Sir, I relocated my tata sky after 4 yrs n i recharged on[protected] of rs 299 through free charge, as I hd selected the 299 pack which hd showed to me.On[protected] around 9.00 am my account hd been deducted for the relocation charges.After that in the evening of[protected] around 6.30 pm again i recharged my tata sky n thn i got the msg that I hv only 187 balance in my account.
I talked to the customer care executive of tata sky thn i came to know that tata sky is charging me according to my 4 yrs ago pack, means u r charging according the pack which I hd selected in 2014 .
So it's really very panic for me that u people r still in 2014 n rest of the world hs stepped in 2018.It's a kind of a satire that I hv experienced about tata sky which I "'ll definitely going to share .
I think it's the major reason that people switch off to tata sky n go to the other service providers and people are demanding about the portability in the sector.
Me too going to port to other service provider instead of tata sky as soon as possible.I was no idea about this kind of bad experience otherwise I would hd definitely changed the service and that time I hdnt made any complaint here.
Sorry, i won't thank because tata sky made me very disappointed.

    I came to know last week that my account balance is low and i need to recharge or else tatasky service will be deactivated. This is because of tatasky actve fitness pack which was added on my account without my knowledge. After that i received the sms on my registered mobile no. Without my permission rs.59 was deducted from my account which i didn't even subscribed or requested.

    Is this the way to satisfy your customer?

    Last saturday, spoke to your customer care executive by name mr. Pradeep kumar and asked him to deactivate actve fitness pack immediately. I request you to return back the amount on my tata sky account of last month's active fitness pack and extend my service for the same amount.

      Tata sky id [protected] has been deactivated.
      I have charged unnecessarily by replacing first setup box then hdmi cable and then replaced my digicard as it was showing error. The tatasky people also collected technician fee of 225.
      So, totally i have billed an amount of
      625+200+300+225=1350.
      For replacing a digicard only 300 has to be charged. Hence refund immediately rs 1050 to account without fail.

            Dear sir,
            Now i feel it is pathetic to opt tata sky. I made a complaint on 14.04.18 @ 10:00 am around. I received a message a technician will visit the site between 08:00 pm to 09:00 pm. I did several calls for follow ups but a single call received from tata sky. Today 15.04.18 and 02:00 pm over, still no technician visited the site even call received from tata sky.

            I'm also in service sector, a branch manager in hdfc bank, i have never seen such highly negligence of service in private sector.
            Please get resolved the issue at earliest.

              I came to know yesterday that my acc balance is low and i need to recharge else i wont be able to see the tv. This is because of tatasky fitness pack which was added on my acc without my knowledge.

              Background:
              I spoke with tatasky cust. Care. Exec. On 11 mar 2018 to recharge the dormant account. I cleared told that i am new tenant to the flat and want to start viewing the tv channels again. The exec. Asked me to answer a few questions like - what was the last subscription amt and when was it made. I told him again that i am new to the flat and i dont know the previous recharge amt and the date when it was made (This is a ridiculous question). He didnt not sound helpful. Then he asked me give full address. I told him as per my agreement papers. He told me that was not correct. I was surprised!!. I called my owner to get the details. My owner told me that tatasky has wrong address registered since the day he took subscription more than 5 years ago. So as per his instructions, i called tatasky again and told the whole story for reactivating the acc. He agreed this time. My owner had told me that the previous tenant had some kids pack activated for their kids. So, i told the tatasky exec that i wanted to cancel the previous subscription (Kids channel pack) and wanted to have a normal pack which has - some news channels, zee marathi and if possible some kids and sports channel. I told him that i dont need any other channels and i dont understand the packages offered by tatasky. What i want is a few news channel and 1 marathi channel which is - zee marathi. Thats it. On top of that if the package includes any other channel then i would like to understand which are those and the cost for it. For this whole explanation, the exec. Suggested dhamal pack - cost ₹299 pm. I agreed. He also told me that please recharge with a min amt of ₹500. I agreed. I did a recharge of ₹600. I was told that with this ₹600, i will get ₹590 in my acc since ₹10 was deducted as some charges (May be reactivation.. I dont remember it now). I agreed. The exec told me that with ₹590 in my account, i will be able to see the tv channels with ₹590 as my balance amt till 5th may 2018. I agreed. Now while doing all this he did not inform me about tatasky fitness pack which charges ₹58/59 per month.
              Even if i give a benefit of doubt to him thinking i must not have understood what he meant, my question is - then how come he told me that my balance will last till 5th may 2018!!

              When i lodged a complaint yesterday, i got a call today and the resolution exec - dhanashree. I told her the whole story. She then said, she will listen to my call for 11 mar and call me back. Which she did and informed me that i did not tell the exec to drop the tatasky fitness pack.
              She also also told me that she will drop the pack from today but will not refund my amount for last month.

              This is absolutely ridiculous.

              I then told her that if you are not convinced then listen to other multiple calls on the days as well as prior to that which i made to tatasky. I asked her to listen to them as well. She disgreed.

              I told her again that - on the 11th mar call i had told the exec to give me only few news channels, 1 marathi channel - zee marathi and whatever other channels come with its subscription.

              Now tell me - where did i mention that i want to have fitness pack.

              The resolution exec dhanashree said that since i did not clearly say "drop the fitness pack" she can't do it.

              My question is - what does it mean when i say "i want a few news channels, 1 marathi channel - zee marathi and whatever other channels come with its subscription". Did i ever say i want fitness pack?
              If i didnt say drop the fitness pack, then i also didnt say i want the fitness pack.

              So why am i being charged for it?

              Just because your exec has done his add-on sales on my acc and that he must have achieved his target!! But this is cheating.
              The resolution exec - dhanashree was playing with words and kept repeating that since i didnt to ask to drop the pack, she cant help me.

              This is really not acceptable. Just because the add-on must have got the exec his reward for up-selling, the company does not want to revert back my money in my acc back!!

              Strange!!

              This is how you guys loot our money by putting add-on, doing up-selling without the concern or without providing proper understanding of the information..

              Your executives dont know how to speak, dont know how to even try to resolve the complaints. The just keep saying - we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. But are they really sorry for that?
              Merely saying "sorry" doesn't help the customer.

              I am really upset with tatasky customer care executive service. They dont do their job to help the customers but do it to fill their own pockets by doing up-selling.. You dont value the existing customers..

              The executives are always in a hurry to end the call conversation. Is the call center set up to help the customers or to achieve their targets of attending certain number of calls per day??

              I expect some help from this forum and hope to get some resolution from this complaint and money refunded in my account.

                During CWG 2018 tata sky not showing dd sport referring suprime court order. What is that order? Can you provide that order copy? Why this order is applicable to only Tata sky DTH only, because other DTH service provider telecasting the same.

                    My tata sky was closed from few months so i recharged today but when i open any channel its written pairing error this is a wrong card but the card is the same with the same digi card number. Please see to this problem. And my location is changed from mhow to amritsar. Please do something. As i could not see any channel in the box. The subscriber i'd is [protected]

                        I brought a new tatasky dth on 2 and of January . But the ARC is not supported to TV. The problem is in set top box .So I complained to tatasky 3 time. But there is no response. The service people are not responding and simply cheating.
                        Still I have a complaint. The service people are very very worst.
                        I want to change the set top box with out any complaint as soon as possible.

                          Made annual payment of 11850 on 4 dec 17. Additional payment of 2000 on 13 january 18. On 4 dec 2017 opted for sports ultr package (4390 yearly, hd 1975, addt boxes 2750*2). Changed to ultra with 6160 yearly, hd cost 1975, additional 2 settop box 2750*2. Total 13585). Hav made total payment 13850. Still account info shows insuff funds and deactivation....

                          I cannot watch sports channels on the mobile app. Th8s facility was available earlier but even after recharging my account, i cannot watch the ipl matches on the go.
                          On calling the helpline number, i am told that sports cannot be viewed on the mobile app and i should download hotstar. I find this strange as i have been seeing one day matches as recent as 25th march.
                          Need a solution to this at the earliest.

                            Dear Customer service Manager,

                            I am very disappointed for your initial service for new connection. I am so frustrated from your customer service provider. They does not support to their customers. I am regularly following up for my tatasky HD new connection for yesterday. I have ordered new connection of tata sky and i was already paid tata sky HD amount i.e., Rs. 1590 at 12:30 pm yesterday, April 08, 2018. But till date nobody call to me for provide any status of new connection.

                                I have subscribed for tata sky hd box on 8 Apr 2018.
                                I took subscription from one of the tata sky dealers in my area.
                                The online subscription is rs. 2000 for hd box with first month recharge .
                                The dealer has taken rs. 2500 with 1 month free HD RECHARGE.
                                The fact is that after RECHARGE of HD CHANNELS MOST OF THE HD CHANNELS ARE ASKING FOR SUBSCRIPTION.
                                KINDLY take action against this issue.
                                TATA SKY IS SO CHEAP ASKING FOR CABLING CHARGES AFTER TAKING INSTALLATION CHARGES.

                                  On 6th april 2018 at 20.16 i had complained under complaint no 14551laa that our tatasky is not working but till time nobody came to resolve the complaint. Why so time?
                                  Why i should give payment of these days. I am suffering a lot. Why tatasky is so unreasonable? Why not some technical is coming to resolve the problem? Or tell me that our technical is no perfect to resolve the problem.
                                  Please resolve this problem immediately or give me answer?

                                    I am waiting for my refund from 07 feb to till date. Last time i was complaint and my complaint id is 1901182 for your reference.
                                    Please help me, i didn't get any reply from tata sky. If i was called to tata sky customer care they told me every time we will solve as soon as possible and your complain is in progress.

                                    Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    From the last few months facing issue with signals, and automatically disconnection and connection after sometime or some days. For technical issues sending persons and collecting money like 250 from customer.
                                    How customer is responsible for your setup/signal/technical issues.
                                    Not good to collect money from customer for every issue of Tata sky.

                                      Today i called her to give me a new connection and requested to please send them to install at 06.00 pm. She said yes and m trying calling her till 09.00 pm. Phone ([protected]) was ringing but she didn't replied. (Its not that she was not there she was there as after a minute phone was busy till next 10 minutes).
                                      Her lethargic approach towards work may lose customer ike me those who willingly want to be a part of tata sky.

                                      As already i have two connections and need one more for my brother yesterday was his bday and i keep on requesting that i need to gift him on that day only.

                                      Need strict action against such sales person those really in don't care condition.

                                      And this will surely affect the value in market for tata sky.
