Hi team, I have been a regular customer of Tata sky and recently I recharged my Tata sky account last week.There is issue of digi card which consistently occurring. The error says digicard card not inserted properly. Cheating by Tata Sky Binge and Amazon Prime Video

I was offered a three months free subscription of Amazon Prime video with the subscription of Tata Sky Binge. However after two months they deducted an amount of Rs 129 towards monthly subscription of Amazon Prime Video. No one provided any clarification regarding the same upon complaining with Tata Sky Officials. At last they said that I should talk to Amazon Prime and they cannot do anything in this. What an attitude? They can deduct amount...

Tata Sky recharge fraud

I recently used Tatasky web portal to recharge my account. I opted for annual recharge. Total amount was auto calcutaed based by my current package.

When I made payment I realized that I didn't get expected annual package benifit. Also the rate got changed from 472/M to 483/M. I subitted the proof over email.

I kept complaining through TataSky services and they kept cancellng my tickets without even ensuring...

Unresponsive customer care and tech glitch

Just today I activated my Tata Sky new connection. Going thru the dealer was first of all way too expensive. Then I got a default 153 Rs recharge for free channels.

Later I decided to add a few channels. I followed the Missed Call system. I was able to add a 5 - 6 channels. However for channel numbers 1202 & 1204 the system errored out. Then no matter what I tried I was unable to add channels. I called customer care and they...

I recharged tatasky using mobile app and it failed but money got deducted.

Customer executive asked to send the screenshot of transaction to validation.

Please find it below. I checked my bank statement and it is not credited. I can share that also. It has been two weeks and continuosly chasing the customer care but they are just directing me...

Charged for a service which never requested

Binge service charged which was told is free for 3 months. But after 30 days charged 299 and then again 129 for amazon prime which is part of binge / and I don’t need both . I call and the consultant says can’t help charged is charged can’t be done anything. And refused to put to supervisor also.

No value for customer or customer hard earned money.

From today's evening, my setup box automatically stop working..It's stand by mode is enable.I have no clue, how to disable the stand-by mode.
Customer care not provided any useful information.

Not efficient in resolving issue

Technician nor customer care would try to resolve issue only sweet talk s from customer to charge you unnecessarily even for network issue or fault from their end.. And tatasky broad band I would advice no one to go for unless they want to lose their peace of mind....

Almost a week now, I have not been able to watch certain channels to which I am subscribed, both paid and free channels because of signal issues. Money charged has not refunded yet

I relocated and asked for installation along with HD upgrade for which I paid 999 for the HD box on 23rd June. The technician came in 24th June and completed the service and asked us the recharge to view the channel, so recharged for 300 which got deducted for installation charges, so we recharged for 500 but we were unable to see any channels so the technician said recharge for another 500 as there is technical error and the amount will...

Tata Sky Recharge through google pay not credited in account

My account got deactivated since no recharge was done. I recharged my account today (23/07/2021 at 9:14) by logging in into my tata sky account, via google pay. The amount has been debited from my bank account but it hasn't been credited to my tata sky account yet.Please provide refund for my loss. I have tried contacting tata sky helpline but no one help me out. Please do the needful.Screenshot attached for reference....
