I am trying to contact tata sky executive to solve my issue of no signal is coming on my television., but everytime i call CUSTOMER CARE no. the only ### i hear is press 1 for this, 2 for..., and further on regardless not even a single time i have talked to CUSTOMER CARE executive.
These tata sky peoples are just fooling people.
please take some strict action asap.

    asking to pay rs 2000 every 6 months to change the cable.

    I am himanshu g. Mehta having a tata sky connection at my residence.

    I have made a complaint regarding the set top box approximately 6 weeks ago and the response from your side came after 5 weeks of regular follow up by me.

    Your technician said that the cable from the dish to the set top box has been damaged and the charges for replacement of the same would be rs. 2000.00 and above...

    Respected Concern,
    Myself Hemant Shah, Subscriber ID : [protected] have been using Tata Sky from the day it got launched.
    From 1st week of Oct. 2017 I am facing issues with my SETUP BOX, so I requested and gave my first Request for swapping the SETUP BOX on 26th of Oct 2017. But the Service Centre and people working there are not serious about any issues I face, and as a result I had to give almost 25-30 call Requests for swapping the SETUP BOX and had to visit service center for almost 5 times and spend 3-4 hours begging to please come and visit my site. Even I had mailed regarding this and no immediate action was taken. After much pain and begging the local as well as Call center people, on 22nd Nov. My SETUP BOX was replaced to a Refurbished SETUP BOX ( HD PVR RECORDING BOX ).
    But even the replaced SETUP BOX turned out to be faulty. So again from 23rd Nov 2017, I am giving call Requests and also speaking with your senior department people to again replace and give me a proper working SETUP BOX, but until today i.e. 6th on Dec. 2017 the SETUP BOX is not replaced. The Service Center people say that the Boxes they have are all faulty and unless and until the company sends a NEW SETUP BOX to them for swapping, they can’t do anything! Also they said they have TRANSFER HD BOX which is in good working condition and they are willing to swap it with my box, but the system isn’t allowing that and gives a error while processing a request for swapping a HD PVR BOX to TRANSFER HD BOX .
    Its been more than 2 months now, my issue is not solved. My latest complain is with NO #11R60NR1 which re-raised for two days now! I have mailed several times but still no revert from them. I am tired of complaining again and again, and the only hope for me is to STOP USING TATASKY for all my 3 CONNECTIONS and ALSO TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT.
    So I Request you to please look into this matter a bit seriously and take necessary action IMMEDIATELY !

        I am facing frequent signal problems on my tata sky. Some of the frequently used channels are even not working properply.
        The screen is all set to black colour with no audio when flipping to such channels.
        And also the company promises to provide more then 220 channels with recharge of rs 199 pm which also the company fails to stick to its commitment.
        Not even a single channel of music, cartoon and sports are enabled with recharge of 199 pm which the company promises.
        We the customers are loosing faith on tata sky with passing days i[censored] keep on shifting from your commitment.

          My subscriber id for tata sky is [protected] and i have recharged for 560 rupees to avail ultra pack, but i havent seen any of the hd channels related for the pack i recharged. And now my account balance have gone below to 14 rupees and now needs to recharge again. Where is the recharged amount gone? I am already using south special pack which is 229 rupees. Eventhough if they charge for the previous pack, where is the balance amount in my account (Out of 560 rupees)??.

          And getting connected to customer care is really useless with their toll free number, it is not having any option to talk with the customer care or file any compliant, actually nothing is listed out for me to choose to explain my situation. More over giving missed call to the tata sky number will amke the agent call me back but i am trying this for more than 10 days, not even 1 single call i got from tata sky agent.

          Very frustrated with this lethogic and usesless tata sky.
          Tried to cancel also but do know how out of all above mentioned miseries.

            Due to closure of reliance communication my big tv have been migrated to tata sky (Dth) with the same credit & conditions. After lapse of a month and frequently asked for, there is no credit given us by tata sky. On complaining to the company, the official asked me to recharge afresh.
            Please help me to resolve the issue.

              I am searching words to write as worst as i can.. How cheap you guys, i tried to renew the package as i was doing regular basis, it was deducted 10, 032/- how could this possible, while large a complaint on service dept that back end team is so lethargic and she asking me to recharge for 25/- what rubbish is this. Now this is festival season i required my hard earn money at any cost. Don't take this likely i can do anything at the bottom of this...                 For past 2 days i am trying to contact tata sky customer care number. I have dialled thousand times but the recorded voice only says welcome to tata sky and after 5 seconds it says thank you. Can not proceed further. My ultra pack annual subscription is to be renewed and i have already made payment of rs 4250/ as desired by representative of tata sky.

                  My tatasky stop working from 23rd november 2017. After the complaint one so called technician came and proudly replaced unicable 11 which he felt faulty. Then he operated the tv he started the tv and announced that both set of boxes are to be replaced. Then after fiddling as me time he could operate one setoff box and other one declared dead. He promised to come next day with set off box and it seems from your call centre operators that he closed the file mentioning all is wel.

                  Then on our complaint another fellow came and he declared the wirings are faulty need to replace.

                  I fail to understand what type of training are you giving yo these guys.

                  Now i want some engineers who knows about your system to attend my complaint immediately.

                      Have migrated from reliance dth to tatasky (Id. [protected]) on 01-11-17 on the promise that amount in credit of reliance will also be credited to tatasky. Since then have complained to tatasky customer care many times and everytime was assured of credit within 7days as it was in process.
                      Today[protected] when i called up customer care, one lady informed me that the complaint has been closed as it has been resolved. When asked how it be closed without any credit to tatasky a/c, she simply offered to lodge a fresh complaint.
                      2nd customer support informed me that complaint has been closed as problem was at reliance end and i should call reliance to sort out the issue.
                      3rd customer support informs me that amount would surely be credited within 7days.
                      How come different people at customer care come up with different answers? When i asked them to connect to superiors - which they did - no one at other end bothered and line got disconnected thrice.

                      I have migrated to tatasky from reliance dth on 01-11-17 as was asked by reliance to migrate to other service providers as their dth license was to expire.
                      Gave a missed call to tatasky and a representative from tatasky replaced the set top boxes and took reliance set top boxes. But the amount (Approx rs. 2000/-) with reliance dth hasnt yet been transferred to tatasky a/c. Have lodged repeated complaints with tatasky customer care only to receive assurances.
                      Today when i called customer support, was informed by one customer support that my complaint was closed as it was solved. When asked how the complaint could be closed when no amount was credited to my tatasky a/c, she said it was not an issue as i could again give a complaint on same matter. The call was transferred to another customer support who informed that they cannot do anything about the amount with reliance dth and i should contact reliance. 2nd customer support transferred the call to some superior who never bothered to attend the call and call got disconnected after 10-15 minutes.
                      Later when i again called, another customer support assured that the amount would be credited within 7 days - this was the same response i have been getting for 5 weeks. He forwarded the call but none bothered to address it and call got disconnected.
                      Does the company have any answer? How come everyone's giving different answers?

                      what kind of response is this from TATASKY ? u made note and why am I not hearing anything about refund/credit of balance even after almost 2 months ? I think this guy @Rohit has standard response for all complaints and company never bothers to respond !!

                          How you have done this to me is cheating... You are fooling the customers... This should not happen..
                          You are giving the 199 pack n how can you take the 4200 / - and taking the 100 rs extra for wire.. Fooling the unknown customers.. Then how people will take your tata sky..
                          While knowning that you have put 199 s pack.. Why did you took 4200 rs of 299 pack a fee..
                          Correct it soon.. You are fooling n spoiling the name of tata motors...
                          Correct it as soon as possible.. Kindly request to you.

                                Today i recharged dhamaal pack @199 with 1 month validity, after done my recharge when i check my tata sky account then recharge validity 5 day less in 1 month showing. This is completely cheating with your customer. The same issue was happened in last month recharge also and again facing same issue. When i customer visit on your tata sky site the recharge plan showing different and after recharge showing short validity of that. It is very pathetic way i will say this is a front cheating with customer.
                                I having been calling to customers complaints but no one receiving the call.

                                  In pamphlet they are providing wront package commitment.
                                  I'm a dealere from chennai. We are communicating customers regarding the pamphlet they provide us.

                                  I have attached the photocopy of the pamphlet they provide us.in that dhamaka 199 pack they've mentioned one regional within the pack and another free regional.

                                  But when i called the dealer care from [protected]. One told me there are two regionals likewise and two customer care executives told me that only one regional is available

                                  *the one spoke to me in tamil dated 1/12/17 time : around 9.00 pm is a totaly wateful man irritating over the call.

                                  Briefly the issue "they are providing wrong details in pamphlet" with which we cannot face issue experienced by the customer.

                                    I am not able to watch following channels (Despite having subscription) since last week, all other favorite channels are visible:
                                    1) star sports 1 (English)
                                    2) star pravah
                                    3) colors marathi
                                    4) abp majha

                                    Message continuously appears as 'your tata sky box is unable to receive signal' which can not be true as other channels are visible. Checked cable connection, it is fine, there is no obstruction around dish either.
