Dear sir/madam,
When i was my plan changed to south package my tata sky id no is not displaying on tv screen, hence i was paid rs 250/-
Through icici bank repeat a past recharge orders option, there was two ids are displaying, i. E [protected] and [protected].
I was paid rs 250/-to tata sky id no: [protected]. On 17.12.2017
But next day on wards channels are disconnected.
I informed your customer care 121, there i was asked questions, hence they disconnected (Interaction ref. Number-1-[protected] and now i understood that my id no is:[protected])... What is the customer care... I felt changing of plan is wrong..
Even thoughi don't know where i was made wrong.
