Tata sky has enabled subscription (Subscriber id [protected]) of a package without my consent. Upon realizing the same, i approached them for a redressal. They have not bothered to answer my specific queries.
They have stopped sending the monthly statements sometime in 2015 and they have no explanation as to why they have stopped!.
They are incapable of providing past statements beyond six months.
The following specific queries have been unanaswered and all i get is standard and stupid responses: -
(1) why did tata sky activate the "tata sky bollywood pack" without my approval/consent? This tantamounts to "theft"!
(2) will tata sky allow me to view the channels if i donot recharge on time?
(3) why were the monthly statements stopped? (The last statement i received was in 2015!)
(4) why is tata sky not providing me with the previous statements? All service providers like you do provide past statements when requested for!. This is even baffling when you have not mailed the statement every month like you used to do ealier!
(5) what is the basis of arriving at the credit of rs. 458.00. While the claim by tata sky that the pack was activated in may-2017 is itself incorrect, the amount for may-17, jun-17, jul-17, aug-17, sep-17, oct-17 and upto 12-nov-17 is not rs. 458. This can be checked from the statements shared by tata sky!
Have sent 6 reminders to the nodal officer and not a single one has been responded by answering my queries raised above.
