2 bad experiences back to back.
1st:- There was an technical issue in my building from the tata sky end which caused us no television for one whole day and yet money was deducted from the account to get it fixed . After raising the complaint the gentleman on the phone mentioned that he will cross check with the back end team and if the issue had occurred from their end they will refund the money. The next day I get a call from "Naveen" from the back office department, he accepts that it was an issue from their team but totally refused to refund the money stating "the visiting charges must be borne by us even if there is an interruption caused by the tata sky just because the technician had arrived" I had told him that the issue was first given to tata sky customer care team and when they could not solve it then they had to send the technician but inspite of this he was reluctant to refund my money and said "to go and fight with society member since the issue was caused in my entire building because of tata sky" makes no sense but according to him it did and his tone was absolutely rude, he was the most insensible person I had ever spoken to and someone who never accepts his mistake.
2) we had shifted to a new house and hence requested tata sky team to come and get it connected. Since we were busy in managing with the workers, the technician took advantage and left the connected wires across the balcony to the living room. Now we are unable to shut the balcony door and there are children which will be dangerous for them too as it is in the center. Question to the tata sky department, are you only good at eating money from the people but services you provide is ridiculous??? Does your staff are not trained on how to speak to the customer and basic common sense???
