Tata sky has put my balance as -776rs when i have already paid them for the entire year.
They say they have charged me for the installation which i had already paid their staff by cash.
Now i want to subscribe a new channel and they say me i cant since my balance is negative.
I even told them the name and phone number of the staff whom i had paid money and had also gotten a confirmation call from tata sky regarding the same.
Their customer service keeps telling us that problem will be solved but to no avail. Their manager mr daniel even cut the phone on my face without saying anyrhing
So in short tata sky will take your money for entire year then take extra money for installation then rip you off all your balance and then boss you around by not allowing you to subscribe the channel you wish to see.
Worst after sales service people beware

    I am a new customer and it is just 4 month before i take the connections of this company, my connection is under warranty period there after company charge wrong from my account on 9-1-2018 & till now company not refund my amount, & i have proof of audio recording that representative from tata sky customer care has accepte that they have charged wrong amount, they just saying sorry sorry sorry from[protected] to[protected] days but till saying - - sir please wait, sir please wait, i completely harras by tata sky... I suggest that don't take tata sky connection... Worst worst worst service c - grade to c - grade service,, my contact no - [protected]

      I was staying in bpcl colony chembur at company's accommodation at flat no.161, building no.22 more than a year back. The bpcl had provided me a tata sky connection with id [protected]. But, now i have shifted to my new location at kamothe and had taken new connection with customer id [protected].
      But repeatedly, the old connection id [protected] is appearing again and again when i am trying to recharge with new id [protected].
      Pl. Cancel the id [protected] and keep the id [protected] active.

The same but 2 days later i have got a text message on my registered mobile no for detective account due to low balance kindly told about my tatasky plan in brief detail and detective extra service on my account with immediate effect.

          Our tatasky connection was not functioning properly. We called tatasky helpdesk, who very promptly sent their technician home. He fixed the problem, then started pushing and asking my parents to take a new tata sky hd connection. He started by the connection is very old, you should change the box, and when my dad did not budge, they went till the extent of stopping our services temporarily to scare us. When i threatened i will the tatasky hepdesk again, magically our services resumed. And he was constantly on phone with his boss - ms saritha, who was all the trouble maker. When we finally did not give in to add a new hd connection, he then said we need to make a call to customer service, i asked him for the number. He said i l dial. I said you tell me and il dial, he told and we took the call on speaker. What he actually did is add a package to our subscription, without even telling us. This is the way a big brand's name goes down.

              On 22nd dec, 2017 we took new tatasky connection at our mumbai home. I got one subscriber id : [protected] from tatasky, but on our tv screen different subscriber id. It happned only because tatasky servicer engineer has installed wrong setupbox at our place. I m taking followup with tatasky since 22nd dec, 2017 regarding this but still not any single action took by tatasky

              On 22nd Dec, 2017 we took new TataSky Connection at our Mumbai home. I got one Subscriber ID : [protected] from Tatasky, but on our TV screen different Subscriber ID is displaying. It happned only because of that Tatasky Servicer Engineer who installed wrong SetupBox with other Subscriber ID at our place. I m taking followup with Tatasky since 22nd Dec, 2017 regarding this but still not any single action took by Tatasky.

                I have subscribed bumper pack with rs 4675/- and hd access fee rs 1925 (Annual) in last week and i have been told that under bumper pack, i will be be able to view all sports channel. However, even after repeated call to helpline (12 to 15 calls), i am unable to view ten 1 and ten 3 sports channel. Even your technician has attended thrice but my problem is not solved yet. With each call, i am assured that the problem will be solve but i regret to mention that still i am suffering with the same problem. Now i left with no other alternative but to lodge complaint with you and hope that the problem will be solve.
                Last year also i had subscribed the same pack but could not view ten 1 and ten 3 throughout the year.

                  Your technician had come to repair id no [protected] at about 1 pm in our building, while doing his job with negligence he has disturbed our dish (Umbrella) so we are not receiving any signals from then, now we had called tatasky to solve the problem but he says that my account will be debited for solving the problem.
                  Now i request you to solve the problem at your cost, don’t put charges on me for the negligence of your technician.

                        I have asked for tata sky connection at my rental house at bathinda. My coustomer id is [protected]. Opeeatoe camr at my house in evening at around 06 pm. He told to my wife that if you want to install ur device today only then i will do wrong connection so better to install ur device tommorrow. And he scold my wife also. After some time he started the installation in evening and in hurry he removed the cable which was installed inside the wall by my house owner. And in between he stopped the work and run away from the location.
                        Connection was not done yesterday and wires was in removed condition till now.
                        Due to very rough behavour by the operator my wife is very sacred about the tata sky operator.
                        I am going to lodge a complain against tata sky regarding missbehaviour with women and breaking my house hold material. I have lodged a complaint yesterday evening and till now no resolution has been provided by the company. If my complain will not be taken seriosly then i will move to police and court also.

                          I had migrate to tata sky from reliance digital tv (Reliance dtv id :[protected] on 2 nov 2017. I have a yearly subscription which will expire on 18 may 2018. And i bought this plan for rs.3240/-.

                          At the time of tata sky installation your executive said within 4 to 5 days the balance will transfer to tata sky but till now it's pending.

                          I had a word with tata sky customer care many times but every time they close my complaint without give me any solution.

                          Thus request you to look into the matter as it already take too long 70 days. Kindly transfer my balance as soon as possible.

                            For your information i still need to get back first month free for english entertainment pack

                            And prasanth (Called on 9th november and 5.30pm), this guy is arguing that there is 80 rs given freely from tatasky

                            Please fire these # from your support team for arguing with customer for refunding my money

                            Wasting hours of my valuable time with discussions and arguements

                            But no action is done regarding my service i actually need to get back - one month free service which i am eligible for

                            And today this prasanth has called telling not a rupee has to be given,

                            I have the statement of how much deducted, clearly with me,

                            So some senior level person look into this and take action aganist these bloody #

                              I got a message today stating that tere was a additional channels ten 1 added where as i had never added it
                              I called up the contact center @2:53 am and tried to explain the person but he was least bothered and asked me to call back
                              He was very casual and when i asked for a supervisor i was denied first and then was on hold for a long time

                                  Kindly note that i was a reliance big tv customer bearing id no.[protected]. You had advertised in big tv that services of reliance digital tv will expire in november 2017 & that you have tied up with big tv to transfer the entire balance in new tata sky a/c. To be a tata sky subscriber you had requested to give a missed call on [protected] before 18/11/2017. I did accordingly & tata sky service was provided to me vide id [protected] on 04/11/2017. But my tata sky service has been withdrawn since 03/12/2017 saying my balance has expired. Kindly note that your tata sky services were given to me on the condition that my big tv balance will be transferred to my new tata sky account & that i must give my big tv set top box along with remote control & id card to tata sky installer. My big tv balance was upto 31/07/2018. So the tata sky company should give me the same pack of silver plus equivalent or return my big tv set top box, remote control & big tv id card no.[protected].                                     we just came bak on jan 2nd and recharged Rs 340.

                                      I am using tata sky set top box in my t. V. From last six year but every year satellite problem are creating in set top box and every year set top box are changing by your technician also and we are paying huge money regarding this. Today i had online request for this problem and your representative had come for this and tell us "your set top box has been damaged and you will charged 999/- for new set top box"

                                      Sir, this system is not better because i have already paying to tata sky by every recharge then every year new set top box purchase is impossible so you are requested for solve my problem and check your contractor work.
