I have TATA SKY DTH connection vide number [protected]. This connection took in August 2017 in Hyderabad . It is in apartment cum group house. Since my relative is staying in same apartment, I came to know upon enquiry, there will be discount in multi connection, so I took two more multi connections.
Now I intend to transfer my connection which is primery vide setup box number[protected]
to Rajahmundry .
As suggested by your customer service all multi connection kept in on mode. For swap also request made.
Now and earlier also My request is to transfer my 5240 set up box connection to Rajahmundry at the same time two multi connections should function. Attenna is one, so I wish to purchase new one for my Rajahmundry connection
The total details are as under
Primary connections set box card no[protected]
First multi connection set up box number[protected]
Second multi connection set up box number[protected]
00182 to made as primary, as this one only is in function, 1270 is standby
In this connection every time I have to spend about 30 minutes to speak with your customer care, transferring my call to another taking request politely saying I will help you but from October 11 th 2021 onwards the same is being in process.
I am facing trouble to get disconnected one connection.
