I have paid rs. 4560 towards platinum south hd valid until 5 july, 2018 through online mode. I have opted for one tv only at the time of payment.
Ref. Id [protected]

I received a confirmation sms on 5 january, 2018 for the payment made as above.

To my surprise, the connection has been deactivated and calls made to the help service have not been of any help.

Earlier on, we had subscription for two tvs. However, we have now opted for one tv and tata sky staff are unable to/refuse to understand this

    I raised the request with tata sky for remote. I away i got a call from nizampet branch and she misbehaved and talked very rudely to my wife. Is this the way tata sky people talk.

    Her details i do not know as she did not provided her name but as per true caller

    I had a chat with tata sky to raise a request for remote control. She took my request and then i closed the chat. Then i get a call from malkajgiri but they found my current address is nizampet. So they diverted the call to nizampet tata sky.

    I went outside for personal reason and left phone at home. Tata sky representative called continuously five times, so my wife thought might be important so lifted the call. As soon my wife lifted the call she started shouting and my wife said he went outside so call after 30 mins so she said if you are not right person or owner of mobile why you lifted the call.

    So my question to tata sky or any individual.

    1. Will you call six times continuously if in 1st or 2nd ring does not lift the call. He might be busy. Will you bother calling 5 times. I can attach my call log if you required.
    2. Will you talk to customer like this the way the representative did.
    3. The address was already confirmed with the tata sky representative when i raised the ticket, then why again they want a confirmation.
    This is not acceptable the way tata sky person behaved.

      Complainig since 05/01/2018 which is seems to be cancelled for no reason

      This is troublesome for a senior citizen. Who makes many calls for the same about rs 100/- must have gone who is going to pay as i am retired.
      They give all useless informaions withou solving the problem.
      Every time they send msg. Give timings but nobody turns up.
      Should i change to other service provider.
      Pl. Let me know.

        Setup box is giving some problem. Every time i call customer care, it asks to follow a sequence but not giving permanent solution. Now it is completely not working due to steps followed as per their instruction and customer care is now asking to charge for a visit to resolve this problem. This seems to be problem of their box or setting from their end.
        How can i pay for this. This problem may come frequently. Each time why should i pay?
        Customer care is very poor. I will go to consumer forum for this.

          I am jagdish, my tata sky subscriber id: [protected]

          I have signal problem for some channels, some channels working fine but some not due to signal problem and for this i contacted to customer care and they told me that to resolve this issue they asked me to book the technician visit which will b chargeable rs 225/-.
          But if the problem of signal then to provide the proper signal is responsibility of tata sky and why should i pay for this?
          If i am unable to see some channels due to signal problem then it's your responsibility to provide the services working without any charge, if there is any damage in any device or cable, i can pay for that but to check the cause of signals which is not coming then why should i pay?

Even after changing the sound problem with hd channels has not been resolved. And to my surprise they have charged for digi card even without informing me.                 I am a customer of tatasky but always i am telling to do other thing they are doing other things and for this i am suffering loss mental tension and not view tvs recently on 1st january 2018 i submited to close my secandary one connection they closed other one and we are unable to view tvwhen i call customer care they accepted a wrongly done by them i mailed to tatasky ceo but they called not accepting the truth after some conversation they accepted but only telling for last chance again it will not done by us and in july 17 also they told about a last chance so the service is very poor they disturbing only making call several times.
                Now i closed my all secondary connections and mood for surrender a conection but they telling that they are unable to refund of setup boxes charge paid by me this is not my asset as tv because it can be use in only tata sky so company have to give refunds and i am surrendering due to there service problem.

                  This is to inform you i am cheated by tata sky dth i already have tata sky connection customer id no is [protected] in flat no x 778 jalvayu vihar greater noida.

                  I have also taken 2nd connection in my name id no [protected] on december 9th 2017 in flat no x 798 for my parents, for this connection i paid rs 2100 + 168 for 14 mts cable @ rs 12 = 168 + 2100 total 2300 paid cash to the person who has installed the cable connection. But i came to know during 1st connection i should get all the channels but unfortunately i got only few channels as i missed one channel on 28 to 31st december 2017.

                  Most vital information i would like to inform you that some third party came and installed my tata sky connection though i booked the connection through my rmn [protected]. I was recharged with rs 1400 instead of 2100 for ordinary connection (Not hd connection). I am looser of rs 700 this this connection

                  Besides this for relatives or friends i should get free of cost for my old connection which i did not get. How could the tata sky send third person instead of the company person for dth installation when i received the phone call and asked he said that he is from tata sky representative only.

                    On 4.1.2018 someone from tata sky told me that 701 channel is free for 5 days and later it will be charged. I told him that i am not interested in paid channel. He told me that he is activating this channel free for 5 days and if i like it i may subscribe further. To my surprise i got sms that out of my monthly charge which was valid till 31.1.2018 amount for smart manager channel deducted and i was informed that now i have to get recharge my account on 17.1.2018.
                    Please stop activating smart paid channel and refund the amount in my account of dth [protected] immediately and inform me.
                    I cannot pay rs.10 daily for smart manager channel. If you donot deactivate that paid channel i will have to stop taking service of your tata sky dth

                        The call centre people are very rude. Do not allow customers to complete and cut the phone mid way. I had to post the same request more than once because they cancelled my request without solving it, they were expecting I will carry their set top box to college and give them details printed behind the box at that second itself. They aren't ready to call back later if someone is in lecture.

                          My ID number is [protected] . I called Tata sky person Mr. Bipin from Vashi Navi mumbai on 31 December whose mobile number is [protected]. He informed that if we will pay Rs 6, 200 then we will get all channel including HD channel. He send one person who collected Rs. 6, 200 from me and started all channel including HD channel. After one hour all HD channel stopped coming and so i called him and he replied that he will do that till night. But next also it was not working. Then he stopped taking my one cell number so i had to called from another number and then he told that now that scheme is not available and you still have to pay more Rs 2, 000 means total Rs 8, 200 yearly. It was really shocking. Then he convinced me that still he will try but then he messaged me giving customer care number. IfTtata sky person that giving wrong information then what customer has to do. I request you to solve my problem and give me all HD channel which i was informed & promised. Waiting for reply.

                            I am writing this with lot of frustration on tata sky services. After being used for 7 years nearly. This happened multiple times, but this time i am very much serious on this issue. Its a kind of looting.

                            My tata sky account was deactivated or disabled since i did not recharge on time. I was actually on vacation and came back yesterday. I was getting a message on my tv today "your tata sky setup box is not receiving the signals". I called up the customer service and they said, it was due to low balance and need to recharge immediately.

                            I have then recharged my account but the problem still persists. I am not getting the tv channels. I called up the tata sky team again and they says its a technical problem at my end and need to fix it. They also says i need to pay for the technician charges for the visit.

                            It's clearly a problem from tata sky side as the activation should happen flawlessly. Since their systems are not sophisticated to do the activation online  - does that mean i should pay the charges? I only pay the charges to the tv channels that i subscribe and which i already done that.  

                            Later, i emailed to nodaloffice and i then i got a call from their team. Their version is, i have to pay for technical visit charges. I again conveyed on the call, this is purely a technical glitch in your systems while reactivating the services. The setup box and all the connections are intact. This issue has happened due to service disruption. Hence, i will not pay towards the technical visit charges.

                            Now i am without tv for the last 3 days even after recharge. The thing is i am not getting the service for which i paid for.

                            Hence, i am lodging a complaint. Please do the needful to active the service without any additional visiting charges.

                              I have twice re charged my dth service but my channels are not yet activated and the t. V shows insufficient balance. I have re charged for rupees 299 for two times.                                 My tatasky subscriber id is [protected]. I have tried to recharge my tata sky account many times after midnight but every time the server seems to be down and i am not able to recharge. On calling the customer services, they usually give excuses like "system maintenance" is in process or some "technical updation" is going on. This can be a genuine reason for one night or two but not always. And if tatasky has to keep their systems down during the night periods, then they should still keep a way for customers to recharge their accounts, whenever they want to, so that the customers do not suffer. And even if that is not possible, the tatasky should give prior information to its customers that there is going to be some technical problem during the night period due to which customers won't be able to recharge their accounts during the period, so that the customer is aware of the issue beforehand and does not suffer.

                                  Fyi i have requested for new connection by online subscriber i’d :[protected]
                                  As i have requested on 31 technician came on 1 jan in evening 6:00pm with a not working box then he went again and came with working box @. 8 pm, as i have informed by ishita tata sky online the amount will charge 1800 with intatalation free but technician denied. He was it’s our procedure take installation money when i asked for proper bill he refused he was a i have booked online so i can’t get bill. And installation he did was worst as i am already a tata shy coustomer i didn’t accept this type of service. He canceled my online booking by saying for refreshing account, cancellation code 257320
                                  Technicians installed antenna on temporary base i haven’t seen this type of installation even paying extra installation fee as well cables was not clipped properly.
                                  I have recharged with two amount rs 101 and rs 1600 but i have paid 1800 rs +200for intalation fee +140 for wire extra rs although msgs showing on tv screen next recharge by 20 jan but i have informed one month free please don’t cheet coustomer
                                  Istita was very helping, she did her follow up by calling did technician came or not.

                                    I recently subscribed tata sky due to suggestions from people. We received a message stating that they would install the set up box on (2/01/2018). We received a call from the sales person regarding the same. He told us of coming by 2:00pm in the afternoon but reported only by 7:00 pm in the evening. When we called up the tata sky office, they treated us very badly by using unwanted words and questioning us "why can't yall tolerate not watching tv for 2 days". We were greatly offended regarding the same. The sales person after reporting late, continued doing the work till 11:00 pm in the night and inspite of that didn't complete the work and left it half done. We are disappointed by the poor service. So we are planning to change from tatasky to airtel as it would do much good. Refund the amount as soon as possible. Subscriber id :[protected]

                                      I have opened a completed 5 days back saying my tata sky is not working. I was promised we will fix it by next days. After 2 days some come and told we will replace the adopter.. Its now 5th day even now its not replaced.
                                      We need some help in regard to this, the service team is not worried

                                      He forced us to give the cancellation code two times

                                        We are unable to watch any channels in the tatasky. If we click on any channels the screen shows please subscribe the channel for this much rupees per month.
                                        And if i scan the clannel option on add channel option then also no frequency found on satellite shows on screen.
                                        Please send the procedure of how to download all channels in the tatasky box.

                                        I am not getting the connection from last night why iam not getting it bcoz last night connection not coming standby light is glowing on the set top box. The green light glow and after few minutes its dissaper and channels are not coming after that .very disturb and from last night it was not working why how will going to repay me
