I am the customer of the tatasky since 5 years, last time i raised the complaint for not receiving the signal, the tatasky team is told that my address has been changed so you have update the address and raise the complaint for relocation which willbe chargeableforrs.300/-, Then i requested for updation of address in their system only not for relocation.
and the team advised me that for updation of address will not be chargeable.
After that Technician from tatasky visited at my home and repaired the disc and changed signal receiver but not relocated any disc.
For this they charged rs.150/-for signal receiver .and deducted rs. 300/- for relocation of the disc without relocating the samefrom my tatasky account. For this many times i complaint over phone but they don't response properly and abuse me for the same, and telling that it willbe chargeable for updation of address.now i want to know is it legal for updation of address will be chargeable without doing any service.
So, I request again and again please refund my amount of rs.300/-to my account.
