Set box not working

Its been 3 days. My set top box is not working.

Money debited from bank account but not credited to TATA sky account

On 28 October 2021 I made a recharge of 657 on my tata sky account subscirber id [protected].The money was debited from my bank account but didn't show on my TATA Sky account.The payment was made to UPI id tatasky.[protected]@hdfcbank with transaction ID[protected].Please refund my amount....

Non refund of money for service not used

I had owned a binge device and my recharge date was 04th oct 2021 and i faced an issue with the device around 18th and 19th I called the customer service and told them about the issue and the troubleshooting which was done by myside ( Rebooting and ultimately restoring to factory defaults) but yet the device didn't detect the internet and he told me that a service person visit would be arranged and then if the device is faulty the amount...

As per customer care reply, Chennel package activated from through M-service delar.

Tatasky provide access to delar to initiate the chennel packs without customer knowledge.

Complain is, how believe our money is safe in TATASKY account....

One Channel not working.

We have have been facing issue where only one channel is not working.
We have called the Customer Care number twice a week for last one month did all the necessary steps to do a hard reset. Still did not work. Since we do not have a warranty they will charge us for a technician to come over and solve it.
We have not tampered with anything not the dish or the set up box then why should we complain for their incompetence. br...

By mistake i am recharged the on my friends account 2times Rs. 340/- on 21 October 2021 . Due to slow network connection i cant understand the transaction successfully completed or failed. So i want refund Rs.340 to my personal account. I hope you can resolve this problem as soon as possible.....

Double charging for one connection and not disconnected old box connection

I was not able to watch picture hence I complain at Tata Sky in month of May-21.
The technician told me that set top of box is not working and need to replace.
He brought new set top of box and solved my picture problem.
Now both set top of box are active and I was billed for the same.
I have no idea about this double billing.
He should have deactivated old set top of box.

I made recharge of my tatasky account on dated 25.09.2021 for Rs 300 using google pay upi with tata sky app. Amount deducted from my karur vysya bank account instantly but recharge became unsuccessful. I recharge on tata sky mobile app using FreeCharge wallet. At FreeCharge transaction successful but tata sky not received amount Dt.27/08/2021. My subscriber ID is [protected] so please do the needful....

I recharged my rara sky on 10th of October as my due date was 12 October even after the recharge I got notifications telling to recharge I contacted the customer service and they were too rude and almost argues telling it's not their issue and they don't know about it ...
