I have recently taken new connection about three months ago and find their services to be highly unsatisfacoty. During the last 3 months atleast a dozen complaints were lodged for poor service, but every time the complaints on their records are closed giiving one or another excuses.
Presently it is totally blank sometimes showing that it is not receiiving signal and sometimes showing excellent signal. Their technicians lack knowledge and uncoperative and lot of my time is wasted in either waiting for them or attending on them. On the top of it company is nicely going on adjusting my subscription money without giving actual service/poor service.
This is highly objectionable from consumers point of view and for the reputation of tatas.
Potential customers should note my experience and also the poor rate record of redressal of complaints
May i expect immediate solution or refund of my money paid with suitable compenstion.?

status quo, no improvement, this time it looks like excuse is change of entire internal cable .Our building there are over 60 flats and about 10 - 12 have Tata sky connection with no complaint about internal cable so far by any of them.

    This is inform to you that. Your price is increasing day to day. When i started the dhamal channel it was the cost 250. Now it is increasing day to day. Before last month i recharged 299. This month i have got a message 320. Why are you increasing day to day price. I want to drop some channels. If you will not drop my channels, i will leave your tata sky.

      Tata sky is bad I have been complaining from 27 April that my Tata sky is receiving no signal every day I call up the call Centre to complain where I get to know that the apologising and they say the back and team would call me back and the technician will come but till date today is 3rd May, 2018 nobody has come I hate Tata sky customer care because they failed to deliver customer satisfaction please repair my TV connection as I have paid money for six months annual subscription. Tata sky Nicely takes money but they fail to guarantee customer satisfaction. Its better we transfer our DTH to Airtel plus HD. Atleast Airtel will give us services.

          The set up box would not start, so, i registered a complaint on 30th april, and received a call that a technician would be visiting. Received the following sms:

          "dear subscriber, your wo#14loryxk dated 30/04/2018 11:49 has been cancelled. For queries pls contact our helpline on [protected]"

          Nobody shows up, and when i call them again, they registered a new complaint, and received the following sms:

          "tata sky installer visit for wo#14mwwbg6 is scheduled between 02/05/2018 18:30 & 19:30 in case of query pls contact our helpline on[protected]"

          It has been 4 days, but no one still still shows up. I guess this is a testimony to their customer service.

            we faced a problem since last 4-5 days, very serious issue. the connection is not proper working, poor signal strength issue.
            we had a single disk on a building, we already registered compliant 4-5 times. your technician Mr. Prahsnant (Mobile: +91-[protected]) & Mr. Naresh (Mobile: +91-[protected]) do misbehave and do not perform the duty for Tata Sky. we tried to contact so many times but not responding.

            Tata Sky Technician closed ticked without checking anything and misbehaving with family members.

              I booked a tata sky HD vide I'd no [protected] ..on 30 Apr 2018 by paying Rs 2300. But it has not installed yet by coy. I contact several time to customer care but no response received so far. I get harrased by continuous phone and disturbed in my office so far.                 I have been chasing tata sky for a simple reinstallation request but till now not resolved. Really unfortunate, not the quality of service we expect from tata group.

                This is really painful that since last 3 days i have wasted my time chasing tata sky guys!!

                Surprisingly all customer care executives give false commitments.

                  My building is having centralized single dish of yours and i have shifted my flat, when i contacted customer care to know how should i go about it, she said for system relocation you will be charged 300 rs which are immediately debited from tata sky account. I don't understand the point of this relocation service, i have done all the wiring and installation of the cables, now only the wire needs to be connected to the set top box. For that they will charge me 300rs. This is as simple as changing the address in the system. If i would have relocated from one building to another and your technician would have to do all the things then i would have understood why rs 300 are charged. Just changing the address and doing some modification in your system will not be costly affair and i request you to revisit the charges that is currently being levied.

                    I am jinesh mehta i have bought a new connection at the address 58 nsc bose rd sowcarpet chennai 79 my registered mobile no is [protected] the sales person who sold me the connection told me that all the channels normal and hd channels would come for free for two months which i later came to know was a lie the list of lie is long which goes on like this
                    1) all channels including normal and hd for free for three months
                    2) relocation of tata sky from one address to another would be free
                    3) if not satisfied with the connection and services within one months full amount would be refunded and connection would be taken back
                    So now would request you to take back the connection and refund me the amount i make sure i take this to consumer court and publish my problem on social media

                      I have recharged amount of 300rs on 21st april, 2018. Till date the amount is not credited in tata sky account. Called the customer care almost 7-8 times. But they are not taking the complain. I have given the transaction id:[protected] which is also taken from the bank and provided to customer care. After 11 days also issue is not resolved. Very pathetic customer care.

                        I am balaji madireddy living in chennai and i am writing this email with so
                        Much of pain and anger, recently we shifted our house on 25th march 2018 on the same day we requested for reinstallation through customer support.

                        Complaint 1:

                        The technician visited our flat and installed in such a way the walls are nailed in a pathetic manner, in addition to this the technician didn’t ask permission before cabling/nailing i was busy in shifting things.

                        I spent extra money to make it clean and escalated through call centre to resolve my issue with so much of pain i was finally connected to the team leader mr. Kannan irresponsible person i have ever come across in my entire life.

                        Complaint 2:

                        Mr kannan said that he will personally take care of my complaint and resolve it on priority.

                        I told nothing is personal here and i wanted the walls to be fixed on priority in an official manner.

                        He assured that everything will be fixed and arranged a technician on 14 th april 2018
                        The person name is mr saravanan and he is unaware of my complaint, i told him to first speak to his manager or the team leader before addressing my complaint.

                        But instead of addressing my complaint he was very keen about the additional device which is ordered for during the complainti told him to first fix my walls and start installing the additional tata sky connection.

                        He assured that he will fix and told me to recharge 1199 to debit the charges towards new device also took a decision as if he knows everything to fix my walls and totally messed up again.
                        This is totally unacceptable i blasted the person and told him to leave immediately.
                        I informed him that team leader mr kannan must visit my residence as earliest.

                        Complaint 3:

                        After all this mess mr kannan called me and said that he will visit in the weekend as per
                        My appointment and resolve my issue, till now he never turned up and it’s been 31 days i am having the device without a connection and is this how u train your employees and treat your customers.

                        It’s unfair mr. Harit nagpal i am totally disappointed and bringing this to your notice because you and your team will at least take my complaint seriously and fix my issue as earliest.

                        I am attaching the pictures of walls which is irritating me day by day when i
                        Am stepping inside, consider yourself in my position and tell me is this acceptable, u guys really work with passion and satisfy your customers won’t u feel bad and ashamed of this blunder when will your team will resolve my complaint and give connectivity. What are you going to compensate for my loss and pain.

                        I want mr kannan to visit with his manager this saturday and fix the issue.

                          I am facing problem of not receiving signal from TATA sky DTH from 23/4/2018. The technician of Tatasky told us that next day the part called Super LNB will be replaced by him. On 24/04/2018, for the whole day (from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm), it was told by the technician that he was coming to our home within half an hour after every call. I called him at least for 5 to 6 times during that day. But he did not turn up and no call from Tatasky.
                          I'm pursuing the complaint with its customer care staff every day for almost 5 times. The call duration is of almost half an hour. Every time I've to speak with customer care staff, then the supervisor and then the officer and no one gives any satisfactory reply about resolving the complaint.
                          Now, I'm of the opinion that due to incapacity of the concerned supervisor team (to whom my complaint was escalated) to hold dealer/ technician responsible for not resolving the complaint, even after personal assurance from their side, the part is still not replaced.
                          No one gives us the firm answer as to the availability of part or technicians. The answers are very much stereo-type not giving any specific solution to us.
                          I wish that my Tatasky connection should be in working condition and the validity of my plan should be extended by the days the connection is inactive.

[protected] that no program is displaying showing that digicard not inserted properly whereas, the digicard was cleaned and properly inserted again and again but same problem shown and this complaint on 29.04.18 at 1000 hrs... Thereupon i requested to above number and he was demanded that your system is required to replace to hd... I said that please do any thing... But thereafter two days are being elapsed he did not solve the problem till the time at 1815 hrs on 30.04.18... Please do some thing

                              On 19/4 eveningI had registered a complaint on this site against tatasky for not sending technician n solving d problem of tv not working due to no signal.. late evening d technician came a said that there was loose connection in d common cable on d terrace which he has fixed I asked him to give me a separate disk for which I have already paid but was not given d technician said he will report to d company. In all my complaint to tatasky I have requested for my separate disk connection because d technician d Tata sky representative have also said that this is d solution for d problem I m facing .on 26/4 again same problem d technician PANDEY gives a d same verbal solution n goes without doing anything d tv starts after 4/5 hours again same problem on 28/4 night on 29/4 technician yadav also give d same verbal solution talks to d tatasky rep n leaves without doing anything n said company will send d technician .again on 30/4 from morning same problem plz help me to solve this problem permanently...

                                  My subscriber if is [protected]. This is regards to my hd ultra package where i have paid for 1 year. I made the payment on december 17. I called before and was given the amount for 1 year specifically. Paid the amount at a tata sky dealer in bandra on s. V rd. Now in the 4th month i had a sms saying i have shell out approx 2000 rs to avoid it being deactivated by your billing department guy yakub. He told me it's 2000×4 per month for the hd ultra package. Yakub did not listen just wanted to get his point across very customer handling efficeny. I am an employee of tcs too i expect and demand that my 1 year hd ultra package be restored immediately with no delay. As calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes please listen to the conversations i had in december with regard to what i had asked. Now to be told something different and be cheated is not acceptable.

                                    I have been chasing tata sky for a simple reinstallation request but till now not resolved. Really unfortunate, not the quality of service we expect from tata group.
                                    This is really painful on a sunday i have waste my time chasing tata sky guys!!
                                    Is this the entertainment product you are selling. "is ko laga dala toh like to life jhingalala" - pura jhingalala horaha hai.

                                      Hi,
                                      I am facing signal problem in my tata sky, when i called to customer care, they are say that additional changes will deducted from account. When i asked to them why extra changes would be deducted while tata sky is a services provide and i am using their services on paid basis then if am face problem then why extra charges for checking and rectify the services.

                                      Customer care replied, we can't help, you may look any others option.

                                      What i need to do, some can help.
