      I have upgraded to new transfer box but not provided full material with the box, even the box seal was broken and I didn't know Waht was actually included in box after complaining to tata sky they told that adaptor is not provided with new box. What a great answer u will not be provided new adaptor to power on setup box. LOL.
      BS service, I recharge for more than 12000 per year but [censored] service never go for tata sky u will be disappointed

        This fellow telling nonsense thing for etc etc bill for other things and telling after installation is asking how much he told we have to give other then this fellow was telling that i will remove all thing i never see this type of person never before please take action above this person immediately..

        I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter, take action against the installation engineer and resolve your issue.

          Govt told use net bank pay. but tatasky makes netpay horrible.. on 8th dec 2016, to recharge i opted sbi net bank - bill payment - payee tata sky ltd - sub id [protected]- debited rs 220 at 2108 hrs txn id ib 34907276 and credited tata sky ltd - sub id [protected] same time. till today rs 220 not credited to my id by tata sky ltd. i am not able to view tv. 2 complaints to cc - 3 complaints thro help site - 2 inward calls from cc - complaint no. tn7q43k dt 9th dec 2016 & tn 54qjk dt 10th dec 2016. on 11th dec 2016 at 1312 hrs one mr kiran (may be he told wrong name wantonly) put beep beep sound when i talk. tata sky does worst service by all cc people shamelesssly saying netpayments will take 10 days to give effect and tv blank for 10 days after amount credited by bank to company with sub id. i already closed 4 photon and 3 sky a/cs due to such torture by tatasky cc and will close this sky in 2 months.

          Mr Madhusudan CC from [protected] called @ 17.56 hrs today (11 Dec 2016). He reiterated that recharge amount is not yet credited in my id a/c. He was told that he should check credit in Tata Sky Ltd a/c with SBI on 8th Dec 2016 at 21.08 hrs under txn id IB[protected] at the same time debit was made to my a/c ) as debit & credit takes place simultaneously in banking under double entry book keeping. He was told that there is no point in seeing my a/c id as obviously in Tata Sky entry in Bank a/c is not getting posted to id a/c automatically. He requested scan of debit in my a/c. I protested & sent following scan of debt entry in my a/c on 08 Dec 2016. copy paste of debit entry in my SBI a/c

          No response from Tata Sky. I repeat, when the govt encourages digital payments, Tata Sky, without any concern of customer, is telling that it will take 10 days to credit id a/c for credit made in their bank a/c thro net bank.

          update - complaint to Tata Sky on 19 Dec 2016 - thro my account - mail - sub = preponing due date to 11 Jan 2017 taking activation as on 13 Dec 2016 instead of giving correct due date as 15 Jan 2017 as they activated my channels only on 18 Dec 2016 ater call to CCPoonam Pandey # quote # I paid Rs 220 thro SBI net bank -debited to my a/c and credited to Tata Sky Ltd a/c under sub id [protected] on 08 Dec 2016 at 21.08 hrs under txn id IB 34907276. On 09 Dec my TV was showing credit of Re. 1 and I complained to CC SR no. TM7Q43K. CC told me to wait for 10 days. On 10 Dec CC gave me 1 day credit. After repeated complaints to CC & to net, I got sms to RMN on 17 Dec that "Request completed...Rs.0, C/Ac balance Rs. 184.54.. due dt 11 Jan 2017". Butl no channel was active. On 18 Dec also no channel was active. My TV was showing "Current a/c bal Rs. 177.21 due dt 11 Jan 2017". After I called CC - Poonam Pandey on 18 Dec @ 02.04 pm, she activated my channels/package. I told the due date should be 15 Jan 17 (30 - 1day credit = 29 days from 18 Dec). Jayanthi noted TTI5UNJ

          update 20 Dec 2016 - received a call from [protected] - CC - Mr Vamsi # After my insistence to count recharge period from 18 Dec, the date on which Ms Poonam Pandey CC actually activated & enabled my view of channels, Mr Vamsi agreed & sent sms for same. I also got confirmation in my TV - Home - a/c status - where due date is changed to 15 Jan 2017. I reiterated my stand to CC that as Banks will give immediate credit to Tata Sky Ltd a/c at the same time of debit to customer's a/c, it is for Tata Sky to carry the credit to folio of subscriber id a/c of customer thro automated process at same time instead of asking customer wait for 10 days. The same shall hold good whether the customer goes from Tata Sky - my account - Online Recharge Site Page to Bank site or from Bank's Bill payment site to credit to Tata Sky Ltd a/c mentioning subscriber id. The point was well taken by Mr Vamsi. Issue resolved. Thanks to consumer complaints forum

            I am a user of tata sky hd dth service. Having id [protected]. My monthly charge was rs. 505, but suddenly i got an sms that i have to chare rs. 525 instead of rs. 505. I want to remain with the previous package, i therefore gave missed call to a number ([protected]) they provided but got no reply.
            I also request to stop such type of push package in future till i request them personally. If possible please take needful action & oblige.

              I got n paid Tatasky connection from 3 Dec 2016.The subscriber Id in my TV screen didn't match the sub Id in my Registered mobile no. Logged complain to dealer, with no help. Logged complaint to Tatasky customer care, but it was just harrasment.
              They closed the complaint ticket without resolving it. Paid for Dhamaal mix pack n English movies but left out with south special pack (I don't understand any southindian language).
              Requested to escalate the complaint n resolve, but customer care people cut the phone, show their temper, don't transfer the call to senior executives.
              Worst experience one can ever have.

                have taken the new TATA Sky connection from Comparedth.

                That since the beginning there was a problem in signal for few channels like 313 Sony Max which is nothing but a signal problem.

                We can watch channel sometimes and some times black screen appears.

                On 07/12/2016 I have given a complaint to TATA SKY but they are just trying to abstract the money and demanding 200 Rupees.

                I have installed the new connection and it is still under warranty and if there is any problem in signal or installation than the company should do that but the company is not interested to give service and only looking to abstract the money.

                Kindly look into the matter.

                Friends,

                TATA SKY customer care and Nodal officers are well trained in giving rubbish
                excuses.

                I just got a call from nodal officer who first given excuse that warranty period is over and I have to pay 200 rupees.

                Where as my connection is just 25 days i.e. I installed new connection on
                14/11/2016.

                After listing same he changed his track and started to give other reasons which he might have been taught by company..

                Please don't purchase TATA Sky.

                      Sub: Defective HD Set Top Box of TATA SKY bearing customer ID: [protected]
                      Sir/Madam,
                      The undersigned would bring to your notice that I am an Customer residing at 24, Ramlal Bazar Road, Haltu, Kasba, Kol- 78, the said connection is with HD facilities and yearly premium (recharge) of Rs. 8000/- . This is to mention that I am using this HD service from the year 2013, the concerned HD Set Top Box was defective on the month of December 2015 and the same was changed on 18.01.16 without any charges.

                      The same has been again found to be defective from August 2016 and subsequently the matter was informed to your service centre for necessary follow-up, only after repetitive persuasion your franchisee representatives attended the call by visiting on 05.12.16 and suggested to change the defective HD Set Top Box costing charge of Rs 700/- with 1 month guarantee, If this continues then it is hard to change the HD Set Top Box at regular interval and simultaneously this comprises of frequent financial involvement.
                      Please look into the matter seriously, otherwise I won’t have any other option to surrender / discontinue your service and move on to other alternatives available in the market, though I am an old HD customer of yours.

                              After talking with the employee named arajit for about 18mins and 15secs there was no solution provided by the employee of tata sky set top box. To each and every question raised he had only one answer maaf kijiye is issue ke related mere paas koi information nahi hai. Atleast in 18 mins this line was repeated 19 times.he gave us some instruction to make a set up again, by doing the instruction the tv got hanged up and after that he told that a technician will visit at your place and you will be charged @200/- and parts also if nay

                                    I have purchased new dth box of tata sky one month ago. and it is under one year warranty. in this warranty period services free, if any part or some item replaced that will be charged. as on 2/12/2016 some channels are working, then i register the complain. The technician come next day, and his find some disc position and loose contact. After correction the problem solved. but next they cut 200 /- Rs as a service charge. i call back first they say by mistake this happen after that they say the amount cut because of replacing connector but actually this not happen. after that my balance my set box deactivated cause of no balance. i will call them and said to active my set box then they you have to recharge.

I am sure they will look into your matter, settle any discrepancy and resolve your issue.

                                      Even though I know my complaint is not going to get resolved I will still put forward my grievance. I had recharged my Tata sky account last in April for 320 rupees but could not view for the entire month. I must have called umpteen number of times to Tata Sky asking them why I was not able to view my television program. They said now only 2 days left and you will hav to recharge again. So instead of recharging I stopped taking Tata sky. They are v good in following up for recharge n offers but not attending to customers. Few days ago I received so many calls from Tata sky to give them one more chance and that I would be given some offer. So I decided to give them a chance and I recharged again for 320 rs. I got to view the Tv program for that entire evening but next day they disconnected. When I called them they said your set top box is not receiving signal. Can somebody explain to me if that was the case how come my set top box allowed me to view that evening. I feel cheated once again but I want them to be taken to task. We cannot afford to lose our hard earned money to beggars like Tata sky who are spoiling the name of Tatas. If I don't get response from them I will have no other option but to exploit them on social website and twitter PMO. D

                                      You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter, fix the signal issue and resolve your grievance.

                                        Tata sky is issuing fake coupons on recharging of account. I got cheated with fake jabong coupons. It is a nexus of these corporate houses. We didn't even ask for coupons. Tata sky themselves giving them but fake.
                                        Also on submission of complaint and screen shot to customer service website the company is making vague calls abd denying submission of screenshot of fake coupons.
                                        I was happy with the service but due to this coupon fraud might change my dth service provider.
                                        Please take stringent action against tata sky and all its coupon partners.
