I, srikanta basak (Registered mobile no. [protected]) am having tata sky cable connection (Id no. [protected]). On 15.12.2017, after getting message for continuing semi dhamal mix package for six months, i have paid rs1695.00 on 16.12.2017. But after making payment, i surprised to note the message sent by you mentioning that english entertaintment added @rs80 pm ; english movies [protected]@ rs 90pm; current a/c balance rs1691.44 & due date :02.04.2018. As i have not requested to add english entertaintment &english movies, i would request not to add the above two channel and continue the base pack upto 6 months.

    Myself subscriber of tata sky service but facing a lot of problem for the last four days.
    I got my tv recharged with 250 rupees on 11.12.2017. Got this message below.

    Everywhere tv added @ rs0 pm. Current a/c bal: rs215.2. Due date: 04-jan-18. New monthly charges: rs 299. I[censored]nable to view channels, simply power on your box and give a missed call to[protected] and start viewing our services instantly

    Due to no signal, i called customer care n the next day a technician named sunil (His phone no..[protected]) visited. He asked for rs.625 cash n changed my set up box. He said that your complaint is resolved. And that he'll credit this money to my account and within half an hour, i'll get the message. When i didn't get message, i called him. He said that due to some problem he could not but now he'll do. I have all the recordings of calls i made to him.

    Today my account is deactivated n got this message

    Tata sky id [protected] is deactivated due to low balance.
    Click bit. Ly/tskyrech to recharge now.

    If you are unable to recharge, give a missed call on [protected] from your rmn and get 3 days balance without any recharge. This balance will be debited on 4th day

    When i called sunil today, he again said the same thing that he'll recharge my account with 625 he took n service will restart. But it's not done even after calling again n again.

    Kindly do the needful as soon as possible before i take the matter to the higher authorities

      Dear sir.
      For this query 11xok3lo. You got to reply my mail. I'm out of country and my family is unable to watch tv because of your nefarious activities of taking deposit and then manipulating it best to earn more profits in hope of getting accreditation.
      Ratan tata will be ashamed and probably wish such employees or system doesn't exists in tata group.

      Why does tatasky hides behind call center. Hasn't @haritnagpal taught his executives to reply to emails??

        Last 15 days 4 times i was not viewing my channels due to some technical issues from tata sky. And i will tell the same to help line but it was not solve still now. From your side it dept. Personal call to me and pay 240 rupees i will send my technical team to solve the problem. Why i pay 240 rupees that is not my problem. That is your technical issue. One single correct solution was not telling to ur customer care executives. But i will appreciate one help line executive who was call to me after discontinued. This is the first time i talked one executive for two time. He knows my problem and re call to me. This type of executives may help to tata sky. I really appreciate that guy. His name nagarjuna. Emp.           I have been using tata sky since long, i shifted my connection of tv from bedroom to my hall, it has been 3 days, i have been speaking in there customer care every 3 hours, still i have neither receievd a call nor any technician ever turns up.. Every time i call up they transfer the line to there some head... He assures me... By saying aap neeshcheent raheye... Complaint has been taken..in next 2 hours.. Our technician will come. I dont know which 2 hours they all say...

            Complaint against wrongly debit the account
            Tatasky dth id [protected]


            Last month, we could not see 4-5 days the zee news channel (No. 511) on my tv through my tatasky dth connection. Others all channel were clearly seen only zee news channel not respond. I have lodged so many complaints through by rmn [protected].

            Thereafter three days gone, your service provider boy just came for a few minute & touch the set top box and thereafter said me "sir take hd connection with new set up box”. He did not provide any services. I am totally unhappy & dis-satisfied with service provided by tatasky service.

            My problems not solved. Your service boy just came for a minute & touches the set top box and thereafter said me"sir take hd connection with new set up box”. He did not provide any services. I am totally dis-satisfied with service provided by tatasky service, ultimately, i had resolved my problems though personal vender with my own source.

            I am shocked when come to know that you had charged rs 225/- without doing nothings. Therefore i request you reversed the charges debited to my account immediately.

            If you not reverse the charges, i will take legal action & knock the door of consumer forum court. All future legal expenses and cost of mental harassment etc. Will also claim with the wrong debit entry of rs 225/-.

            I request you please waive / reverse these service charges immediately.

                As per supreme court verdict, there was nothing on the blockage of live cricket feed on prasar bharti. This is an unfair practice. Why should i pay such a heavy price for one channel when i'm already paying for doordarshan. Moreover the signal strength is weak and it affects the channel quality. Using tatasky for more 7 years. Unhappy customer. Changing dth if not resolved.

                  I have requested for a hd upgrade and made the online payment through paytm on 1/12/2017 it should be done in one week but still it's not done i had paid money to appco marketing (India) pvt ltd i am calling them from last 10 days but they are not taking any step and from last week they are not responding so please take action against this complaint and revert me as soon as possible.

                      On the subject cited above I did not requested for subscription of sony ten-1 channe, but you have started it and deducted the subscription charge. So you are kindly requested to unsubscribe the sony ten-1 channel and reimburse the deducted amount.

                        Customer care representative from tata sky called us and insisted us to take a add-on service but we denied for that.
                        They forced us to take that service (Smart manageer channel) for 5 days without charges and to discontinue they said to contact them.
                        We said her to discontinue it after 5 day as we were not intrested 1% on that service but they didn't do this and around 130/- has been deeducted by them unneeccesarily.
                        We are now calling them for adjustment of deducted money but ispite of it they are praising the charged service.

                            There has been disruption in signal since 2 months. Today, there is no signal since 2.30 p. M. I have already sent my request to you at 3.30. Pm. There has been no response from tatasky hyderabad. This harassment is 8-week old. I have been requesting them to change the set top box or at least take away the same so that we will be relieved of our 2-month old agony. They do send their "technicians" each of whom questions me on his arrival whether i dry any clothes near the dish. I tell them that there are two tatasky connections in my house and the other one is functioning normally. Only the one in the main hall doesn't get regular signal. They do restore the signal at times from their end, but it would be short-lived. It is not me that the corporate house tatas has become a laughing stock in my surroundings. What a fall!

                            Hi Rohit, - My RMN is [protected]. Kindly note my problem with Tata Sky is an intermittent disruption of signal varying between 15 minutes to 12 hrs., almost daily, more than 50 times so far, since last 9 weeks without any redress or response. My innumerable msgs., desperate and futile but regular calls to your Mumbai office (No.[protected] and also to the toll-free no. for complaints speak a lot about the disservice being rendered to me. - VSP Rao
                            I live in Banjara Hills Area of Hyderabad. I feel let down whenever the signal goes off and there has been no proper response. Perhaps, the set top box needs replacement. Local people of Tata Sky are conspicuous of their silence. Even the three "technicians" who visited on three different occasions were of no help since the signal goes off and on, all on a sudden. I expect better service and response from a reputed concern like Tata's. Tatas may be a giant organization but without their consumers being happy, they are just like a small town Govt. revenue office known for their anti-people attitude and red tape. Hope you got the point.

                              I am anil kumar kapil and my tata subscription no is [protected]. I am availing tata sky services for last almost 9 years. Recently i am shifted to new place and requested for reallocation of tata sky.

                              I didn't got any positive response even after several reminders at tata customer care. After almost a week and after lots of reminders i got call from tata sky executive and without visiting he said tata sky services will not be working at my new place.
                              When i said how he can say this without visiting location he agrees to visit location.
                              On visiting he said that tata sky signals are very low and it will not work here. He said even if i want to install it i have to pay for cable 12 rs per meter for 100 meter cable and addition to that additional cost of booster 800/- have to be paid by us. And even after this i can't gauraantee that you will recieve tata sky signals.

                              This unprofessional behaviour is not expected from tata sky.

                                  My complaint against poor reversibility of tv picture quality, your officer suggest me to higher tata sky service at the cost of rs.225. Accordingly officer concern register my request & service provider visit my site and cheque my tv connection. But he could not increase the picture quality of my tv. Signal quality drops down from 80 to 40. I have convey this fact to the service provider on his mobile no.[protected] and your record my concern to the available officer by calling on toll free number. H there assurance to provide 1 month free technical local providers services. My to-days service code is 879220 & sr number in csr 2664587. Pl response + ivery and oblige. No response to my two miss calls on [protected].

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have requested for relocation of tatasky online no [protected] on 5th oct 2017. Two representative of tata sky [protected] came in my absence. They located dish in such a place. Which has become obstacle for society people. Above this they made a bill of 2200 rupees took in cash from my wife, smartly and cancelled my request saying house was lock. Again on calling them again they arrogantly answered and refused to come again.
                                    Its case of fraudulent on behalf of tatasky. I have ordered in my company atlest henceforth we will not install tata sky. You are requested to ask why my order was cancelled for and how come they installed dish.

                                    If my problem is not resolved i will disconnect the tata sky and ensure in society no one installs it again

                                      Hi sir,

                                      I have register complaint regarding signal issue for tata sky. Technician has been visited my place and told that in this area signal strength is less so he had changed the lnb. After two days tata sky disconnect my connection without any notice and told to submit 800 rs.
                                      But their is no communication from technician or tata sky about 800 rs charges for replacement of lnb. I told them without telling cost why they have changed the lnb. Because signal strength is less in that area its not my fault its service provider issue and they are committed to give service.
                                      Last 2 year i am using tata sky without any payment delay.

                                      My complaint number which they have provided is 11sj6gnc. And tata sky id [protected]
                                      I have contacted many times to tata sky customer care but they have disconnected the call after long waiting.

                                      Please look in to this and take some serious action against tata sky.
