I recharged on the Tata sky app twice but both the times the recharge was unsuccessful and I got a message that the debited amount will be credited in few days
But till now I haven’t received any

    I have done my tata sky recharge through google pay payment option in their site.but
    The amount has been debited from my bank account but it hasn't been credited to my tata sky account..

      Address: C-202, NG Complex, Near Ashok Nagar, Military Road, Marol Maroshi, Andheri East,

      Lodged complaint for no signal on 2nd September, 2021.

      Till date the technicians has not attended at the alloted time. Whatsapp messages of tata sky does not work. Junior executives of Tata SKY takes the complaint and are not ready to escalate when told to transfer to the seniors.

      When told to disconnect and refund the balance amount in my credit, they refused to disconnect stating that only after return of hardware the balance amount will be refunded.

      Since I am the owner and not the custodian, it is still not understood why I should return the hardware.

      Months are passing without any response. Employees are behaving in careless manner and enjoying the legacy of TATA brand without addressing the issues.

          Address: 201 B Sanghavi Estate, Birla College Road, Kalyan West 421 301

          On 4th September, 2021 I had put a requirement for Tata sky dish in Tata Sky website. Subsequently, as per the call received from Tata Sky representative, I had taken a HD connection on 4.9.2021 (Customer ID [protected]) after paying Rs.2650/-. Actually I wanted a Hindi Value pack, as per whattsapp confirmation received from your representative for one year Hindi Value Pack. However, at the time of installation instead of recharging for Hindi Value pack, by mistake their call centre had recharged for Marathi HIndi Value Pack for one year. It is their mistake. Subsequently I had complained to their helpdesk as well as nodal officer.
          Instead of solving the issue, without my knowledge, you have cancelled the 1 year Marathi Hindi Pack and also charged me for one year rental fee of Rs.1233/-.My agreed package was one year Hindi channel with free set off box for Rs.2450/-. I would like to know when offer given to me was with free set top box, how can they charge me for the same.
          Due to the mistake committed by Tata Sky, my validity of package is also reduced to 6 months, i.e. upto 17th April, 2022 instead of one year upto 30th August, 2022. Because of not giving correct pack recharge by you, I am suffering.
          I have requested them to kindly reverse the amount of Rs.1233/- debited by them for the one year rental as my understanding with Tata Sky was with free set top box only. Alternatively kindly restore my Annual Marathi Hindi Value Pack.
          I have been following up with their help desk and nodal officer; but no satisfactory reply. I expect a proper response from a reputed company like Tata Sky Ltd.

            I have done recharge of Rs. 492 for my TataSky account on 15/09/2021. Money was deducted from my account but money has not credited to my Tatasky account. Hence My TataSky account has been deactivated because of low balance.

            Please solve the issue immediately, either by way of refund or by completion of recharge to my tatasky account.

                    I recharge with rs 308 on 25 aug 2021 with using tatasky app and freecharge money debited but did'nt credited tatasky account. i given complaint so many times they did'nt sovle my problem and did'nt refund my money they told wait 48 hrs and 7 to 10 days but now already passed 20 days they still telling wait wait wait i given complaint 5 times but their respose is not good please solve my problem.

                      Amount deducted from gpay but account not recharged

                      I have recharged my tata sky account through google pay and the money is deducted from my account, but the tata sky account is not recharged. I tried contacting tata sky customer service but all they say is recharge been unsuccesful. Then where did my deducted money go? When I called for the first time, they said amount is shown as submitted and I wld see account recharged in 24hrs. But the next day, they say its unsuccessful. This is pathetic....

                            I done a tatasky dth recharge on my friend’s account on 10.08.2021 via freecharge wallet on tatasky website.The paid amount is 270, amount debited from my freecharge wallet but in tatasky account it doesn’t reflected. So I contacted the tatasky customer service and told them the issue, the customer service agent told me that they can see the amount and it cannot be credit to my friend’s tatasky account, and the 270 will credit back to me within 10days. And they told me to recharge the tatasky account for use, so i done another recharge and it’s reflected in the tatasky account.
                            I waited more than 10 days. But didn’t received the amount, so I called the customer service and registered a complaint and their mail too. Only got an auto response mail.And again waited few days, no response from their side, the entire process repeated several times, they are so careless to my issue, still I didn’t received the amount.

                              I recharged my account yesterday (11/09/2021) by logging in into my tata sky account, via google pay. The amount has been debited from my bank account but it hasn't been credited to my tata sky account yet. Also, it's the second time this is happening.
                              I made a payment again via net banking, it was successful. Tried to raise a dispute on Gpay, as per them the payment was successful and I should contact the merchant. Checked with Tatasky, they asked me to contact rhe app where the payment was made from. It's just a small amount however I get nothing in return for it, i want my money back. Tatasky should remove Googlepay option from their payment page. I am sure I am not the first victim nor the last!

                                What happened is i request to Tata Sky for change my set up box to hd box and after they changed my set up box to hd box my old Subscriber id changed to New Subscriber id.my old Subscriber have amount for 1 year which is 3100rs and they didn't transfer the money to new Subscriber id or refund it.i dont know why they did this to me i hope i will able to get Justice for this unethical doing form TATA SKY.

                                  I have bought a new tata sky new connection 2 months back for 2600 rupees for the subscription. before getting connection I asked about specific channels and sales representative confirmed that I will get those channel as part of this pack.

                                  From the first day, I cannot view the expected channels. I had to recharge extra for viewing channels. But when the recharge amount is over the channel doesn't show as usual. The 6 month package subscription has many channels which I cannot view.

                                  I have tried everything, calling customer care & sales team, but nothing could resolve this issue.

                                  Customer service team will raise service request( had more than 3 request) and backend team will call and ask me to call sale team and close the ticket.

                                  Sale team is on other extreme, they are not picking my cal(made more than 200+ calls)l. if I try from other number, they will pick the call and disconnect the call immediately after hearing my name. never seen such worst behavior before. Sales team phone numbers( [protected], [protected]) never recommend to get connection from this team, as they are not aware about the channel list in packs.

                                  Struggling from past 2 months with this issue. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                  No the issue is not resolved.. I got a call and he explained me how to add the channels to my account the portal ( which is basic stuff and we know that already). Also representative did not understood the issue and he didn't gave me a chance to explain as well, he spoke continuously about adding the channel and disconnected the call.

                                  I felt they just contacted me for the name sake.

                                  Sorry to say this again, issue is not resolved yet. Same thing happened, I got a call and explained about the issue and they said that they will update the details as comments in the case.

                                  Just wondering how can they close the issue, when they don't provide the resolution.

                                  Can we please escalate this to next level, because I know they will call me again and they will update the case, that's max will happen. I don't want to play that game again.

                                      I am getting these repetitive calls from tata sky executive, I think just to trouble me now and than, I got 2-3 calls to recharge my Tata sky account even when I have informed them not to call me, i will recharge if i willing to do but these guys keeps calling me.. this is really irritating. and today i have got and call for the complaint raised a random guy name tarun, executive called me and said my name tarun where informing about the complaint which i have never logged. this is really irritating i think they don't have there system updated. its just outdated systems they are using.
