Hi, i scanned the bharat qr code and paid rs. 1000 towards tata sky recharge. However, tata sky says money (Rs. 1000) was not received, but bank says transaction completed successfully. My subscriber id is [protected]. I raised an issue with tatasky customer care - the issue id is 153arexi.

It is really annoying that in this technologically advanced age, these things still keep happening. And customer care always behaves like as if we (Customers) are to blame and that they (Tatasky) have done nothing wrong.

The customer service sucks! Inspite of calling 7 times today, NO technician called up to restore the set top box...Just false promises... HORRIBLE!! And shameful !!!spoke to some manager( who sounded as dumb as the normal tele executive) who couldn't do much either... PATHETIC state of affairs...

    Sir
    I Sri Makhanlal ghose is a regular customer of TATA SKY for last 10 years. My VC No is [protected]. I am paying my monthly subscription well before time regularly. Recently they have changed my package twice and have increased my subscription as per their wish without any consent from my side. Everytime I refused when they talked me over phone. Still then they have increased the levy. If the problem persists then I will have no other way but to shift to DISH TV. Please do the needful.

        Your company's on line payments suck we have an issue each time. This time they have taken it to another level not recharging even after full payment for the year was made all my 3 tv's were disconnected coz of a goo[censored]p by your executive who put it on the wrong i'd. So we have to go without tv for no fault of ours and then have to squabble with your executives who have no answers. Am going to withdraw 25 connections at home and my offices. Am disgusted with your service. If you don't look into these matters personally mr. Kaushik your company will loose lots of good costumers

          Tata sky id is [protected]. I have booked upgradation of sd to hd setup box with one year free hd channel and universal remote control. I have recording of the offer given by the tata sky executive. They have offered to me @ rs.1599 with 1 year free hd chanel or @rs999 with 3 months free hd chanel. (Both the offer there is universal remote is available. The call received from[protected]. Regret to inform you that, after installation of hd set up box, they are saying the freehd chanel is for 1 month only and no universal remote.

          It is very shame full from tata sky, why they are cheating the customer.

              This is to bring to your notice that, since i have shifted to a new house in delhi, i did raise a request for res installation of my tata sky dth with rmn -+91 [protected]. The corresponding service request no. Is wo#149bkqe which was resolved on 12/04/2018.
              However within a months time on 13th may 2018, i started facing problem of not receiving signal, i thought it is due to bad weather, but when i checked my terrace, it was observed that the dth antenna is dismounted from the terrace wall.
              So i raised a service request again, explaining your team about the problem with service request no wo#14yz7352 on 15/05/2018. But i was not informed that i will charged again for this service.

              On 17th may your technician visited and informed that the previous mounting was not proper. After he resolved the same and remounted the dth, we were informed that this is chargeable. When i asked for a explanation the technician directed to his senior team and he spoke to us very arrogantly and informed that this will be charged.

              Accordingly i complained for wrong charges dispute to your customer care with service request no. 150vltzx and asked to take up the issue and requested to not charge for the same till a proper justification is provided.

              But yesterday 18th may, i receive a sms that the amount is being deducted. To confront the same i called again the customer care to intimate the backup team. The backup team called but could not resolve the issue and informed that she needs to discuss with the technical team.

              This is very embarrassing, we have associated with tata sky with almost for past 7 years and have more than 5 connections in totality across india and have never faced such a problem.

              I hope you will intervene, the matter is not about inr 300/- (Which is extremely a negligible amount) but the issue is of being ethical and transparent in your services and commitments.

                I didn't use the service for 2.5 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.
                On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"

                Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

                  I mr. Gurulingayya swamy i hav shifted to new address, i called tata sky customer care on 16th evening of this month, to fix tata sky chatri but tata sky technician saying that now we r busy will come in evening, but from 16th till now they not came. Today i called customer care again but now they r saying that u should do recharge after that technician will come & fix the chatri.

                    After expire of my my recharged, we are not able to view the free to air channel. As per the govt directives, every service providers have to telecast the the free to air channel without any interruption.

                      I bought new tata sky connection before one month.

                      From 2nd day, i was doing complaints against problem (Not working tata sky)

                      I did almost 15-20 complaints against problem... But still not resolved...

                      They took my new setup box and gave very old setup box (Without fixing problem).. I asked why you changed my setup box... He said that its company policy... But still my problem is not solved...

                      I come to know that its signal issue...

                      Why my setup box is changed... I need it back...

                          I am facing no signal issue. When i called to customer care they said that they will send the technician but it will be chargeable.in order to increase their business, they are stopping the signal and playing this type of dirty games.
                          Please take an action on tata sky for this kind of service. I want to get it done by free of cost i am paying rent every month.

Idont no adaptor or inside box in too much smoke now not working. I given one complaint 3days ago till nobody come and check about the complaint so not satisfied tatasky service.                               Tata sky has deducted 300rs. From my account as relocation charges. But there is no relocation. Due to heavy storm in alwar rajasthan on 2 may 2018 the wire got detached from antenna, their service representative came and connected that wire after 7 days by continuous follow up. After that on 15 may they deducted 300rs from my account. For natural disaster why they are taking money from customer.

                              There is no follow up regarding the complaint. One tata sky representative called me yesterday but no one is resolving the issue. They are just dragging the issue and trying to shift the ball in other's basket. they are not giving clarity when it will get resolved, Only they are saying u will get another call tomorrow...There is no dead line provided by them.
                              No need multi connection, please disconnected multi connection
                              we had paid 250/-per month without any use.

                                We have newly shifted to kochi and booked for an online connection through tata sky. The customer service rep called immediately and asked to pay the money online and we did. Rs 1300. We booked on saturday-12th may 18 and we kept on following up with customer care on when is the technician coming, the rep gave false promise that the agent will come on the sameday, but didnt turn up.

                                The next day also we followed up with customer care again gave false promise that technician will come that day and when followed up representative started disconnecting the call.

                                We traced out an authorized dishtv service agent who had our ticket which is raised from customer care and started following up with him. After two days technician turned up, made the entire living room dirty and told that connection wont be possible and he demanded extra rs 500. But didnt turn up for again two days.

                                We followed up as we had already paid the money and right now i again called up customer care and the local agent and told to refund the money. I do not know how many more days it will take..
                                The problem here is not the technicality or time taken but the false promises, lethargic actions, cheating and lot o[censored]nprofessionalism.

                                I would like to assert the fact that you guys are just looting random people in the name of this company. There are no front end representatives with a little bit of customer service skills also. All are just cold, dont know what they are doing and not even properly alligned and co-ordinated to each other. There was not even a bit of empathy shown towards a customer who lost 1300 rs and instead the local agents in kerala were very rude and pathetic.

                                The numbers i interacted are [protected], [protected], [protected] plus i called the customer care and requested call back but no one did-what systems in place :p

                                The representatives dont know to speak in english both in call centre and kerala. How are they hired and how is this company just living on services which they have not rendered? How many years will you just loot people by the help of some dumb employees and just because customers do not have the time and mindset to spoil their day?

                                  I have sent Rs. 409/- through SBI Net banking on 8/5/2018 at 19:18 hrs. My account shows :-- Narration - to transfer INB Tatasky Tatasky Payments, Ref No. :-- NSBI[protected] IGADMIBPD6, Debit 409.00 . Tatasky intimated on 8/5/2018 that the amount has not been received. Matter reported to SBI with complaint no. [protected] on 12/5/2018 who is still looking into the complaint. Tatasky gave credit for three days and deactivated the connection on 14/5/2018 I once again talked to Tatasky on 14/5/2018 who has advised me to sent the deposit once again and assured me that the previous amount will be credited to your account in about 7 to 10 working days time. Accordingly a fresh amount of Rs. 409 was sent on 14/5/2018 for activating the account. The account has now been reactivated by adjusting the advance. My previous amount of Rs. 409/- is yet to be cleared which needs to be cleared and credited to my SBI account. Gopal Singh Sankhala ID [protected]

                                  Previous amount of Rs. 409/- sent on 8/5/2018 not yet credited to my SBI account. Tatasky services deactivated on 14/5/2018. Rs. 409/- again sent on 14/5/2018 for reactivating the services.Tatasky services even after sending the fresh at 16:20 hrs. is yet to be activated at 17:30 hrs.

                                    I had heard a lot about Tata sky, therefore I installed it on 1/5/18, when I visited the website I received a call telling me that the connection that I want I will have to pay 1600/- for it and I will get a month's subscription free.After about three days I received a message that I need to recharge on 19/5/18 or my services will be disabled, i was also promised to be able to see all the channels and then decide on my package, after many complaints no action has been taken... the customer service executive only says sorry and asks me to recharge...there was a payment issue also, were I felt cheated by the company.They simply seem to misguide the customer and instead of giving a solution they come up with new information that leaves me harassed.
                                    I just want to do away with the connection as my trust is completely broken.

                                      I got a official message/notification that if I recharge of Rs 786; I will extra 214 to my account. Total Credit value of Rs 1000/-
                                      I called customer care before recharge and they said they if I have receive official communication then I would definitely receive the extra credit amount.

                                      But the recharge they asked me to wait of 2 days after which the extra amount will be credited they said.

                                      But later when after 4-5 days they clearly denied regarding the assurances they had gave me before and said my account is not eligible and if I should have received any call from Tata Sky side then only the offer is valid.

                                      You would never imagine they would cheat you for such a minor monetary issue.

                                        New Connection March 2018.

                                        I was looking for new connection for DTH and my friend suggested for TATA SKY.

                                        I ordered for a new connection in the month of March 2018.
                                        The engineer came for installation. On the first day he used my Old Videocon products for installation like the DISC, CABLE, CONNECTOR and so on.

                                        I registered a complaint by calling Customer Care stating that the Engineer did not use TATA SKY products for the installation which comes free with installation (kit) . Additionally the Engineer was using my Mobile and Mobile Charger . I also requested Customer Care not to send the same engineer.

                                        Unfortunately, next day the same engineer came and he changed only few parts of the installation product. And at the same time he took away my screwdriver.
                                        I again called Customer Care and informed about the behavior of the Engineer. But still waiting for a solution.

                                        Secondly, the concern is about the recharge amount.
                                        As the recharge package was free for a month, I called CUSTOMER CARE before recharging for the month of May 2018. I was informed by the executive that the minimum recharge amount would be Rs.199/- as I require only the Bengali Package .

                                        Accordingly I recharged for Rs.199/- on 1st May 2018. On 13th May 2018 I called Customer Care as the connection was deactivated. Now they are saying that additional packages were added in the month of March 2018.
                                        In the month of March I had taken the installation and the package was free for a month.
                                        Before recharging in the month of May 18 I had confirmed the amount of recharge from Customer Care.

                                        If all calls are recorded, kindly listen to the calls. This is the pathetic service I am getting from the first day of installation.

                                        I had requested the CC to add a amount of 106/- for the rest of the days to complete the month and activate the account.

                                        The Executive informed that there will be call back done by a Manager immediately but no call backs arranged.

                                        Sir i don't have any information about last recharge but i will change my account register name and mobile number .register name on tatasky dish is tribhuvan singh and also his register mobile number have been save so i much requst on tatasky constmer id but no result found
