My package was due for renewal on 3.12.16.I got many sms & emails for depositing RS 4565/ to renew for 1 year to get benifit of 1 months charges.Then I called cust.care. They explained that 1yr charges will be [protected]@415/whereas I am being asked to deposit Rs4565 after discount of 1 month.I have made payment of Rs4565/.After this the next due date is being shown 29.10.17 instead of 3.12.17.I fail to understand the reason.

    My Customer id is [protected], CH no: 117 to CH no 149 have lot of disturbance so I raised complaint in help line number. As per discussion with customer executive they will charge Rs 200 for visiting. I agreed with this cost and next day technician has suggest to replace temporary set top box to find solution of issue. Same day they deducted 200 rupees with out solve the issue. Next day I called in help center for this deducting amount they told me this is our procedure. I told that lady first you have to resolve my issue and after that you can deducted amount from our account. She talk So I raise the ticket to discounted my connection and within few min they discontinue our connection. Very poor service from TATA SKY.

        As i want to restart Tata sky dth service after feburary 2016. I used to get N no.s of offer from customer care. In that one of the offer was for whole 1 year about my favorite Dhamaal Mix given on 28/11/16 when i asked about any for the whole 1 year. which they offered me in 1520 rs for the 1 year. then customer care requested me to give confirmation call about package activation to customer care after completing the recharge process.Which i did recharge on 29/11/16 around 3.pm to 4.00pm of rupees1550.

        But when i call them for the confirmation about the plan activation and i ask them to activate for the whole 1 year they refused the offer and clearly mentioned that there is no offer for me.

        and when i ask them to provide the said 1 year offer or stop the plan and refund the amount.they refused.

        Note: our demand is to provide dhamaal mix in the said amount of 1520rs or refund of the same amount by discontinuing the service.

          Channel named smart active manager has been activate in my tata sky set of box bearing id. No.[protected] yesterday without my consent. And i came to know through message that i will be charged ₹10 per day for that perticular package which i never subscribe. I m a poor farmer, how can pay pay such huge bill. So plse kindly de activated the said smart active manager channel immediately and intimate me through my rmn [protected]. I don't have email id.

            Sir, I have recharge of Rs.270/- for Tatasky ID No. [protected] on 18th August 2016 through Paytm. The said amount debited from my SBI a/c vide transaction ID No.[protected]IG0CNWVOL5 TRANSFER TO INB One97 Communications Limi, but the said transaction has not been successful due to error of internet connection nor said amount refunded in my a/c or paytm wallet till date. In view of the above, you are requested the said amount may please be refunded in my paytm wallet at the earliest.
            I am also disappointed for such type of recovery.

              Dear Team,
              I had subscribed Tata sky since 3yrs back. Now i have a problem with my Pack. Before i used to recharge for Rs 420/- but from two months back my pack was finished within 25 days which was really a surprise for me. when spoken to customer care they told me fees are gone up.. than i said ok let me recharge for fees gone up price than i paid Rs 500 for one month. Again today before one month my Tata sky was again deactivated on 27th Nov 2016 before one month. Could you very quickly get back to me and Explain why???

              I also had seen many new added channels which i really don't need. And all these new channels are added to my ID without a single words/knowledge of mine. Is my one month pack was being deducted because of all these, Please activate my ID very quickly till the end of this month. This is the second time i had a bad experience and will not continue with Tata sky.

                The tata sky set up box was bought under my uncle`s name Mr Dinesh Sharma. We had their old model(Tata sky HD Plus) which has recording facilities after a year or some months the set up box had a minor problem. the technician came he took our set up box and replace it with used and damaged good set up box while insuring us that when our set up box will be repaired they will replace it. which never happens instead they cut 500 rupees from our account for that set up box. which has only one month guarantee, after a month the box started to cause problem they again replace it and took 500 rupees this process continue for a long time until intimidate them if they don`t do something i will fill complain against them, then they told us about AFC some kind of their insurance and after that when they change our box again it worked for 4 to 5 months at least then one day it stop working altogether i put complain in tatasky regarding that the technician came in my absence while my younger sister and brother was home he change the set up box with their new model set up box took money and go. I call them and ask them that how can they change it in my absence they come up with some stupid excuse and i let it go thinking things happiness but the problem is the new set up box their technician bring had some internal problem from start. I have put complain regarding that so many times technician come see told me that its internal problem but they can`t able to cure it so i call them and ask them to give me a new set up box against it cause i don`t bought it personally company send it through their technician and they totally refuse it that they are not going to change it.

                so please sir help me because their technician can`t cure the problem and now they also refuse to change the set up box. which is only some months old upto 5 or 4 months only.

                      Mera tata sky connection 4 to 5 month se bandh tha. Muje compny se call aay ki agar aap abhi 1500 ka recharge kavayege to aapko aapka purana package 1 sall ke kiye miljay ga. Or connection bhi bilkul free me shifting kardiya jay ga.
                      mera purana package dhamal mix with hd channel tha.
                      fir mene 1500 ka recharge karva diya

                        similar problem last month for two days,
                        company representative talked and threatened that he will only attend until previous balance of 195+advance service charges 200 are paid,
                        this is height of harassment. no one should pay company in advance for one year if we want to avoid such harassment.
                        kindly help and intervene arrange to
                        1. immediate restore the signal
                        2.credit the service charges already debited
                        3.extend the package validity equal to no service period

                          tata sky seems to be running a scam.

                          on august 12 my hd+ box was replaced as the hard disk failed. I was charged rs 700 and then the replacement box (which was a refurbished/ repaired box) failed again within a couple of months.

                          now again the tatasky has charged me for this twice

                          This is simply not acceptable

                          its not as if its my fault tatasky provides a faulty replacement box and I have to pay for that simply not done. that too after the chat executive promised there would not be a charge.

                            I have a Tata sky connection in the name of Dinesh Jain with Subscription ID [protected]. Two days back i.e. on 24/11/2016 I talked to their customer care executive on toll free no. regarding recharge of my account to avail their dhamaal mix pack annual subscription. I was told by their executive that your set top box is deactivated as I haven't got it recharged for 3-4 months and after recharge it will be activated from their end. Last night i.e. on 25/11/2016, I recharged my account with Rs. 3135/- which is the annual subscription price for dhamaal mix pack. I called customer care executive to activate my set top box, but to my amazement the executive told that they are unable to activate it and engineer visit will have to be done for which I will be charged Rs 200/-. I asked why should I pay Rs 200/- as I have been misguided by your side, now either fix the problem free of cost or refund my recharge amount i.e. Rs 3135/-. I was told by the executive that he has processed the request for refund and their team for refund will call me in next three days. Today when their refund team called me, I was told that I will get the amount back through cheque and that too after 30 days and adding to that they will deduct Rs. 10/- from the amount as I have used the subscription for a day( for which my set top box was not at all activated). When I said that when the money has been transferred online, refund the money online, the executive told that it's company's policy. The money was denied to be refunded immediately and it will take a month at least. The problem doesn't end here only. To add to this their refund team executive told us that their engineer will be visiting within this period to take away the set top box and the dish installed on the roof. When I said that I have paid for it in the beginning and now the box and the dish belongs to me, the executive told that the amount paid in the beginning for purchasing dish and set top box were not purchasing charges, rather they were service charges and now we will have to return both the things for which we will not be paid our money back. That is height of customer embarrassment.

                            Either refund my amount in total or activate my account and the yearly subscription should begin from the day my set top box is activated. I'll not be paying for any engineer visit as I have not requested for my set top box deactivation and also I'll not be returning set top box and dish as I have already paid for them in the beginning.

                            Please look into the matter and do take the matter seriously with the company so that they don't keep on fooling with the customers.

                            I got a call from customer care executive of Tata sky on 28/11/2016 that your refund will be processed within 24 hours and amount will be credited in full amount within 5 days to my account. More than 6 days have passed, but neither the amount has been received nor I have got any msg/call from their end. Customer service of Tata sky is very poor.

                            Kindly look into the matter so that refund can be processed at the earliest and we get rid from this pathetic company

                                On 23rd november 2016. i have to transfer rs 1000/- against my tatasky id no - [protected]
                                For paying to tatasky i have used mvisa option on my mobile net-banking app using qr code. i have recharged my tatasky with id no-[protected], and amount 1000, the money got deducted from my sbi saving account but tata sky did not get it. my mvisa payment ref no - 632815a00005 and reference no is mv[protected]. fyr attached herewith is the screenshot of transaction.
                                Please try to sort this problem out asap and take necessary action to credit the amount to my saving account (a/c no. [protected]).

What kind of service you are providing . That person certainly belongs to forgery and wants to hack my account.

                                    I am using TataSky from app last 6 years but unfortunately I have converted my normal setup box(SD) with HD Setup Box on 6th Nov 2016 after paying conversion cost of Rs. 1500.00 . Tatasky team has replaced only SD Box with HD Box along with Remote and taken back my SD Box & remote in very good condition

                                    During this conversion your call enter executive & Service Centre Executive told me that NO NEED TO RECHARGE YOUR PACK FOR ONE YEAR . THE COST IS INCULDING IN THIS PAKAGE CONVERSION .

                                    Now I am receiving SMS / Display message that you must be recharge your Pack to avoid disconnection before 25th Nov 2016

                                    Is this not as per commitment . I have converted my SD BOX only due to one year free Pack otherwise I will not to go with this conversion .

                                    Now request you to give fever so that I will fee comfortable

                                    1. Kindly issue Fee Pack for one year as per commitment
                                    2. As per Toll Free conversion on 20 Nov 2016 it's not possible then kindly deactivate my HD Signal & convert this with SD Signal
                                    3. Refund my whole amount of Rs.1500.00 ( If you consider Point 2) so that I will recharge Normal Pack with these amount

                                    As per local market new HD Box is easily available with the cost of Rs. 1500.00 along with new cable wire + LNB+ Dish with some other cash discount . This is not fair with old customer to cheat . I feel that company has misguided me during the time of conversion . I think it's better to go with new connection & sale out my old SD Setup box to some other with some cost in place of conversion through Tata sky .

                                    I hope you understand my situation & support us to avoid this connection deactivate permanently

My complaint is that I have to change my registered mobile number, but your toll free numbers is not working properly and your customer service people is also not updating the information properly.It was very bad experience with your services and your toll free number that you had provided in the web site is also not working properly.
