Only Zee Tamil (1511) channel has poor signal issues… all other channels are working fine. And I have observed this issue in my in-laws’ house also. Is the issue with the channel or Tata Sky?

    I have TATA SKY DTH connection vide number [protected]. This connection took in August 2017 in Hyderabad . It is in apartment cum group house. Since my relative is staying in same apartment, I came to know upon enquiry, there will be discount in multi connection, so I took two more multi connections.
    Now I intend to transfer my connection which is primery vide setup box number[protected]
    to Rajahmundry .
    As suggested by your customer service all multi connection kept in on mode. For swap also request made.
    Now and earlier also My request is to transfer my 5240 set up box connection to Rajahmundry at the same time two multi connections should function. Attenna is one, so I wish to purchase new one for my Rajahmundry connection
    The total details are as under
    Primary connections set box card no[protected]
    First multi connection set up box number[protected]
    Second multi connection set up box number[protected]
    00182 to made as primary, as this one only is in function, 1270 is standby
    In this connection every time I have to spend about 30 minutes to speak with your customer care, transferring my call to another taking request politely saying I will help you but from October 11 th 2021 onwards the same is being in process.

    I am facing trouble to get disconnected one connection.

      Our ID is [protected] - R.Valarmathi. From 03/11/2021 on wards our tatasky set of box is not working. No signal showing in the Box.
      I made a sms complaint to Number [protected] and whatsapp. No response from anybody from tatasky service.

      It is more than four days we are not able to see the programme. Kindly arrange to depute any service engineer for inspection. If required kindly arrnage to change the set of box to enable us to see your all good programmes without disturbance.

        Myself Sakthi, in our appartments more than 10 street dogs are staying. Couldn't tolerate their noises, smell and couldn't clean it. Couldn't enter the house peacefully without fear. Please take all those dogs immediately from our appartment.

              I am using Tata sky from approx 15 years or more I am living in surat an Tata sky is at udvada we have a holy place so we come to visit for 3 to 4 days an I always do recharge for 3 to 5 days only
              This time I have recharged with Rs 80 for watching tata sky for 6days and when I visited to watch Tata sky the match was in hindi comentrt I asked the helpline that I want the commentry in english the operater does not give any information about the pack of my is not supported with the English cometry an change the pack an validity reduce to one day
              I urged the authority to do needful but they dis aggry to give one day
              TATA sky belong to a top most company in india for his well-known services but due to company mistake why I should sufer while asking that will it charge additional they so no so I agree to change language Of hearing into English

                  TATA Group is the most unethical Business Group in India. They use illegal & unethical business practices.

                  I asked them to deactivate the Binge+ Pack on the last date of trial period, but they did not deactivate it on the same day. They actually deactivated it next day after debiting Rs. 299/- from my account. When I complained about it and asked them to credit back the debited amount, they bluntly refused.

                  This is not the first time when I have had bad experience with TATAs. Back in 2006, I booked broadband connection of Tata Indicom. Their agent came to me and collected Rs. 4000 and promissed to install the broadband in next 7 days. But they neither did the installation nor refunded the amount. I complained many times. More than 4 months passed, but they did not refund. Finally, I went to Sanchar Bhawan(Department of Telecommunications) and filed a written complaint against them. I also forwarded a copy of the same to TRAI. Finally, I received the refund only when Department of Telecommunications sent notice to them.

                  Based on my experience, I can certainly say that TATA Group is the most corrupt & unethical Business Group in India. They always try to trick the customers using illegal & unethical business practices. Foreign multi-national companies are more trustworthy and ethical than TATA Group.

                    This is the 2nd time i have been cheated by Tatasky which is your regular practice with all customers and only few of them raise a complaint to CEO Desk for justice.

                    On 28 Oct 2021 i have upgraded to Tatasky Binge from Tatasky HD and immediately credited Rs. 2000 in my Tatasky account. but i was shocked to see that the product result its 3rd class product. Your technician was present at my place and i showed all these error to hi, and he was satisfied with my errors below :

                    1. Very first i received a setupbox without any box and seal.
                    2. The speed of the product is very very slow and take too much time to start.
                    3. Voice command in remote is not working properly.
                    4. Search function is very very slow and too much time for search results. My internet speed is 100mbps - JIOFibre.
                    5. Your Tatasky Binge setupbox is also not compatible with JIO Fiber connection. Unable to see SSID in list.
                    6. The worst problem in setupbox is Youtube and other free android apps also its asking me for Recharge why ?

                    I have called so many times to customer care for resolution but no one visited my place even after my complaint, So finally i decided to Cancel this setupbox and install my HD box back.

                    Today its 03.11.2021 till not no one called me from your team and even i dont want this product anymore...

                    Iam a Software Engneer with a profession with good technical knowledge. I already have external android box wich is working much better than your 3rd class BINGE product than why to waste money if its not technically perfect. I will also appeal customer on TWITTER and share my bad experience with you TATA BINGE and request them not to buy such usless product and waste money.

                    So my request is to Cancel this Order and collect your setupbox with immediate effect. And Also Credit My 2000 Rs. back to my bank accont or Tatasky account.

                    I even complainted in NCH - National Consumer Helpline with registered complaint number and updated Tatasky CEODesk and finally i got a callback from CEODESK refusing for refund Even after knowing all facts and features about their faulty setupbox, Tatasky team is also mentally harassing me on phone calls instead of refunding back due to their faulty outdated technology box..

                    Need a Justice.

                        Tata Sky says that once you subscribe to their pack, you can view the channels that you have subscribed on the Tata Sky app. However this is misleading and not entirely true. You can not watch any of the Star channels even if you have subscribed to them in your pack on Tata Sky app.
                        You are redirected to Hotstar if you try to watch any of the Star channels in Tata Sky app.
                        I faced the same issue and contacted Tata Sky CUSTOMER care and the ### told me that I can watch HD channels in the app and for which I need to subscribe to them. So I subscribed and still the same issue.
                        Then when I contacted CUSTOMER care again, this time at least a knowledgeable executive told me the fact that Star channels can not be watched on the Tata Sky app.
                        The Tata Sky ads are misleading and the CUSTOMER care executives are ###S.

                        The action is on you not to show misleading ads and making sure that your customer care executives have correct information and knowledge.                           I am a Tata Sky customer for many years and use their services for my Guesthouse. My Subscriber ID [protected] under the name MCHELLE Farnadies

                          On 15th October 2021 while using the app on my phone to make a recharge, I mistakenly chose a wrong pack costing Rs 21, 588/- the money was deducted for the same . On the next day, 16th October when I realised I called and cancelled the pack and requested for a refund. I was promised the refund within 7 days by the customer care executive. I Got an SMS with Cancellation code: 693620. I was told to add 50 RS. into the account to make the refund possible. Which I did.

                          7 days later on the 24th of October 2021, I called again because the refund had not yet come through. The person told me that he is registering the complaint again and that I will get a call back before the 26th October.

                          I did not receive any call back. So called again on the 26th and was told that my first complaint (16th Oct) was not registered and that only the complaint made on 24th was registered. I refused to believe this and forced the person to check their records, only then was it disclosed that my first complaint had been closed from their end without resolution. I was also told that since I am now complaining after a period of 7days it is now a complicated matter to get the refund.

                          Again I was promised a call back before the 31st Oct and that my issue would be resolved by then.

                          Today on the 1st of Nov I called again as there was no call back and now again I am promised a call back but without a specific date or time.

                          This experience has been highly unprofessional and has caused me to reconsider TATA SKY as a service.
                          I would like them to take this matter very seriously and refund the money promised to me as soon as possible.

                            Its been 3 days. My set top box is not working.

                                  On 28 October 2021 I made a recharge of 657 on my tata sky account subscirber id [protected].The money was debited from my bank account but didn't show on my TATA Sky account.The payment was made to UPI id tatasky.[protected]@hdfcbank with transaction ID[protected].Please refund my amount.

                                    I had owned a binge device and my recharge date was 04th oct 2021 and i faced an issue with the device around 18th and 19th I called the customer service and told them about the issue and the troubleshooting which was done by myside ( Rebooting and ultimately restoring to factory defaults) but yet the device didn't detect the internet and he told me that a service person visit would be arranged and then if the device is faulty the amount for the new device was supposed to be borne by me a cost of 3999 INR would be charged in my account. so i told them why should i bare it since its a technical issue and he told since the device is 2 years old there is no warranty hence i have to pay for it … I found it absolutely not in my favor and I asked him do i have an option to cancel and he told yes and i asked him would i get a new binge connection so that it would continue being a binge member with a new device and I was told i was eligible for a 2nd connection and for this connection I would not be given a month free trial i would be charged for the first month 299 INR . I was fine with it and ordered it while cancellation I asked about the current month subscription amount and I was told since it was a day to day cutting of the amount I will not be charged for the rest of the days … but after disconnection and getting new connection still the amount didn't reflect back in my account … so called up and asked then they told that the amount is deducted first day of the recharge period for binge and for the tv it is daily. I was given a wrong info at the beginning of the saga and hence i went to that route else i would have put in the request for the next month after utilizing the recharge and subcription
                                    After that i raised a request for the refund and there was no call and again another time I raised a request and on[protected] got a called from the backend office and one Mr. Shivshankar from taka sky back office called and told me that refund will not be initiated and a feedback regarding the wrong information will be shared across ... when asked the reason he told no service request is raised only disconnection request is raised ... it was not my fault that a service request was not raised even after contacting and when i was told i have to pay 3999 for no reason i had no other option that to cancel and take a new device with warranty When a company robs the money a fed back will be given the same this if a customer doesn't recharge or takes the binge device a big hungama will be made for recovery ... It happens only because individuals are small and these Big reputed companies are big ... Hope it will be noted and a solution is given

                                      3din se tatasky nahi aa raha Hai but Maine complained ki but bol reheine ki engineer ayaga but 3din hogya Hai koie improvement nahi Hai. Service itna faltu Hai ki kya bolu. Aap kuch kijeia augar Aap kuch nahi karenge toh mujhie majburi Ho kar case Karna hoga .
