Tata sky customer id - [protected]

This is in reference to a payment made by me on 28th october 2017 for an amount of 9130 by my standard chartered credit card on the tata sky website for my recharge.

Due to a network error the first time i attempted payment it wasn't going through or moving forward. I tried again and this time it was successful. I was charged twice though and twice the money was debited from my card for inr 9130. So basically i ended up paying inr 9130 twice. Upon calling tata sky, they denied the same, so i raised a dispute with the bank.

The bank got back today with proof of both the successful transactions, four minutes apart, for the same amount and has now instructed us to pay the same. Am attaching the proof of both the successful transactions made to tata sky for the same amount.

Pfa the successful transaction receipts sent to us by the bank. For the last two months, tata sky has denied the same even after my repeated calling them. Now that you have the bank proof, i urge you to escalate this complaint number 12algomh (Made on the phone on 1st january 2018) else i will have to escalate this complaint to consumer court/ombudsman.

The account is in the name of my husband - sachin kohli, 4526, hibiscus lane, dlf phase 4, gurgaon -122002.

Tata sky upon repeatedly calling them for two months have failed to repond or settle my dispute - even after sending them the proof for the transactions that the bank has provided, they are not willing to help or even respond to my complaint emails.

Looking forward to an early resolution of the same and the amount to be refunded immediately into my account.

I have been hearing that for the past two and a half months and till date, I have never heard back from you. I have already made a complaint earlier and was told that will be reverted in 24 hours but still nothing from your end. Even my emails to [protected]@tatasky.com and the nodal officer tata sky went unacknowledged. So please dont tell me to be rest assured now that I have escalated the complaint to OMbudsman and consumer forum.

So the tata sky people called me and said that the money has gone into someone else's account and that it is my mistake so the query is resolved. This is what i heard from them via mail -

"Hello Ms. Singh,

This is in reference to the email addressed to our Nodal Officer regarding recharge not reflecting related complaint.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

As discussed, we would like to confirm you that the complaint is acknowledged and clarified over phone.

This is my response- even if due to error on their website because of which the money has apparently gone into someone else's account, Then why is Tata Sky not contacting that person and explaining them their mistake and rectifying the situation is beyond me.

I dont know who Navneet Yadav is and what you are saying is not possible. I clearly have to have mr. Yadav;s details to put money into his account and also stupid to put money into his account.

Even if there has been a mistake from your end, you should be contacting Mr. Navneet yadav and taking the amount back from him after he supplies you proof of payment. and you have my proofs of money given to you. How can my payment go into someone else's account?

This is the most absurd thing that Tata sky has come up with and Neither do I know of any Navneet Yadav nor is it acceptable to me. If because of your mistake the money has gone into someone's account, it is very simple to contact that person from your end and get the money back. If he hasnt paid he would not be able to furnish the proof of payment. ITS SIMPLE RIGHT?

This complaint stands unresolved and because of your mistake or any error on your website if the money has erronously gone into a XYZ ccount it is not very difficult to get it back.

This will be legally taken up now if it is not resolved from your end.

Even if it was a mistake on my part it should have been a very similar tata sky iD that the money would go into - how did I write a totally different customer ID as claimed by Tata sky? a number here or there is acceptable even. a totally different ID has to be a problem on tata sky's behalf which they are not willing to accept. this is a criminal offense and will be taken up exactly like that.

My TATA SKY CUSTOMER ID - [protected] and according to tata sky the money is gone into this Subscriber ID- [protected] - there is no similarity in the two accounts - clearly this is an error from tata sky's website. which they are not ready to resolve. How is it possible that Tata sky is blaming this on the consumer..? You mean to say that I imagined this ID and paid 9130 willingly? Clearly, you need to use your brains as it is very simple for even a two-year old to understand?
Displaying error DIGI CARD NOT WORKING. Subscriber ID [protected].It is down for last 15 days.Please restore immediately.On phone TAta sky told to reinsert card but repeatedely done, not solved.

    I have bought tata sky connection in the year 2015. By approximate one year, the set top box started rebooting for every 10-15 minutes. One of the engineer visited the place informed to change the box. I agreed and he changed the box and i charged 600rs for visit and set top box. After approximately 6-8 months, i started facing the same issue again and complained on 30th dec 2017. Engineer visited my place and took over the box to his office for testing purpose. He came back on 31st dec around 5:30pm and told me that the box is good. After he left my home the issue started again and i immediately called cc and asked to reopen the case. The executive on the call said he did it and i was in a state that i will get a call from the engineer till today (2nd jan 2018). No one turned up.

    Here is the issue with cc:
    I called for the status that i given on 31st evening.
    1) called asked the status and explained my issue and he asked to put the call on hold for 30sec. After 30 sec it got disconnected.
    2) called again to cc and explained about the issue and asked to put the call on hold for 30sec and transfferred the call to some one and he asked to put the call for 45sec and it got disconnected.
    3) called again to cc and explained about the issue and i only asked to transfer the call to some senior person and call transfferred, spoke to the senior person and he also asked to put the call for 45sec and disconnected.

        I am a very old tatasky subscriber but recently i am cheated by one appco group india representative ms. Rashmi mb. No.[protected] promoting tatasky she took the cheque of rs. 1350/- on 25.11.17 for better services at a lessor rate with one month free viewing since than i am facing multiple problems without getting any resolve from tatasky. She promised that i can view two tv's for rs 450/- against my monthly subscription of rs 770/- per month. I want my refund of rs 1350/- and my previous status of the account as before 25.11.17 back.           Respected sir,
          I am a former reliance big tv customer with smart card no.[protected]. On 27th oct 2017 reliance digital service announced its closure by november 2017 and asked us to transfer this connection to tatasky.

          As per their instruction, i called tatasky. After several day tatasky representative callbacks and assures that it will be transferred soon. Also, as per the instruction from tatasky authority i changed the customer name from seenath r (Bigtv customer name) to sharooq salahudeen (Tatasky customer name). On 08th november 2017, tata sky staff came and fixed their stb in our home and asked us to pay some amount to activate. We paid rupees 390 (200 for 1month recharge & 190 for service charge). On the same day tatasky dth has been activated in my home. Also i asked tatasky to credit the balance to my tatasky account. Nothing has happened so far.

          Before that, i recharged my bigtv with rupees 2520 for south pack on 14th april 2017. Every year, i do this from 2011 onwards. For 1 year subscription they gave me 14months package.
          Rupees 2520 = 14 months (Subscription period april 14th 2017 to june 14th 2018)
          2520 / 14 = rupees 180 / month
          April to november = 7 months
          Remaining 7 months (December to june)
          Ie, 180 x 7 = rupees 1260
          I have attached payment proof of my recharge.
          Approximate amount of rs.1300/- with reliance dth - recharge amount - hasnt yet been credited to tatasky a/c even after 2 months. I have called tata sky customer care many times & registered complaint many times, but they didn’t solve my problem. Till today i have not received my money in tata sky account. No response from reliance or tatasky.

              My name is pradeep and am from karnataka.
              I have recharged tata sky south package for one year by paying 2550/-. Previously i used to take 6 months subscription but now i have taken one year subscription by paying 2550 as mentioned in portal. Now after 6 months tata sky team asking me to pay another ~100 rs to continue remaining 6 months package. Now my question is, when i paid for one year subscription according to their add in their portal how can they turn that into 6 months and deduct more money from my account and now asking ~100 more to keep it active.

                I took a new tata sky connection 3 days back. As complimentary offer ultra pack with 2 regional packs was given to me.
                After two days when i checked one of the regional packs was deactivated. When i checked with customer care i was told dealer called to customer care and asked to deactivate one regional packs. The reason being state 5mts cable was extra used during installation and 60 rupees pending in my account. However 5mts cable is coiled near the stb without being used.
                I raised a complaint (128nmra3) against this and the resolution i got was quite shocking.
                I was told that customer has to bear the charges and company will take action against the technician for doing wrong calculation.
                Why would customer face such harassment despite the fault is from technician end. It's not about 60 rupees but the harassment customer has to face.

                  My name is supratim nath of sister nivedita lane, rabindra sarani, hailakandi - 788151. I am a subscriber of tata sky since long having a subscription id: [protected].
                  This incident happened with me for number of times. Without my consent tata sky co. Used to add channels which causes higher rate of payment per month.

                  Recently, they changed my base pack from dhamal mix @ 299/- to bumber @ 425/-. Due to which my recharge due date has been preponderated to 06/01/2018 affecting my monthly budget.

                  In earlier cases, when i raised the complain to their portal, they kept it pending and ultimately no positive result was ensured from their part.

                  I, therefore, lodging a complain against the said company for taking some action so that the company will return the financial loss which has been incurred on my part.

                    Hi,
                    I have been using tata sky for more than 2 years now. It was working fine initially and later this year one day they deactivated my dth connection. Upon calling customer care they told me that they have got request to deactivate my connection. When i asked them how can you disconnect it without my concern, they told me that you have called us for the drop.
                    Upon checking they found that they have wrongly dropped my connection instead of other connection from a guy in mumbai.
                    They activated the connection again.
                    But now what happened is that they have changed my plan and without notifying me dropped many channels. When i tried to reach customer care and asked them to put my pack back that was running earlier, they put up some extra plans and individual channels too.

                    I again called customer care and asked them to reset my connection back to the original state, but they fail and dropped my call. They dont even bother about the customer and the problems faced by the customer.

                    I request you to please look into this concern.

                      My reliance digital tv balance has not been transferred yet to tata sky account. Iam a migrated customer from reliance dth to tata sky.
                      Tata sky it was told that within 7days the balance will be transfered to tata sky account. I have taken the reliance dth for 24 months offer and i have used for 6months only.

                      The migration was done on 07th november, till now there is no improvement on balance amount transfer.

                      Further the signal strenth is too low due to while migration the setoff box alone have changed, the dish and wire not provided to me.

                      Hence request to kindly check and do the needful.

                          I facing issue with my setup box as there was no signal problem so i raised complaint and technician came and fixed the problem. There were no additional items he has added from his end.
                          Then i received sms saying charges of 225 rs have applied, after complaining for this in company they are saying charges are for loose connection which technician fixed. What does they mean by warranty of there product when they are charging for technician visit.
                          This is unethical and wrong. If product is under warranty period there company person has to come fix the issue with no charges at all but they are for no reason.

                            Raise the complaint on below 2 persons and revert the english entertainment pack being charged for 2months

                            please suspend or remove from job this below lady who spoke with me and activated whatever she want without my intention
                            and
                            mr, deepak who spoke today on [protected] for subscriber id [protected] regarding the issue and kept the phone while i am talking

                            1- the lady who activated english entertainment pack without my permission,
                            please take action against such ###
                            she spoke with me in november or december i dont remember exact date,
                            you can check the call list or tata sky subsriber id - [protected],
                            she activated the entertainment pack without my concern
                            remove these bloody ### from work

                            and

                            2- today i spoke with mr, deepak after 7pm today date is 27th december,
                            i spoke with him, i explained him completely,
                            he kept the phone in the middle while i am talking about my issue
                            please remove these ### from job,

                            unnecessary and big headache for customers the above two unnecessary useless staff of yours creating trouble to customers and wasting time


                            I am having only south Indian pack 229 + English movies pack 90 for which i recharged for 319 rs, this month
                            I have date till jan but it is showing in television today due date

                            please please take action against this person who spoke with my number [protected] for subsriber id [protected] on 27th december after 7 pm and kept the call without taking my issue seriously mr.deepak and the lady who activated the pack
                            I demand serious action against them due to them i need to waste my time for this mail and raising complaint.

                              I am a customer with tatasky for over 9 years and relocated recently to bidaraguppe area off sarjapura road in a sprawling society of over 1300 flats. I am being facing issues with the connection for last 5-6 days and made repeated calls to customer care, sent an email to ceo’s office and received one response only that my area has a “local cable operator issue” hence they are not able to service my call. I find that immensely hilarious that an organisation so big is failing to respond to a loyal customer because of a bunch of bullies.

                                Sir mai tata sky ka customer hu. Maine 259 ka recharge karaya tha. Abhi do teen din pahle tata sky walo ka call aya aur wo koi channel activate karane ki bat ko ghuma fira ke bata rhe the. Bar bar puchne par bhi wo ek hi bat ko ghuma ghuma ke bta rhe the. Saf saf nhi btaya aur mere tv par wo channel activate kar diya. Jab maine dobara call kiya to kahne lage ki ye service ek mahine se pahle band nhi hoga aur apka paisa bhi nhi wapas hoga.

                                      When i was my plan changed to south package my tata sky id no is not displaying on tv screen, hence i was paid rs 250/-
                                      Through icici bank repeat a past recharge orders option, there was two ids are displaying, i. E [protected] and [protected].
                                      I was paid rs 250/-to tata sky id no: [protected]. On 17.12.2017
                                      But next day on wards channels are disconnected.
                                      I informed your customer care 121, there i was asked questions, hence they disconnected (Interaction ref. Number-1-[protected] and now i understood that my id no is:[protected])... What is the customer care... I felt changing of plan is wrong..

                                      Even thoughi don't know where i was made wrong.

                                        I have been provided one month ultra package subscription free on purchase of tata sky. Id is [protected]
                                        On completion of one month, i decided not to continue with ultra package and changed to rs. 199 dhamaka package.
                                        They changed to dhamaka package but they kept hd package continue (Rs. 175 per month) which should be discontinued automatically because it was provided free by company. I recharged with rs. 1000 2 months back considering that it will last for 3-4 months but now lasted for only 2 and half months.

                                        I shall be refunded money which i have not used.
