I recharge with rs 308 on 25 aug 2021 with using tatasky app and freecharge money debited but did'nt credited tatasky account. i given complaint so many times they did'nt sovle my problem and did'nt refund my money they told wait 48 hrs and 7 to 10 days but now already passed 20 days they still telling wait wait wait i given complaint 5 times but their respose is not good please solve my problem.

Updated by Prakashsarode Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly furnish the refund letter from whoever provided refund (merchant), date of refund, which mode of the refund, Amount of refund, to which a/c refund or please provide the amount debited from the a/c that date of TXN, debited amount, debited TXN reference number for the further processing.
