and installation will held on 26/05/2018 at 6-7pm.
            As per schedule company person called me at 5 pm & informed me that, he will visit home within half an hour i. E at 5.30 for installation. I left my important work and was waited for installation from 6-7pm.
            I called technician, name mithun on his contact number +[protected]. When he couldn't reached on his promised time.
            When i mentioned him u r not there on shedule time for installation, than his response was very rude. He don't know how to talk with lady. And angrly he said i[censored] have any urgent, take local cable connection will get installation and demo immediately.
            Great being tata sky employee he pushing me to go other connection. After full payment see how technician reacts, technician should talk with lady custmer in good manner. I use to stay opposite to tata sky store. Being very close & city area technician couldn't reache on time. God knows after full payment how many days technician use to take for installation.
            This technician is not bother about customers. No respect for customer emotions..!! Company should take care about this. Need to guide technician specialy how to talk with lady customers. Technician should knows that they are here because of customers...!! When they couldn't reach as shedule time they should call back customers and apologies for same. They should know value of time. Please take action on this..!! And send trusted technician for installation..!! I hope company will understand and will take immediate action on this...!!

              For more than one month i'm not getting clear picture in my led tv. I contacted customer care of tatasky over phone and mail first time on 21.04.2018 and on 22.04.2018 a technician appeared and checked the problem and as a test case he replaced the set top box with an old one but the problem still persisted. Then he changed the chord (Between set top box to tv) but the problem didn;t go away. Then he suggested to get the problem checked by a tv technician as the problem may be generated from tv not from dth service. But all were his presumption as he was not sure about anything wherefrom the problem is coming. Despite that i contacted the service centre of tv and their technician after thorough checking with all possible measures including some external devices like hdmi and pendrive. But no such problem arose in those tests. Only when the tv is being connected with dth services the problem (Stripe all over the tv screen including pillars and picture getting hazy and opaque) appearing instantly. The tv technician then prescribed it as dth problem and get it removed from them.
              I at once contacted through mail ([protected]@tatasky.com copy to nodal [protected]@tatasky.com) narrating the entire episode and suggested them to take a chance by changing the chord (From set top box to dish and lmb (Catcher of picture from dish). But they reported that there is no surety of getting picture clear with these change on the contrary i have to pay for this change. I reminded about the responsibility of the company to provide clear picture to the customer with the best possible devices. But all was in vain. They then informed their inability to resolve my problem and advised to change the dth services if i so desire. My problem still persists and my picture getting hazier day by day. Pl. Advise.

                Dear sir,

                We are atleast 10 year old tata sky customers and have been patenting your company in four transfers over period of time

                Our problem started when we moved to jp wish town sector 128, flat 904/imp3 in dec 2016.

                First, we were charged exorbitant rates to install the tata sky, which on my complaint directly to your hq in mumbai we came to know that the tata engineer was making money on the side

                Now since two months, we are not getting services from 0730am to about 730 pm every day

                Your service team came and changed few parts and the system worked for few days.

                Since 19 may my wife daily has been making the complaint atleast about five to six times to your complaint desk. They promise that someone will attend to it in 2 hours..in last 7 days only one day one service enginer came and he could not locate the issue. They say they will come after 7 pm but at that time the services automatically come back and their services are not needed.

                Despite telling the service team for last 7 days to come during day time, and despite their promises, they have not showed up even once.

                Sad part is that we have paid for full year subscription and we are being shortchanged by your inept service department.

                One engineer had told the cable maybe too long (As the dish can only be directed from top of 33rd foor and we are on 9th floor) but i don not buy his logic as the people on 4th floor with dishes on 33rd floor are getting services.
                Is it because they are paying underhand to the demands of your service engineers

                If you cannot rectify the problem, please let us know the issue and then we would request you to refund our balance subscription for we would like to leave your company services and take up any other dth company offer

                  On 20 may 2018 i recharged my tatasky account with rs. 6600/- for the base pack "sports dhamaka" and hd viewing (Hdaf175) both yearly. I received the message that the new account balance is rs. 6618/-. On 23rd may i received another message saying "supreme sports kids dropped. Current a/c bal: rs 1762.82. Due date: 30 oct-18. New monthly charges: rs. 330. Base pack renewal date: 22 may -19.
                  I have talked on phone with tatasky personnel and also had long chat on computer with them. I have explained the things and made it clear that i have opted for sports dhamaka and hd viewing on annual basis and the amount paid is rs. 6600/-.

                  Today (25 may 2018) on phone i was assured that the things will be set right. However, to my dismay, i received another message saying that"english entertainment, supreme sports kids, sony ten 3 hd @ 75 pm dropped. Current a/c bal: rs. 1865.36. Due date: 08-apr-19. New monthly charges: rs 175. Base pack renewal date: 23-may-19.
                  I fail to understand (1) where my recharge money has disappeared (2) why i am not being given the service for which i paid the recharge amount (3) why monthly charges are being levied on me?

                  Every time a new current balance and a new due date is sent to me.
                  Neither the a/c balance nor the due dates are correct.

                  Every day a new person chats with me and promises to resolve the issue.
                  But neither the account balance nor the due date have been set right.
                  No explanation is given by TataSky.
                  I wonder about the intellectual level of TataSky people. I would help them in III Standard mathematics.
                  I recharged with an amount of Rs. 6600/-
                  I had a balance of Rs. 18/-
                  I was informed by TataSky that my new balance was Rs 6618/-
                  I had opted for Annual Sports Dhamaka pack for Rs. 4620/- and for
                  Annual HD viewing for Rs. 1925/-
                  Total Rs 4620 + 1925 = Rs 6545/-
                  Therefore my balance should be[protected] = Rs. 73/-

                  The package was to be effective from 23 May 2018 for one year.
                  Therefore the due date becomes 23 May 2019.

                  The message on my TV is showing:
                  Balance on May 25, 2018 : Rs. 1956/-
                  Next recharge due date : 25 APRIL 2019
                  Credit Rs. 974/-
                  Last recharge amount: Rs. 6600/--

                  However on 25 May I had received a message on my mobile saying
                  Monthly HD Access Fee added @ Rs. 1920, validity 23 May 2019
                  Current a/c balance :Rs 42.59, due date 25 May 2019,
                  Base pack renewal date 23 May 2019

                  I fail to understand the daily changing mathematics of TataSky.

                  All this is after several telephonic conversations and 2 long chats.

                  I do not know how long I have to suffer.

                    My both STBs are having no signal issue. The day before a technician visited and replaced LNB (charging rs.300) reciever of the dish got my tv working but most channels signal quality was showing 0. After sitting about half hour he told me nothing can be done. Just to get him to go i had to say issue resolved. Coming to how customer care doesnt take ownership, technicians talk to them and close complaint or technicians just sit starong at the tv, changing channels.
                    Call customer care they just arrange a technician visit or cut your call. Just today tatasky hung up on me three times.
                    I have have 9 visits since july, out of which 8 within 2-3 months.
                    In the last one-one and a half years atleast 8 stb replacements. Imagine how many times i have had to deal with technicians and what an inconvenience it has been!
                    How many times i have been charged and how much. Keep in mind cx care says being premium customer technician visit is free. If not i would have paid (rs.236×9visits) since july. And every time the technician visit they replace sething or other and money is snatched from ur tatasky account.
                    My LNB dish reciever was last changed in dec and again yesterday saying moisture and charging me 300rs. AGAIN . It has not rained and neither do i own a sea facing property so i think TATA should do better than replacing a reciever every 6 months.
                    Set top box replacements have been done atleast 8 times in 1.5years and every time its a very old stb that has been repaired.

                    So many incoveniences (visits) charges and money deducted right from your tatasky account and my both TVs are not working.

                      I purchased/bought tatasky in April 2018 from dealer. At the time dealer clearly said about monthly package Rs 175(Tamil basic plan with tamil hd pack). I got one month offer while get new connection. Afterthat I would like to recharge that plan in tatasky but that package is not available. Really I shocked thereafter I spoke with tatasky customer care they all are said we don't have that pack. Finally I spoke with one person his speech is not good and he said frankly we won't give your money.

                        I had raised a relocation request 1 year ago.
                        Tata sky seems to have collabaration with third party dealers whom the requset will be transferred to for the installation of dth at new address.
                        We paid rs.300/ as relocation charges to the technician who came.

                        After one year we were facing an issue with our dth and raised a request. Seems they hadn't updated the address and blaming us that we didn't follow the right
                        Procedure. Seems there was no commincation between the team to whom the request has been transferred to and tata sky team. Now they had raised a relocation request,
                        Even though i was telling them i followed the all the procedure earlier and paid the money.

                        They have just updated the address this time and charged me 300 rupees, though more than 5 executives and 1 senior executive clearly assuring me
                        That they won't be deducting any money from my account.

                        They are willing to share voice recording of my compliants with me even i requested all the executives i spoke to.

                        Hi, we've refreshed the signal. Please turn off the set-top box for few minutes. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
                        Still waiting for the engineer to visit, it has been 4 days WO is not attanded and also did not receive any call from service center. since May 15 called [protected] every day and the answer same within 2 hrs engineer will visit but no one came...
                        Can any one look into it or I should switch to Airtel...

                          This is to inform you that i am holding 2 tv's in my house and for the last 25 days i had been requesting the customer care of tata sky to deactivate connection for my primary tv which has not been done till date. Just a week back there was a verification call for the tv deactivation and i was told that my primary tv will be deactivated and i will receive an sms for the confirmation but till date there is no sms been given to me. I have already given the customer id no of my both the tv's to the customer care. I spoke to ms jhanvi the senior for the customer care but she was unable to understand the problem due to disturbance in the phone.

                          Anyway, if, it was complicated then the customer care should have informed me that they are unable to deactivate my primary connection then i will look for another option. They have just wasted my time.

                          I would appreciate a line of confirmation from your end since my id number is given above.

                          Thank you for your early response and instant action on the subject. But I am surprised why several days been quoted why not at the earliest.

                          If, Tatasky will take several days to decide the matter then I might as well go for Cable line which I think is more cheaper and without any hassle.

                            I deactivated hd and english movies plan in feb 2017, but tata sky charged me additional amount for 1 year. They sent me wrong information about my plan. I have escalated this to customer care many times.in every call they agreed that i have been charged extra and they will resolve my issue. Every time i got the call from some different executive and have to explain my concern to everyone. I want complete refund of amount which i paid without any services. I am attaching one screenshot for the reference in which tata sky asked me to pay rs 470 for the services which i had deactivated in feb 2017. I regularly paid to tata sky on trust for the services which was not activated on my tata sky. Tata sky cheated me. I can share the recording also in which customer care agreed about wrong billing. Please refund my amount which you received from me through cheating

                            Got rhe call from agent . She is saying she will credit me Rs 50 for the inconvenience caused. @tatasky you cheated me for thousands of rupees and refunding me only Rs 50. What kind of fraud is this ? I want complete amount which u looted from me

                            Got call from customer care executive . Again he asked me about my concern. I have explained my concern atleast 50 times. After hearing my concern agent told me that he don't have any access to data. I am going to raise this issue in consumer court with all the proof if this platform is not helping me

                              I have taken a tatatsky subscription for about six months now. In this span of time, I had to call the customer care centre 9 times to fix dish problem. Everytime even on request, the problem is not fixed permanently and there is always an issue. Time and again the solution provided is temporary and ineffective.

                                Today new hd setup box was installed and it had been couple of hours since it was installed. It was installed at 2 pm and we were informed that this service iwill start by half an hour. We had informed at customer care many times and still it is not working due to inconvinience. I request to start our service. I wil be thankful to you if pay attention to our complaint.

                                  There is a problem with regard to pairing of card with setup Box...displaying a message stating that the wrong card is (pairing error) inserted into the setup Box...this was never observed earlier as l have been using ur services for the last 12 months...

                                    I am living in bangalore and wanted a new connection from tata sky. Whenever i applied the filed agent called me up and informed that he will not come to that area as the local cable operator is beating him. Since 4 months i am struggling to get a new connection. Now the agent is not picking up my call and no use of calling cc of tata sky as they are saying the same.
                                    The area is gs palaya ecity phase 2

                                      I had complained about service issue on customer care.
                                      My subscriber id [protected] on nam of ravi choudhary. My registered mobile no.[protected]
                                      but the tata sky engineer visited & destroyed my terras gate & no solution was received.
                                      And after that also no solution in service.
                                      Now again i had complained no solution.
                                      Third time i had complained then tata sky representative had misbehaved & used bad words & shouted loudly at my home, also entered the bed room without any permission also the tv is in hall & he entered bed room without any reason.
                                      And spoked in very bad language. Also he did not had any tata sky id proof
                                      his name is babloo yadav mob:[protected]
                                      after that i had spoke wiith that person boss he also talked rudely & no response, his name is jignesh:[protected]
                                      i use platinum pack from two years.
                                      But now with this misbehaviour i am going to disconnect the connection as tata sky people are just using bad language & bad words to customers.

                                        Hi, i scanned the bharat qr code and paid rs. 1000 towards tata sky recharge. However, tata sky says money (Rs. 1000) was not received, but bank says transaction completed successfully. My subscriber id is [protected]. I raised an issue with tatasky customer care - the issue id is 153arexi.

                                        It is really annoying that in this technologically advanced age, these things still keep happening. And customer care always behaves like as if we (Customers) are to blame and that they (Tatasky) have done nothing wrong.

                                        The customer service sucks! Inspite of calling 7 times today, NO technician called up to restore the set top box...Just false promises... HORRIBLE!! And shameful !!!spoke to some manager( who sounded as dumb as the normal tele executive) who couldn't do much either... PATHETIC state of affairs...
