Dear, Arvind Gupta sir,
I had booked online complaint on 8th nov 2017 because my tv was showing no signal. Today on 9th nov 2017 technician called on my phone, he was unable to find my home so he, very arrogantly spoken to me, he was shouting at me, saying he works for a big company don't have much time.
when he reached my home, he was very unprofessional, he resolved the signal issue.
He said "take my number [protected] save it as ajay", and he told me whenever i had any issue regarding tata sky, i should call him directly and he will resolve my issue in HALF AMOUNT. he told me not to inform on customer care.
Such a person cheating his own company
I am very disappointed, with his behaviour with me.
Please take actiona against him.
