My Tata Sky connection is located at 406 Sun City B Building, NIBM Road, Kondhwa, Pune 411048.
My phone no., the registered mobile no. is [protected]. Unfortunately, I am not in Pune right now.
My problem is that when the power fails, and then comes back on again, the set top box take a good 6 to 8 hours to boot up again. This has been happening only in recent weeks.
Could you please look into this problem?
