I recently used Tatasky web portal to recharge my account. I opted for annual recharge. Total amount was auto calcutaed based by my current package.
When I made payment I realized that I didn't get expected annual package benifit. Also the rate got changed from 472/M to 483/M. I subitted the proof over email.
I kept complaining through TataSky services and they kept cancellng my tickets without even ensuring that customer is explained of resolution.
Sometimes they just give a miscall to cancel the ticket
This is not the first such experience with TataSky. These guys are just careless and shame on Brand Tata
I will never recommend TataSky to anybody

Over multiple calls you admitted that it was a technical problem at your end where your website was showing incorrect amount. Even the SMS sent by TATA SKY had incorrect amount mentioned.
There was no fault of consumer (In this case its me) and you apologise for this mishap and also for the way your support teams treated my complaints.
Put these comment or admit you agree and you couldn't do anything to resolve this. You also promise that such instances will not be repeated
