Dear sir/madam,
When i was my plan changed to south package my tata sky id no is not displaying on tv screen, hence i was paid rs 250/-
Through icici bank repeat a past recharge orders option, there was two ids are displaying, i. E [protected] and [protected].
I was paid rs 250/-to tata sky id no: [protected]. On 17.12.2017
But next day on wards channels are disconnected.
I informed your customer care 121, there i was asked questions, hence they disconnected (Interaction ref. Number-1-[protected] and now i understood that my id no is:[protected])... What is the customer care... I felt changing of plan is wrong..

Even thoughi don't know where i was made wrong.

    I have been provided one month ultra package subscription free on purchase of tata sky. Id is [protected]
    On completion of one month, i decided not to continue with ultra package and changed to rs. 199 dhamaka package.
    They changed to dhamaka package but they kept hd package continue (Rs. 175 per month) which should be discontinued automatically because it was provided free by company. I recharged with rs. 1000 2 months back considering that it will last for 3-4 months but now lasted for only 2 and half months.

    I shall be refunded money which i have not used.

        Horrible experience... Highly disorganized.. Multiple customer carr executives are assigned to the same casr and each gives different information. Highly disappointed.. I recieved a call a week and a half ago where the executive made a false commitment to free relocation under the urge of trying to sell his plan to achieve his monthly target.in the next call a different executive informed thag the relocation would be charged and the price is 800. Anyway.. After this information a request was raised for relocation where the executive took details of my previous address to relocate equipments and also checked availability of someone in the same adress so that the techinicians would reach at a time when someone would be present there. He further said the technicians would call and reach to unmount the equipments. Now again i receive a new information that the equipments need to be relocated by thr customer himself and they would install; despite having clearly mentioned that i would need tata sky to bring the equipments to the new location; the executive who hadi wonder if tata sky understands the meaning of the word relocation!!
        Moreover shame to the training team for not being able to groom the executives.. They lack telephone etiquette.. Do not know customer centricity...

            In tata sky during the time of indian cricket matches used to block dd national and dd sports and display message as supreme court order but in star sports message is scrolling that supreme court cleared the verdict that they can telecast as per supreme court verdict held on 22.08.2017. Kindly resolve the issue and give end user benefit for what they paid for.

              Date of incident: 20.12.2107
              Description of incident: i have three connections and two dish installed at my premises. During last one month i was having problem in viewing more than 70 % channels. Your tech. Mr. Vicky[protected] on 20.12.17 replaced one dish and told no charges as he took old dish with him. Now on 20th dec. I received sms for rs. 450.00 as charges for the above and the amount was adjusted against my advance deposited with tata sky. I immediately contacted yours distributor person mr. Puneet sharma[protected]. But he very rudely told that they will charge any replacement.
              Now pls. Immediately refund my rs.450/- in my account as i always deposit full year amount for my connections.
              If i don"t get refund i will go for other course of actions including closure of tata sky services.

              The volume on tata sky set top box is so high that when the volume is even on 1 the sound is so high.I hope u can do necessary to resolve the problem.The volume is too high when it is 1 and very low when it is at 0

                On 21.12.17 at 3-4pm tata sky service person mr karthik ph [protected] came and changed set top box. Mr manikandan [protected], [protected]

                But that set top box is old type and bigger size.

                How it is working i don' t know.

                From nodal office mr shasun called and given commitment for set top box service is free of cost and! Year warranty

                I have to see, this set top box quality again it will create problem. Channels clarity is not good.

                For name sake they are changed set top box...

                In chennai kottivakkam branch chennai 41. Tatas ky people all are fraud only. They are not registering complaints/registered sms/not giving proper bill...

                As all other cable service provider are providing dd sports channel availabel whenever there is a cricket match. but only tata sky deactivate it on the day when there is cricket match... why? So every one who want to watch match will activate star sports channel is this a justice?.. no...

                  Tata sky has enabled subscription (Subscriber id [protected]) of a package without my consent. Upon realizing the same, i approached them for a redressal. They have not bothered to answer my specific queries.

                  They have stopped sending the monthly statements sometime in 2015 and they have no explanation as to why they have stopped!.

                  They are incapable of providing past statements beyond six months.

                  The following specific queries have been unanaswered and all i get is standard and stupid responses: -

                  (1) why did tata sky activate the "tata sky bollywood pack" without my approval/consent? This tantamounts to "theft"!
                  (2) will tata sky allow me to view the channels if i donot recharge on time?
                  (3) why were the monthly statements stopped? (The last statement i received was in 2015!)
                  (4) why is tata sky not providing me with the previous statements? All service providers like you do provide past statements when requested for!. This is even baffling when you have not mailed the statement every month like you used to do ealier!
                  (5) what is the basis of arriving at the credit of rs. 458.00. While the claim by tata sky that the pack was activated in may-2017 is itself incorrect, the amount for may-17, jun-17, jul-17, aug-17, sep-17, oct-17 and upto 12-nov-17 is not rs. 458. This can be checked from the statements shared by tata sky!

                  Have sent 6 reminders to the nodal officer and not a single one has been responded by answering my queries raised above.

                    My tata sky i d. No.[protected]. As per my half yearly recharge my next recharge date is 24.02.2018. Regarding this i have talked to your person on 16.12.2017. He said and confirmed it on feb 2018. Bur in my tv screen it shows as 24.12.2017. Please check or otherwise i will shift to airtel scheme. Daily i am receiving message to renew immediately. You can check once again and let me know the date. Please don't suck our blood.

                      I received a call from your help center which says WE ( CONSUMER ) had RELEASED our fourth set top box no is[protected] and the other number is[protected] .

                      this is very funny why should we pay for set top box and release the box which according to your customer care is like surrendering our new box, why will we do ? that first purchase the box and then release it .

                      I fell there is some miscommunication i have never told you in any form of communication to surrender the box

                        Tata sky charged for their own technical problem from customer. Customer was not able to view tata sky services due to cloudy atmosphere more that two days. After online complaining there was a call from representative who didnot asked faq to customer and even not tell that customer will be charged against this. On the same day when technical person was asking charges; this info was pass on by calling at cc number and still charges were auto debited from customers tata sky a/c without customers permission for tata sky own technical problem.

                          Hi i have taken a new connections from medchal, besides bus stop. The next was sunday an request them to come for installation in the morning cause i have to attend evening service bud the technician turned up at 6:30pm instead. Before he started for installing he was in a hurry to leave, where his incomplete work made me more trouble with out signal strength and channel can be watch. A repeated calling the technician and the shop owner to come and rectify the problem is unloved till 3day i am frustrated callin them any more. The shop owner said to me that i will receive all hd channel and south channel and ur package will be 405 per month this tempted me and i took tata sky please3 rectify my worries if possible or else take back ur dish and return my money back.

                            Sir my tata sky id is - [protected] and register on the name of nandlal yadav... I recharge today for rs 1940 as i said by your some customer care agent..
                            But they didn't activated the plan so far.. I recharge on 18 december 2017 and so the next due date must be 17 december 2018 but i received a massage that my next due date is june 2018... Plz activate my plan

                                We bought tata sky connection on 29 november last month by which due date should fall after 30 days of connection but unfortunately it is showing 17 dec 2017 instead, which is 19 days after connection. And it was free for one 30 days (1 month). We thought we were mistaken about company's policy and made our first recharge yesterday night by which next due date should fall around 16 jan 2018. But again it is showing 11 jan 2018 instead. We tried to call customer care but nobody bothered to solve our problem. My registered mobile number is [protected].

                                  I recharged on 14th dec 2017 of rs 425. According to the sceme it is one month. Bumper `425 per month - tata sky (Its the link in internet). But it comes in the message that you have to recharge on 12th jan 2018 which is wrong. When i called the customercare people they said first its ok 30 days. Then i had made them count. They are making so much of fun. I have all the recorded conversations. I am going to send it to the ministry of consumer affairs. I can put it also how their behaviour. Even they cut down the phone calls several times, its very bad, unfortunate. They should not do that. When i recharged also it took 2 hours to activation. So who is going to compensate these two hours. Please look after and solve the matter. Thanks.

                                  I recharged today at 6am. But the DTH not working.When I talked to the customer care people she said it will take 2 hours to upgrade. Who will fulfill these 2 hours compensation. I don't know whether it will work or not. Please reach to me.the recharging time taken was 2 hours. if this happens what will we do . for this thing the tata sky dth company is reponsible. they should give some compaensation.

                                    We have tatasky connection with non hd set top box. Yesterday since no signal was there, we made complaint of the same
                                    After making complaint of no signal, company person visited our place. He changed set top box with hd box (Upgraded) by saying that old box is not working. Even after that problem remained same. Now person is saying that card has to be replaced. This is unacceptable.

                                      This dongle was sold to me with wrong information and deducted rs.300.00 from my account without any intimation. When your rep. Informed if at all it is deducted the same will be returned back. Today one of your rep. Checked i don't know what and informed reversal is not possible. Today i have received a message that i need to recharge otherwise it will be deactivated. This is something ridiculous for me. Okay it will recharged with a request - please. Don't sell your item by giving incorrect / wrong information.

                                        Iam having 2 nos of tatasky connections one is in my shop and another at my home. My house connection is faulty because of the h. D. Set box is out of order. I reported the service person named sureshkumar 4 days back who is mobileno is [protected] and he promised to replace a new h. D.. Set top box. Till now he is not even responding my calls. If your company not interested in good servicing to their customers, we the customersintend to shift the connection to another d. T. H. System. Iwill wait another few hours for the service person of yours, if there is no response. I am forced to go for another. This is for your information
