    I have paid yearly pack amount of rs.3289.00 on 2.7.2017.
    It is up to 1.7.2018.

    I have also paid rs. 1890.00 for tata sky + box with one year hd free.

    I have also paid rs. 300 for # and fixing charges.

    Now i am getting message that, from 20.11.2017 service will stop for recharge.

    I want complete details regarding my account to my email.

      We have been using the tata sky pack since last 10 years. I wanted to change my present channel package and i am unable to do it due to time shortage and therefore before a few monthsi have tried it from mobile but as such could not do it. Life is so much busy that i could not find time to carry out change of recharge pack.
      Even i had contacted tata sky shops of my area before 6 months but they could not guide me for the reason best known to him. I do not want any other language channel (Like bangoli, marathi etc.) in my pack except gujarati, english and hindi. I also want classic channel, news channel, cartoon channel, entertainment channel like sab tv... Etc.
      Can you help me in this regards.

        On 19/11/2017 at 12 noon i made a complaint with tata sky at [protected] regarding tata sky set top box which was out of order.
        We were told that the local office would contact us in an hour.
        We got a call from [protected] saying that they would fix the set top box in at 3p. M. But when i contacted [protected] to confirm, (The time which the local office had given was 7:20 p. M. To 8p. M.)
        We were mislead.
        We got a call from [protected] saying that he would not be able to fix it at 7p. M.
        We kept calling [protected] but no one picked up the phone so we had to call [protected] to reconfirm and we were assured that they were escalating the issue and we should not worry.
        I got a call from [protected] that he would not be able to come at 7:20p. M. And would come on 20/11/2017. I told him that in that case i would have to complaint to tata sky regarding the harassment caused to us. The person very rudely said that you do what ever you feel like.
        I was told by [protected] that i should wait till 8 p. M. As the local office would definitely contact us.
        After 8p. M. When i contacted tata sky i was very curtely told that the local office tried calling you many times and tata sky has the call details and my tata sky set top box cannot be fixed today it can be done on 20/11/2017.
        I made at least 6 to7 calls to [protected] regarding my problem.

          I would like to bring your attention to the problems i face regularly while viewing my tv shows. The reception is erratic. I normally have to contend with extremely bad reception & customer service. I have paid for the complete year being assured of expecting good service, but on the contrary am regularly with no connection & the constant excuse is that due to poor weather conditions there is no signal. Most exasperating!!
          I am not happy to be complaining but i am fed up!!!

            After facing repeated signal issue for around 6 months, no permanent solution was provided. Then a tata sky visited and asked to put a new part on our tata sky dish and took cash of rs. 875 for the part. 15 days later when we again faced the old issue, we come to know from another tata sky technician who visited my building that 1) the part was not correct and tata sky had no records of the said part replaced 2) the dish on which it was fit tree was not ours! 3) insoite if informing tata sky about the fraud done by their technician they have not reverted back.
            After a week of writing email to tata sky nodal office, still. Nobody has visited to solve the issue.

            In the past one week, after 4 emails to tata Sky, all I have Recieved is phone call from nodal office committing to solve the issue and send some technician but nobody has visited. So difficult to believe about any visits now.

              I have a complane that i have lost my old mobile number [protected].

              I have not been contact with you on the same reason.
              It is also requested that my present pakage monthlý subscribtion rs 270/- change to south damal pack monthly subscription rs 170/- and deactivate all kids packages only monthly subscription is reqired rs 170/- per month.
              In view of the above you are requested to update my new mobile no and my email in your siystem and change my present package and deactivate all kids cartoon packages at the earliest please.

                This is regarding rmn [protected] complaint. As per schedule technician visit and told to me that if you're are new user you will not get hd+ channel even if you subscribe hd.

                Is this not funny...

                Can you send someone who is aware of what the issue is and able to provide correct solution. It looks i am paying the the bill for hd and getting sd service.

                As i already confirmed that one of your executive name called shwetha had fixed this for a moment... And she mentioned that it was due to technical error hd+ was missing.

                Please give priority to this and solve this asap...

                      Hi my tata sky id no:[protected]- am a regular customer - i do pay every 6 months (Platinum package) even though i do not watch much tv.
                      Recently my charge was due - called executive - mentioned amount - paid on line - told me to keep set top box on - did that - after 10 days they have been harassing me to pay more and they are deducting money on a daily basis...
                      I am regular customer - paid 6 months as per their executive. Around rs4360
                      They have not done the needful - and activated 6 months
                      Why should i pay daily...
                      Pls rectify and stop harassing a poor customer for your inefficiency

                        We have activated "dhamaka" pack from the begining, but how does it activated to "sports" pack as base pack god knows. Few days back we have activated sports channel.
                        Dont know how did they activated the "times now" channel also.
                        This happened to me twice. Tata sky officials are activating packages without permission. Need an explanation that how does it happened.

                          I have tata sky connection since may 2016 and 2 months back i have bought an yearly subscription and since then iam only getting 27 out of 59 channels in a regional pack. When i called they tried all the technical steps and told me that they need to send a technician guy and it is chargeable. My question to them was, if i buy a tv or a fridge i pay one time and after its warranty period if there is any issue, i need to pay for technician visit, but for this iam paying a monthly subscription, and why should i pay a fee. Iam not doing for my airtel broadband connection, whenever there is a problem. If there is a fault in my setup box, then may be iam ok for them to charge me but if the problem is in the connection, how come they can charge me... Now iam stuck with this for an year... After an year, may be i will go with some small dth operators...

                            Goodmorning to you.

                            I have taken a new connection by paying rs 7990 per annual which includes ultra pack hd channels for 12 months. I was committed by sales man and according to your receipt that i will get subscription for 12 months sd as well as hd channels. It has only been 3 months since i am using these services, but my hd channels are not working from past 7 days.

                            I want an activation of my hd channels as quickly as possible and i want a definite resolution from your team otherwise this case will be considered under fraudulent activity done by tatasky. If your team fails to give me any resolution, then unfortunately i will move forward to the police station with fir, legal filing and legal proceedings.

                              Again ny set top box start creati g pb... It gets switched off automatically now this is the 4th time in 5 months my set top box is creating problem. First in july then august nad now in nov and everytime the set top box is being changed by tatasky and charge rs 400 from us. So i have paid rs 800 till now in 6 months for these faulty set top boxes which are already faulty and sent to us by their representatives. This is a sheer fraud on part of tatasky and money making scheme.

                              If this time i am charged then i will cutoff my tatasky connection as i am a premier customer of tatasky.

                                This is reg our tata sky no [protected] this is to bring to your notice that we had initially installed 1 tata sky non hd box.. Later when we opted for 1 more tv connection, we were given hd box. When we told the engineer that we dont need hd services, he told us clearly that we need not to take hd services and we can continue with regular service on the same box.

                                Soon after we started facing connectivity problems. It always showed no signal. We made several calls to the customer care but they could not help. We were advised to have a engineer visit scheduled which we did 3 times. The engineer reset sumthing and charged rs 200. But again the same prob within 10days.. This happened 3 times.

                                Last tym the engineer told us that this is happening coz we have 1 hd and another non hd box. Why would we pay for something which we have not asked for.

                                We have stopped recharging tatasky few months back.. But the other day i recharged by box for rs300 hoping for it to get fine but in vain.

                                We feel cheated and i wish i would not hv bought this ever. I used to be a very loyal tatasky customer but now i am totally against it. I have 3 boxes in my 2 houses. I wasted so much money on the recharge without it being in working condition.

                                    I will miss call on this number and after misscall i will receve msg will will get tuch within 72 hours
                                    But i have no phone call and response for tatasky
                                    I will miss call before 5 days

                                    Pls give me some solution regrding this how to change connection

                                    Tv did not get on, even if set top box is on,
                                    No picture, no sound . Iam trying for the last two days and making number of calls to Tatasky but of no avail. They say they are too busy call back . But they did not do.

                                      Hi, i am a customer migrated from reliance big tv to tata sky. A week ago technician came to install. For my surprise he came only with set top box. Recharged for ₹229 and took amount. He didn't provided lnb, mini dish and cable. As per reliance digital tv and tata sky welcome offer terms and conditions they must provide mini dish, lnb and cable free of cost. Now my subscription amount deducted daily and i left with only set top box. No service after repeated complaints. What a pathetic service. My subscription id is [protected].

                                        I have been a customer for the last 12 years. Since last 2 months, i have been facing an issue where my setup box gets heated and switch off after 30 mins.

                                        Inspite of placing repeated requested and pleaded to them to assist me for the last 1 month, the technician in somasundarapalya does not care to solve this.
