Tatasky activate the channel packs, without customer permission and deducted money from the account.

As per customer care reply, Chennel package activated from through M-service delar.

Tatasky provide access to delar to initiate the chennel packs without customer knowledge.

Complain is, how believe our money is safe in TATASKY account.

    We have have been facing issue where only one channel is not working.
    We have called the Customer Care number twice a week for last one month did all the necessary steps to do a hard reset. Still did not work. Since we do not have a warranty they will charge us for a technician to come over and solve it.
    We have not tampered with anything not the dish or the set up box then why should we complain for their incompetence.
    They do a call back apologize and say they can do nothing.
    All they want is to charge us for their faulty job.
    It has been happening since 1st October 2021.

    Nope it has not been addressed, they are giving the same response. I am not paying for something I have not done. The channel not working was not a user error, it was a fault from the your set box. We have not tampered with any of the equipment. Why should I pay for the technician to come and fix the issue created from your end.

      Wrong account recharged but I don't remember Account number. I was supposed to recharge [protected] but the number I recharged must be a little different since the amount was debited but my account wasn't credited.         By mistake i am recharged the on my friends account 2times Rs. 340/- on 21 October 2021 . Due to slow network connection i cant understand the transaction successfully completed or failed.             I was not able to watch picture hence I complain at Tata Sky in month of May-21.
            The technician told me that set top of box is not working and need to replace.
            He brought new set top of box and solved my picture problem.
            Now both set top of box are active and I was billed for the same.
            I have no idea about this double billing.
            He should have deactivated old set top of box.
            Now when I have similar problem of not able to see picture, that time the technician told me you have to boxes active and billed for the same.
            When I called Tata Sky help desk and gave complain they cold that complain.
            Giving unrealistic answers.

                    I made recharge of my tatasky account on dated 25.09.2021 for Rs 300 using google pay upi with tata sky app. Amount deducted from my karur vysya bank account instantly but recharge became unsuccessful. While talking with customer care no on tatasky the replied that that didn't received money.Yet I haven't received back money.

                        I recharged my rara sky on 10th of October as my due date was 12 October even after the recharge I got notifications telling to recharge I contacted the customer service and they were too rude and almost argues telling it's not their issue and they don't know about it ... I had to recharge again . I want my refund .

                              I have recharged tatasky on 8th October 2021 twice with 557 rupees, the money was deducted and I have been refunded till now!
                              I have used Tatasky mobile app for recharge, through paytm upi id

                              I am currently in loss of 1114 rupees and tatasky is not giving a resolution.

                                    2 bad experiences back to back.

                                    1st:- There was an technical issue in my building from the tata sky end which caused us no television for one whole day and yet money was deducted from the account to get it fixed . After raising the complaint the gentleman on the phone mentioned that he will cross check with the back end team and if the issue had occurred from their end they will refund the money. The next day I get a call from "Naveen" from the back office department, he accepts that it was an issue from their team but totally refused to refund the money stating "the visiting charges must be borne by us even if there is an interruption caused by the tata sky just because the technician had arrived" I had told him that the issue was first given to tata sky customer care team and when they could not solve it then they had to send the technician but inspite of this he was reluctant to refund my money and said "to go and fight with society member since the issue was caused in my entire building because of tata sky" makes no sense but according to him it did and his tone was absolutely rude, he was the most insensible person I had ever spoken to and someone who never accepts his mistake.

                                    2) we had shifted to a new house and hence requested tata sky team to come and get it connected. Since we were busy in managing with the workers, the technician took advantage and left the connected wires across the balcony to the living room. Now we are unable to shut the balcony door and there are children which will be dangerous for them too as it is in the center. Question to the tata sky department, are you only good at eating money from the people but services you provide is ridiculous??? Does your staff are not trained on how to speak to the customer and basic common sense???

                                    Yesterday I received a call from "ARVIND" promising me for sending a technician at 12:30 pm and getting back to me for a resolution but yet none arrived. Upon following up with the customer service it is been said that my complaint is showing as resolved and closed and none of them have any idea about my concern being raised and upon questioning about the same they just hung up without any answer. So basically tata sky just called yesterday for name sake and closed the issue without any action been made neither they have updated my concern in their records. Tata sky team are big scammers, they have taken my money with an improper and incomplete service and are least interested to resolve it even after raising a complaint! Highly irresponsible team!!

                                      I want to change my existing pack and wanted to recharge for 1 year. Before that i had contacted customer care check the availability for annual pack. They said there is no annual pack recharge. They suggested me to select the pack and check the month recharge amount and multiple into 12 month + 1month bonus will be offered. Before recharge i selected the pack and add some channels and amount was coming around rs.207. After after i miscalculated amount and recharge 3 times to meet one year pack amount. But when checked validity was showing for 6month only. I called the customer care and they told there is nfc mandatory charges rs.153. But told that while recharging this amount was not showing. But they refuse to understand suitation and neglected the issue and starting apology for causing the problem and i didnt get solution here, so i complained to nodel officer . Nodel officer called me, i was hoping for the solution. Explained her the suitation but refuse to agree problem caused to me. I had said her amount was reflectg in the tatasky
