Refund of recharge

My subscriber ID is [protected]. I had done a recharge of Rs.1071/- on 2/11/21, the amount was deducted and deposited in tatasky, but not credited in my DTH. Despite various complaints no refund is given....

By Default Vedic math channel activated during recharge

Hi I am regular customer for Tata sky from last 2 years and very happy till the time of last recharge.
In my last recharge I have done it for 6 month package but when I seen Vedic math channel in my account which activated without my confirmation and acknowledgement .
And now not able to remove not able to unsubscribe through sms and online tata sky app.
Please help to resolve asap.

Account Activation Long Pending

They installed the Tata sky STB and Dish on 28/11/2021 Sunday 11am. I have paid full amount (₹1840) online at the time of booking. My account is not activated yet.Its showing activation pending.

29/11/2021: I've contacted the local service office and they requested me to pay extra 250 to activate my account (as per them my account showing in sufficient balance)

I have recharged ₹250 to my account via UPI...

Provide series in my official language Kannada

All the instruction and the pack expiry messages are being displayed in hindi which are not being understood by us. And we are not seeing option to select Kannada in settings. Only Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu options are provided. So provide service in my official language. ie Kannada....

Recharge not refunded

Hi, I have recharged Tata sky with Rs. 280 on Nov 16th, I got deduction in my account but the recharge was unsuccessful, I called tata sky customer care they said amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days but today is 12th day still I don't receive refund, if I call them, they are not responding they're disconnecting the call, not responding properly, kindly requesting to resolve my issue asap...

Money deducted, but not get recharged

I have recharged Tata Sky of 227 rupees at '18 Nov 2021'and money deducted from my account but not get recharged.So i want my refund, please help to get money back ASAP....

Amount transferred but not been able to reach the tata sky

Hi, I had made amount of Rs. 604 on 23rd nov 2021 at 1.05pm to tatasky com through gpay. The said amount got tranfered to billdeskbkr. [protected]@hdfcbsnk but it didn't reach the tatasky account... Pls help me......

Wrong charges debited

Dear Concern,

With regards to abv complaint no i already informed tata sky customer care to stop my Binge services they told me that i have to use this for 1 month after that i will discontinued as they taken cancellation request(i also got SMS that on 9th November screenshot of the same is attached)

already i suspended my services till 20th November

Recharge multiple times

My experience with TATASKY RECHARGE

I made a recharge for one year online using my master card . The transaction was successful and I received the debit from Master card side and from TATASKY side . After a few minutes I received another message stating that my transaction was unsuccessful and if the money was debited it will get returned in a weeks time and I have to use the link sent as part of the message for making the...

Account closed but didn't receive refund yet

I have been trying to get my deposit money and all wallet balance back as account closed already but tatasky not responding me and refunded money yet.
It's been two months now but still no response.

Refund of money deducted during unsuccessful booking of new connection

While in the process of booking a new connection on the Tatasky website, the money was deducted from the account however the booking was unsuccessful. There were three unsuccessful attempts made by me. The issue was raised with Tatasky via email and phone calls however the company is refusing to refund the money. Fraud amount added in monthly Bill

Now TATA sky started added fraud amount in monthly bill. We are using TATA SKY from 3 or 4 Years. Every 6 month we are getting same issue. Automatically some channel added. When we call to customer care then he said this channel added by You and When we asked time and mobile then he said there are no data available. Such type of behaviour we never expect from TATA Group.

Auto random amount in your monthly Pack

You are doing fraud with the customer. Automatically random amount added in monthly Pack. This incident happens second time with me. Before 1 year or 6 Month same incident happens. Again same issue happens with me. We are using TATA Sky from 3 or 4 Year. We never expect this type of incident from TATA group.
