tata sky mobile app

I cannot watch sports channels on the mobile app. Th8s facility was available earlier but even after recharging my account, i cannot watch the ipl matches on the go.
On calling the helpline number, i am told that sports cannot be viewed on the mobile app and i should download hotstar. I find this strange as i have been seeing one day matches as recent as 25th march.
Need a solution to this at the earliest....

Dear Customer service Manager,

I am very disappointed for your initial service for new connection. I am so frustrated from your customer service provider. They does not support to their customers. I am regularly following up for my tatasky HD new connection for yesterday. I have ordered new connection of tata sky and i was already paid tata sky HD amount i.e., Rs. 1590 at 12:30 pm yesterday, April 08, 2018. But till date nobody...

very less channels displayed for hd first recharge

I have subscribed for tata sky hd box on 8 Apr 2018.
I took subscription from one of the tata sky dealers in my area.
The online subscription is rs. 2000 for hd box with first month recharge .
The dealer has taken rs. 2500 with 1 month free HD RECHARGE.
The fact is that after RECHARGE of HD CHANNELS MOST OF THE HD CHANNELS ARE ASKING FOR SUBSCRIPTION.
KINDLY take action against this issue.

On 6th april 2018 at 20.16 i had complained under complaint no 14551laa that our tatasky is not working but till time nobody came to resolve the complaint. Why so time?
Why i should give payment of these days. I am suffering a lot. Why tatasky is so unreasonable? Why not some technical is coming to resolve the problem? Or tell me that our technical is no perfect to resolve the problem.

refund not received till now

I am waiting for my refund from 07 feb to till date. Last time i was complaint and my complaint id is 1901182 for your reference.
Please help me, i didn't get any reply from tata sky. If i was called to tata sky customer care they told me every time we will solve as soon as possible and your complain is in progress.

Today i called her to give me a new connection and requested to please send them to install at 06.00 pm. She said yes and m trying calling her till 09.00 pm. Phone ([protected]) was ringing but she didn't replied. (Its not that she was not there she was there as after a minute phone was busy till next 10 minutes).
Her lethargic approach towards work may lose customer ike me those who willingly want to be a part of tata sky.

no service available even after recharge

The recharge happened today. Even after 1 hr, the service is not on. When tried to reach support team, automated service continuously communicated that i am their critical customer and call will be supported in a minute. At last one service person picked up after "10" minutes.

Spoke to support team member, and he mentioned there is a technical fault. So even after recharging, services did not come and billing cycle started...

This is with respect to my Tatasky id (mentioned above)..

There was an issue with our tatasky network last Friday late evening.. In spite of a hot summer day.. The screen displayed the message, "there is an issue with your network because it must be windy or it must be raining"

As per aid running on Tata sky channel no.100 regarding recharge offer on INR 299+more if done then INR 30 will be credited.The same had not been done from past 7 days.Call disconnected by service executives and those answering make false promises. Two months ago tv picture was breaking up. Called tatasky. Their rep told us our set-top box was defective and unrepairable. Sold us a new box for rs 900 and took away the old box. Problem persisted. It appears set-top box was okay just a minor abrasion of antenna cable. Second rep repaired it and assured no charge. But we are being billed rs 250 for this. I was charged rs 300/- for setter box connectors and mr yogesh yadav said that mr rajesh who handles the work in goa told yogesh that no-bill is to be issued. This looks very dubious. Tata is an international trusted name of great repute. I feel this is weird. Please look into the matter.

I’ve been using tata sky since 4 years. Since 1st march 2018 i’m facing a problem of set top box shutting off automatically. I made a complaint many times every time i’ve to do master reset. This continued for 15 days. Then a technician visited and he has done software reset and assured that problem will not come again. But after 2 hours again same problem was there.
