In April 2017 I had recharged my HD recording set up box along with secondary setup box with annual mega pack. But before completing one year my second setup box was disconnected by Tata Sky with the accuse that one comedy channel was activated from Tata sky without my consent. However, I request them to solve my problem but they did not respond though I had paid for full 12 months....

Booked a showcase movie, fees got debited however channel didn't start.
Raised concern twice to finally get a ticket id # 14ec6rb6, next day i was informed to send a photograph of the channel for them to verify. Before i could send the photo, ticket was closed without rectifying the issue or taking my consensus. The moment i had send photo through mail again new ticket # 14eq5ijy was generated. Even after giving my subscriber id, there is no response from tata sky till date.

Also yesterday i got the message that my tata sky payment due date is april 25th 2018. Last month my due date was march 30th 2018. This month how can it be 5 days before?

I don't know why tata sky people are doing like this with the customers. It's disgusting.br...

Above request was resubmitted on Monday 16/04/2018 with above WO #.

Since then issue is still not resolved and I am following up with the customer care since Monday but I am getting stereotype reply of "Your issue will be resolved within 2 hours". Its 3 days now but issue is still pending.

I have got the call from technician on Monday about 8-9 times where he confirmed my address but relocation service not been...

On 18th morning had registered complaint about my tv not working due to no signal from yesterday up till now have called them around 10 times to send technician to fix d problem every time their rep replies that they will fix in 2 hours n call back but till now no one has come i also spoke to d senior officer ishika n told her to cancel my package n refund my money if they cannot fix d problem but same false promise given have also sent emails...

I didn't use the service for 4 months. Then i recharged yesterday but it is not working.
On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no.[protected] digicard id[protected]"

Please resolve this problem as i trust your good company. I am a loyal tata sky consumer.

Sir, I relocated my tata sky after 4 yrs n i recharged on[protected] of rs 299 through free charge, as I hd selected the 299 pack which hd showed to me.On[protected] around 9.00 am my account hd been deducted for the relocation charges.After that in the evening of[protected] around 6.30 pm again i recharged my tata sky n thn i got the msg that I hv only 187 balance in my account.

I came to know last week that my account balance is low and i need to recharge or else tatasky service will be deactivated. This is because of tatasky actve fitness pack which was added on my account without my knowledge. After that i received the sms on my registered mobile no. Without my permission rs.59 was deducted from my account which i didn't even subscribed or requested.

Is this the way to satisfy your customer?br...

Tata sky id [protected] has been deactivated.
I have charged unnecessarily by replacing first setup box then hdmi cable and then replaced my digicard as it was showing error. The tatasky people also collected technician fee of 225.
So, totally i have billed an amount of
625+200+300+225=1350.
For replacing a digicard only 300 has to be charged. Hence refund immediately rs 1050 to account without fail....

I had the free English movie channel subscribed a month ago. Please drop English movies to subscriber no. [protected] of Tata sky subscriber name B.J.Jayabalan. The message sent from a different mobile as there was no balance. So it was not accepted. Please drop English Movies...

There is no signal from last 6 days... Compliant done several times at helpline number [protected] but no one is responding...

Dear sir,
Now i feel it is pathetic to opt tata sky. I made a complaint on 14.04.18 @ 10:00 am around. I received a message a technician will visit the site between 08:00 pm to 09:00 pm. I did several calls for follow ups but a single call received from tata sky. Today 15.04.18 and 02:00 pm over, still no technician visited the site even call received from tata sky.

I'm also in service sector, a branch manager in hdfc...

I spoke with tatasky cust. Care. Exec. On 11 mar 2018 to recharge the dormant account. I cleared told that i am new tenant to the flat and want to start viewing the tv channels again. The exec. Asked me to answer...

During CWG 2018 tata sky not showing dd sport referring suprime court order. What is that order? Can you provide that order copy? Why this order is applicable to only Tata sky DTH only, because other DTH service provider telecasting the same....

My tata sky was closed from few months so i recharged today but when i open any channel its written pairing error this is a wrong card but the card is the same with the same digi card number. Please see to this problem. And my location is changed from mhow to amritsar. Please do something. As i could not see any channel in the box. The subscriber i'd is [protected]

Jst now i recieved a call from tata sky customer care. After that i recieved the sms on my registered mobile number, without my permission rs.59 was deducted from my a/c for javed akhter pack, which i didn't even subscribed or requested.
Is this the way to satisfy your customer?
Plz deactivate javed akhter pack and return back the amount on my tata sky a/c.

I brought a new tatasky dth on 2 and of January . But the ARC is not supported to TV. The problem is in set top box .So I complained to tatasky 3 time. But there is no response. The service people are not responding and simply cheating.
Still I have a complaint. The service people are very very worst.
I want to change the set top box with out any complaint as soon as possible....

Made annual payment of 11850 on 4 dec 17. Additional payment of 2000 on 13 january 18. On 4 dec 2017 opted for sports ultr package (4390 yearly, hd 1975, addt boxes 2750*2). Changed to ultra with 6160 yearly, hd cost 1975, additional 2 settop box 2750*2. Total 13585). Hav made total payment 13850. Still account info shows insuff funds and deactivation....
