faulty set top box 4th time in 4 months

Again ny set top box start creati g pb... It gets switched off automatically now this is the 4th time in 5 months my set top box is creating problem. First in july then august nad now in nov and everytime the set top box is being changed by tatasky and charge rs 400 from us. As per offer from tata sky. Get 2000 rs voucher for new registration i have registered my account on 14th nov at mytatasky website. But due to network connectivity i have not received option to select 2000 rs. Voucher.

I am compelled to escalate the my complaint against tata sky at your level because, my attempt in getting the complaint resolved and then reaching out to senior people has failed.

Issue not resolved from past 15 days. No response from higher authority also.

After 36 hrs again my friend call cc and dropped mail then i was contacted by your agents at 2:30 pm on 11.11.2017 and was told me that in 2 hrs it will be installed.
