Sir,
i have got a call from one of your tata sky agent on 13th december that i will get an offer for Rs. 395 recharge monthly for 2 connection, which includes zee cinema zee tv sony set max. But after getting the connection we have not received the desired channel I have been promised. I have called several times the agent, but now he is not picking up the phone. His phone number is [protected]. he told me his name is deep roy. His Whatsapp number is[protected]. I am giving the screen shot of whatsapp chat with him, please see the matter and resolve the issue ASAP.

    I have applied and paid in advance for a Tata Sky Binge+ connection but as per the technician visited there was massive wiring required to get the connection which not getting possible at my place so I have cancelled and gone ahead with another service provider.
    Even after cancelling the application (a week back), I am yet to receive the money refund of INR4999.
    I do not find this getting resolved through call centres as I have already tried them twice.

      We have two active connections, both of which are HD boxes.

      The primary link has HD channels, while the secondary has SD channels.

      When we recently contacted the team to replace the non-SD box, their technical team literally forced us to buy the HD box instead of replacing it by offering discounts and making excuses that we don't have any stock of non-SD boxes and that even if we replaced it with a new one, it would only last 15 days. They then began to put pressure on us by dropping our packages. To avoid further harassment, we requested that the non-SD box be replaced with an HD box. We purchased a new HD box, but they are still not allowing us to watch the channels quietly.

      This has been going on for the past month. I contacted at least ten times to lodge my complaint that my packages are being modified without any confirmation/authorization or notification. When I contacted a senior member of the customer support team, he verified that this is occurring on the dealer's end.

      This has been very torturous for the past two months!

      We haven't received a resolution as of yet. They re-add the packages to remedy the problem, however, this is completely ineffective!

      We don't know why the dealer is acting this way, but he drops our packages once or twice a week.

        Every time I delete two packages from my subscription before paying monthly charges. They are Kids HD pack 58 rs and Marathi regional HD pack 88 rs. I have to do this because somebody from Tata Sky adds these packages to my subscription without any intimation. But to my drawback, because of this unknown and unwarned addition, my subscription expiry date is reduced and it expires earlier because these packages daily consume the amount that I paid for monthly subscription. I took many screenshots of payment date, subscription, packages that I chose, and packages forcefully added by Tata sky to my account and complained twice about the repeated incidents of such act to the senior customer service of Tata Sky. But there has been no sound resolution given by them. The objective of this act is clear that they want consumers like me to forcefully get rebilled earlier and higher. Consumers can do nothing once the amount paid against monthly subscription is finished earlier than the estimated renewal date. The consumer has to end up paying again and getting the subscription corrected by removing these additional packages forcefully added by Tata Sky. Hence, my complaint is that Tata Sky anynomously adds extra packages to my subscription every month without my consent and reduces my monthy subscription expiry date so that I get rebilled sooner than expected.

          Despite subscribing to channels I am unable to watch them, contacted tata sky and they say to arrange a technician visit and pay.
          Why should I pay when I have already subscribed for the channels? It is not my fault, I can view all channels except the channels I have specialy subscribed.
          Kindly look over the matter.

            I was recharging my Tata sky account on 06.12.2021 in Tatasky app, when I clicked the option to recharge in Tata sky app they guided me to browser page and I selected Google pay as payment method and then they directed me to a gpay account of a name (BilldeskTatasky) and I have paid 290 and my money is debited and now the recharge is not credited and also finally finding that the gpay account BilldeskTatasky was not for DTH.
            I find it absolute fraudulent from Tata services !! I need my refund asap !

                Hi,
                I was informed by a tatasky sales person that if i purchase an offer which is Dhamaka pack for 5000 i would be getting 4000 credit in my account but i was recharged for only 3400 on 4th december 2021 and after 2 days 400 was again deducted and now balance in is only 2913. If call Tatasky customer care they are telling dealer has done the recharge and they cannot help. I have been following up with dealer from 1 week but instead of resolving the issue they are just giving reasons and playing around. Please help to get the refund as I am not interested in this fraud company Tatasky.

                    On 24th Nov 2021, I had done for Rs. 374 for DTH Tata Sky recharge.via Axis Bank App. The same mode of payment has been used for years and has never given me any problem, except for this one.

                    Tata Sky ID: [protected]

                    Transaction detail: AXMOB/DTHR/155EEF6G9170/[protected]/

                    The amount is deducted from the Account and after confirmation with the Bank, Axis Bank claimed a successful transaction with Tata Sky and provided this ref no. 155EEF6G9170

                    Tata Sky is claiming they have not received any payment for recharge on 24th Nov 2021.

                    Another recharge was done on 27th Nov to use their DTH service as the monthly pack was expired. This recharge was successful.
                    Mode: UPI

                    I had called Tata sky customer service and they said they haven't received any amount on 24th Nov. So it will be reverted back in 7 working days.

                    I also called Axis Bank and the bank said the Transaction was Successful and Received confirmation through the backend from Tata Sky.

                    I registered a Complaint about this problem with Tata Sky
                    The solution they gave is Contact Bank

                    This happened over 5 times where Tata Sky said to contact Axis Bank and Axis Bank said to contact Tata Sky.

                    The issue is not resolved after waiting for the stipulated time for resolution.

                      Lot Of Times Discussed With Tata Sky – Help Desk Team – First of all They Not Understand & Not Gone through My Mails.

                      Simply Telling Check With My Bank – Already Bank Communications Shared – But they Not Referring My Mails.

                        Wrongly Debiting charges for Binge Service

                        I have opted for the binge box, but do not use the service as I have direct subscriptions to Amazon, Disney Hotstar and Zee 5 . I have a recharge pack for regular tata sky channels as well.
                        On the 4th of November one of my family members opened the binge screen and clicked on a movie. TATA SKY immediately sent me a message confirming that I had subscribed for this service and debited 299 from my balance. There is no confirmation pop...

                        I have subscribed 6 months package from tata sky and they assured to give whatever channels currently watching for next 6 months. Intermediately last week they discontinued few channels. I raised the request to tatasky and they replied like " we had some technical issues so that those channels included in the package. Now we solved the issue so going forward those channels unable to view" . They are fixed the issue after 3 months of subscription and during my subscription they assured what ever channels you seeing that should be continued for next 6 months.
                        This is absolutely wrong without any proper notice and after my subscription intermediately discontinued few channels.
                        Kindly provide good solution for this issue .

                          I recently raised a service request regarding a faulty set-top box. I took over 5 days for providing a replacement set top box inspite of me being charged Rs600 (LNB 200 + remote 200 + service charge 200) + set-top box cost Rs450. Whereas the fault was only with the set top box.I raised an escalation for the poor service to the Tata sky customer care.
                          I received a call the next day from Mr. Manivannan claiming to be Asst. Manager working from Chennai Ekkadutangal Office of Tata Sky, to share the Service code to close the service request. I politely informed him, I will share it after receiving response for the escalation raised. He immediately added a high value premium HD Tata sky pack worth Rs.517 to my Tata sky account without my knowledge or consent.
                          What sort of professional company gives privilege to its employees to do such activities. Tata sky is some kind of joke organization playing personal vengence games? Is this not considered a breach of TRAI regulations?

                            My Tata Sky connection is located at 406 Sun City B Building, NIBM Road, Kondhwa, Pune 411048.
                            My phone no., the registered mobile no. is [protected]. Unfortunately, I am not in Pune right now.
                            My problem is that when the power fails, and then comes back on again, the set top box take a good 6 to 8 hours to boot up again. This has been happening only in recent weeks.
                            Could you please look into this problem?

                                  They installed the Tata sky STB and Dish on 28/11/2021 Sunday 11am. I have paid full amount (₹1840) online at the time of booking. My account is not activated yet.Its showing activation pending.

                                  29/11/2021: I've contacted the local service office and they requested me to pay extra 250 to activate my account (as per them my account showing in sufficient balance)

                                  I have recharged ₹250 to my account via UPI app.
                                  It has been three days since the installation, my account still showing Activation Pending.

                                  Its a pathetic service from Tata sky.
                                  As a tata company employee i never expected such a worse service from a tata group company.

                                  I have contacted the customer care several times and they have no idea about the issue. The reply is same "please give some time, we are working towards this".

                                  This issue is finally fixed after 4 days of calls and followups. Support from Tata sky customer care is unprofessional. It took 4 days to resolve a login error from their side.

                                  This is not what we expect from a company, especially from a tata group company.

                                    All the instruction and the pack expiry messages are being displayed in hindi which are not being understood by us. And we are not seeing option to select Kannada in settings. Only Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu options are provided. So provide service in my official language. ie Kannada.

                                      Hi, I have recharged Tata sky with Rs. 280 on Nov 16th, I got deduction in my account but the recharge was unsuccessful, I called tata sky customer care they said amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days but today is 12th day still I don't receive refund, if I call them, they are not responding they're disconnecting the call, not responding properly, kindly requesting to resolve my issue asap

                                      Hi still the issue haven't been resolved, please do the needful, they said they'll resolve, but they're calling only for payment not to resolve issue
