This is swathi from coimbatore... I installed tatasky on sept 28th'17... Aft one month it didn't work... Showed as lost signal and deactivated... Later we contacted to cc and they request us complain regarding it... The point here is cc took it complaint but there is no response from our local area contacters... They're not attending our call.. Last 2days we are trying to contact them but the response they showing is very bad... P. S i recharged before 2days but without watching it you're deducting d amount very bad... Try to resolve it as soon as possible... Thank you

My connection migrated from reliance big digital tv to tata sky service and according to tata sky policy my reliance big digital tv amount rs.5742.00 should be transfer to present subscriber. Its 11th days now and my reliance big digital tv amount still not been credited to tata sky.

      Dear sir,

      On 10.11.2017 at 8:24, my friend refer to have tatasky to be installed for my tv. Same was confirmed to him immediately and was told within 2 hrs agents will contact me. After 36 hrs again my friend call cc and dropped mail then i was contacted by your agents at 2:30 pm on 11.11.2017 and was told me that in 2 hrs it will be installed.

      But after several times of telephonic call request my tatasky setup box was installed in late evening at 9:00 pm. I had 2200/- for hd setup box, (15 to 16 mts wire cost included) but after 1 hr i came to know that sd (Normal) set box was installed. Such a pathetic service while making a new customer is really horrible.

      I called cc and dropped mail but they are not at all helping me in this regard. Moreover referral credit amount of 300/- has also been credited to his tatasky id - [protected], same can be checked from your end.

      Tatasky is not meant for this type of cheap services and fraud. My friend is a loyal customer of tatasky and i believed on him and now i am facing this trouble. Where is the commitment by your agents and cc even your nodal officers also keep silent.

      Hence i request you to kindly make necessary arrangement to replace it with hd set up for the earliest so that i can enjoy your services with hd setup box.

        I am an existing customer of tata sky having subscriber id - [protected].

        My connection was migrated from reliance digital tv to tata sky services on 31 sept 2017. And according to tata sky policy my reliance digital tv amount should be credited to my present tata sky account within 7 days.
        Its 15th day as of now and my reliance digital tv amount has still not been credited to my tata sky account.
        Kindly do the needful please.

          My father is 86 years old, and hence i being his only son, am raising this complaint. My father shifted his residence, and initially decided to take a new tata sky connection rather than transferring his old one, and i called up on his behalf for the same. A new customer id was generated ([protected]). However, before this was installed, he decided to shift his old connection ([protected]). However, the new id remained generated with the status pending. He the asked me to recharge his old account for the entire years subscription. When i was doing so through my credit card, by oversight, i paid in the new pending id, instead of the old transferred id (Rs.6940 paid). This happened on 23/10/2017. I immediately raised my request for a refund, since i was told that transfer of this amount to the old subscriber id was not possible.in the meanwhile, i recharged the old account for rs.7030/-. Initially, i was given a request number 10qr07gy. I recieved a call from chennai saying that the refund has been affected. However, when i checked, there was no credit. I waited for almost 8 to 10 days, and called again. This time i was given the request number as 1105es6p. I was told that by 5th nov, the amount will be credited back. Again nothing happened. I called again on 10th nov'17, and was given another request number 117j35nf. I was told that since some other department looks after refund, it will happen in next 10 banking days. I demanded that since my credit card payment was due, i should get my refund before that. I was told they will try. I called again today since my credit card payment is due on 15th nov. To my surprise, i found the executive, whose name was ratan, extremely rude and arrogant. Anyways, he provided me with another request number, saying that it will be done. However, when i asked him about my earlier complaints, he said he does not know anything about it, and that i should not waste my time, by constantly asking about them. My new request number given is 11atomk0. I am really stressed out and frustrated by the way, tata sky has treated me and responded to my complaint. Will someone at least now do something and resolve my complaint?

            Dear sir, i am tata sky customer since 3 years because of the name tata for me which means trust.6 months back my set top box was not working so was replaced with a new one for which i paid rs.600. I was told that box has warranty of 1 year and again few days back on 6 november 2017 the new set top box was not working was again replaced with a new one for which i again paid rs.600. For which i registered a complain on customer care. They informed me that my money will be refunded but till it has not been refunded. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. Sir i cant afford these set top box replacement so frequently because of their poor quality

                I have migrated from Reliance digital to Tata sky on their official plan. I have full year recharge balance in REliance digital which was supposed to come in 7 days in TATA SKY. But now reliance digital is not showing balance and neither TATA SKY is showing my balance. I need to activate all packs please take some quick action now more than month over no balance has come
                My reliance id is[protected] I had paid Rs 9500 in April to reliance big and shifted to TATA Sky where RMN [protected] and now more than one month over not a single rupee balance is credited by tata sky when i make complaint it will be credited soon is the answer. please help

                  I made a complaint for not receiving signal on some channels on dale[protected] and my tata sky dish was check on[protected]. Service engineer just check the dish and do a screw tight of lnb after that channels was resumes and working. Next morning i received a message from tata sky for deducting amount of rupees 225. I made complaint on tata sky for this and they said that charges was applicable but i am not satisfied for this. Charges must be refund.

When i talked to customer care person she told that means next racharge date is[protected]. But tata sky looting people like sending this type message. Please look after this matter. They are doing repeatedly and making the customer fool. If it will persist like this i disconnect tata sky. Thanks.

                      I have been renewing online my mega hd pack on an annual basis for the last 3-4 years. I recharged my annual pack online on 26th october 2017. But now tatasky is refusing to renew my subscription stating that the annual mega hd pack is no longer active, and they are now offering platinum pack.

                      They are not able to answer my query that when their website accepted the annual mega hd pack option and also provided the total annual recharge amount, then on what grounds can they justify that the mega hd pack is no longer available. I have been getting repeated calls from tatasky mentioning that my recharge amount is valid only till april 2018, but no one is able give a convincing justification for not renewing my annual mega hd pack. They are also not connecting me to to their supervisors or nodal officers to enable me to lodge a complaint.

                      My big TV changed to Tata Sky on 3rd November 2017. Unfortunately till now I didn't see any pictures in that. 3 times me complained about this issue in your customer service. No reaction against this problem till now(06/11/2017).

                        Set top box not working since 17th oct for id: [protected]. Had complained to customer care complaint no: 114ae82m still no action taken. I had done a recharge on 18th sept 2017. So will i be getting an extended subscription.
                        The set top box is under warranty.
                        How soon can we get our set top box repaired or replaced. It is really annoying that a simple complaint registered with your customer care is not dealt with in a timely manner. Whereas payment needs to be done on time.

                              This is sk das from telengana and have account in tata sky user approx 10 yrs with id [protected]. My set up box is not working due to disc shifting problem so i called customer care and give compalin no wo no#1180luzn to depute technician. Local service provider in telengana which land line no [protected] call me for technician. Contact with me. No work has been done and above request has been cancelled. Again i called customer care and give compalin no wo no#118qnfix. I called local service provider. And every time they told that after one hrs technician will contact me. Again 2nd complain no wo no#118qnfix has been cancelled automatically. 3rd time i called customar care again complained about it and called four –five times today to local service provider which contact no [protected] but the service department is not depute any service engineer. Local service provider did not picked up the phone.

                              Every time they are giving service request but they are not coming for solving problem. Now it is very bad condition and not satisfied with your tata sky service. If technician is not coming within 01 day, i will change my set up box

                                I made payment on[protected] for an amount of rs.2770/- through paytm towards new connection of tatasky and the agent who took this offer to me by name : s. Suresh contact no. [protected] had promised me that my new connection & installation process will be done within (3) days, till today no connection/installation has been done its almost (15) days over.

                                The agent mr. Suresh is not responding properly even after calling him several times. I made several calls to the office concerned located in sindhi colony, backside of kims hospital, secunderabad, hyderabad they too not answering properly.

                                Please look into the matter urgently and take necessary steps for immediate installation. Otherwise i have only way to knock the door of court of law for this.

                                As I am not in station upto 30.10.2017, I have recharged on 01.11.2017 and My next recharge date is 30.11.2017.

                                Till in my TV display the recharge date is showing the earler period 11.10.2017.

                                  My tv shows that my stb is not receiving signals, therefore i'm unable to view so many channels that i've subscribed.

                                  Previously, one of they're guy said it was because of a faulty cable. But now, i've replaced both of my cables and still having the same problem. I'm paying almost rs. 730/- per month! I can't tolerate this bs anymore.

                                  All the customer care number's i've tried are in bengali language which i don't speak. Even after waiting for so long, no one is answering.

                                    I am a subscriber of tata sky since last 7 years. During last year i had experienced intermittent service issues against my service request for frequent no signal issues. Even after paying nearly 8000/-p. A, i could not
                                    Get my problem solved and decided not to renew my connection this year which was due in february, 2017.

                                    I was getting many calls from tata sky to renew and offered many discounts etc. And i communicated my issue why i am not recharging tata sky connection and that is only because of not providing services. During
                                    The july, 2017 they have assured their best services and on the basis of their assurance, i renewed my tata sky connection. They have offered a
                                    Discount without hd channels for rs. 2, 500/- p. A and amount immediately paid.

                                    Now the real issue started for not providing services. Every day i sent smss to tata sky number 56633 (Hr-for services) and immediately i get message of "your tata sky services should resume shortly". As such since last four months, i am experiencing no signal issue. I have sent at least 20 smses and also two/three e - mail request to tata sky in their portal.

                                    As such i request your esteemed organization to intervene in this matter to get proper services which they are bound to give for basic connectivity and view channels. I would also like to demand tata sky to return back four months' charges since they have failed to give services which they have offered at the time of connection.

                                    My tata sky subscriber id is [protected] (Pune) and mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com.

                                    All smss sent to tata sky requesting their services to view subscribed channels can be produced at any time.

                                    Issue is not yet resolved. Require assistance for getting proper connectivity. Frequently getting Your Tata Box is not receiving signal and not able to view channels. Also giving message of payment due even though I have paid subscription for whole year.

                                    I have to get back four months subscription back for the period you were not given service.

                                    Please be assured that your case is being looked into. You'll soon hear from us regarding this.
                                    I have lodged complaint with Tata Sky for non availability of channels since last four months. After continuous follow-up, no response from Tata Sky and lodged this complaint with Consumer Complaint Forum on 12.11.17 and now Tata Sky responded and sent Service Engineer on 24.11.17. This issue is in hold status since one holder to be fixed.

                                    I have paid subscription for one year and not a single day since last four months viewed Tata Sky channels.
                                    As such I request you to refund four months subscription and also stop deducting monthly subscription till I get subscribed channels without any viewing issue. Please confirm that you have temporarily disconnected my subscriber id [protected] . You can deactivate this account till further communication and not to charge subscription. You may either to refund one year subscription paid by me or carry forward amount for a period of one year from the date of providing services.

                                        I have migrated from BigTV and got installed Tatasky on 6th Nov 2017 ([protected]) and the engineer charged Rs.230 for startup pack. Later I was told that its Dhamaka package. But I am not getting Hindi movie single channel. I tried all the customer care numbers but could not get in touch with the operator.
