Amount of rupees 1114 debited but recharge not done

I have recharged tatasky on 8th October 2021 twice with 557 rupees, the money was deducted and I have been refunded till now!
I have used Tatasky mobile app for recharge, through paytm upi id

The WORST Customer care executives and services

2 bad experiences back to back.

1st:- There was an technical issue in my building from the tata sky end which caused us no television for one whole day and yet money was deducted from the account to get it fixed . After raising the complaint the gentleman on the phone mentioned that he will cross check with the back end team and if the issue had occurred from their end they will refund the money. I want to change my existing pack and wanted to recharge for 1 year. Before that i had contacted customer care check the availability for annual pack. They said there is no annual pack recharge. Balance is deducted but account is not recharged

I tried recharging the TATA SKY account with monthly balance of Rs.354. The amount is deducted from the bank account but TATA SKY account is not recharged, nor the balance is added up in the account.

This is the second instance this is happening. Last month when I recharged through UPI, I faced this issue and was asked to do it through net banking, which I followed this time. Yet, this is the same again.

Not received product

I ordered tata sky online connection on 7th oct 2021 but still not received subscriber id and confirmation message on phone number. I paid Rs.1556 amount online via debit card. I have received invoice for payment which has transaction id in it. By which they can verify my payment status and get it sort asap. I further contacted customer care they couldn't sort out my problem. I dont have subscriber id yet.

Tata Sky dth recharge

I did a recharge of ₹464 in Tata Sky on 10th September 2021 via Google Pay and the amount was debited from my account but was unsuccessful from the end of Tata Sky. So I got in touch with the customer support multiple times regarding this but in vain. It's been a month today and still no idea about the same. Please resolve this issue and refund the money asap...

Recharged my Tata sky account still my account is deactivated.

Tata sky is having the worst customer service ever. In my Tata sky account I've done recharge of 200 rs but yet the account is deactivated. I've paid 200 rs and it is deducted from my account. And the customer care people are not even helping they are talking rubbish and giving rubbish reasons.
Hoping for refund or account activation as soon as possible.

Tata Sky Binge+ Set top box

I ordered a Tata sky binge+ set top box online from the Tata sky website, paid the money in full as well on 9th Oct'2021. I got the receipt and the subscriber id. I booked the slot for 10th oct 2021 for the installation, but none of the technician visited. I called them multiple times to which they assured they will send them but it's not been sent yet. Also they are reluctant to refund me any money for the same as well. I feel being cheated...

Amount of rs 4000 deducted but Subscription ID not received and did not get any message regarding the same.

I booked a new connection of Tata Sky on 08th October 2021 with following details:

Customer Name: Sachin Singh
Mobile No.: [protected]
Transaction ID: DS[protected]

I did the payment of Rs. 4000 from my HDFC card no. ending with 2037 and the amount got deducted from my account and the payment was successful but there is no confirmation sms of installation or any details of subscriber ID....
