We are using TataSky for more than nine years for DTH Services.
Our Subsriber ID is: [protected].
Last Year we did one etopup for INR 5, 200 & we received SMS of this credit in our account. Later there were plenty o[censored]nauthorized transactions (debits as well as credits). We raised plenty of complaints orally thro. Phone besides zillion eMails but of no avail. We didn’t follow through with other penal action(s) possible.
This year our connectivity is down from Sunday (Oct. 10th) & we complained but till now the issue is not resolved. On the contrary they keep deducting charges on a daily basis for services not provided!.
TataSky needs to:
1. First withdraw all the charges from Oct. 9th till today for no service
2. This looks like premeditated cheating by some crook at TataSky purposely meddling our connection to loot additional money from us & show that as his/her contribution because otherwise this person is just a pure liability for TataSky. So higher authorities at Tatasky need to conduct a thorough investigation to identify this criminal & fire him/her “immediately”. Also as customers we deserve all the right to know this culprit’s name, designation, employee Id # etc.
3. Concerned authorities at TataSKy need to provide an unconditional written apology “Immediately”
4. Set right our connection at zero cost for us since it is a preplanned game by a crook with TataSKy. They keep saying that there will be charges for tech. visit & allied service. THERE IS NO NECESSITY FOR A HOUSE VISIT BY THEIR TECHNICIAN SINCE IT IS A MESSUP AT THEIR SERVER; THEY HAVE REMOVED THE LINKAGE OF DIGICARD # WITH SUBSRIBER ID
5. Provide us a Financial Compensation of a minimum of INR10, 000 for the mental agony caused because of discontinuity of agreed services the past 6 (six) days, so far
6. Confirm all these in writing with authorized signature & rubber stamp “IMMEDIATELY”
7. RESTORE THE CONNECTION WITHOUT ANY IFS & BUTS

WE HAVE INSTRUCTED SO MANY TIMES TO PROVIDE ALL INFORMATION/RESPONSE ADDRESSING OUR COMPLAINTS FULLY "ONE & ONLY IN WRITING". YOU ONLY EVADE THE ISSUE BY NOT PROVIDING THESE IN WRITING, SO FAR. PAT YOURSELVES ON YOUR BACKS!!!

SO CONFIRM IN WRITING. NO NECESSITY FOR:

1. CONVERSATIONS OVER PHONE
2. SITE VISIT BY YOUR "SO CALLED TECHNICIAN" SINCE EVERYTHING IS FINE AT OUR END. THIS IS
PREMEDIATED CHEATIN TO LOOT MORE MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS SINCE YOU ARE ALWAYS
GREEDY. LET US KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY YOU HAVE LOOTED FROM CUSTOMERS BY PLAYING
THIS GAME, SO FAR.
Besides two recent events of outright cheating by M/s TataSky recently, other similar events are:

1. We opted for South Platinum package valid for two years & all of a sudden
Tatasky disconnected that plan within one year even though it was a
valid & legally binding contract. Basically they looted more money from us
2. Even initially they tried to charge additional amount for installation by
saying that they used 13 meters of cable when they had hardly used 5m; 10
meters cable was free for installation work. We had to disprove their false claim
3. There are plenty of pre-meditated cheating like this

THEY NEVER EVER PROVIDE ANY RESPONSE IN WRITING ADDRESSING OUR COMPLAINT FULLY.

Tatasky needs to do everything as detailed in our complaint, set right he connection immediately, offer unconditional written apology by concerned authorities in writing, offer a minimun =m financial compensation of inr 10, 000, credit the authorised charges for disconnection of service wef oct. 1oth, besides all other things as mentioned clearly in our complaints umpteen number of times.
Confirm the same in writing "immediately".
No discussions over phone since you are very crooked & dodgy.

'Communicate One & Only in Writing" as specified VERY CLEARLY.

    I tried recharging the TATA SKY account with monthly balance of Rs.354. The amount is deducted from the bank account but TATA SKY account is not recharged, nor the balance is added up in the account.

    This is the second instance this is happening. Last month when I recharged through UPI, I faced this issue and was asked to do it through net banking, which I followed this time. Yet, this is the same again.

    Very disappointed with Tata Sky payment gateway.

        I ordered tata sky online connection on 7th oct 2021 but still not received subscriber id and confirmation message on phone number. I paid Rs.1556 amount online via debit card. I have received invoice for payment which has transaction id in it. By which they can verify my payment status and get it sort asap. I further contacted customer care they couldn't sort out my problem. I dont have subscriber id yet.

        If they are not able to fix their problem, get me my refund soon.

        Customer care contacted me after so many tweets and emails. They initiated my refund after that...funds got reflected in my account after 2 days.

        Please cancel my order and give me refund back asap.
        Today evening i received call from scammer who was pretending to be tatasky customer support. He said that you will get your refund back after few steps. He ask me to install anydesk app so he can monitor activities remotely such as getting my otp. When i refused to share details about debit card number, expiry date and cvv he said he can't process further for refund. One more thing he shared that tatasky has policy which states that customer has to install anydesk app to cancel order and get refund.

          I did a recharge of ₹464 in Tata Sky on 10th September 2021 via Google Pay and the amount was debited from my account but was unsuccessful from the end of Tata Sky. So I got in touch with the customer support multiple times regarding this but in vain. It's been a month today and still no idea about the same. Please resolve this issue and refund the money asap

            Tata sky is having the worst customer service ever. In my Tata sky account I've done recharge of 200 rs but yet the account is deactivated. I've paid 200 rs and it is deducted from my account. And the customer care people are not even helping they are talking rubbish and giving rubbish reasons.
            Hoping for refund or account activation as soon as possible.

                I ordered a Tata sky binge+ set top box online from the Tata sky website, paid the money in full as well on 9th Oct'2021. I got the receipt and the subscriber id. I booked the slot for 10th oct 2021 for the installation, but none of the technician visited. I called them multiple times to which they assured they will send them but it's not been sent yet. Also they are reluctant to refund me any money for the same as well. I feel being cheated on. The Subscriber id I am not sharing here for confidential purpose. They also raised a service request now of 35T6KP55 but before that also I have requested atleast 20 times.Please help me, I feel completely helpless. I want the installation to be done right away. If it doesn't happen today I am going to the higher authorities for this.

                    I booked a new connection of Tata Sky on 08th October 2021 with following details:

                    Customer Name: Sachin Singh
                    Mobile No.: [protected]
                    Transaction ID: DS[protected]

                    I did the payment of Rs. 4000 from my HDFC card no. ending with 2037 and the amount got deducted from my account and the payment was successful but there is no confirmation sms of installation or any details of subscriber ID. I mailed them at [protected]@tatasky.com but did not get any help. I received an automated mail saying to resolve the issue they need subscription id, which I didn’t get in the first place.

                    Kindly provide me successful booking details or refund my money in my account.

                        I have recharged on 20 August for Rs 300 for 30 days and it got expired on 15 August only I.e 5 days ago and I have complained to the customer care about it but they said that its correct but this is not correct as these people keep on deducting no of days validity of my subscription as I'm the screenshot attached it was written that it'll expire on 17th August but it got expired on 15 only and I had to recharge again on 16 September.

                        Please raise it with the top management of this company and ask them to extend my validity of subscription

                        Again tata sky has repeated the same thing by shortening my recharge subscription from 30 days to 26 days for 5he month of Nov, dec Jan, Feb and March as well. I have sent emails to thier customer service but all in vain please ask them to increase my validity as an I have taken thier subscription since April 2019 and thier was a service issue of lnb, set top box dish, remote for replacement bu to that is also not been looked into. And I have an image where the validity for Feb is written as 9th March but it expired on 8th March itself

                                I am the customer of the tatasky since 5 years, last time i raised the complaint for not receiving the signal, the tatasky team is told that my address has been changed so you have update the address and raise the complaint for relocation which willbe chargeableforrs.300/-, Then i requested for updation of address in their system only not for relocation.
                                and the team advised me that for updation of address will not be chargeable.
                                After that Technician from tatasky visited at my home and repaired the disc and changed signal receiver but not relocated any disc.
                                For this they charged rs.150/-for signal receiver .and deducted rs. 300/- for relocation of the disc without relocating the samefrom my tatasky account. For this many times i complaint over phone but they don't response properly and abuse me for the same, and telling that it willbe chargeable for updation of address.now i want to know is it legal for updation of address will be chargeable without doing any service.
                                So, I request again and again please refund my amount of rs.300/-to my account.

                                  I had done recharge through tata sky app through freecharge on 11.09.2021, transaction was successful from freecharge end, cashback also credited to freecharge account, but it was not credited to tata sky account. I talked and mailed to tata sky and they replied that the recharge was unsuccessful and the refund should be initiated within 7 to 10 business days. It's almost going to be one month still no refund. I talked to freecharge customer support and they said from there end the transaction is successful and I should contact to merchant. But no action from tata sky end. I am clueless what to do, I am feeling totally cheated. ₹200 Is not a matter of joke. Tata sky either credit ₹200 to my tata sky account or refund me back.

                                  You have not done any kind of solution. You are continuously telling that you have nothing to do. I also requested you to interact with freecharge as it's your business venture with 3rd party app I.e freecharge. But you told me that you have no rules or process to interact with freecharge. If you are unable to interact, how customer will get his refund? Freecharge also ignoring and telling me to contact with Tata Sky for refund. So I have not get either solution or refund. Then what to do in this situation? This means my hard earned ₹200 is gone.

                                    I had tried to recharge tata sky account (mobile no[protected] on 05/10/2021 for Rs.130/- via Google pay. The recharge was unsuccessful in nature, however, the amount got deducted and no refund received till date.
                                    Kindly look into this matter and initiate a refund accordingly.

                                      TATA SKY id is -[protected], I have done Tata sky recharge of Rs-244 via FreeCharge on 30 August, 11.07 pm, but not credited to Tata sky, all transactions screen shot is attached including bank statement details, kand provide details to both merchant, but still no one responding, I am waiting from last 20 day's and i am totally disappointed. Becouse both tata sky and FreeCharge are not supporting.

                                        I tried to recharge my tata sky account but it went unsuccessful and my bank account got debited for rs400, please refund my money asap.it happened on 5 october 2021
