I gave working order on 30.10.2017 for new connection instead of big tv. After so many calls & follow ups, finally few hours ago one of the technician call me about new connection and he agreed to come & provide connection today itself. Now, u r people sending message, u r working order cancelled, pls contact customer care. What is this?

    Hi,

    My subscriber id is - [protected], i have been complaining since 7th november 2017 that my set top box not getting signal so please send some technician to fix it but still nobody has called me yet or visit my place. Please help me out. I have sent many emails at [protected]@tatasky.com but no results, one person from escalation team promised me that by yesterday i will get resolution which just not happened.

    Tata Sky Customer care; What is that your comment states that "not at all acceptable"!!! Same thing would have been happened with you or with your family member then you will realize what is the pain... Anyway I am going to change my TV network from Tatasky to Airtel, , , viewers my humble request is to you all that please change your Tata Sky tv network to Airtel Please.. Airtel customer service is very good and down to earth humble where as Tata sky is very rude.

      Sir,

      With ref. To above said id no. I was recharge my tata sky connection
      Recharge two time that is 9th nov.17 & again 10th nov. 17.
      I was call on 9th nov. 17 on yr customer care rep. He says that my amount
      Is showing pending & it will be comes in 24 to 48 hrs.

      Today that was my last date of recharge & so again i deposit rs, 900/- same
      Amount on 10th nov. 17.

      Sir i wants to know that what is the my 9th nov.17 amount of 900/- status.

        I had recharged my set top box services (Id no: [protected]) by an amount of rs.501 (Transaction ref no: igaciesrj5) through debit card on 7th november, 2017.. But my connection has not been resumed yet.. The call center claims that it is not their hands and always concludes the conversation stating that it would be restored within 12 hours.. 4 days have passed, yet the connection has not been resumed.. Kindly see to the matter and resolve it as soon as possible

          This refers to my tatasky subscriber id: [protected] wherein i had recharged for one year subscription on 17/10/2016 and my connection was disconnected on 24/05/2017??? Even after paying for one year the connection got disconnected on 8th month of recharging. From 16th october till 27th october i tried calling to tatasky customer care but the call got disconnected after 8 - 10 seconds without speaking to customer care. For this also customer care told me that the fault is from my mobile subscriber for call drops and not from tatasky.

          For every reason tatasky has only one reason i. E., technical error.

          Till now my issue has not been resolved yet.

              We took new tatasky connection in oct 2017, after installation we found that its remote controls volume button is not working and raised complaint for same. As a resolution of complaint tatasky customer care person told us they will replaced our remote control and i asked explicitly about charges and customer care lady told me that its in warranty and no cost will be charged. Even technician who came to home for replacing remote control never told us about charges. And 200 rs are charged us for this remote control from our subscription.
              This is totally deceit and fraud, you are fooling customer.

              I want my 200 rs back to my account, we asked for repairing our remote control never for its replacement. Its tatasky's duty to give decent service to customers.

              I raised complaint about this (116mste5), talked 2 time with 2 customer care person and height is they don't have resolution for my issue and they are not allowing me to talk with their seniors.

              Customer care guys are not responding after even 2 days of complaint... They are fooling customers and charging extra money.

                On 2nd november 17, big tv set top box was replaced by tatasky set top box as per instructions of big tv but till date the status is pending activation. Our patience is getting tested as it is more than 8 days since we could watch tv. Calls to customer care is waste as they give the same reply every time. They say we will be receiving call in 2 to 3 hours but till date no calls have been received.

                  Dear, Arvind Gupta sir,

                  I had booked online complaint on 8th nov 2017 because my tv was showing no signal. Today on 9th nov 2017 technician called on my phone, he was unable to find my home so he, very arrogantly spoken to me, he was shouting at me, saying he works for a big company don't have much time.

                  when he reached my home, he was very unprofessional, he resolved the signal issue.

                  He said "take my number [protected] save it as ajay", and he told me whenever i had any issue regarding tata sky, i should call him directly and he will resolve my issue in HALF AMOUNT. he told me not to inform on customer care.

                  Such a person cheating his own company

                  I am very disappointed, with his behaviour with me.

                    From 1 month not able to see all the subscribe channel, charge 300 rs only for changing the address, the person who had relocated the tata sky connection had not check the frequency properly very very poor service and cutting cutting unnecesery charges... We want refund whichever channel we have not been able seen last 1 month... Hope will resolve in soon. Poor service.

                      I am not receiving signal after every two months . I have registered complaint but every event technician attend it after two or three days. You can check complaint history . Now also my connection is not working since 07-11-17 but nobody has attended it till this moment I.e. 09-11-17 @08.55Pm. I am going to close the connection .

                          I am using tata sky from more than two years and the service i am receiving is not at all satisfactory. Most of the time signal strength is weak and on complaining to customer care they say they can not do anything except sending service engineer which again charge rs 250 for each visit. Service engineer do not carry any feedback form and checklist for the correction and neither they give any receipt. The channels strength again fails withing days. The only thing thing which happens deducting the balance from the main account without getting any services.

                          I discontinued the services for three months and requested customer care about the issues but nothing moved and at last i again paid rs 600. They again deducted the balance and still i am not getting any services.

                            Hello,

                            I have got the tata sky dth installed in my apartment on 5/11/17. From the next onward i started facing issue with the signals. I went and checked the dish if there is any obstruction to the antenna. For my surprise, the dish was installed next to the pent house on the way where people walk and i started getting complaints from the apartment watchman saying that the dish was installed in wrong place and causing inconvenience.

                            During the installation, i couldn't go and check where the technician was installing it as he has come alone for the installation and i had to stay at my flat for pulling the cable. He didn't even ask where he has to install the dish.

                            I contacted the customer care to get it moved to a different location on the same premises and i got to know that i had to pay 300/- for the re-installation.

                            Why should i pay for the technicians mistake. And even the customer care executive was not ready to accept that the issue was from technician's side. Instead he asked to place a request for re-installation and a technician will visit the premise for which they will be charging 300/-.

                            Hello,

                            I did not hear from Tata Sky on this complaint.

                            However, I called Tata Sky Helpline and placed a request for the re-installation for which they informed that I will be charged 300/- towards the technician's visit. I agreed for that as I have not been given any other option.

                            During the technician's visit, he informed that he need to attach additional cable and connectors for which I have been charged 480 Rs (255 for connectors and 225 for the cable). He got the issue fixed and I am able to see the cable connection working.

                            For my surprise, the set top box stopped working from the next day suddenly while we were watching a movie during our lunch.

                            So, I had to call the helpline again to raise the issue and again they informed me that I may be charged 225/- towards technician's visit if the set top box is under warranty (they are not able to see the warranty details of my set top box in their system), even though I told them that I got it installed newly a week back.

                            It had been a routine for me from the beginning to follow-it up with the Tata Sky team.

                            It is not at all expected from a reputed brand like TATA. I did not face this kind of issue with any of the mobile, broadband or cable service providers so far.

                                I had reliance digital tv. But as per govt rule they supposed to shut down their service by november last. That is why they sent me a sms i. E "they are tied with tata sky, and tata sky replaced reliance set top box with their tata sky hd box and that is free of cost".
                                I replaced with tata sky but the engineer not bring any lnb so they told me that they using old lnb (I. E reliance digital tv lnb) and next day they will come and they replace with new one. I agree with their advice, but till now they not installed new lnb. I have call many time but no progress is made.
                                And next issue distributor give me a non hd set top box. And they recharge my kids package without knowing me.

                                  Hi, you can always logon to www.mytatasky.com > enter your RMN/ Subscriber ID> click on my account and enter password> under profile tab you can modify the RMN.
                                  Very bad experience of tata sky service from last two years their executives calling for offers and activating after refusing the offer and after complaining answer is ... not able to provide call recordings to customers ...

                                    My connection was migrated from Reliance Digital to Tata Sky on 01 Nov 17.

                                    I was using Reliance Digital TV and because its services are expiring this Nov, my connection got migrated to Tata Sky for which I am really Glad.

                                    Few days back I got a call from Tata Sky and I was briefly explained about its packages and all other T&C. Also I gave my request for Tata Sky new connection.
                                    But when the technician arrived at my home, he was carrying only the Set-top box. I didn't find any Dish antenna of Tata Sky and the cable wire with him.

                                    He replaced only the Set-top box with the new Tata Sky and took away the old Reliance one. The rest all remained the same as it was.

                                    Whereas when I got the call from Tata Sky before taking this connection I was clearly told that my old Reliance connection shall be replaced by a new Tata Sky connection including the set-up box, the Dish antenna and 10 mts wire will be completely free of cost. After 10 mts it would be Rs.12/mtr.
                                    So, what about the Dish antenna and the Cable wire Sir which the company is giving?

                                    I am still using that 8 years back Dish antenna as well as the cable wire which has lots cuts on it.

                                    The technician gave me the no. of the Store-Incharge and he said because the Dish antenna and the cable wire were not in stock, he couldn't provide those for my connection and told me to wait for a week.

                                    Also, I had raised my issue to customer care and I was told to wait for 24 hrs.
                                    Even I had lodged my complaint to the Nodal Office, Bangalore but all in vein.

                                    My issue is still unsolved. Both the Dish antenna and the cable wire hasn't been provided to me yet.

                                    And every day I had been making calls to customer care and raising my complaint again and again and been told to wait for 24 hours.
                                    Even I had got calls from Tata Sky Nodal office, Bangalore and I was told to wait for 24 hours but then also my issue is still unsolved.

                                    No Tata Sky's Dish antenna, no change of cable wire, signal quality showing just 60% and moreover my Reliance Digital TV balance has not been transferred yet to Tata Sky account.

                                    Is this the kind of service Tata Sky is giving?
                                    Lastly I am really tired and very much irritated of writing and making calls everyday and I really don't have any options left except to change my connection. That is the only thing which I can do finally.

                                      I have 2 receiver primary hd receiver and secondary.
                                      I paid yearly charges rs. 9070/- for both the receiver. And taken below mentioned packs

                                      Sports dhamaka + hd.in sports dhamaka 2 free regional pack so we select marathi channels.

                                      My complaint is that we are unable to watch all hd & marathi channels i. E.

                                      Colors marathi, maiboli, zee yuva, saam tv, fakt marathi, tv9 marathi, jai

                                      Maharashtra, sangeet marathi, zingat.

                                      So please you update my channels and do needful.
