I place my complaint that set up box has been changed last week which is under warranty period but they have debited rs 400 for set up box charges and rs.225 for visit charges from my tatasky account without any prior information and thereby my tatasky has been deactivated. Kindly reimburse the amount of rs 625 back in my tatasky account. My secondary box no is[protected] for which warranty period is till 19.1.2019. My registered ph no is [protected]

    Since last july i started getting issues with my signal strength.in the month of august i complained to the customer care tata sky that inspite of clear weather i m not getting signal strenght and needs some action ; so accordingly i requested the service executive to come and do the needful.
    At first he came without the tools required and returned back
    Second time he checked some things in the setting, adjusted some thing and went. For two days the signals were ok but from the third day the things went for six again. The signal problem went on coming at least twice or thrice in a week. So i again complained.
    In his this visit the guy advised us to use an amplifier but corrected the problem temperorily
    I had again complained to the customer care as i was facing the same problem
    They changed some wires
    This issue continued for last 6 months and the level of mental harrasment what i have suffered is too much.
    They send us the guys who are less experienced and on top of that they demand the full pay from the customer.
    When ever the account is getting at the month end then the messages start coming as "to enjoy the uninterrupted service please recharge your account" and all. But here the services are already interrupted and none from the company is bothered to give service.
    Now today when i was about to recharge the account they have debited 624 rs to my account. This is the hard earned money.

      I have spoke with hamant kumar in your service center. I have complaint about my tata sky disk. I have just change room my present address no 13, seevram second street thorai pakkam perunguddi nr after perungudi toll gate chennai 600096

      New address also same as present just room no change 8534 oppsite only.

      Now i have installed in my tatasky disk but i m not getting singal.

      Your hamant kumar is saying it will charge rs 300 & warrant will expire.

      Recently i have purchase tata sky disk mai i know only how you people taking rs 300 charges and how warranty will expire.

      I need relocation document process in my email id.

      If my problem will not solve i will go i level for compalint

      I will not pay any amount.

      they have deactivated my tatasky with out my knowledge and also deduct rs 300 in my account. i have recharge rs 199 channel also gone there is no acction taken by tatasky. i am suffering problem now.
      please help me and active my tatasky connection.

        Initially i had opted for "dhamal mix" pack - inclusive of one free regional (Bangla) pack costing rs, 270/-per month;the same may be continued and not rs.374/-from the last one year or more i am using tatasky "dhamal mix" pack-an optional pack in tata sky offers;this pack includes one free regional pack-we opted for the bangla regional pack;form the last month rs.374/- per month is being levied;, even i have recharged by depositing rs, 270/-, the amount is not lasting for a month;notice comes after 20 days that your account will get deactive tonight-recharge by rs.374/-., kindly resolve the matter and continue my initial option of"dhamal mix" with free bangla pack

          Under the scheme of refer to friend launched by tatasky, two friends were referred by me namely bishwajit kumar, id -[protected] and ghanshyam singh, id-[protected]. Both the id are active but i have been provided benefit for only one friend i. E only rs. 300 instead of rs. 600 (Rs.300 for each friend).in this connection firstly i was stated by tatasky customer care that one id is not active but i am sure that both the id is active. Second time i was stated that procedure was not followed however same procedure was followed in both the cases and each time my friends who were referred also receive messages from tatasky that you are referred by kishor kumar. Please help me.

            Hi

            We got a call from tata sky marketing team in the month of november 2017, that tata beauty would be provided for free for 10 days and thereafter would be stopped or continued if we agree. But we never got any call and the services were continuing and charges were made on our account. We made our first complaint on 20 nov 2017 and requested to stop tata beauty, but it was still not removed. We then called again in 23 dec 2017 to stop ten 3 sports and tata beauty but nothing happened. And finally we called again on 20 jan 2018 to stop and also lodged a complaint for the extra charges incurred due to these two services. We are very dissapointed in tata sky services and requested rectification and resolution to the extra charges and process a refund. Please take it as a matter o[censored]rgency and resolve asap.

                [protected] customer id of tata sky. Paid subscription for six months upto may 2018, only news channel package.
                But as per payment, no channel is activated agnst subscription. I paid for six month package up to may18. Sms also rec'd for six month activation.
                Today i come to know that subscription is till 18th jan 18,
                Pl activate my subscription till may 18. Only news channel is activated in my tv.

                    I have taken a new TATASKY CONNECTION ON JULY 2017.I HAVE CALLED THE TATASKY CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE NEW CONNECTION AND WITHIN THE SAME DAY I GOT MY CONNECTION AND INSTALLED.THE ENGINEER NAMED ANJI INSTALLED AND HE ALSO TOOK MONEY FOR 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION. BUT FROM THAT TIME HE HAS BEEN DODGING BY RECHARGING ONLY FOR R. S 100...I USED TO CALL HIM WHENEVER THE CONNECTION IS DEACTIVATED...HE WILL PROMISE ME TO DO THE RECHARGE FOR 1 YEAR BUT WILL DO FOR 100..I HAVE RAISED A COMPLAINT WITH TATASKY AND THE COMPLAINT #12IMY5FZ

                      गेल्या दोन दिवसांपासून टी.व्ही. वरील चित्र अस्पष्ट दिसत आहे. चित्र सेटींग केले असता ca module मध्ये cam disabled दाखवतो. सेंट टॉप बॉक्स थोड्या वेळाने गरम होतो आणि चित्राचे कलर अस्पष्ट दिसतात व बदलतात. चित्र हलू लागतात. Tata sky card set top मधून काढून स्वच्छ करून पुन्हा पुन्हा
                      टाकून समस्येचे निराकरण होऊ शकले नाही. ही समस्या नेमकी टी.व्ही. खराब झाला आहे की सेंट टॉप बॉक्सची आहे, याची कृपया लवकरात लवकर तपासणी करण्यात यावी, अशी विनंती आहे.

                            I have misplaced the rmn of my tatasky id. I cannot even remember the rmn. Tatasky was fun and would continue to be but i am unable to enjoy it because of the above cause. This is very unpleasant as i am unable to avail much services from tatasky that is related to rmn. Therefore i would like to change the rmn of my account with the subscriber id [protected].

                              On 15th Aug 2017 I recharged Tata sky subscriber ID [protected] for Rs1010 through internet banking.The amount of Rs 1010 was debited twice from my account. The bank has given a written reply that both the trasactions IGABVKIEV2 And IGABVKIDX0 are successful after contacting the merchant.The copies of which i am sending to you.But even after repeated complaints Tata sky is denying it.After verifing and final settlement, it is requested to return extra amount of Rs 1010 to my account.

                                I recharged my tata sky account for star sports 1 on 21 dec 2017.
                                I got recharged successful sms from tata sky. As per details on tata sky website star sports 1 channel has validity of 30 days.
                                My subscription for that channel has to be till 20 jan 2018. But on 14 jan 2018 they stop broadcasting of channel with reason insufficient balance. I want to get subscription in full.

                                  We have registered and paid the full amount for a dth connection for the entire building in pune. Even after complete follow up for the installation of a common antennae for the building the concerned person is not responding, does not pick up the phone.
                                  It has been 2 months since complete payment is made and the no objection certificate has been given to tata sky on the company's letterhead for installation of the dth antennae for the entire building.
                                  On calling for enquiry the installation person talks very rudely and tells us to do what we want to and complain to whoever we want to.
                                  Either the money paid needs to be returned or the work needs to be completed as people staying in our building are getting frustrated with the service being provided by tata sky.
                                  Also installers need to be trained for manners by the tata sky team.
                                  Name of the concerned person who needs to be trained is "satish kolpe". Kindly register a complaint against the above name for proper dealing.

                                    My mobile number. (Protected) could not registered to my tata sky subscribe id (Protected) displaying a error message "this mobile is already registered with another subscriber". This is an misappropriate use of my privacy without my knowledge. Therefore i kindly request to de-registered my mobile number (Protected) from the subscribed id.

                                      This is kalpana from jaggaiahpet from andhrapradesh. My tata sky subscriber id:[protected]. We are followed to pay monthly amount regularly. We have been taken connection from october. But yesterday i. E.13/01/2018 evening onwards i have a problem of not getting signal. At that moment e we inform to customer care whatever he had been saying we are followed &raised a request. But unable to contact to me of any technician regarding this problem since 30 hours so. Please help as quickly as possible. Otherwise i had taken out my tata sky connection.

                                        Tata sky has put my balance as -776rs when i have already paid them for the entire year.
                                        They say they have charged me for the installation which i had already paid their staff by cash.
                                        Now i want to subscribe a new channel and they say me i cant since my balance is negative.
                                        I even told them the name and phone number of the staff whom i had paid money and had also gotten a confirmation call from tata sky regarding the same.
                                        Their customer service keeps telling us that problem will be solved but to no avail. Their manager mr daniel even cut the phone on my face without saying anyrhing
                                        So in short tata sky will take your money for entire year then take extra money for installation then rip you off all your balance and then boss you around by not allowing you to subscribe the channel you wish to see.
                                        Worst after sales service people beware
