Few days ago my tata sky dth set top box stopped working.
I went to service center and got replaced with a fee of rs. 625.
But, yesterday the digicard which was inserted in the new set top box stopped working. I have a conversation over phone to the customer care but the problem again arises.
So now i need a help.
If this is the problem with tatasky dth service then what is the use of this type of service.

And they cancelled the order n not telling about the refund process.. Either u shoud install the device or you should totally cancel the order and refund our money. Since last 7 years, i have tata sky connection. So i am valuable customer of tata sky. My tata sky is [protected]. But last 9 days i have facing problem from tata sky regarding service. unethical behaviour and worst service
