I am a reliance big tv customer. Have been calling their toll free number for quite a few days. Get s recorded message saying "number has been debarred. Please try later." finally, googled and discovered there are plenty like me complaining about reliance. Stumbled upon a page that said something to this effect: reliance big tv shut down services n tata sky has taken over. All reliance big tv customers should give a missed call to tata sky on 932xxxxxxx for a "free connection. No installation charges..." which is what i did. Promptly got an sms from tata sky thanking me for showing interest in tata sky. And that somebody would call me within 72 hours. Within 8 hours or so a lady called roshani called me. She asked me for the reliance id. I had not memorised the 12 digit id number so asked her to hold while i pulled it up. She asked me to look for it n said she would call back in a minute. That was 2 days ago. No call from roshani. So i have more missed calls on the 932xxxxxxx number. Same smss but no calls from tata sky. So today (Dec 1) i called just dial n got the tata sky customer care number. I was horrified to be told by ramaya n shalu that reliance had not passed on my id to tata sky n so i was not eligible for the free transfer. However, if i were interested in a new connection, tata sky would be more than happy to "help". Is it my fault that reliance shut down n sold company to tata. Where would i get the reliance set top box n fish n id if i were not their customer? I don't exactly have holes in my head to go buy a reliance set topbox n fish n invent a reliance id to get a free connection from tata sky. It is totally unfair - reliance and/or tata sky cannot be selective on who gets a free connection n who does not. Every reliance customer is eligible for this free connection. The reliance customers did not ask tata sky to buy off reliance big tv. Tata sky has to honour their commitment to all reliance customers. You may check the reliance page / so many are registering complaints even today with no response from reliance big tv. I expect a positive reply from tata sky, failing which i will be constrained to go to the consumer court n put on social media as well how tata sky is refusing to hour their commitment to reliance big tv customers.     I have been using tatasky since 2009. I am surprised to see that such an established company is unable to resolve such simple issues. I have recharged my account on 23/11/17 with 1500... Requesting for dhamaal mix & english movies. Later da next day we received a call from your end asking us to recharge 455 more so that we will not have to recharge for 6 months, we recharged... Immediately movies stopped... No idea why. So we called customer care and activated again no idea why the movies stopped.

    Again english movies were dropped o 28/11/17 stating that the current bal is 1.22. Due dt 23/05/18. New monthly charges rs.0. Base pack renewal dt 24/05/18. Wen we called customer care at 13.30pm today 01//12/17 regarding the same n asked for the supervisor to solve the query a ms. Puja placed the call on hold.. A kannada recording was played n disconnected. Again we called customer care a ms. Prajna answered the call.. But we asked to speak to the supervisor she was only concerned in adding the movies pack... But wouldnt listen to the customer who wanted to speak to the supervisor to find a permanent solution as to why the movies was being dropped all the time causing us inconvenience. She said the calls cannot be escalated to a supervisor... What is the point of speaking to a customer service executive when the customer if needed cannot speak to the supervisor.

    We are very dissatisfied with your service. Unable to watch our favourite programme inspite of paying money. We have also given a missed call on [protected].. If yr customer care call was dissatisfactory... But we hv not received any call from your end.. As to why we were dissatisfied... This reflects poorly of your customer service. Not what i would expect from tatasky... If this issue is not resolved within 24 hours as to why the movies was being dropped all the time... We are left with no option but look for an alternative dth service provider... And would advise all our friends too.

      Tata sky is replacing our set top box, which still in one year guarantee, with faulty refurbished ones repeatedly and these refurbished boxes go into stand-by mode within a few days and stop responding to remote. These boxes don't have physical buttons also to operate manually. Spoke to tata sky team several times but they refuse to assure us if the replacement boxes will work or not.

      Earlier set top box had issue with signal and took several days to get fixed.

      We haven't been able to view programs for many weeks as this issue keeps repeating. I've recorded calls with call center and emails exchanged. Should i drag them to court?

      We paid them full advance for one year subscription in april 2017. And, they also refused to compensate for so many days we lost due to downtime!

        Kindly inform you that i have recharge tata sky hd pack from rs. 425/- date of 05/11/2017 & my tata sky connection was start, but my hd channels not showing in tv & i have call to customer car and complain this issue, but not replying properly, so please help me & this problem resolved as soon as possible…..

        Same issue current month and avrey time tata sky coustomer care excicutiv ask charge of rs 250 but problem was not shoted and last month 14day services not refunding...

          Hi i have taken a connection of tata sky on 30th october after one day connection was shut down from tata sky bcoz of nds no. Wrong mentioned in record one week connection shut down after complaint told that we will extend your one week connection recharge on 7th of december but again connection was shut down on29th november after complaint received a call from billing department mr. Vishal said we will not providing any credit of one week very rude on call with customer please provide me a solution

            Information was given on tata sky that vedic maths on active services can be activated for rs 1/- for the first month on trial. However recently we discovered that tatasky is charging rs10/- per day and has continued this service further without our consent.
            We want that this paid service of vedic maths, continued without our consent, should be terminated immediately. The money that has been deducted from our tata sky account without our knowledge, shall be immediately returned back to our account.

              Today i recharged sport dhamal pack @399 with 1 month validity, after done my recharge when i check my tata sky account then recharge validity 6 day less in 1 month showing. This is completely cheating with your customer. The same issue was happened in last month recharge also and again facing same issue. When i customer visit on your tata sky site the recharge plan showing different and after recharge showing short validity of that.in very pathetic way i will say this is a front cheating with customer, after this i think this issue should be forward to legal court

                My self, anju bind, reachable at [protected].

                On 2nd june i had recharged online my tata sky connection of subscriber id -[protected] with an amount of 350 rs with a validity of 1 month.

                After few days we got a call that tata sky account will be deactivated by16th june.

                So we were surprised how come its getting deactivated so soon. Then on 16th it got deactivated. On 17th june i called up tata sky customer care for the same. Then i was told that my base pack is different hence this happened.

                While recharging online when logged in using subscriber id i got dhamal package of 350 rs for 30 days validity hence i recharged the same, you system allowed me to do so, even though tata sky claims that the base pack is different i can not select this pack. Also after recharge the account was not getting activated, hence immediately i called up support number[protected], and i was told certain steps to be follow, to go to channel 114 etc, and hence we followed the same and hence the account got activated.

                We only got to know around 12th or 14the june that the account will be deactivated by 16th june, that's where we were surprised that why suddenly its getting deactivated.

                So i called up on 17th june after the account got deactivated on 16th june for complaining the same. I was told that my base pack is different and hence i can not recharge for any other packs and this is the reason it got deactivated soon, i was also told that i shall call to your customer care if i wish to change the base pack.

                My concern is that your online system allowed me to recharge for 350 rs where the validity period was 30 days, you system shall have given me error message or a warning message that i can not select this pack as my base package does not allow this type of recharge. I requested the guy attending the call to transfer my call to next level, and he did so, the person in next level also said the exact same that my base pack is different hence it got disconnected in 13 or so days. Again i requested the second level to transfer the call to next level (3rd level). Again the person in 3rd level said exact same thing. I requested them to take the complaint and resolve the issue and informed him that i will raise concern in consumer forum then he (3rd level guy) told me that he will contact me immediately after checking the details. I got call back after some time (It was around 11 pm on 17th june). Then he said he can not help, but he will get back to within 12 hours on next day but i did not get any call. I got a call around 11.30 am on 18th june where some one asked me that they got information that i have some problem in my tata sky hence a guy will come to my house to resolve the problem then i asked that person on call, that does he know what the problem is? Then that person told that no he does not know actual problem. Later he asked my location and i told bangalore then the guy says me that he got request for some other location and the contact detail was also not mine ([protected]) and said sorry and disconnected the call. I believe the tata sky team wanted to create a record that tata sky called me within said time to create false records. After few minutes again i got a call from tata sky and they confirmed that they can not do anything. I was never given any complaint number and the issue was not resolved till date. I wanted to raise complaint in consumer forum on 18th june, but i decided to give tata sky team some time to resolve the problem, but till date nothing happened, i only got call from tata sky 2-3 time, just asking for feedback that if i have any problem as my account is not yet activated, every time i explained the problem (By now it was 10th or 12th time i explained the problem) but till date nothing happened. I am finally fed up and do not want to given even single minute to resolve the problem

                Today i have raised complained in consumer forum and the docket number of the same is 320891, this is for your reference.
                I am really disappointed with your service and the team, who does not even want to understand the problem and take any steps, does not even accept that its tata sky problem but claims that its my mistake. I have been your customer from 2009 but that is of no use.

                  I had problem of not getting any channel. Contacted helpline and i could get
                  My problem solved.. The field technician's job was exclnt. But i was shocked to know the reason for the problem. He removed the multiswitch which got
                  Rusted due to rains and the tv started working. I had earlier multi tv connection and to strengthen the recording power they provided that switch. I got it only 3 months back paying heavily and it could not withstand chennai rains even for 3 months.
                  Now i have only single tv connection and hope there will not be any problem!
                  I could not share rhe feedback in the link they provided as i could not get it!!!

                    My reliance digital tv balance has not been transferred yet to tata sky account. Iam a migrated customer from reliance dth to tata sky.
                    Tata sky it was told that within 7days the balance will be transfered to tata sky account. I have taken the rata sky for 24 months offer and i have used for 6months only.

                      I have a complain regarding the recharge i have done for plan of rs 597 for 3 months.

                      I have done this recharge twice but it was only continued for more than a month whereas i have recharged for 3 months.

                      When i called to customer care regarding this they said that i have not changed my plan hence it was only considered as recharge or top up. When i did recharge from paytm i got to see the plans and it was showing 3 months pack hence i recharged. I was in under impression that i will be getting 3 months service. And it did not give me any pop up message that i should change my plan first neither i got a call from the customer care saying that i did the wrong recharge or to avail the service for 3 months first i should change the plan.

                      As a customer i have paid the money and after selecting the 3 months pack only so i should get the benefit of that.

                      Again i have been informed that if i would have done the recharge from tatasky official website i would have got the msg to change the pack first so my question is why it did not happened on paytm app as the information and service is offered same in both places.

                      Request you please change my plan or pack and i should get the benefit of what i have paid.

                        Really feels cheating now, because on web app there is no page to modify packages section which use to be there before, in their faq they say that there is another facility called selfcare n it is also not available right now...
                        There is no selfcare option also available on tata sky website...

                        I am 100% loyal fan of tata but now i have to think out of it...

                          The tv went completely blank even though set top box and tv show green light. On speaking with customer service she advised various methods but nothing helped. Finally she concluded that the common dish antenna fixed in my building for all residents is faulty. It’s not my personal dish nor is it my fault that it’s not working! Yet i was told that i have to pay the technician for repairing it! No service provider can be more of a cheat. It’s daylight robbery! They have absolutely no work ethics. I’m waiting to get rid of them and waiting for jio to begin their cable service!

                            Tatasky subscription is quite expensive that’s the reason i had kept it off for more than year. Then i was continuously getting calls from tata sky sales team to continues with the service.
                            Then they offered me service and aligned new hd set of box, asked me to recharge for an year pack and you will get 3 months free hd channels and you need not to pay for one year for your another packs.
                            Conclusion was - with the paid amount, it was expected that i will be able to subscribe all offered channels for year + 3 months all hd channels free.
                            However all hd channels discontinued by tata sky within one month.

                            Current state is - the local vendor of tatasky has been changed and now new franchisee doesn’t have tracking of last offered services. It’s not their fault.
                            Tatasky team must have standard offerings and portal where everything should be tracked properly by consumer as well as vendor.

                              Pictures quality very worst, sound not cleared, picture is not showing continue error show since one month we have facing problem continue. We have paid huge amount monthly recharge because quality entertain but not got same. Very poor service of this company rather than other. Please resolved my issue as soon as possible. Otherwise we have close this service from your company.

                                मेरे पास reliance की dish थी

                                उसमें मैं 16 november 400रु का recharge करवाया था

                                और company ने मुझे 50℅ extra दिया था

                                मतलब 600₹

                                पर tata sky ने मुझे exchange offer दिया

                                पुराने reliance big tv और साथ में 200₹ ले कर tata sky dish देने को बोले और साथ में

                                मेरा reliance dish का balance मेरे new tata sky में refund करवा देगे

                                तो मेने 21 november 2017 को tata sky dish लगबा ली

                                पर आज 25 november को tata sky मुझे बोल रहा है की आपका reliance dish का deposit refund नही होगा

                                क्योंकि reliance ने tata sky को मना कर दिया ऐसा tata sky customer care ने मुझे बताया आज

                                और अब मुझ से बोल रहे है कि आप खुद reliance company में बात किजीए

                                पर tata ने मुझ से prommis किया था की वो खुद refund दिलवाएगें

                                और अब reliance ने अपने coustomer servise center बंद किय हुए है

                                तो अब हम किस से बात करे

                                और मेरा reliance का set top box & card सब कुछ तो tata sky ने ले लिया है

                                Sir reliance dish बंद है, tata sky ने बेवकूफ बना दिया तो अब में कहा जाऊ

                                Sir क्या हम जैसे गरीबो को लुटना ही इन बडी companeyo का टारगेट है

                                फोन करने वाले ने कहा आपका ₹568 reliance Big TV में balance नही था
                                महोदय ये तो company सरेआम हम को लूट रही है
                                ये companys और कितना झुठ बोलेगी
                                हम ने big TV में 400₹ recharge करवाये थे
                                और आज ये tata sky और reliance company हमें ही झूठा बता रही है
                                क्या यही न्याय है महोदय जी?
                                सरेआम लूट हो रही है हमारे साथ
                                महोदया ईन दोनों company पर कारवाई किजिए और हमें इंसाफ दीजिए आदरणीय महोदय जी

                                  Rude customer care executives and pathetic services

                                  My tata sky id is subscriber id: [protected] and i am a privileged customer of tata sky

                                  There was a problem in my set top and registered a complaint. On arrival, the technician informed that the connector switch installed by previous technician is of higher capacity (10 connector switch) instead 2 connector switch and has duped me with higher charges. He then proceeded to replace the 10 connector switch with 2 connector switch and took away the 10 connector switch with him. I asked about the difference in pricing between these two switches and technician requested customer care, which i promptly did. But difference in charges were never credited to my account.

                                  The technician checked the set top box and informed it needs to be replaced. He came next day and replaced the new set top box and informed that the set top charges will be debited to my account. Again next day morning at 8.05 am i received a sms saying rs 700 is debited to my account and tata sky services were immediately disconnected.

                                  Pl note the following:

                                  1. Tata sky did not give any time to make payment for the replaced set top box.

                                  2. Tata sky did not notify that the services will be disconnected if the payment is not made within certain time i. E. Next 24 hours.

                                  3.. I had a positive balance rs 500/-, in my account, which turned into negative balance due to debit of rs 700 for the set top box.

                                  4. Tata sky cannot differentiate between a service default due non payment of dues and "repair n replacement charges". Any fool will know (Except tata sky) that huge debit of repair n maintenance charge on a normal service account will result in a negative balance. Nor do they give any notification or warning for disconnecting the services.

                                  5. Tata sky has a reputation for arrogance, which is displayed by their call centre executives. My pleas to activate the services to make payment fell on deaf ears. Nor they want to understand and define on what constitutes a "default" in payment to "disconnect" the services.

                                  6. I have called and asked to speak to a senior executive and was made to hold for 45 minutes. Then i was told that a senior executive (Whose salary my business pays), was very busy and unavailable! Tata sky sr. Executives live on high pedestal and they are too busy to listen their customers, who pay their business. Unbelievable!

                                  7. Inspite of being previleged customer for a long period and having faultless record in paying their dues, this is the way they treat the customer

                                  Tata sky has become too arrogant. I am forced to change to another service provider due to insensitiveness to customers by sr. Executives of tata sky. Even if my tv connection does not work, at least i don't have to deal with the arrogance of tata sky call centre executives who really don't care about me or you (We, who pays his/her salaries).

                                  Customer is always the king! Time to move on!

                                    Payment made two times on 06-nov-2017 :
                                    1). Upi[protected][protected]@icici[protected]collect-pay-request =ref. No.[protected] =rs.229/- =unsucessful.
                                    2). Pos 416021xxxxxx4404 mvisa-mvisa: tat pos debit =[protected] =rs.229/-=sucessful.

                                    First payment was not successful but amount was debited.in order to avoid deactivation of service i did another payment. Checked with my hdfc bank and it was very clear that they processed successfully (Attached bank statement).

                                    Request you again as i did many times... Please!! Refund my money asap.

                                      Deleting hd and my subscription would be rs.234 but tatasky's oline service
                                      Is asking me rs. 324. Tatashy does not consider the modification i made online deleting south hd.
                                      I got the help of some agent today 24th novemeber 2017 to give effect to the change of package i made online earlier. But again tatasky added some fashion channel without my request being complete online.
                                      This can be verified online. Very, very, very poor online service

                                        I am giving this complain for second time as not solved. I recharged on 13th nov 2017 of rs 425 which is valid for 30 days. The next recharge date should be on 13th dec 2017. But message came the next recharge date is on 12th dec 2017. Sending this message they are earning one day amount. It's a fraud. When i talked with the customer care people i had to count them 30 days. Still they are not convinced of recharge date. They are keep telling the recharge date should be on 12th dec. If they are so concerned about the customer, should give extra day. Rather they are taking away one day. Please look after the matter. Thanks

                                        Yesterday we gave a complaint that some of the Tata Sky subscribed channels are not coming.
                                        One of the Tata Sky Customer Care people had taken the complaint and after 1 hour Tata Sky Technician reached our house. He said that Tata Sky Setup box is not working & we have to replace it. He said Setup box cost will be more than Rs2000. If Setup box is not working, then how some channels are coming & some are not.
                                        Hindi subscribed channels are not at all coming. Is this some sort of cheating from Tata Sky.
                                        Moreover, He is asking for service charges with out doing anything. Initially when we called Tata Sky Customer Care, they said that there are no service charges as it comes under Warranty period. What is this???
                                        I am very disappointed with the Tata Sky Service.

                                        Even after giving my Subscriber ID, There is no response from Tata Sky till date.

                                        Also Yesterday I got the message that my Tata Sky Payment due date is April 25th 2018. Last Month My Due date was March 30th 2018. This Month how can it be 5 days before?

                                        I don't know why Tata Sky people are doing like this with the customers. It's Disgusting.

                                        I need a reply on this issue. Kindly take the action ASAP.
