      I have applied for new connection and paid via gpay... On gpay transection was successful but tatasky didn't receive any payment and after so many call they told me to provide subscriber I'd which I haven't received so I can't have new connection or any refund for this .

        In May 2021, i was facing "Weather not clear" issue while switch on the TV though it was a sunny day, Tatasky CC told me that there is some issue with wire. Executive came, checked and said we have to replace the wire. Next day he replaced the wire and amount has been deducted. After change of wire i was getting the same issue, executive came, checks and i have been charged everytime. Last week there executive told me that the wire changed was a faulty one and having joints in it, the wire is a faulty one please get it replaced otherwise you get the same issue in the future too. Tatasky told me that we will replace the wire without any cost if something extra is placed then i have to pay for it. Now they deducted 800 rupees again for connector as well as wire though i already paid for it at the first place. Now they are saying we don't know what our executive had done the wire was not in warranty you have to pay for it. They never told me that the wire comes with any warranty or not at the first place. Their executive took cash too and i have been charged by tatasky too for faulty wire and connector. Now they are showing their back because it is their executive's mistake but customer have to pay for it.

            Binge remote not working

            Tata sky binge remote(upper half portion)was not working so I filed a complaint in their customer service on 5th august 2021, complaint number-384USBR78. Mechanic visited on 13th august 2021 but the problem was not resolved. He told me that this issue is due to binge and binge needs to be replaced but I can’t replace binge currently as we can’t carry binge for replacement with us.                     I just tried to recharge my tatasky account. I did it via the tata sky app which gave me options to pay and i chose google pay. I recharged for ₹450. The money got debited from my account but tata sky showed transaction failed. Pls help me.

                        Hi team, I have been a regular customer of Tata sky and recently I recharged my Tata sky account last week.There is issue of digi card which consistently occurring. The error says digicard card not inserted properly. I have connected with customer care and they said that I have to pay 175 for technician and extra charges for any other issue.However I have already paid 300 rupees twice for signal issue which occurred in last 6 months. I would like to take proper action on Tata sky and I would also request Tata sky to look into this. Otherwise I have also planned to opt for Airtel DTH which is better then Tata sky.

                          I was offered a three months free subscription of Amazon Prime video with the subscription of Tata Sky Binge. However after two months they deducted an amount of Rs 129 towards monthly subscription of Amazon Prime Video. No one provided any clarification regarding the same upon complaining with Tata Sky Officials. At last they said that I should talk to Amazon Prime and they cannot do anything in this. What an attitude? They can deduct amount but can't refund.
                          Shame on you guys. How irresponsible you people are? You are cheating with people and bringing a bad name to Honourable Ratan Tata.

                            I recently used Tatasky web portal to recharge my account. I opted for annual recharge. Total amount was auto calcutaed based by my current package.

                            When I made payment I realized that I didn't get expected annual package benifit. Also the rate got changed from 472/M to 483/M. I subitted the proof over email.

                            I kept complaining through TataSky services and they kept cancellng my tickets without even ensuring that customer is explained of resolution.

                            Sometimes they just give a miscall to cancel the ticket

                            This is not the first such experience with TataSky. These guys are just careless and shame on Brand Tata

                            I will never recommend TataSky to anybody

                            Not sure why it is so difficult for you to put in written about what resolution you are providing to issue raised.

                            Over multiple calls you admitted that it was a technical problem at your end where your website was showing incorrect amount. Even the SMS sent by TATA SKY had incorrect amount mentioned.

                            There was no fault of consumer (In this case its me) and you apologise for this mishap and also for the way your support teams treated my complaints.

                            Put these comment or admit you agree and you couldn't do anything to resolve this. You also promise that such instances will not be repeated

                                    Just today I activated my Tata Sky new connection. Going thru the dealer was first of all way too expensive. Then I got a default 153 Rs recharge for free channels.

                                    Later I decided to add a few channels. I followed the Missed Call system. I was able to add a 5 - 6 channels. However for channel numbers 1202 & 1204 the system errored out. Then no matter what I tried I was unable to add channels. I called customer care and they said I should wait for some time. After 2 hours I again called customer care and this time they connected me to manager Mr. Dinesh who said that earlier request is still not closed hence new one can not be processed and this is a server error. I understand this glitch but I requested him to raise a service request so I have a reference with me if I need to follow up.

                                    So far I have no information about any service request nor I can view those channels.
                                    Big disappointment Tata Sky.
                                    First impression is the last impression. So is this complaint.
