I have tata sky connection since may 2016 and 2 months back i have bought an yearly subscription and since then iam only getting 27 out of 59 channels in a regional pack. When i called they tried all the technical steps and told me that they need to send a technician guy and it is chargeable. My question to them was, if i buy a tv or a fridge i pay one time and after its warranty period if there is any issue, i need to pay for technician visit, but for this iam paying a monthly subscription, and why should i pay a fee. Iam not doing for my airtel broadband connection, whenever there is a problem. If there is a fault in my setup box, then may be iam ok for them to charge me but if the problem is in the connection, how come they can charge me... Now iam stuck with this for an year... After an year, may be i will go with some small dth operators...
